This place needs a good deep clean! I feel like jumpers need a bleach bath upon leaving. In the foam pit with the rope swing, there is a divider that connects to two areas. They have added some foam pads and cover it with the foam blocks, but it is too hard to be jumped on. My son hurt his back jumping in and landing on it since it was covered. We talked with the staff. Their answer was yeah we know it is an issue, so we put some pads on it. I told them it still hurts and is dangerous to have it hidd

I recently took my daughter to Fly High for her birthday party. Felix checked us in and did an amazing job with getting all the kids ready to go! He was super friendly and very helpful. We also noticed him interacting with the kids on the trampoline area and they seemed to really enjoy having him around. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Felix was incredible during our visit to Fly High! He was energetic, professional, and made the whole experience even more fun. He was always attentive, making sure everyone was safe while still keeping the vibe upbeat and exciting. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. His positive attitude and skills really stood out, and he made our visit one to remember. Thanks to Felix, we can't wait to come back!

I stopped in to see if Flying High would be willing to help support a cause and Monica came through with flying colors! The compassion and empathy she had was very touching! While waiting to speak with her, I noticed the staff were very friendly and trying to get everyone taken care of quickly. I was impressed by the place and the cleanliness! I highly recommend supporting a local business that wants to provide fun for the kids! Thank you again Monica, you are a gem!!!

I just showed up at a busy time. My kids like it busy but it can be sort of a pain to check in. Today the three people at the desk were knocking out the line so fast I hardly believed it. Cam helped us reinstate our membership (we get memberships every winter) and I can absolutely say it has never been so fast and easy. He was so fast, knew exactly what he was doing and got the billing, socks and membership done in about a minute and a half. I've been a member for years with two kids and I usually make

Great place to take your kids for an afternoon of fun! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of different areas in the building for kids to explore and try new things. The people also seem to be mindful of little kids vs big kids.

Refreshed equipment and layout. A lot of new features. Plenty of trampolines and various stations to choose from. Plenty of party rooms if you want to throw a party. You can order your own food and have it catered in. Zip line, Dodge ball, slam dunk, and more. We bring our kids here fairly often and use it as the go to birthday party location.

Unsafe for Toddlers, Poorly Supervised When my toddlers moved back from Twin Falls, they missed Jump Time, where they had a membership and loved the designated toddler area. We were hoping Fly High would offer a similar setup, but it quickly became clear that it doesn't. There is nothing separating the treehouse area from the rest of the park, and older kids were constantly running through it, disrupting play and creating safety concerns. On two separate visits just weeks apart, my toddlers were bullied o

Nice employees, clean spaces, good options for different skill levels. It was quite hot inside. My husband and I brought some cards to play games while the kids jumped, and we were overly warm at rest. So my kids were extra hot while jumping.

Great! Had a great time with the nephew here. Plenty of room on Friday night when we visited. Had a lot of fun on the trampolines.

First of all I didn't want to write this on google reviews? I was trying to submit an email to you on your website but it wouldn't allow me to submit? Where on your website do you say that you close the whole place down for a private party? When you pay monthly for a membership to your place you should also say on there that you will close the whole place down at times for a private event. So technically when you advertise your listed times people drive there to see that you have a sign listed on your door

My grandson is grateful for the the opportunity to jump. However, he found it to be better suited for younger kids. He felt there wasn't much to do and trampolines were not as."bouncy" as.other venues he's been too.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told that the waivers I had filled out 6 months prior were expired, and that I would need to wait in line for another 30 minutes in order to re-fill it out and then pay. Additionally, their bathrooms are falling apart and disgusting, and their staff has always been surly and unpleasant to deal with. I do not recommend this place.

Went in for the first time last week and will be back. Good seating for adults to watch the kids play & the place seems a lot cleaner than its competitor which I appreciate. my kids had so much fun!

I love this place and it really is a great value for my family. Compared to the other trampolines spots in town it is definitely less expensive. Their options for membership are super reasonable. The plane is always very clean, all the trampolines are in perfect condition. They have an area for every skill level too all the way from say 3 year old toddlers up to the most experienced trampoline fanatic that can bounce 30' and do triple backflips. We had our kids birthday party here and it was great but watch

went around 10am during the Christmas break. There were few early birds like me but not too crowded. Filling out the waiver ahead of time helps. Place was clean and spacious enough for kids to spread out. A couple of areas where you needed a staff member and there was 1 guy running between the 2 places. That was my only complain. There were no areas for toddlers and often times the older kids were running into the toddlers. Overall, a good place for kids to run around.

It is what you would expect. My kids always have fun. Saturday is a bit of a nightmare with 8 different birthday parties happening all at the same time.

When we arrived yesterday there were so many people here there wasn't a place to sit. And people just kept coming and coming but no one was leaving. They never announced for different colored wrist bands to be done jumping and leave. It had to be over fired code capacity which is extremely dangerous. When I was purchasing my tickets, I had a gift card in my hand. I forgot to use it and after she ran my card I asked if I could use it and she told me no. The line was long, and it was complete chaos. I couldn'

Our kids had a blast!!! The layout is spacious. They have an area for kids under 42 inches which includes slides, ball pits and climbing. They have dodgeball, basketball, high performance tramps and more. They have concessions with a variety of pretzels, pizza and hotdogs. They also have arcade games as well. Staff were friendly and seemed to Enjoy giving tips on certain tricks to jumpers and enjoy engaging with the customers. Establishment was clean and had ample seating for anyone watching.

Went there for a friend's kids birthday party. All the kids had a blast and many adults enjoyed themselves too. Pretty cool experience.

Fly High trampolines is a fairly new place. It has lots of trampolines, a nerf gun range, a ball pit, and other attractions. For a child's birthday party I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They really helped us a lot with forgotten items, etc. Would definitely do it again.

A fun place for the kids, with a bird's-eye view for the parents to watch them. There are various types of trampolines, stunt bags to jump down to, a dodgeball area, a Nerf war area, a toddler play area, snack bar, a few video games, space for parties, Etc. They need a bit better organization when they have groups. The line is extremely long.

Took my 2 children there for the first time. They have been to several trampoline parks but this one was one of the best in terms of the most diverse and fun trampolines to play on. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Also, we all loved the Halloween decorations. Very fun touch that made things just that much more fun. They had a great time and I'm sure we will be back.

My boys were in town for a visit and we swung in here to burn off some energy. Mid week was empty which was fantastic. Kids ran around for an hour on the hundreds of trampolines as well as the zip line. Yea I said zip line! After we got a couple of slushees and played some arcade game.

Awesome place to let the kids get out some energy! The staff are great. The facility is kept tidy and clean.

My four year old and my two year old went in today for their first time experience to this ?friendly kid place ? and honestly we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable after the employee told us that my four year old didn't reach the height or weight when clearly another kid same height and body mass similar to my child was allowed and he wasn't allowed I felt discriminated. It seemed like just because the kid was a white race and were Brown there was a problem with us. Never coming back to this place again my so

Fantastic place to come in the morning!!! Paid $12 for them for a couple of hours of jumping!!! Love the fact they have the jungle gym thing too!!! Kiddos LOVE planet kid so it was a nice break for them to have between jump jump jump.

Kloiee was such an amazing party host. She had so many partys to host and still was attentive to all of her party's. I will be coming back again!!!

Amazing place for a birthday party! They have little party rooms to rent out, you can bring your own food/sodas and they have plenty to keep the kiddos Happy!

Went to a Birthday Party for my 4 year old nephew. All of the kids had a great time. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. I would recommend this place. We had kids from 3 to 21 playing not to mention the parents. They do have an upstairs but they have an elevator for handicapped.

We just had my Daughters 10th birthday party here. (Non- private) and our tables were were set up with her favorite colors and all the space to accommodate her friends! The staff were very polite as well! We were able to bring our own snacks and cupcakes too! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

My son has been a longtime member at fly high and he absolutely loves it! He's been there so long he's on first name basis with some of the employees and Tyler is his favorite. On another note I've been a few times and all the employees are super awesome! The park is super clean and the management does a great job at running the park so smoothly even with all the younger employees.

Recently took my kids here as they haven't been to a trampoline park and are always talking about how much they want to go to one. I'd return in a heartbeat! The check in process was very streamlined. Staff was nice and helpful, Evan checked us in and ensured that we had a good time. Best trampoline park in the Boise area!

We love going here with our family! Aweosme customer service!!! Would highly recommend family and friends to attend!!! We like the people that work there! Tyler is awesome! He's got outstanding work ethics! And always has a smile on his face! And If you've never been before you should totally check it out!

We were in town visiting friends and took our little ones here. WOW! I have been to a few places like this before but nothing quite like this. We came for a party and were blown away by the staff and the whole facility in general. The area is immaculately clean which was a blessing since our toddler wanted to touch every surface. The soft play area was a blast for her to run around in, and we felt great knowing the staff was keeping a close eye on things. Will definitely come back the next time we visit!

Great facility and very fun for kids. The price is just a bit high and feels unrealistic for a family of 7 to do very often. Prices should be reduced.

We LOVE Fly High! As we head into fall and winter, I feel so lucky that we have such an incredible trampoline park here in the Treasure Valley. All of the staff, especially Monica, are there with friendly smiles and encouraging words. My kids beg me for monthly subscriptions and I don't mind it because I zone out with a good book while they get their wiggles out. Love it!

My 7 year old boy loved having his birthday party here and the park was fun for various different ages. I'd highly recommend Fly High over other options. Also employee Cam has amazing customer service and made the experience so much smoother.

Took the kids here for a birthday party, food was better than expected, kids had a blast. JJ was super enthusiastic & helpful! Had another birthday party here recently for the reasons listed above.

A great place to have fun and stay active! With plenty of trampolines and open space for running around, there are a variety of engaging activities to keep everyone entertained. It's a fantastic way for kids to burn off energy while having a blast! Plus, Fly High shows its dedication to the community by supporting local nonprofits. It's a welcoming destination for friends and families to create enjoyment, definitely worth checking out!

Worst place for a private party or event. It takes 30 minutes to just check in. The staff was not friendly. Not recommended for Birthday parties or any event.

Recently visited with my little one and had a nice lady named Carli help me out. She was nice pleasant and very knowledgeable. She was very helpful!

I had a great time at Fly High when I visited Boise! All the staff were great but Evan was extra amazing!!! He was one of the most polite and friendly people I have ever met! Would definitely go back!

Woooow. We love this place but not today! Came in to jump and found absolutely no one at any of their stations or on the floor. One group had waited entirely too long for a box for half of a large pizza and ended up having to leave it on the table. I tried calling while standing at the counter, no answer. I had to go and knock on the employee doors to get some attention and one employee came out of one of the party rooms in the back. She wasn't rude but totally unapologetic and whatever about being away fro

Jackson outgoing personality made my day and turned my frown upside down he was so kind and understanding making this a mystical experience

I booked a birthday party for my boys here and they loved every minute of it. The host Tanner did an amazing job keeping up with the party needs through the chaos! I recommend him as a host for anyone wanting to have a birthday party at fly high trampoline park.

We couldn't have picked a better place for a birthday party for my son! Jason wa so welcoming as soon as we walked in those doors! Making sure my son was going to be receiving his best birthday party. Thank you Jason for all your help!! Fly high is lucky yo have you !!!we need more people like you with such a great attitude and personality

Lia and Jackson were very helpful. We had a great experience. There was someone who threw up and all the employees all worked together to get it cleaned up. We love Fly high

Fantastic place! Fly High is a sparkling clean facility with a large variety of trampolines, plus additional amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I booked a group event with kids from 3 years old to adults and everyone had a wonderful time! They even called me the day of the event to confirm details. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend Fly High Trampoline Park!

This is not a review of the Fly High Trampoline Park itself, but of the generosity they have shown to the community. I chair a fundraising walk for Huntington's Disease in the Treasure Valley, and Fly High made a generous donation for our fundraising raffle. It seems like they get lots of high marks on their facility and service, so I just want to add praise for their support of community non-profits. Thank you Fly High! You're helping support families in Idaho who deal with the devastation of Huntington's

I took my granddaughter to a party everyone had a great time

Safest and cleanest trampoline park in Idaho! The weekly deals are so wonderful! I take my grandkids 2-4 times a month and we drive all the way from payette, ID because you CANT find a place with such fantastic customer service and hospitality! You really feel like home! Way to go Fly High staff and Management YOU GUYS ROCK!

Fly High is a great place to take my grandchildren for an outting. Their equipment is in great condition, clean and easy to access. I'm impressed with the Customer Service we always received from Kingston. He has been most helpful and patient in assisting me with the online waiver (I have difficulty with computers). Kingdton greets us with a smile everytime we enter Fly High. He is always very attentive to any questions I have and in interacting with my grandchildren. Kingston's conduct, attitude, and willi

Everytime I go to fly high I'm treated with so much hospitality. There genuinely is not a single other trampoline park I would go to in the Boise/Nampa area. Prices are reasonable and the food provided, while mostly things you'd find at a movie theater, have a ton of variety. I've seen this employee named Cam 3/4 times I go and everytime I see him he makes an effort to greet me and even knows my name.

I love this place so much, it's the easiest option for a fun day with friends or a birthday party! it is a fun and welcoming environment with amazing staff. When I went in last, Olivia helped me get signed in quickly and with a great attitude. ??

My 2 girls have absolutely had the time of their life the many times they have come here... and I, as a gymnastics parent have appreciated the owners of fly high who donate their foam to our gym Gem State Gymnastics .... It is very generous of them!

Fly High is such a fun cool place. My kids love going there. They always rave about how kind Olivia is to them when they go. Thanks Olivia for being there!

Great place to take the kids for the day. Friendly staff. The grandbabies really loved it.

Super fun more to do,, so much more to come sfot play for the kiddos. And something cool coming upstairs , arcade games woooooooohhhhhh can't wait

Lots of fun, says my 3 yr old grandson. Easy check in, would recommend you go online and fill out a consent form to save yourself a few minutes and bring grippy socks or pay $3. The place was filled with tons of challenging obstacles for a 3 yr old. What I liked most was everything was in working order and clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. You can tell that ownership is on premise and setting a high standard here. My 3 yr old went from one area to the next in a state of constant motion always finding a

Had a wonderful party my kiddos had a blast. Thank you

Love love this indoor trampoline park! Great for toddlers, (at all times with the designated little ones play area, plus they're also allowed every where else as well), tweens, teens, adults, and maybe even the active&brave seniors out there :). First park we tried in Boise and haven't felt it necessary to try another because we loved it so much!

This place is amazing. The park was clean and in great condition. Even the bathrooms were clean! The music was appropriate, the vibe felt safe, and the safety standards they have in place are incredible. The park is spacious with plenty of attractions to satisfy a lot of interests. They even have a few massage chairs! The park has several places to host parties too. We had a party there, recently and everything was taken care of. Seriously. You need it, they had it. We were able to work with Monica (the m

I had a wonderful time at the party!!! I don't know what these new reviews are about, but I had the best staff! They made it so easy and stress free! We have absolutely no complaints, we had a BLAST!! We will definitely be back. Fly High trampoline park is so AWESOME! 10/10 recommend booking a party with them!

My friends and I came in on a rainy day and had the most amazing time. The staff were so kind to us and walked us through the process of filling out a waiver and checking in. We will definitely be back soon!! I recommend coming here with teenagers and even small kids. They have a ball pit and jungle gym area for the toddlers.

I had an amazing experience at fly high. Clean, fun, and an all round good experience. Tanner was especially helpful in accommodating all my needs and questions. It's obvious to me the staff truly cares about its customers. 10/10 would definitely Recommend!

The kids got extremely sick after going here. My guess is there's no good way to wash or sanitize foam bricks that get sweaty, snotty, spit and barfed in other than throw them out but I'm guessing that doesn't always happen. It's just an odd's type situation Good thing everyone signs a waiver.

We celebrated my son?s 2nd birthday at Fly High! The host was very kind and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed! Very clean space! We love this trampoline park it is kid friendly for ALL ages!

5/25/2024 Man oh man what happened to this place? It's only been a few years since I'd last been here with the kiddos, but damn this place is a disaster. I'll just list everything to keep it professional: -Dust, garbage, and bits of ripped impact foam everywhere -The impact foam cubes are all torn apart -They've removed the high dive and just made it a solo jump -All the employees are now children who enforce no safety rules and just speak very poorly of the new owners (more on that later) -The only manned

This was very poorly ran. Check in went fine, but there is no respectable supervision on the floor to make sure the rules are upheld. The kid that checked us in was on the floor chatting it up loudly with I'm assuming friends. I must of heard the F word three times from him with small children playing nearby. He pose no authority at all. Teenagers were jumping from the 2nd floor stair rail into the foam pit. If you have never been there, this is a jump about 13ft in the air over a walkway , over the heads o

amazing customer service, made my birthday truly special. special thanks cam

I took my kids here last week and they had a blast! All the employees were super friendly and Cam was super helpful.

Friends and I were doing absolutely nothing wrong, stuck up workers kicked us out and gave no refund when we stayed for an hour and bought the day pass. Recommend going at night, since the workers are actually fun then. Also, it's a trampoline park, why do you care if I'm running on the trampolines if theirs no kids? It's a trampoline park.

Went to a bday party here over the weekend. I thought I saw them all. Best Trampoline park we've been to! I think my husband and I may have had more fun that the kids!

Super organized, we had a coupon, so that helped. But way too expensive

Come in with friends it's always a fun and a great place to go with friends, the staff are super nice and interactive with customers which is super cool. My cousin had a party there a few months ago and it was great they are very helpful and make birthday party?s easy!!! Would recommend for any ages

Fun place for kids, all times of year. $10/hr, but there are specials, too. Great way forkido to burn off energy.

Im editing my review. The 100$ for booking a party is non refundable and is not a Deposit I was confused and assumed the 100 was a deposit and went towards the party. After speaking with a different manager I feel heard about my experience and concerns. I do appreciate the call. If you are booking a party just make sure you get everything that was sold to you.

Went here on a field trip with High School age students. There are some new features and new equipment that have been put in since last time I was there. The new features are great. Fun place! All of the students had a blast! Great place for all ages.

We went to a few trampoline parks in the area. Fly high Boise trampoline park was by far the best. It was the best nut just because of the facility but the staff. From the moment we walked in, they were helpful and smiling and awesome. The parkour section of the place was an absolute blast. When there's a friendly stuff, there's a friendly atmosphere. A couple of the activities require help from the staff. There was no problem finding someone to let us into the wipeout zone and the other places we wanted ac

Went here for a birthday party. Party had arrived 30 minutes early to decorate. Staff had given their private room away to someone else who didn't like where they were before they got there even though it had already been paid for and booked a month in advance. Our party agreed to just take a table but left after staff got in their face screaming and cussing at them in front of their kids. Completely unprofessional. I have been to other parties in the past and had never heard of them doing that before. The

This is an amazing Boise Idaho business. They have such a fun environment great for kids of all ages. A fun climbing area with a ball pit for littles, along with a ropes course, nerf gun battle arena, and so many different options for trampolines and games. The employees are also super helpful and so kind.

If you have heard about wipeout I tried to play it with my friends but then the employees act like it was broken when it was clearly working just to watch a football game and when we were going someone ask them if they could play wipeout they said yes and it worked

Went months ago and place wasn't well run. Very lackluster disgruntled staff and the least clean jump facilities we've seen in the valley. Unfortunately we realized this after we payed to get in and get the monthly passes for our four kids. We haven't been since and now realize our bank account has continuously been charged monthly since, even though we were told it's just a one month, non recurring pass. We've called and no pickup, we messaged on the website and it didn't work. Hopefully we will get a res

Amazing service and such an easy check in. They have waiver computers to fill out the waiver or you can even do it on your phone before you come in. Amazing and friendly staff who are always willing to help you with anything. I recommend this place to people who would like to throw a party or even ti just have a few hours of fun with the family!!

Kids love it and they have seating for adults and food/snacks.

We had a great experience! We got wrist bands that allowed us to jump for an hour, yet they announced that our color wrist band was done at a half hour. I went to the front desk and asked about it and they were so kind and gave us an extra hour! It was extremely kind and accommodating. We will be returning!

What an absolutely fantastic place to bring your family. I was absolutely blown away by the incredibly hard-working and kind staff. What a wonderful example for our young kiddos to look up to. Great prices, amazing location, fun activities, and clean! Thank you for a lovely time!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
