Cute place to win plushies! You come out winning a lot of prizes such a tuxedo cats and bears. The staff (Madalyn, Matthew, Kasey, and Jamie) are all very kind and attentive! Please come visit, everyone is so awesome.

We had such a fun time at Fluffy Town today! The store was bright, welcoming, and full of adorable plushies. Huge shoutout to Matthew and Casey?they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and super supportive as we tried to win as many stuffed animals as possible. We felt so encouraged and had a blast. Definitely planning to come back soon!

I remember the joy of claw machines as a kid. Back then it wasn't my own money and it seemed like non-stop entertainment. Not exactly the same feeling now for claw/arcade games, but Fluffy Town is pretty close. Casey, Mathew, and Jamie were working when we visited and they were more than welcoming and courteous, not just when we paid for our tokens but throughout our experience. This is our second time at Fluffy Town. Today Casey and Matthew were working and helped us with re-fluffing the machines and giving us tips on where to aim for to give us the best odds in getting certain stuffed toys. They even gave us back a coin when one of the claw machines glitched. Very nice experience and fun way to spend time at the mall. I left with 2 plushies, at one coin (dollar) per attempt

Fluffy towns claw machines are actually great good your chances of winning something are pretty good. I'd also like to thank Mathew out for helping us with on of the plushies that had an issue with its face. Thanks again!

Fluffy town is a cute little store in the mall. My son enjoyed playing on all the claw machines. Kaia, Maddie, and Matthew were very sweet with all the kids, Offered to reposition the stuffies for my son, amazing customer service. Was greeted with a friendly smile and an enthusiastic hello.

I recently visited Fluffy Town at Westfield Oakridge Mall, and it was such a fun experience. It's a small, claw machine-only arcade, but every machine was stocked with a great selection of cute plushies?everything from Pok?mon to Sanrio characters. Joel was working the counter during our visit and was super helpful. He patiently walked me through how to use their app and didn't mind coming over multiple times to adjust the plushies, making them easier to grab. He always had a smile and was happy to help, w

Such a fun place for kids and adults! My toddler had a blast playing with the claw machines filled with adorable plush toys. The staff?Mattew, Matt, Jamy, and Casy?were incredibly kind and helpful. Had a really fun time at the claw machine spot! The place was clean, the machines were well-stocked, and was able to win a flew plushies! Had a great time here. Spent about 45 minutes winning several plushies. William helped rearrange the plushies and checked in when he was a available. Patrick explained how to download the app to save won plushies for future redemption. They worked very quickly in helping when a machine wasn't working correctly and answering questions.

Much worse than it was six months ago. I understood in the current situation, the merchant had the pressure to survive. But this was scam instead of business! For many machines, the success rate was adjusted to less than 1/35! In one of the machines, the claw even loosened half way to the outlet! These situations never happened last year! The merchant over-adjusted all devices which could ruin their reputation! Very disappointed!

This place was super fun. My girls won 3 stuffies. Matthew was exceptionally helpful in repositioning the animals my daughters were aiming for. The animals are great quality too!

Rigged games. Don't waste your money here. There were maybe 15+ people in the store while we were there. Everyone feeding coins and we saw only three prizes won. Don't waste your time or money. I came in here tonight to try and win some stuffed animals to add points to my account. It took me over $40 to win one cheap Alibaba stuffed animal and it broke before I could even take it home. I would instead of coming back here, next time spend the money at the cute Hello Kitty inspired shop here at Oak Ridge Mall and buy outright a stuffed animal of my choosing from a nice family owned Mom and Pop shop instead of this place that scams people with their cheap claw machines that barely work and are rigge

I came in here tonight with my family. What a scene there was. The owners were yelling at this poor woman who had tried to collect her points for her prize. From what I could tell, they where refusing to allow her to upgrade her prize because they were accusing her of not actually having won the prize herself. I felt terrible for her.
