We had our daughter's birthday party here a couple of days ago, and it was such an amazing time! The facility is very clean, and the restrooms are clean, so to me that means they make cleanliness a high priority. We had 16 kids total, and the experience was extremely positive. Bruce, our party host, was great! He was very professional, efficient, energetic and attentive. He was very helpful every step of the way and made sure we were having a great time! Great time for families. Really enjoyed it. I would request if there was a way for more seating for parents. It wasn't that busy but all the seating was full when we got there. Also, some signage would be good explaining to parents that their children can't expect a public place to be treated as private. Some parents were behaving interesting building blocks homes in the middle of an area where kids were playing thinking their space it wouldn't be disrupted. I brought my teen son and his friend. There are a lot of little kids so you have to jump around them. They had fun. I also jumped but felt weird as a parent without a kid to jump with. Still jumped though because I needed to get my exercise for the day. Great option to break from the monotony of your regular exercise regimen.

Cristina the general manager took very good care of my family during a little misunderstanding in the food area. I would have gave 5 stars but they need signs stating your food will be thrown away after 1 hour of being left on the table. But other than our food being thrown away the experience is awesome and it's a very safe environment for the children. Always have a great time flying

Just had a birthday party and Bruce was an absolute amazing party host. He went above and beyond from the moment he held the door open for us when we arrived prior to opening/ party start time! He communicated the whole time and made the party so easy! The entire staff is so friendly , everything is clean, pizza was good! We jump for family days as well on a regular basis and love that they honor our military families with amazing discounts. Can't wait for our next visit.

We had my daughter?s 7th Birthday party here today (our 2nd birthday spent here-she loves it) and I was blown away by our host Katie. She was very informative on what we would be doing throughout the party, kept our drinks filled, and was never hard to find. What really impressed me though was that amongst the chaos of 16 kids she was very level headed and never missed a beat on our needs and that took a load off my anxiety today. Kids have loads of fun here. We have been to a few parties. Plenty to do for everyone, lots of seating for parents. A bit chaotic at times so I think they should actually limit how many people they let in. Maybe they do but I dont know what their cap is. Overall, fun indoor place to get away from the heat. Prices should be a bit lower.

Smells like feet. There was no soap in the women?s bathroom ??. Imagine all those people using the restroom and not being able to properly wash their hands and then jumping around in the foam pits ?? ??. We were there as guests of a birthday party and the family had to do all the work of cleaning away plates, serving food (pizza), and drinks. We saw a worker, but after the initial first slice she was gone ??

Nathan was absolutely awesome! Super friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made the whole experience stress free for us, especially with how smoothly he handled everything. You can tell he really cares and brings great energy to his job. Definitely one of those people who makes your day better just by how they helped.

Came here today for granddaughter's BD. Kids had a great time. Place was clean. Bright colors, high energy for children. Only thing I would recommend is more outlets for parents or family members not participating and just sitting and who wish to get a little work done or like me who forgot to charge phone and running on fumes. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Just left this fine establishment, and they were the least bit helpful. Spent nearly $100 and asked for them to honor THEIR coupon. They flat out refused to reverse the first purchase and add the 15% off coupon on a new order. They weren't concerned for their patrons and offered no consolation. I will not be back.

This place is huge and a great place to let the children rip around. They frequently run deals that make it affordable for my family to attend on their Facebook page. They have a massive trampoline areas, but also a separated and fenced in little kid area which is used and appreciated. And there is more! I keep coming back and recommend it!

This place is a blast. I went today for a birthday party and the kids loved it. The birthday party tables are too close and there weren't enough seats for everyone, so prepare to feel like a sardine unless you get the VIP room. The pizza was actually very tasty. Good sauce and cheese and crust. The place was clean and safe with lots of different activities for the kids. I wouldn't pay for this with my own money because of the cost, but if you get to come here when someone else is paying, go for it.

Her attention to detail to help maintain safety coupled with her incredible customer service skills are unmatched and a breath of fresh air. Nice place visit with kids. You start with filling out a waiver. Then go to the front desk to check in. Socks are $3.50 so bring some sticky ones from home if you have them from another park. Prices are incremental one hour, 90 minutes, or two hours. ?Toddlers? 6 and under are slightly discounted. Friendly staff. We've been here many times and enjoy it every time. They just put in a new climbing game my daughter loved. Great way to keep kids active.

My sons had a blast here when they attended a birthday party. It was a little over crowded at times, but overall a good experience. It consists mostly of trampolines, ball pits, wall climbs, and basketball.

It was a fun place for my son to get rid of some energy. I relaxed in the massage chair and then moved to another comfortable chair in the main jump area. The food here isn't particularly good, so I don't recommend that. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned and stocked. If you're just looking for a place to go where your kids can run wild, then this is it.

Went there for the first time yesterday. The place is amazing and they are Military friendly. There is security, which makes you feel secure. However, we decided to stay for the glow party and the male teenagers became obnoxious with jumping over me, screaming in my ear and just being jerks. Security apologized and kept an eye on them. My kids and their friends love this place. The young people working here really stand out; they are super helpful and friendly, which is a rarity elsewhere outside of Chick-Fil-A. It gets a little crowded sometimes but it's all about the kids and they love it so we'll keep coming back. Also they give an awesome discount to first responders! ??

It was just awful a bunch of people got there shoes stolen and the manager wouldn't even look at us and told us the guy who stole them live in Canada as a joke even though 500 dollars worth of shoes was taken and they wouldn't even check the cameras when we asked because they said it wasn't to dark even though the exit is perfectly lit up with lights! Location is clean, well organized, and has a great lay out with plenty of seating. Staff doesn't intervene enough when it comes to the bigger kids running over the smaller and / or everyone getting turns with attractions. If you go earlier it's much more ?toddler? friendly. This place is impressive for a 'jump house' LOL! I think kids of all ages can appreciate the size of this facility. Be prepared to get a workout! What might make this a better experience? The food ... its lacking. Lots of better choices very close by. Also... paying for it; no one at the food counter so you go pay up front ( long lines) and then go back to get your food. Very expensive for what they deliver. You pay for a 2h30min party, but the kids can only play for 2hours and are kicked out of the jump zone after it. What difference 30minutes more would make?

We brought the whole family up here yesterday. Grandpa and Mimi too. We all had such a fun time! Great work out for mom and dad while the little ones are having a blast. It's always chaos here, and at least the kids like it. But last time, we saw a kid puke on the floor near the stairs and watched the employees clean it up with paper towels and wet wipes. Didn't seem like the most sanitary clean up

Flying Squirrel has always been a great place to come to on weekends and over breaks, today the staff were actively engaged with the children and they danced in the center of the trampolines! Spent several hours here with a 7 1/2 yr old who thoroughly enjoyed himself. The prices weren't bad for what was offered and he burnt off lots of energy!

Having a 5-year-old, this may be my favorite of the trampoline places. To me. It's a safer space in terms of how my child is playing in me being able to keep track of them without having to constantly change my location. The area is open in his good variety of activities. I also love the artwork, it's just a lot of fun.

This is a nice trampoline park. Tuns of things to do for the kids, including a rock wall, dodge ball area, a zip line and a toddler area. You will have to buy socks if you don't have sticky bottom socks. They are $3 and they have them in different sizes. They also have a party room area, virtual top golf and a little arcade area. Staff isn't the fastest but once you get in you don't have to go back up front.

?I was really looking forward to our weekly visit, but unfortunately, today our experience was disappointing. After waiting in zip-line, we were asked to leave because we had exceeded the time limit by 10 minutes while waiting on the line. To make matters worse, my 7-year-old was turned away from the zip line at the last moment, breaking her heart. I understand rules are in place, but the way the situation was handled felt unfair and left a bad impression. Sadly, I don't think we'll be returning to the Land

It was a pretty big place, the kids had fun at the birthday party we were at. Clean, just need to have more attentive staff as far as birthday parties go. Ran out of drinks for the kids and had to search for the host for a while. Time management was a little off as far as letting the kids bounce, have time to eat and do cake and presents and everything.

We've been her for birthdays and had our daughter?s birthday here. We love this place over any other. It's way cleaner than any of the other places we've been to. It's large and even when busy it's still spacious. It's got a lot of different activities. The birthday parties are well run and easy. Devon was our party host and did a phenomenal job. We love him!

This place is great. I can probably go on and on about the trampolines being well placed and the employees being courteous, but I'm going a different route. The place smells great. When you think of hundreds of sweaty kids running around in their socks, the fact that the air isn't funky is a good thing. Air quality was definitely well planned. For being the largest jump park in the country, it was a little small. Dot get me wrong! It had so much to do, but from where I'm from we have a jump park with a couple things that i think would go great there. Like we have a trapeze and a swing u can do flips off and into big fluffy mats. We also have ninja warrior walls and a couple little courses too. But other than that I had a really great time! Me and my sister dueled it out and I worked hard to try and get across the slack line. (Which I couldn't do)

I only found two real downsides to Flying Squirrel. 1) I found it to be a bit stuffy inside. May be because I am not used to being around so many people, but the air felt slightly used. 2) They could use a bit more seating for the adults. Paid for an 1hr only got 30min due to them vacuuming, mopping, and closing the food court down at 8:20pm the close time is 9pm I get it these kids want to get him early from work but your taking away from customers experience by closing things down before close time make it make sense pls, not to mention no slippery when wet signs up until after I said something where's the adults who work here?

Great place to bring your kids burn some calories. I have been a few time on Altitude trampoline in Tampa but Frying squirrel is thus far my favorite place to keep bringing my 2 sons. The staff here was super friendly. Will recommend to friends.

Went here during our spring break for something fun and new to try. My son had a blast. There was a lot of space and activities to enjoy. Employees constantly walking around. Do not recommend this place for birthday parties!! We booked our party from 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM. At 1:00 they started pestering the kids that their time was up. I explained to them that our party was over at 1:30. At 1:15 the manager came to us and told us the party was over and we had to leave and humiliated us in front of our guests. Very unprofessional. Our grandson's birthday party was here...turning 3. Wow what a great experience!!!! He and his friends had a terrific time. They didn't stop except for food and a picture. Even when parents tried to keep them at the food table longer they found a way to sneak back to the play area. I've become a bit disillusioned on our youth and the lack of courtesy and respect. Flying Squirrel experience refreshed me....other kids were kind and courteous to our little ones and others. All in all...including the staff

I want you to take the time to specially think Matthew? we attended today, Wednesday, July 17 and he really took his time and went out of his way to make my girls excited and happy at the zip line! Hiring super nice staff like him definitely makes it worthwhile to come here. To be honest, I have attended a few times in the past and sometimes the staff is not very friendly but we had a wonderful experience today and will be coming back.
