Customer Reviews

We had our daughter's birthday party here a couple of days ago, and it was such an amazing time! The facility is very clean, and the restrooms are clean, so to me that means they make cleanliness a high priority. We had 16 kids total, and the experience was extremely positive. Bruce, our party host, was great! He was very professional, efficient, energetic and attentive. He was very helpful every step of the way and made sure we were having a great time! The party package is costly, but it is worth every

Great time for families. Really enjoyed it. I would request if there was a way for more seating for parents. It wasn't that busy but all the seating was full when we got there. Also, some signage would be good explaining to parents that their children can't expect a public place to be treated as private. Some parents were behaving interesting building blocks homes in the middle of an area where kids were playing thinking their space it wouldn't be disrupted. Little kids are going to do whatever they want in

10/10!!! No complaints at all. Make sure you fill the waiver out before you arrive for smooth check in. This place is huge and we'll maintained unlike Sky zone. Lots of things for kids to do of all sizes. Kids had a blast and it didn't break my pockets. The staff actually looks like they enjoy their jobs. They correct wild kids and have structure. You don't typically see that at these type of places. Will be back. Kudos Management

I brought my teen son and his friend. There are a lot of little kids so you have to jump around them. They had fun. I also jumped but felt weird as a parent without a kid to jump with. Still jumped though because I needed to get my exercise for the day. Great option to break from the monotony of your regular exercise regimen.

Cristina the general manager took very good care of my family during a little misunderstanding in the food area. I would have gave 5 stars but they need signs stating your food will be thrown away after 1 hour of being left on the table. But other than our food being thrown away the experience is awesome and it's a very safe environment for the children. Always have a great time flying

Just had a birthday party and Bruce was an absolute amazing party host. He went above and beyond from the moment he held the door open for us when we arrived prior to opening/ party start time! He communicated the whole time and made the party so easy! The entire staff is so friendly , everything is clean, pizza was good! We jump for family days as well on a regular basis and love that they honor our military families with amazing discounts. Can't wait for our next visit.

We had my daughter?s 7th Birthday party here today (our 2nd birthday spent here-she loves it) and I was blown away by our host Katie. She was very informative on what we would be doing throughout the party, kept our drinks filled, and was never hard to find. What really impressed me though was that amongst the chaos of 16 kids she was very level headed and never missed a beat on our needs and that took a load off my anxiety today. We will most likely be back next year for another party! Thanks Katie

Kids have loads of fun here. We have been to a few parties. Plenty to do for everyone, lots of seating for parents. A bit chaotic at times so I think they should actually limit how many people they let in. Maybe they do but I dont know what their cap is. Overall, fun indoor place to get away from the heat. Prices should be a bit lower.

Smells like feet. There was no soap in the women?s bathroom ??. Imagine all those people using the restroom and not being able to properly wash their hands and then jumping around in the foam pits ?? ??. We were there as guests of a birthday party and the family had to do all the work of cleaning away plates, serving food (pizza), and drinks. We saw a worker, but after the initial first slice she was gone ??

Nathan was absolutely awesome! Super friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made the whole experience stress free for us, especially with how smoothly he handled everything. You can tell he really cares and brings great energy to his job. Definitely one of those people who makes your day better just by how they helped.

Came here today for granddaughter's BD. Kids had a great time. Place was clean. Bright colors, high energy for children. Only thing I would recommend is more outlets for parents or family members not participating and just sitting and who wish to get a little work done or like me who forgot to charge phone and running on fumes. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The price was great and my grandchildren had a great time! We will be going back for sure

Just left this fine establishment, and they were the least bit helpful. Spent nearly $100 and asked for them to honor THEIR coupon. They flat out refused to reverse the first purchase and add the 15% off coupon on a new order. They weren't concerned for their patrons and offered no consolation. I will not be back.

This place is huge and a great place to let the children rip around. They frequently run deals that make it affordable for my family to attend on their Facebook page. They have a massive trampoline areas, but also a separated and fenced in little kid area which is used and appreciated. And there is more! I keep coming back and recommend it!

This place is a blast. I went today for a birthday party and the kids loved it. The birthday party tables are too close and there weren't enough seats for everyone, so prepare to feel like a sardine unless you get the VIP room. The pizza was actually very tasty. Good sauce and cheese and crust. The place was clean and safe with lots of different activities for the kids. I wouldn't pay for this with my own money because of the cost, but if you get to come here when someone else is paying, go for it.

Kendal Whillock made our experience at Flying Squirrel amazing. Her attention to detail to help maintain safety coupled with her incredible customer service skills are unmatched and a breath of fresh air. We visited for our son?s 6th birthday and she went out of her way to make sure he enjoyed himself! Thanks, Kendal!

Nice place visit with kids. You start with filling out a waiver. Then go to the front desk to check in. Socks are $3.50 so bring some sticky ones from home if you have them from another park. Prices are incremental one hour, 90 minutes, or two hours. ?Toddlers? 6 and under are slightly discounted. Friendly staff. We've been here many times and enjoy it every time. They just put in a new climbing game my daughter loved. Great way to keep kids active.

My sons had a blast here when they attended a birthday party. It was a little over crowded at times, but overall a good experience. It consists mostly of trampolines, ball pits, wall climbs, and basketball.

It was a fun place for my son to get rid of some energy. I relaxed in the massage chair and then moved to another comfortable chair in the main jump area. The food here isn't particularly good, so I don't recommend that. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned and stocked. If you're just looking for a place to go where your kids can run wild, then this is it.

Wow. What a wonderful place. It was such fun for the kids. Such good time and convenience for adults as well because of the nice comfortable coaches. The seating area are nicely located where you can watch your kids closely .

We come weekly because the kids love it. We are disappointed after driving 20+ minutes to attend the trampoline park on Wednesday, March 12th We had looked on the website before to see working hours and it says from 2:00PM UNTIL 9:00PM However we showed up at 8:28 PM we were waiting in the line until a lady comes to us and said that the trampoline park closing at 9:00 PM then I said that's fine We just going to let the child play a while. And then we will go before you closing however, she said we are

Went there for the first time yesterday. The place is amazing and they are Military friendly. There is security, which makes you feel secure. However, we decided to stay for the glow party and the male teenagers became obnoxious with jumping over me, screaming in my ear and just being jerks. Security apologized and kept an eye on them. Besides that, they place is great. Had my sons 12 birthday party there on 7/9. Everyone had a blast. The service was excellent. Some food were not available but Sebastian d

My kids and their friends love this place. The young people working here really stand out; they are super helpful and friendly, which is a rarity elsewhere outside of Chick-Fil-A. It gets a little crowded sometimes but it's all about the kids and they love it so we'll keep coming back. Also they give an awesome discount to first responders! ??

It was just awful a bunch of people got there shoes stolen and the manager wouldn't even look at us and told us the guy who stole them live in Canada as a joke even though 500 dollars worth of shoes was taken and they wouldn't even check the cameras when we asked because they said it wasn't to dark even though the exit is perfectly lit up with lights! Also it was really hot so let's get that AC up and running again.

I just have my daughter?s 4 birthday celebration there, everything was great, Bianca was awesome, super helpful and always asking if we need anything extra! Worth the money!

Location is clean, well organized, and has a great lay out with plenty of seating. Staff doesn't intervene enough when it comes to the bigger kids running over the smaller and / or everyone getting turns with attractions. If you go earlier it's much more ?toddler? friendly. Prices aren't awful and good food and drink options available. Parking is close and restaurant and gas options close by.

Great trampoline park for kids. Lots of trampolines and related activities. My daughter had a blast! From a parent POV I wish there was an all day jumping pass option and the arcade games are a bit pricey IMO. I purchased a $20 card, have 6 credits left, couldn't find a game under 7 credits. Would be great to get them all used in one visit. The games themselves were easy enough for the kids to win prizes on there own and have enough tickets to get some good stuff at the ticket counter. Pizza was good, we ha

Very friendly atmosphere! Lots of fun!

This place was great my son had a great time and the girl Soulie who took care of us and went above and beyond was amazing ! Her customer service was 11/10 ! Thank you for hiring great people that are great at doing what they do. It's the smallest things that make a difference and she 110% did!

Lots of fun! We did our kids birthday party and it was lots of fun. Clean. Everyone was respectful. Service was good. I will definitely recommend it. Also very reasonable price.

This place is impressive for a 'jump house' LOL! I think kids of all ages can appreciate the size of this facility. Be prepared to get a workout! What might make this a better experience? The food ... its lacking. Lots of better choices very close by. Also... paying for it; no one at the food counter so you go pay up front ( long lines) and then go back to get your food. Otherwise probably one of the best activities centers in Tampa area!

Very expensive for what they deliver. You pay for a 2h30min party, but the kids can only play for 2hours and are kicked out of the jump zone after it. What difference 30minutes more would make?

We brought the whole family up here yesterday. Grandpa and Mimi too. We all had such a fun time! Great work out for mom and dad while the little ones are having a blast. My photo with all the clips of dad should clearly convey that. Haha I felt the facility was clean, and the staff was kind and professional. I will say be careful on the tight rope. That thing hurts when you fall and any part of your body hits it, but like anything the risk is always there. I would probably give it a try again regardless. ?

Had my son's 7th Birthday Party here. The kids had a BLAST. Super fun for all ages. Plenty of fun and pizza was delicious. I will say that our party host was very nice and tried her best, however she just was not available enough to us as we would have liked. We needed her several times but could not find her anywhere. Many times things were forgotten (ex. Forks, chicken nuggets, cups, napkins, plates, etc...) but had trouble finding her so that we could get these things, which resulted in guests having to

There is a plethora of problems within this facility. Not only was the AC non existent but also did nothing to help a group of people who have lost there shoes. Not to mention this location was very unhygienic. Would not recommend

We had an amazing experience at Flying Squirrel! The entire place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly family-friendly, making it a perfect outing for everyone. A special shout-out to Destiny, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our group had a fantastic time. Her hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care for our experience made all the difference. Thank you for creating such a memorable visit for us. We can't wait to come back!

It's always chaos here, and at least the kids like it. But last time, we saw a kid puke on the floor near the stairs and watched the employees clean it up with paper towels and wet wipes. Didn't seem like the most sanitary clean up

I first went there for a birthday party and it has become our favorite trampoline park! The staff has been patient and helpful, even figuring out alternative bathrooms to use when their plumbing had issues! It always feels safe for us to spend time there as a family!

Mikey, Gabe, and Micheal(the guy Micheal) are the best workers there give them a raise they definitely deserve it. Btw show them this review it's the girls who took a picture with you guys.

Great place for the whole family. Zip line, basketball, rock climbing, ball pits and trampolines all for one price.

Flying Squirrel has always been a great place to come to on weekends and over breaks, today the staff were actively engaged with the children and they danced in the center of the trampolines! The great leadership from management has definitely shined through down to the employees leading to great guest experiences like this one today.

Had an exhilarating time at Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park in Tampa, Florida! The park offers a range of trampolines, foam pits, and interactive games suitable for all ages. Deploy your acrobatic skills and bounce away the day with friends and family. Perfect for thrill-seekers! Highly recommend checking out this hotspot if you're in the area. #FlyingSquirrel #TrampolinePark #TampaFL #FamilyFun #AdventureAwaits ???????

We went from a birthday party to Flying squirrel trampoline park. you should submit on line waver form for kids. Pizzas for birthday parties are good. Kids have a lot of fun there.. over all experience is good.

Spent several hours here with a 7 1/2 yr old who thoroughly enjoyed himself. The prices weren't bad for what was offered and he burnt off lots of energy!

Having a 5-year-old, this may be my favorite of the trampoline places. To me. It's a safer space in terms of how my child is playing in me being able to keep track of them without having to constantly change my location. The area is open in his good variety of activities. I also love the artwork, it's just a lot of fun.

This place totally shattered my expectations, in a good way! Based off several reviews, we almost passed on going here. However, I'm so glad that we gave it a chance! The lady who checked us in was named Katie, and she was so accommodating and very nice. My son has sensory processing issues so new places can be difficult and sometimes we have to leave right after paying. Katie let us go check it out first to make sure it was something we could do. He liked it so we went to pay and she gave us a discount pri

My experience here was possibly the worst day of my entire life. The AC was inactive, and my friends shoes were unacceptable. The staff refused to help us. Where is the accountability?

Had my daughter?s birthday celebration here it was great!!!! One employee in particular, Peter was so polite and was refreshingly kind to us. Awesome customer service!!

This is a nice trampoline park. Tuns of things to do for the kids, including a rock wall, dodge ball area, a zip line and a toddler area. You will have to buy socks if you don't have sticky bottom socks. They are $3 and they have them in different sizes. They also have a party room area, virtual top golf and a little arcade area. Staff isn't the fastest but once you get in you don't have to go back up front.

I had my son birthday party here and it was great. Our host was amazing and the pizza was really good.

I've been taking my kids here for a couple of years now. It has always been a great experience, but I felt the need to write this review now because we recently celebrated my sons' birthday party here, and it was perfect. Devin, our party host was exceptional! He was on top of everything and it made my life so much easier for those 2.5 hours. He was attentive, informative and great with the kids. All the kids had the best time. Compared to other trampoline parks, Flying Squirrel is by far the cleanest

Lots of younger staff, very rude and impersonable. Don't expect to have lunch while you're there unless you're part of a party. We went on a Sunday and around 1:30 pm my family and I were hungry after jumping for a bit. We were told that they weren't making any food other than for parties and wouldn't start for everyone else until after 3 pm. My kids were STARVING and there wasn't even a lot of options for snacks. The snack area was almost bare. We played in the arcade area after jumping and went to cash ou

Fun for all ages! And one of the nicest trampoline parks I've ever seen if not the best one!! They have a huge selection of trampolines and jumping activities so that even on crowded days there is plenty to do. They also have an entire toddler area with trampolines and toys tucked in the back corner so it is away from the louder noise. There was also lots of sitting space for parents with actual views of the area. Great park that we will visit again! And so appreciative of the military discount they prov

All of my friends stuff got stolen, managers refused to check it and had an attitude. Pathetic manger wouldn't look at me in the eye. What a sick joke! Don't ever bring any here. What dumpster fire

?I was really looking forward to our weekly visit, but unfortunately, today our experience was disappointing. After waiting in zip-line, we were asked to leave because we had exceeded the time limit by 10 minutes while waiting on the line. To make matters worse, my 7-year-old was turned away from the zip line at the last moment, breaking her heart. I understand rules are in place, but the way the situation was handled felt unfair and left a bad impression. Sadly, I don't think we'll be returning to the Land

My 5 yr old twins love this place. Owners::: get more comfy chairs 4 waiting adults.

It was a pretty big place, the kids had fun at the birthday party we were at. Clean, just need to have more attentive staff as far as birthday parties go. Ran out of drinks for the kids and had to search for the host for a while. Time management was a little off as far as letting the kids bounce, have time to eat and do cake and presents and everything.

gabe was one of the nicest workers i?ve ever experienced at any franchise. My daughter was hurt and he stepped in to help, he showed my family kindness.

I bounced up so high I grabbed onto the roof and I'm afraid to let go. I'm hanging from the ceiling and the workers are not trying to help me down. I am still up here as of posting this. I don't know how much longer I can stay up here. If I fall and break my neck I AM filling a lawsuit. Sorry not sorry. The little kids beat me up in the foam pit

My son?s go to spot for fun. The young staff maintains the location relatively clean. I would recommend for a spot to have your child burn through energy.

Very great place for the kids to jump and have a good time. We celebrated our son's birthday here and Bruce was great! He was our host and was very attentive to us and our party's needs. Will definitely come back soon.

We've been her for birthdays and had our daughter?s birthday here. We love this place over any other. It's way cleaner than any of the other places we've been to. It's large and even when busy it's still spacious. It's got a lot of different activities. The birthday parties are well run and easy. Devon was our party host and did a phenomenal job. We love him!

This place is great. I can probably go on and on about the trampolines being well placed and the employees being courteous, but I'm going a different route. The place smells great. When you think of hundreds of sweaty kids running around in their socks, the fact that the air isn't funky is a good thing. Air quality was definitely well planned. Another plus is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Regularly sanitized bathrooms mean that you don't walk into a mess...and your kids won't either. Very well done Squir

For being the largest jump park in the country, it was a little small. Dot get me wrong! It had so much to do, but from where I'm from we have a jump park with a couple things that i think would go great there. Like we have a trapeze and a swing u can do flips off and into big fluffy mats. We also have ninja warrior walls and a couple little courses too. But other than that I had a really great time! Me and my sister dueled it out and I worked hard to try and get across the slack line. (Which I couldn't do)

I only found two real downsides to Flying Squirrel. 1) I found it to be a bit stuffy inside. May be because I am not used to being around so many people, but the air felt slightly used. 2) They could use a bit more seating for the adults. Often, all of the seats were taken by tired parents or teenagers needing to Tik Tok or whatever them youngster do these days. That aside, this is a great place to throw a party for a kid. No clean up afterwards, kids get their exercise for the day, and their are a number o

Kids had fun, bathrooms were clean. Would have received 5 stars if the tables were clean.

They offer a really great military discount! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. We've already visited 3 times in the last week!

Had our second party there this year. Very clean, with the exception of bathrooms. Sebastian our party host was fantastic, very attentive and professional. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time. Have been here many times before but this was by far the best. Met an employee named Mikey. He was phenomenal and a great addition to this location. Hopefully he'll be there when we come back

Best fun ever!! Go have you some fun with the children!!! We'll see you again soon! Thank you ????

Paid for an 1hr only got 30min due to them vacuuming, mopping, and closing the food court down at 8:20pm the close time is 9pm I get it these kids want to get him early from work but your taking away from customers experience by closing things down before close time make it make sense pls, not to mention no slippery when wet signs up until after I said something where's the adults who work here?

Terrible experience the employees ruined all the fun didn't let my kid do almost any of the attractions and were unkind and not friendly

I went there last week on a field trip to the summer camp from my current job. It was a wonderful experience for both the kids and the adults.

mikey and nathen were amazing. best ever

This was unbelievably terrible 4 people yes 4 had there 200 dollar shoes stolen from them and the manager can't even look us in the eye and tell us they will check cameras because it's ?to dark? and then gave us attitude when we simply wanted a answer not to mention the unsanitary work establishments with young kids screaming the n word truly disappointed I want the 200 dollar shoes

Had a fun time with my family there to day it's was amazing and fun my 7 year old and 5 year old sisters both enjoyed there time there and gave my mom the break that's she need and I had a blast here??????????10 /10 and I love the socks

My 11 and 13 year old loved this place! We went with our 2 year old niece and they all had a good time. We also got a 50% discount for military and first responders, which was really great.

Place is disgusting . Old drinks and trash is everywhere. Bunch of teens running the place that do not care about anything and hanging out with friends. Sad

It's not that expensive kids have fun. You're not in the heat, there's games. And pizza

Me and my kids had a lovely time and dimitri was such a welcoming employee and was super kind. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place to bring your kids burn some calories. I have been a few time on Altitude trampoline in Tampa but Frying squirrel is thus far my favorite place to keep bringing my 2 sons. The staff here was super friendly. Will recommend to friends.

I loved it, we had a great time and the girl who helped us with my son's party was great, attentive in everything, I have no way to thank you.

Went here during our spring break for something fun and new to try. My son had a blast. There was a lot of space and activities to enjoy. Employees constantly walking around. Definitely worth the price. We went on a Sunday morning there was a lot of birthdays happening but didn't bother us much. Loved all the couches and places to sit for parents.

Do not recommend this place for birthday parties!! We booked our party from 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM. At 1:00 they started pestering the kids that their time was up. I explained to them that our party was over at 1:30. At 1:15 the manager came to us and told us the party was over and we had to leave and humiliated us in front of our guests. Very unprofessional. We paid over $600 to have our child's birthday party and they ruined it at the end. Stay away and go use your hard working money somewhere else where they

jean michel was SO helpful during our visit to flying squirrel and was very nice to us geovana was a sweetheart the whole time

Had my son?s birthday here. Very clean and excellent service!

Our grandson's birthday party was here...turning 3. Wow what a great experience!!!! He and his friends had a terrific time. They didn't stop except for food and a picture. Even when parents tried to keep them at the food table longer they found a way to sneak back to the play area. I've become a bit disillusioned on our youth and the lack of courtesy and respect. Flying Squirrel experience refreshed me....other kids were kind and courteous to our little ones and others. All in all...including the staff

This message is for the manager. I want you to take the time to specially think Matthew? we attended today, Wednesday, July 17 and he really took his time and went out of his way to make my girls excited and happy at the zip line! Hiring super nice staff like him definitely makes it worthwhile to come here. To be honest, I have attended a few times in the past and sometimes the staff is not very friendly but we had a wonderful experience today and will be coming back. Thank you Matthew and flying squirrel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
