Fly High Boise Trampoline Park

This place needs a good deep clean! I feel like jumpers need a bleach bath upon leaving. In the foam pit with the rope swing, there is a divider that connects to two areas. They have added some foam pads and cover it with the foam blocks, but it is too hard to be jumped on. My son hurt his back jumping in and landing on it since it was covered. We talked with the staff. Their answer was yeah we know it is an issue, so we put some pads on it. I told them it still hurts and is dangerous to have it hidd

I recently took my daughter to Fly High for her birthday party. Felix checked us in and did an amazing job with getting all the kids ready to go! He was super friendly and very helpful. We also noticed him interacting with the kids on the trampoline area and they seemed to really enjoy having him around. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Felix was incredible during our visit to Fly High! He was energetic, professional, and made the whole experience even more fun. I stopped in to see if Flying High would be willing to help support a cause and Monica came through with flying colors! The compassion and empathy she had was very touching! While waiting to speak with her, I noticed the staff were very friendly and trying to get everyone taken care of quickly. I was impressed by the place and the cleanliness! I just showed up at a busy time. My kids like it busy but it can be sort of a pain to check in. Today the three people at the desk were knocking out the line so fast I hardly believed it. Cam helped us reinstate our membership (we get memberships every winter) and I can absolutely say it has never been so fast and easy. Great place to take your kids for an afternoon of fun! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of different areas in the building for kids to explore and try new things. The people also seem to be mindful of little kids vs big kids.

Refreshed equipment and layout. A lot of new features. Plenty of trampolines and various stations to choose from. Plenty of party rooms if you want to throw a party. You can order your own food and have it catered in. Zip line, Dodge ball, slam dunk, and more. We bring our kids here fairly often and use it as the go to birthday party location.

Unsafe for Toddlers, Poorly Supervised When my toddlers moved back from Twin Falls, they missed Jump Time, where they had a membership and loved the designated toddler area. First of all I didn't want to write this on google reviews? I was trying to submit an email to you on your website but it wouldn't allow me to submit? Where on your website do you say that you close the whole place down for a private party? When you pay monthly for a membership to your place you should also say on there that you will close the whole place down at times for a private event. So technically when you advertise your listed times people drive there to see that you have a sign listed on your door

My grandson is grateful for the the opportunity to jump. However, he found it to be better suited for younger kids. He felt there wasn't much to do and trampolines were not as."bouncy" as.other venues he's been too.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told that the waivers I had filled out 6 months prior were expired, and that I would need to wait in line for another 30 minutes in order to re-fill it out and then pay. Additionally, their bathrooms are falling apart and disgusting, and their staff has always been surly and unpleasant to deal with. I do not recommend this place.

I love this place and it really is a great value for my family. Compared to the other trampolines spots in town it is definitely less expensive. Their options for membership are super reasonable. Place was clean and spacious enough for kids to spread out. A couple of areas where you needed a staff member and there was 1 guy running between the 2 places. That was my only complain. There were no areas for toddlers and often times the older kids were running into the toddlers. Overall, a good place for kids to run around.

When we arrived yesterday there were so many people here there wasn't a place to sit. And people just kept coming and coming but no one was leaving. Our kids had a blast!!! The layout is spacious. They have an area for kids under 42 inches which includes slides, ball pits and climbing. They have dodgeball, basketball, high performance tramps and more. They have concessions with a variety of pretzels, pizza and hotdogs. They also have arcade games as well. Staff were friendly and seemed to Enjoy giving tips on certain tricks to jumpers and enjoy engaging with the customers. Establishment was clean and had ample seating for anyone watching.

Fly High trampolines is a fairly new place. It has lots of trampolines, a nerf gun range, a ball pit, and other attractions. For a child's birthday party I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They really helped us a lot with forgotten items, etc. Would definitely do it again.

A fun place for the kids, with a bird's-eye view for the parents to watch them. There are various types of trampolines, stunt bags to jump down to, a dodgeball area, a Nerf war area, a toddler play area, snack bar, a few video games, space for parties, Etc. They need a bit better organization when they have groups. The line is extremely long.

Took my 2 children there for the first time. They have been to several trampoline parks but this one was one of the best in terms of the most diverse and fun trampolines to play on. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Also, we all loved the Halloween decorations. Very fun touch that made things just that much more fun. My boys were in town for a visit and we swung in here to burn off some energy. Mid week was empty which was fantastic. Kids ran around for an hour on the hundreds of trampolines as well as the zip line. Yea I said zip line! After we got a couple of slushees and played some arcade game.

Fantastic place to come in the morning!!! Paid $12 for them for a couple of hours of jumping!!! Love the fact they have the jungle gym thing too!!! Kiddos LOVE planet kid so it was a nice break for them to have between jump jump jump.

Went to a Birthday Party for my 4 year old nephew. All of the kids had a great time. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. I would recommend this place. We had kids from 3 to 21 playing not to mention the parents. They do have an upstairs but they have an elevator for handicapped.

We just had my Daughters 10th birthday party here. (Non- private) and our tables were were set up with her favorite colors and all the space to accommodate her friends! The staff were very polite as well! We were able to bring our own snacks and cupcakes too! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

My son has been a longtime member at fly high and he absolutely loves it! He's been there so long he's on first name basis with some of the employees and Tyler is his favorite. On another note I've been a few times and all the employees are super awesome! The park is super clean and the management does a great job at running the park so smoothly even with all the younger employees.

Recently took my kids here as they haven't been to a trampoline park and are always talking about how much they want to go to one. I'd return in a heartbeat! We were in town visiting friends and took our little ones here. WOW! I have been to a few places like this before but nothing quite like this. We came for a party and were blown away by the staff and the whole facility in general. The area is immaculately clean which was a blessing since our toddler wanted to touch every surface. The soft play area was a blast for her to run around in, and we felt great knowing the staff was keeping a close eye on things. Will definitely come back the next time we visit!

We LOVE Fly High! As we head into fall and winter, I feel so lucky that we have such an incredible trampoline park here in the Treasure Valley. All of the staff, especially Monica, are there with friendly smiles and encouraging words. My kids beg me for monthly subscriptions and I don't mind it because I zone out with a good book while they get their wiggles out. Love it!

Worst place for a private party or event. It takes 30 minutes to just check in. The staff was not friendly. Not recommended for Birthday parties or any event.

Fantastic place! Fly High is a sparkling clean facility with a large variety of trampolines, plus additional amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Everytime I go to fly high I'm treated with so much hospitality. There genuinely is not a single other trampoline park I would go to in the Boise/Nampa area. Prices are reasonable and the food provided, while mostly things you'd find at a movie theater, have a ton of variety. I've seen this employee named Cam 3/4 times I go and everytime I see him he makes an effort to greet me and even knows my name.

My friends and I came in on a rainy day and had the most amazing time. The staff were so kind to us and walked us through the process of filling out a waiver and checking in. The kids got extremely sick after going here. My guess is there's no good way to wash or sanitize foam bricks that get sweaty, snotty, spit and barfed in other than throw them out but I'm guessing that doesn't always happen. It's just an odd's type situation Good thing everyone signs a waiver.

Friends and I were doing absolutely nothing wrong, stuck up workers kicked us out and gave no refund when we stayed for an hour and bought the day pass. Recommend going at night, since the workers are actually fun then. Also, it's a trampoline park, why do you care if I'm running on the trampolines if theirs no kids? It's a trampoline park.

Im editing my review. The 100$ for booking a party is non refundable and is not a Deposit I was confused and assumed the 100 was a deposit and went towards the party. After speaking with a different manager I feel heard about my experience and concerns. I do appreciate the call. If you are booking a party just make sure you get everything that was sold to you.

Amazing service and such an easy check in. They have waiver computers to fill out the waiver or you can even do it on your phone before you come in. We had a great experience! We got wrist bands that allowed us to jump for an hour, yet they announced that our color wrist band was done at a half hour.
