Membership is the way to go. Always clean, staff are always friendly. We come here just about every day/every other day. Best place to beat the summer heat! Usually, by hour two, I'm putting on my jacket.

My kids and I were there for a party event?an my oldest daughter tried the zip line and her phone had fallen out of her pocket and she tried to go look for it in the foam pit but due to so many kids there we/she couldn't find it. I report it was lost and got a phone call from the manager stating she is goin to look for it herself so hopefully *fingers crossed* she does find it. Thank you Manager..it's an iPhone 15 (pink) has a clear case with drawings on it. Also I'd lik to add that they are wonderful at bo

Every time we go, my son has a total blast jumping, sliding, climbing, flipping, and most importantly dancing to the loud music haha! Every one of the staff members are super kind and helpful. My dumb self lost my phone in the foam pit while doing the zip line haha. The kind gentleman was nice enough to let me dig for it. I finally found it. Thanks Fly High for giving us a fun outlet every weekend! Much appreciated. :)

Absolute mess. We showed up for a birthday party and waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. After figuring out for ourselves where to go we waited another several minutes. Then we finally had staff address us, only to tell us we had to start the waiver process and put us in another long line. At that point we have been in the facility for near an hour and are only doing paperwork. Ready to walk out and we are being completely ignored by any and all staff. This place e is an absolute joke.

I wish they don't turn off the lights on the toddler/slide area. And it would be nice if those balls get some cleaning. My 15months old picked up a ball with gum ;[

Very lovely people working who care about their customers and their safety. We spent two hours and had a fantastic time! Will be doing this again!

Fly High is really fun! My kids LOVE coming here! My youngest especially loves the mega playground with all its tunnels and slides for the little guys. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. They make sure kids are playing safe. The price is a bit more then other local trampoline parks but overall, it's fantastic!

Trinity is such a great help! She always has the best attitude when I go there:)

I had my daughter's 5th bday here for the first time. It was not the best experience. The staff was not helpful at all. My daughter?s name was not presented showing guests where her bday party was. They also charge you double for party guests and parents. They said the party organizer is supposed to keep track of all that, whom was me the mom. Guest came in paid for their kiddo and checked in with the staff. So when I was done with the party, I also paid for them. So the company got double their jumping fee

Kids loved it especially hanging out w family. Only thing about this place is you cant tell whose staff members other than a small neon green lanyard a tshirt would definitely stand out. Overall that was one for the memory books AND save your grip socks if u plan on returning

What a great place, and the staff were awesome! I had my son?s birthday party there. They made it so easy! They have a pretty good system. My son had a great time! Thank you!

It was fun and all but no fans so it was extremely hot and me and my friends got talked to by the staff because this girl twisted her ankle and kept chasing us and we didn't even know her and kept telling her to leave us alone and the hotness overheated me so I ended up throwing up on the floor and in the trashcan because of the heat but overall 3/5 it was fun most staff members we awesome

I will give it 4 stars. Yeah I know it's great and all, but some parts are missing. Specially the thing that spins, and you have to it avoid. That was one of the most place I loved. Last is like at the kids area?s like those big slides there was a slime on it.

Very annoying employee (younger girl) followed us and made the experience really unpleasant. Don't do this, don't do that, your socks, etc.

So glad we decided to check this place out. The kids had a blast. But I have to say, Daphnie is the reason we'll be back! She was so kind and went well above and beyond. That girl deserves a raise! She's amazing!!

My son is 10 and special needs. I got the monthly pass so he could burn some energy for 2 hours. The first couple of times we came he had a lot of fun. We always come between 10 and 2 to jump. After about 2 weeks I noticed a pattern of several teenagers coming at the same time and the workers who were there friends let them do whatever they wanted. They were playing tag, jumping off onto trampolines where kids were jumping and really being unsafe. Last week my son was coming out of the pit where the Zip lin

Great place to take your kiddos for a fun day or birthday party! Melissa, our party host was amazing! She had everything super organized and kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need more party supplies! 10/10!

My Grandkids love going to Fly High. This is where they have birthday parties as well as just getting together with family and friends to have a great time. Associates are super helpful and always kind. If you looking for somewhere your kids can have a good time, this is the place.??????

Awesome experience. We have booked several party room packages at Fly High in the past year and each time they have delivered! Special thanks to Jayde G. and Abby G. for making our kid's experience the best!

Start with food: Nothing to write home about, but this is not what you go to Fly High for. That's all that needs said about that. Went with a party package for our little girl which included pitchers of drink and ice cream. Price cannot easily be beat anywhere else in the Four Corners, but then there isn't anyplace else like this that I am aware of in the Four Corners. Lots of activities, all kept in great shape. She had a blast! Staff is super friendly. Adults, keep in mind there is a massage chair hidde

This was our first time here, but we can't wait to come back. We had so much fun at their Carnoween event! I liked all the Halloween decorations/events they had, I especially loved the cat with "ear bones" lol

We had a blast! The place was clean, and employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lots of fun things to do. Even after two hours, I had to drag the kids away.

Love the staffing and how they knw my granddaughter "Lilly"

The staff is so kind. The facility is clean. The prices are fair. We had a birthday party there and the staff went above and beyond making sure our birthday was successful. We love going to fly high.

The kiddos always go, this was my 1st time going in for our own party. Our party hostess Melissa P. Was amazing and very welcoming. Everything was explained to me in great detail w very much needed enthusiasm, (I am not a social bug)

Went to Fly High and had an excellent experience with the decorations and overall vibe of the place. It was during a flight nite and the safety monitor anthony helped us stay safe and keep kids away from us doing tricks.

Abby is an outstanding employee at Fly High Trampoline Park. She ensures the park's safety by meticulously inspecting all equipment, preventing accidents and injuries. Her friendly and helpful demeanor makes visitors feel welcome, I've never gone to fly high and not seen her doing something, she is always making herself busy by helping others. Abby's dedication and genuine care for others make her an invaluable asset to the park.

We had an enjoyable time. My grandson, visiting for the holidays, has a December birthday we celebrated there. We were able to bring in cup cakes, pizza, sparkling water, and decorations to set up on the picnic tables. We just purchased wristbands and socks. Great time and fairly inexpensive way to have a birthday. Very small with only 4 children and parents.

Imagine driving all the way from cortez just be told that they're closed for a private event but the maps reads it as open only for them to change it to closed after you get to them and then fall to make sure they're open. Seriously disappointing.

Fun place for all ages of children and adults alike!

First off. Yes it was pretty fun. But when I landed in the foam pit after the zip line, my arm was met with an unidentifiable substance and as soon as I touched it I felt sick to my stomach. To be honest, just don't respond/ interact with kids being rude. Bc no matter how hard you try, you'll be the one who almost gets kicked out bc most of the staff doesn't know how to do their job after watching the affair start, (by a person who I will not say the name of) and will yell at you and tell you to not curse a

I enjoyed throwing my daughters birthday party here. The staff were very helpful! They had everything set up so nicely when we arrived. They gave us extra things that we didn't have on hand that we forgot about. Like utensils to cut the cake. They were very patient when we had to figure out our payment arrangements because they honored a coupon we had received in the mail for parties here. SO THANKFUL to have received that coupon at the right time! I will be back in February to throw another party for my ot

I decided to take my kiddo in since he's been asking to go quite a bit. The facility was clean and welcoming. With kids running around, that is no easy feat! William was amazing. He checked on us and made sure that if we needed anything he was right there. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

I recently visited Fly High Trampoline Park and had an absolutely fantastic time, thanks to one of the amazing workers there, Takoda. From the moment we walked in, Takoda's friendly and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. He was incredibly attentive and made sure everyone was having a great time while also ensuring safety was a top priority. Takoda went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had and even gave us some great tips on how to make the most out of our visit. His enthusias

Came to fly high today for a birthday party. I had a wonderful experience, Alex was super helpful with the check in process which really made it a great experience, since it wasn't stressful.

My grandkids love this place it's worth the 15$ per child for 2hours!

Sometimes this place is busy. Sometimes this place is crazy busy. Kids love it!

I booked a party here for my grandchild and the service was so amazing. The employees where so kind,my party host Alex did a great job. Love coming here recommend for everybody.!

When I went to fly high Mylee and all of the staff were helpful and kind! My grandkids had so much fun and we will definitely be going back!

I took my family to fly high. We bought two passes and were provided two white band's for my wife and I. We have a 10 year old and a 14 month old. My wife was holding the baby's hand and walking her on the trampoline when an employee approached my wife and said that she could not do that because she hadn't bought the pass to jump herself. It seems that fly high has no problem collecting the fee for a pass for a 14 month old baby but they wont allow the mother to hold her hand while she walks on the trampoli

Best costomer service I have seen in a long time!! The crew was amazing! Everything was clean and welcoming! We went for my son's birthday and was not disappointed! They were so reassuring that we were there to have fun and they were right! I couldn't have expected anything more! Well worth the money! we will be doing this

Had an amazing time lots of things for my daughter to enjoy loved the toddler area for my baby boy special thanks to Ricardo and Abby for helping my boy out of the ball pit and just being amazing employees overall!

One of my kids favorite places to go. Management is wonderful and always makes sure we are well taken care of and have the best experience?.

My experience here was very pleasant and fun, seems to be a well kept place, the staff was very good especially the man who I believe his name is Trea, he was polite, accommodating and friendly

UPDATE- I used to love coming with my oldest when she was 1-2 years old. We'd come almost everyday because they had a toddler/baby area but they have taken it down to add more tables. Now, they only have that huge jungle, and my youngest can hardly enjoy herself because it's too big to climb for her. Also teens and bigger kids run through so fast. It is no longer enjoyable if you have toddlers and want something to do during the day** I bring my daughter here usually. These are the dates and amounts I have

Had my sons Birthday here and he loved every second of it. Kinda pricey but they do take care of everything.

Alex give us the absolutely best service at flyhigh for my sons 8th. Great employee & he has amazing customer service.

We had our sons birthday party at Fly High yesterday. The person who helped us with our party was Sela. She did an AMAZING job!!! We basically showed up and she walked us through the rest. She made everything so easy for us. I especially appreciated her positive attitude. My son has been asking to have a birthday party at Fly High for months, and he loved the experience. This is a great place to bring your family for a fun time. I look forward to many more parties here. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We love fly high we do our kids birthday parties there every year! We always ask for the same host Melissa Parra! She is awesome

I had an amazing time at flyhigh. My kids enjoyed it very much. Also a huge shoutout to the employee Matt , very helpful.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RENT THIS PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY. The prices are ridiculous and the staff is not very nice nor helpful at all!!! I was sooo unhappy with this place and felt absolutely mistreated. I shouldn't be pulled out of my son's birthday party to handle payment arrangements while the party is still in progress and have a staff member argue with me for 20 minutes..you took my time away from my guests and I did not get a chance to sing my son a happy birthday song or open up his gifts or ente

This place is great! Ann Marie was great and helped us set up a day for my daughters birthday. My kids had a blast and I did too! The entire staff was great and seemed knowledgeable about the numerous activities and a couple even got involved and played with the kids! It was awesome!

Love taking my nieces and nephew is they always have fun when Trea is working. They love having him around!

The staff was amazing and friendly. It was also very clean. There's so much to do there and my daughter had a blast. Loved that there was a space for smaller kids to run around (even I had a blast running after her in it). Would highly recommend.

My experience here was amazing. My little brothers birthday was fun. The kids loved it. The adults were under a bit of stress but it is a place for kids to have fun. I love that about it so much. Kids can be kids. Kids are loud, clumsy, playful, and full of energy. They do allow adults to play as well. It's so much fun. It was very pricey. However it was worth it. The staff are very nice and polite considering the environment they work in. I don't mean that in an offensive way. It's just a place with so muc

Had a very enjoyable time at Fly High. Everyone was very helpful, especially Abby she was very quick to check us in.

Takoda at Fly High was really helpful with answering all the questions I had. He was really friendly and good at his job. Highly recommend this place

Tryed to go there and half the place is closed down and thats the side my son like to play on caz it has slides and balls and such and it the young kid side and the teen up front never Offered a lower price for the fact that their place was 50% closed and my son is only three years old. Plus I have a nine month old so the jump side isn't really really convenient for us and the side we wanted to be on was completely closed and we're not even even getting any deals from the front so will give you for 50% off

A very fun place for the kiddos. Toddlers section is just as adventurous.

Such a fun place to go with the kids just ti get out of the house and some exercise! Daphnie was so much help and very sweet

Absolutely enjoy every time we go here!! They have great staff and the facility is awesome!!

Trea was really helpful and respectful for anything I needed he was there and was on it right away, really cool really funny and REALLY cute I wonder if he's single? Asking for a friend?

This was an awesome experience. All the employees where so kind and I was just a great place to have lots of fun ?? 10/10 would recommend ??

Super fun and inviting environment, Trea was very attentive to my children/others and helpful with every question! We will be going back!

I love when Trea is there! He loves to help my daughters out. Hes very sweet!

I think $16-20 to jump for 60 min is ridiculous! I don't understand how families with multiple children can afford it. Especially with the pandemic and not as many people working. There should be better offers or discounts and at the very least allow for 2 hours not just 60 min per admission. Saturday and Friday Flight Nights are a pretty good deal. I'm very thankful they got rid of he kissing booth. Sorry, I meant the photo booth. Not only did it take horrible blacked out photos but the amount of teenager

Had a great time at Fly High! Really appreciated the help from Takoda he made the whole experience really great:)

Came here with some friends for a party and Takoda was a wonderful party host and we had a great time!

Just wish the older kids were more careful and paid attention had to shoulder check one away from killing my kid the young teens aren't that bright sorry but it's true

Great time!! The staff was so awesome!!! ... especially Kylie , helping out and giving pointers on the floor!!! And so much more to do, as well as skating. We definitely recommend and will surely be back!!! Thanks for a wonderful time!!!!

Always a fun time, even for the parents. Thanks for a fun place for families! Abby was super helpful

This place is great. Lots of stuff to run around and do. I am so glad we chose to pay extra and jump with the kids. It's a work out, with the added bonus of guaranteed naps for all afterwards. Watch out for the foam pit though. Every single adult in our party nearly got stuck. It's deep! Worth it though. 10/10 would yeet myself into the foam pit again.

It's a good place for my 5yo grandson, but I don't like the older kids running around chasing each other and climbing all over the place, and the person that suppose to oversee people just look at them ....there are alot of little ones ..

Had a great time with my grandkids. Their employee Elena was so kind and helpful.

The Halloween display is pretty cool and the black out is my favorite! They had a different net. Though, one thing is down and hasn't been working in almost a year.->this jump section has opened. The swinging arm is still down. The jump platform was pretty awesome. ?

So far so good. It is a fun place to see time fly high as my kiddos are enjoying themselves. And they do have a snack bar that serves popcorn ice cream drinks chips etc. There is a restroom there. And I recommend this place to others... Adults are able to jump too..

We really enjoyed our visit. It was our first time and the staff was friendly and walked us through signing paperwork and purchasing wristbands. Kids ages 5 & 8 we're both very happy and tired by the time we left. We look forward to going again soon.

Too expensive to give a five star rating, but this will for sure wear the kids out

Elena is amazing. She is always so friendly and attentive with the kids.

Farmington does not have very many good options when it comes to entertainment. Fly high is one of these options, and there are many pros and cons that accompany going to this location. First, we have the price. This is not a cheap location, you can get some good deals for multiple hours if you go on the right day (check the website or call ahead) but it is still decently expensive. You also will always have to pay for the grip socks if you don't bring your own. Next we need to talk about the waivers. If yo

I have been waiting for Fly High to open for a while. Today they finnaly opened up and I paid a visit. Everything is new and there is still smell of fresh paint. $3 per trampoline socks is a good price. I will be taking my son there for his upcoming birthday. I am sure he will love it!

Jayde was very helpful, had a great attitude and was very quick getting us all checked in and the kids to jumping!! Thank you for your help!

Today was our first visit. It was a blast. Then they opened the foam pit! Even more exciting. My 4 year old loved jumping in the foam pit. My not so adventurous 8 year old gave it a try. However, he got stuck. Which led me to jump in to get him out. I successfully got him out to only get stuck myself. Two staff members came over and assisted me getting out. Normally, I would be mortified. These folks were completely professional. The foam pit ate one of my socks so they even provided me with a free pair so

My kids have an absolute blast there. The facility is clean and the employees are so kind and sweet. I also heard they sanitize often so that's a bonus. I highly recommend fly high.

Elena is my favorite!!! My kids love her and she's so fast in the line ????

I love going when Trea is working he's so sweet and helps everyone well!

We had an amazing experience!! Jessica and Melissa went well above and beyond to help us today and provided exceptional service! Fly High should give them a raise for their stellar customer service!

my Children and I had a great time at fly high. However, my husband went up to get a wristband and set down my $200 rayban sunglasses on the check in desk. Walked away and went right back to find they were gone. Asked the employees and they said they didn't see them. He asked them if they could look at the camera to see who took them and they said they could not. I know, his fault for setting them down, but What I found to be really weird is that only one employee tried helping and went to find the man who

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
