Fly Trampoline Park

Fly Trampoline Park

Reviews Summary

The reviews present a mixed consensus. Many praise the facility for being fun, especially for kids, with highlights like trampolines, arcades, and toddler time. Staff are often described as friendly and helpful, though some mention poor communication or unresponsive service. Cleanliness is inconsistent, with complaints about dirt, broken equipment, and safety concerns. Pricing is frequently cited as high, and some feel policies (like sock requirements) are overly strict. My grandson ?? has had 2 birthdays here so far. His dad rents upstairs, and the pizza, drinks, and cupcake service is impeccable. The kids had so much fun bouncing around, and then we played games. I do wish they'd mark games that aren't working properly so you don't waste your card credits. It's really a great way to take stress out of having a party and just enjoying each other. I would recommend it. If it seems expensive to rent the upstairs, save up over the course of a year, it'll be no problem.

We like toddler time for the trampoline park but the arcade is zero stars. About half the games are broken and they don't seem to try and fix any of them. I went to the counter multiple times because the games would charge me but the game was broken.

Our family has been a frequent flyer during your toddler time hours for a couple years when it was still held on Saturday. This time of day and day of the week was conducive for our family?s schedule. While we understand and recognize that our schedule does not represent everybody, we do know a lot of other families that will no longer be able to give your company business specifically, because toddler time has changed. We have spoken to many families that have voiced their frustration and due to the change

I have been a member of this trampoline park for about two years. We loved this place after it opened because it was clean and the management was amazing. We would show up and everyone knew our kids and called them by name. There was always enjoyable and attentive staff on the floor. I am currently so sad hearted to see this place no longer close to what it used to be. We went about a month ago and I made some comments to management about cleanliness of the place and that I spent and lost 10$ on games that

Heads up on the socks! A few months ago they were out of their regular socks and sold us generic trampoline socks ($4.00+ x4). We came back, the new socks are back in stock, and they wouldn't let us jump with the old socks they sold us saying they aren't the ?correct? socks because they need to say ?Fly? on them. Not worth the hassle, wont be coming back. Highly recommend Shockwave in Anchorage instead! Great customer service and much more fun!

A lot of fun for the kids and adults that jump. They have games and host parties. Their system runs a bit slow, causing long entry lines, and if you want to buy a snack, you'll have to stand in that line. Would recommend them buy a vending machine so customers don't have to wait in line. Last but not least, a lot of their arcade is down. My kid lost about 10$ in broken arcade games and didn't want to cause grief due to becoming more stressed over the long line. Simple problems, that are repairable. Hopeful

I have visited this location a handful of times and it is usually a great experience but I feel like lately it has gone drastically downhill. We were the first customers through the door and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Clogged toilets, overflowing trashcan, and dirty counters. During the last 2 visits, the basketball hoop has been broken, the dodge ball section closed until further notice, laser tag is broken, the virtual game closed, 4 out of 6 Bosu balls flat in the ninja

If you've been to a trampoline park then you know what to expect. It's a nice place for the kids to spend an hour or two and get exercise. We've been to several over the years in and out of Alaska and they are all very similar. What's different about this location is that they REALLY enforce their sock policy unlike any place I've ever been before. Now let's be clear we all know that jumpers need to have the grippy rubber bottom socks. This is basic to the industry, to safety, and is not unexpected. Our

Fantastic place! Dodge ball, basketball, ninja course, gladiator beam...these guys have it all. Very fun time and the most reasonable prices I've seen. It's nice the adults are free with a paid child! The VR is only $6 per person and there is also an arcade. Go check them out!

We had a great time. And if you have a little one you definitely need to come during Toddler Time vs the old timeframes. I took my three year old niece and she ran all over the place and then played some video games too. I definitely will be back next time I am in Alaska.

They have got to work on safety!! Letting it get overfilled and worst of all if they have a protocol for misplaced kids I couldn't tell. Mom was missing her child and pleading for help and the employees looked more lost than the child in trying to figure out what to do. Me, my husband and children started to help and where moving way fast than employees. Not to mention we have a special needs child who they love to harass when he is 100% in our supervision. Your possy of boys need to be separated so maybe t

Very scamy place. They make you purchase their specific jump socks and actually called my son out who was wearing "get air" socks. Rude service. Bossy attendants. Less crowded than Anchorage and it makes sense why.

If we could give it zero stars, we would. They continually steal your money even after repeatedly following their instructions on how to cancel memberships.

They force everyone to wear their 4 dollar socks even if they have their own from other parks. Along with that, I have some concerns about safety, and the arcade machines don't work, and other than that, the park is overall mediocre

Had a great time this weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building was super clean. Prize selection is awesome! Our kiddos had a blast and we'll be back soon!

Awesome to have this in wasilla for the kids and families , slightly on the more spendy side but worth it for a once a month outting for family's on budgets . But service was great ...to be expected not the best concession stand food quality but still decent ..tons of arcade games to play and win tickets...my only complaint is the cost of the prizes that you can purchase with your won tickets!!!!

They never clean for toddler time, they should at least go through before opening. Kids always find things and put them in their mouths.

Super friendly, nice staff, clean facility and great time had by all! We'll def go back! ????

This used to be a great place to take the kids to run out some energy, but not any more sadly. Today the place was filthy with trash all over the ground. Employees, literally not doing anything or attending to multiple areas and they would just follow each other around, but I guess that's what happens when you hire kids. Only good experience was the gentalman at the front counter who remembered our kiddos.

Great place to go for a bit older kids, that have a toddler day that is cheaper I believe.

My favorite trampoline park in Alaska! Our first time having my sons birthday party here and it was a huge success! A perfect mix of everything.

Please vacuum more!!!! Even if it's during business hours. Ground is so bad! Other than that, great place!

The kids LOVE Fly Trampoline Park. The manager, Aiden, was on his game today and made sure the kids had a blast while still staying safe! Good staff, great equipment and fun times all around!

It's so dirty!!! I felt so uncomfortable everywhere we went inside here. For the price they charge to bounce you would expect a nicer kept facility. Idk where to start. I watched employees walk past a dirty used bandaid on the play floor multiple times and ignore it. There were SO MANY ROCKS & dirt on the trampolines, every single one had rocks or debris on them? And not under the side areas but literally sitting clear as day all over the tops of the trampolines. A lot of stuff was broken or not in working

What can I say we went had a birthday party total of 15 people and they didn't know we were coming and had the place to our selfs no lines no other people just had a blast could not ask for a better experience to be honest I even said I want to throw my bday party as an adult here just completely awesome experience hands down Thank you to the staff that had to put up with my funny farm. ??

I've gone here several times and never had an issue with wearing other companies jump socks. I wanted to take my kids out for a special treat and they made us get off the trampoline for wearing different grip socks. Unfortunately I used my money to pay for the tickets and didn't have enough to buy 4 pairs of new socks. Thanks for ruining my kids day. She cried all the way home. I was considering asking my husband to buy an annual pass for my mother's day present as my 4yo likes the games here better but th

Kids love this place. Very friendly for all ages.

Pretty fun place to take the kids and seems to be managed well. Clean and good service too.

They have a good setup and are relatively clean. Make sure you buy their socks otherwise it is an insurance problem for them. They only seemed to care about petty issues and not safety. This Fly always seems to remind me why I don't like the wasilla Fly. Their refs are quite rude. I tried it again hoping this time would be different. Nope!

Super fun place for family. Love taking my kids here.

We're trying to cancel our Fly memberships and they are making the process extremely unpleasant. I went in before it was supposed to renew and asked them about canceling it, the response I got was, "you have to message them online through the website." Okay, so I did... twice! I have never received emails or messages from Fly about my memberships reviewing, this time I did. I replied with proof of the other emails I had sent and still no response. I called them 6 or 7 times, no response. I can't get ahold

Had my sons 12th birthday party today. The only thing that was good was the jump time. When it came to the party room it fell apart. The pizzas I think were freschetta frozen pizzas that were burnt and the kids ate 1 1/2 out of 4 pizzas because they were gross, I had to go find the lady to fill the pitchers up all 3 times because she wasn't checking on us, they had the pizzas in the room but they weren't fully cut and I had to find the lady again to give us something to cut them with so we could serve the k

It can be hit or miss with the staff. They're either paying attention and making sure the kids are jumping safely, or they're not paying any attention at all. The last time we went, we pulled the tables from the wall and took down chairs ourselves. Seems like stuff like that should be on the opening checklist ????? that said, they're the only trampoline park in the valley and they're relatively clean. It'll be nice when the cafe area opens again.

It was smaller than I expected and there was no area for my 2-year-old to play without big kids jumping around so we had to be very careful watching her as well as the older kids. Overall it was a fun trampoline park. Just wished there were more options for little ones.

Always a great time for both me and my kiddos. They love dogeball and the foam pit. The obstacle course is always entertaining. The massage chairs are the best while my kids exhaust themselves.

Every staff member should be trained to attend the front counter, the prize counter, monitor kids jumping, monitor the virtual reality game to assist kids that want to play instead of forcing patrons to ask the front desk staff multiple times then give attitude like its an inconvenience to do their job, they should hang OUT OF SERVICE signs on the broken machines, and clean the bathrooms and puddles of water consistently under the water fountain. I have never seen the food counter open. The staff is lazy, r

We had an amazing birthday party for my oldest son, the staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had and really took care of us and made us feel welcome and valued. Would rate higher if I could, 100% will be coming back in the future. Ernie, Aiden, and Nick really went the extra mile to take care of us.

This place is awesome! What a blessing to have this is in Wasilla. My family loved the arcade games and the ninja course! My little nephew was even able to dunk a basketball on the adjustable hoop, he jumped like 7 ft up and slammed it! Meanwhile I got to watch ESPN and get a massage in their chairs. The prizes from the tickets was a wonderful way to finish a great afternoon and all the kids were spent for energy after. Fully recommend!!

Rudest staff ever! Feels like most of the people who work here hates kids! They have one guy that just walks around the complex and yells at kids the minute they do something wrong. I understand there are rules, but he takes it to the extreme and seems to enjoy making kids cry. We will never come again or recommend to anyone. Yuck

Put just literally any effort into maintaining the games. They've been messed up for years, and never get better. Balls missing, things loose, parts missing, I get it the people that work there aren't maintenance people but some is just testing each game once a week and making sure stuff is stocked. I've had a monthly membership here for over 2 years and the stuff that was broken then is broken now.

Kids love it, but prices are high. Great atmosphere, lots of kids usually getting along quite well. Dad's cannonballing into the foam block pit is on point, as is the kid spring launching on trampolines.

A lot of the arcade games didn't work, so be prepared to let staff know so you could get tickets added to your card. Great spot for a small children's birthday party. The trampoline side looks awesome for kiddos and parents. I didn't get to check it out due to being pregnant. The pizza was alright but probably great for kiddos.

Depending on who is working at the time, but for the most part the employees will stop you every few minutes and remind you of the rules ( that change a lot ) even if you haven't broken any. My boys and I (2 and 9) were having a good time the first 10 minutes. 20 minutes in, the constant interruptions from the staff got really annoying. And 30 minutes into the hour I payed for, we left. We didn't even take the socks I bought, because we will not be back. And how do you allow 80 people in to jump but you're

Overall a nice place, my kids enjoy going there. I will have to say it is a bit overpriced and the staff can be a bit strict. I understand they are trying to keep everyone safe, but every time I have gone in there I get scolded for something ridiculous. We went this morning and I took my 1, 2, and 3 year old daughters for toddler time. Unfortunately I had mixed the times up with their Wednesday time and so we had missed it. No big deal, so I paid $59 for three toddlers to jump plus one pair of socks for one

This facility was not very crowded at all (a perk) when we went on a Thursday night 2 hour ticket. We were able to quickly complete our waivers on site, buy entry for our designated time, and purchase their grip socks for the kids to use for jumping (this is required for jumpers). I recommend wearing socks if you're a supervising adult as no bare feet or shoes allowed on the jump platform and direct supervision required for younger kiddos. We did not do so and decided to buy jumper socks for myself and husb

My kids liked this fly way more than the one in Anchorage.

Because there were more than one birthday going on, they had to shut down the cafe for those who were not part of the party attendees due to short staffing. They are required to have those who want to have birthdays to provide a 72 hr notice, so they were very aware of how many were attending these parties but were not accounting regular paying customers. I asked what I could do as snacks for my kids since I paid for two hours. I was told to order DoorDash, so me having to pay even more then what it would?

My kids love spending time here. My daughter (3 yrs old) just loves running and bouncing all over the place. My son (8 yrs old) love spending time doing the obstacle course, dodge ball, and foam pit. Great for getting their energy out during the winter or when we were bored at home during the summer.

It's so much fun! Very entertaining vibe, great ambience for kids and young adults. Practical for adults who are sitting and watching their kids, as they have massage chairs standing by the trampolines. A good variety of different games and fun activities for kids. It's actually not that expensive. To put it in perspective, at the Extreme fun center in wasilla, it costs $20 for one single race that lasts about 5 minutes. Here you only pay $16 for a whole hour of fun, and every hour after that is only $8. T

My kid and her buddies love it. I was unnerved by the distance from the main area to the bathrooms for little kids it's creepy and when they play they don't want to stop and pee. I would also like to say that if they bought better toilette paper it wouldn't be all over the floors. It's so thin you can't tare off but a half square at a time.

1st impressions are the best... and I was extremely amused by not just the options but the staff was happy... helpful and works great with the kids... I felt this was a good and safe environment... and it's hard to get 5 stars out of me...

Great place to get your kids tired. It was a little unorganized at the check in counter

I was a guest for a kids birthday party, saddly all the kids invited canceled on him at the last minute. The staff here was very sympathetic and went above and beyond to help make his day special reguardless. 12 out of 10 stars. Thanks for everything.

Monthly membership is the best thing ever. What a great assitant manager too. Just love them. Never thought i could afford so much fun. 30 dollars a month !!!!!!! And my kid has his own gym. I couldn't rave enough about them.

Very fun, although at the time of my going a lot of the arcade games were broken, it's still extremely fun and the pizza. Oh don't even get me started on the pizza. Cold or hot it is by far for some reason some of the best tasting pizza I've had. I would order pizza from fly every day I swear.

I'd say this place is pretty average. It was a little dark for my liking, but I guess it appeals to some people. It's a bit small, so it is suited for younger children. Teenagers and young adults would find a different, bigger trampoline park in Anchorage.

Very rude, unprofessional employees, consistently yelling for unreasonable causing such as laying down and one of the employees had a kiss mark on their neck, inappropriate looks for working with young children will now go to anchorage trampoline parks.

When you first walk in thos place seems kind of small and the line to check in was kind of long. It seemed like they needed help at the front. When you get through and head to start jumping theres so much more. They have a mini arcade and it is a lot of fun. The food was very good and fresh. Every employee that I encountered was very nice and all seem to be great with kids! The whole place was very clean and the vibe is amazing. Totally reccomend going here.

I brought my 5 kids yesterday. Everyone has to sign a waiver, even if they are sitting down watching the kids...it's a hassle to fill out the forms for 7 of us. Then everyone has to buy their socks on top of the expense of paying to get in, about $100 for an hour for the 5 kids. My 5-year-old wanted to go through a course with me, so I took her halfway through and was told I needed to go buy their socks and a ticket for myself. What a rip off. I said fine, just let me get out. The lady told me, "It's

Kid had a good time. Front desk staff was difficult to communicate with and didn't do a good job of explaining the process for a new person. The onboarding /entry process was obnoxious: pay, go to the other side of the room and fill out a waiver, go back to the front of the room to show a paper ticket and tell them your name.. and then they let you in. Soooo many ways to streamline and improve flow.

Went to a lovely friend's son's birthday party and the place got pretty much everything wrong. Not a bad review on the place at all. It's good fun for the kids.

This place is quickly turning into the next Bouncing Bears. Dirty & run down. In a matter of months the equipment is showing its wear and tear and grime is building up. Upped their prices with a million rules. A mom and grandma couldn't go down the runway side by side during toddler time. This place is taking advantage of being the only trampoline park in the Valley. I also got the pleasure of witnessing an employee who got to have their own kid there during their shift, act abrasive and loud mouthed to the

If I could give this place less then one star they would get it for their poor customer service and false advertising. Wife took our toddler to the park for toddler time and the advertising states for it 5&under. My wife called multiple times to confirm that she could bring our 7 months old and the staff said yes and then upon arriving at the park she asked the Manager and she stated yes it is fine took our money almost 22 dollars and then stated she couldn't have our daughter there since she was to young.

Always clean and friendly staff. However, 90% of the time, the food court is not open. It would be nice to have this option when bringing always hungry kids.

Had my daughters birthday at Fly and had an great experience up until it was time to pay the bill. My party attendant was great, she went above what I have seen other party attendants do and kept me in the loop on everything. After the party I went to the front to settle my bill. The kid at the register was very rude and disrespectful to my husband and myself and even to her coworkers. It was very obvious she sits herself on a high horse. After arguing with her about an additional charge (made by there mist

Misguided by reps at state fair who were more concerned about earning commission instead of giving me clear information. Thought I had more time to cancel before getting charged. What is worse they refused to refund me for the service I am not using even though I contacted the day I was charged and explained I had been misguided and thought I had more time to cancel. I will just have to take the hit I guess. Place was cool for maybe a half hour but our kids got tired of jumping and wasted the other half hou

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This shady and underhanded establishment, kept charging me for months through the pandemic. They told me that they told the public that they would stop charging everyone when they were forced to shut down. And then they would start charging everyone when they were allowed to open back up. I didn't receive any e-mail or text stating any of this. And they straight out refused to issue any kind of a refund. They cannot keep their customers safe in the park, but they charged us

Do not get the monthly subscription. It's impossible to cancel. I've tried for four months. Calling them and emailing. To no avail, no responses other than my own emails fwd back to me. I literally had to close a bank account to stop being charged.

Other than the harm I caused myself it's a really fun place!!!

They want a lot of your personal info for a voucher, just so the company can sell it to a third party. No thanks. Its a cool place for parents and kids if your going to stay. For a visitor like me, two stars and I'll never return anyways.

The customer service was outstanding and way above anything I have seen in a long time! With 4 kids waiting while they had to figure out a computer problem they could not have been more understanding and very professional about the situation. They were extremely busy on the date we stopped in on our first visit and we will be sure to be back after that! Thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS!!!!!

Sometimes there are too many people there. Besides that, I think their arcade is awesome, the VR game is amazing, I felt like I was actually inside a 3D game. The trampolines are fun, the foam pit has a "boardwalk" across it with soft "bats" so you can challenge a friend to a joust and knock them into the pit. There's also a rope swing with steps leading up to it, so you can Tarzan yourself into the foam pit. ??

Had a lot of fun here. Me and my son went for a bday party. And he & I both had a blast! Would Definatly recommend at least giving it a try. I wasnt to sure about it at first but I'm glad I went. And the staff was super friendly! Will Definatly be going back. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the prices. I went for a bday party and didnt pay for anything. So I dont know anything about their prices.

This place was great... Took 9 kids aging from 2-17 fun for the whole family.. Also massage chairs for mom and dad.. And lounge couches for the ones who don't particapate. This is an arcade, photo booth, food court, later tag, etc.. The kids will love it and so will you..

Always a good time here. Although, quite a few of the games were messed up and didn't have any signs saying so. Had to get a refund a couple of times which meant waiting in the line at the front for a while. A bit upsetting, but overall we had a great time.

The last couple times I have come here 1/2 the games don't work. There are so many workers wondering around yet the place is dirty. My daughter loves to jump but really not worth the price.

What can I say but wow. Horrible time my children couldn't even run on the trampoline. The staff were like junkies pacing around waiting to scold children. The lady at the foam pit just looked at the kids that wanted the rope. It was very uncomfortable and a waste of 50 dollars. Make the drive to get air in anchorage. They have no mafia chasing children and let them run.

Came out from Anchorage for a family fun day with my wife and two kids because the website says parents jump free with child. Arrived at park and the big sign over register states the same thing. Paid for the two kids and was told that parents in their eyes mean one PARENT both PARENTS. Was told the website was wrong and it only one parent per family even though the sign in the park say PARENTS just like the website. This sounds like false advertising to me. At least the kids had fun while I sat and watched

I've been here multiple times with my wife and kids every single time I come here one of the employees have a problem with us weather it's how I'm jumping with my kids or the fact that we pay for an hour and they try to get us to leave 20 minutes early the most of the employees are rude and unprofessional if there was another place in the wasilla area I could go like this I would but unfortunately there isn't just expect to have issues with the staff when you get here

Great place to take kids to burn energy. Certain days they do toddler time, which I think is cool. They have some obstacle courses, they have arcade, and more. I think its great for all ages.

Fun place to let the kids expend some energy!!!

Short staffed garbage over flowing no food service an the gentleman who looks like an adult manager walks around tickles the teenager girls that dance to the floor! was very disappointed this last time, needs more employees with respect

We love toddler time! It is such a wonderful option all year long. Clean facility and friendly staff!!

Fly Trampoline Park was fun. They have arcade games, American Ninja Warrior obstetrical course, and yes a lot of trampolines. My kids had a blast. It is pricey to play here.

I love the place but I do wanna say it is dirty but it is fun for kids ages to like 3-12

Super hot in there they have a place with snacks and drinks but they said they weren't open. Stupid the place is open and no way to get a drink

Fun place, but.....the Cafe was closed and only served food to a booked birthday party. The card kiosk didn't work and the Redemption Center was closed.

Really fun place and staff is nice, there's always that one guy who takes his job really serious and doesn't even let you have fun but other than that really fun place.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?
