FlipZone Trampoline & Fun Park

FlipZone Trampoline & Fun Park

Reviews Summary

FlipZone receives mixed reviews, with many praising its fun activities, friendly staff, and great birthday party services. Positive highlights include laser tag, arcade games, and cleanliness in some areas. However, several reviewers criticize poor maintenance, dirty facilities (especially bathrooms), broken equipment, and occasional unprofessional staff. Pricing is seen as fair by some but exploitative by others (e.g., mandatory sock purchases). While families enjoy the variety of attractions, upkeep and supervision inconsistencies drag down the overall experience.

Customer Reviews

Absolutely disappointing. They have really let this place go. Employees not helping kids at all as usual. Only 2 sad looking tubes left for the slide (they used to have tons) No air conditioning and half the attractions taped off with caution tape. Bathrooms out of order and the floors and tables are so neglected. We used to love it but it's gross now.

Could be cleaner, first thing I noticed was how dirty things were and there was almost no one there, not sure how good this is for the area, but where we are from they are much cleaner and better organized

It was a great experience. Me and my sister ( I'm 9 she's 16) just one hour is enough for me and her to get are energy out. Though some parts are closed down it's still a over all great experience. Also have things to do like vr Laser tag and arcade. Food was great 5 stars

We recently visited Flipzone Trampoline & Fun Park and were thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the facility. We arrived at opening and noticed several spills in the main entryway and throughout the building, which appeared to be left over from the previous day. The overall cleanliness was very poor, making the environment feel unkempt and uninviting. Several of the game machines were out of order, further limiting the activities available. After visually checking the space, we made the decision

We had an awesome party for my daughter there today! Ashley, our party host, was so nice and helpful. The kids had a blast and could not stop talking about how much fun they had. The party accommodations were great as well. Will definitely be back for parties and regular visits!

Stopped here to give my son something to do while visiting. It's your typical trampoline park. But this one was smaller than others. And I was a bit disappointed because a few features were closed off. Otherwise my son enjoyed his time. As long as he was jumping and playing with kids he was good.

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice and fun place, but when entering into the VR section you're being followed by an associate that stands 5 feet behind you. Makes you feel unwelcome. Been watching the area for 30 mins and anyone that enters is followed the same and never plays. I'm sure other patrons feel the same.

Most money hungry kids place I've been to. Took my 4yo to jump. They Tried to charge me for a baby under 1 to crawl on the floor in the toddler zone. They tried to charge me 3.09 for a cup of ice water. There is no free water or fountain. Management made up some joke story about not having insurance to cover a fountain and they pipe they're filtered water in. The place is hot and dirty. I'm sweating on a rainy day, the floors are dirty and there was no soap in the ladies room. The workers don't seem to care

We had an awesome time. We did the January Special for 5. We jumped for 2 hours which was Plenty of time. We did laser tag, vr and arcade games. Large pizza was big enough for 2 slices each and the 5 drinks (slush) was Plenty. Overall it was worth the money. Definitely going back!!

Best trampoline park anywhere close. Huge, clean, and really friendly staff. Perfect for all ages (toddlers to older teens). They have laser tag that was really cool and an arcade, lunch bar, etc. Bathrooms were so clean. Not overcrowded. Plenty of parking. Very supervised. Massage chairs for adults. Perfect for hot summer days, rainy ones, or just need something new. It's great for grandparents to take grandkids. Plenty of seating and security We were there for a birthday. The birthday packages are the

Very fun place. Price is a little high but not crazy as expected. Friendly and polite service/employees. My daughter and her friends have a blast everytime we come. We travel all the way from baxley just to visit this place. ????

Toddler area was a disgusting disgrace. Told owner and he said he'll deal with it later. Garbage, dirt, broken toys, nothing in its place. We usually don't like the mean lady that is in the area being a dictator, but at least things stayed clean while she was there. I was told that she is out having surgery. But I feel like that's no excuse for everything in that area to be disgusting and destroyed and having not been cleaned for a month since she has been gone. He says it's because he only employs high sch

I have been here numerous times before and have even invited friends and family but after this experience today we will not be back. Me and my son were harassed from the time we went enter and I left within 20 -30 mins ! An employee picked up my son to look at his socks after I stated his socks have the grips on the bottom! I do not appreciate someone touching my child without my permission. Another employee stated that children have to wear flip zone socks due to their policy so they would not be sued but

This place exhibits a grossly negligent and apathetic approach to guest safety (and is unsanitary and not well maintained on top of all that). Despite recurring injuries in specific areas, they make no meaningful effort to implement preventive measures or improve safety protocols. Instead of addressing the risks, they simply rely on a flimsy liability waiver as a legal shield?reopening hazardous zones without additional oversight, signage, or support. Their disregard for basic injury prevention reflects a

Took my grandkids for an hour. It was okay but some of the things were broken and I felt there was poor supervision. It would be much better if they fixed the ninja course and the jump pad

Dirty floors with half broken machines and rude staff. This is a hurry up and wait place. 30 min in line for and drinks and 25 min again in same line to sign up for Lazer tag. My lemon pepper wings were so salty I couldn't even eat them. The kids did enjoy the slushies and pizza. The wait to play Lazer tag was hell on earth at the end with sad kids who got skipped twice we ended up leaving without getting to play after waiting an extra 45 min . Save your money and peace of mind .

Our command had the best experience! The staff were kind, accommodating, and extremely generous to our families. The entire day was so easy and anything we needed, Mike made sure to make it happen! We will absolutely be using them for future events. Thank you for such an awesome day! If you need anything or have questions, sometimes they can help even outside of whats on the site. Couldn't ask for a better crew.

Kiddo loved it! Opened on Tuesdays which is a huge plus! The arcade has some issues with games not working and little attention. Music got extremely loud after 4. $17 plus $4 for jumping socks for an hour and half. To run the energy out and provide a nice reward its the spot to go! Other location in Brunswick seems to be aimed toward trampolines and unlimited time. Hours work better for us here. Nice addition; great location!

Quick line for registration/purchase, clean facility, decent food prices, plenty of seating options for parents. Overall definitely plan to return.

Sorry in advance for the long review. I went to this establishment with some friends yesterday for their sons birthday. While the kids were jumping my friend and myself went to get a snack. She purchased a frozen banana and I was in line to purchase mine when she opened hers and bit into it. My friend immediately had to spit out the piece of banana as it had gone bad and was partially melted. I asked if I could open mine up before purchasing and the girl reluctantly said yes. That one was also partially mel

This place always disappoints us! My 4yo son loves the ticket/prize games the most at places like this, but they always only have half of those games actually working that he can play. The worst part is some will be plugged in with no sign that it's broken, and you won't find out until you tap your card and lose your credits. We added a bunch of credits several months ago but couldn't use any due to most not working, but we were told they couldn't refund us because it was run by a different company. We retu

The upkeep of this place is terrible. The floors are very dirty. The trampoline area needs to be swept and deodorized. The bathrooms are nasty and there's never any soap or hand sanitizer. The workers are young and really don't care about anything. This is a fun place but at this rate it will be falling apart soon.

We had the absolute best party ever at FlipZone. My son and friends say they want to have they party there again next year! Big thanks to Mike and his team at FlipZone!! You guys ROCK!!

Great place to have all of your children and grandchildren's birthday parties. The price is very competitive and the park is really safe and clean. The Flipzone will always have our business.

OMG, It's not open yet, but will be before thanksgiving hopefully. I'm installing a Icee machine here. And when I walked in the door, I knew kids will love it here. It's not finished but here are some pictures for you.

clean facility with friendly staff -cost was around seventy five dollars for 3 kids for one hour, including socks -plenty for the kids to do for an hour -lots of cubbies for shoes -message chairs for adults -not crowded on a Saturday afternoon My family has been to many jump parks in Jacksonville and none of them are as great as this one. We will definitely be back.

Place is not kept up. Staff in toddler area are RUDE. Not one of the pits are even half full of balls OR foam. 1 main jump area got a hole in it leading to directly to the ground/they wrapped caution tap around 1 pole and didnt stop ANYONE who jumped in because they didn't see ?closed?. Dont waste $$ - just a ER visit and BILL gained. If they didn't have a waiver signed they would be sued

The workers are still incredible! If you haven't been here you are missing some fun experiences. Before you over look this review of mine, imma give you some facts on how fun this place is. You have an Arcade with a lot of games, Laser tag with teams, and a big area to bounce and have fun. A VR area coming soon too, so who wouldn't wanna come here.

Super fun spot for kids. Many games were not working when we were there, but if that was fixed, it'd be a regular hang out spot for my littles.

My family and I have been here countless times for birthday parties and we even hosted our daughter's party here which was seamless and incredibly easy to book/plan. The staff are always friendly and the young man who managed the party for us was attentive and checked in multiple times. Our last visit included a couple of VR games courtesy of the owner and it made my son's weekend. When he was upset the ride was over they kindly allowed him to try it out again. Thank you for the fun!

#theflopzone Where do I begin? I booked the DIAMOND package ($500??) for my daughter?s birthday two months prior to the date. On the day of the party, we were informed there was no room for us to have a party room until AFTER the 2 hour bounce time. We were told that it is company policy to only have the room for 45 min AFTER the kids bounce. This was a total misunderstanding because a 3 hour birthday party sounds terrible. Note: Every other party at the FZ had the room for their entire party length. Instea

A fun place for kids. A little pricey but children love it. Customer service could use a little improvement.

I didnt jump but went there for my nephew birthday party, he had a lot of fun!

We love this place because of the super nice staff! We just had a birthday party and from planning to end, we had an amazing time! The staff was wonderful. Our party was perfect! (And the pizza was delicious!)

Kid friendly with many stuff for the kids to play with. The staff are attentive and the place is very clean, a place for parents to sit and watch their kids. No food from outside but they have snack bar with a wide selection food, drinks & snacks.

Enjoyable place for kids but it should be divided by age. I did not like going on Saturday because it was very crowded and risky for smaller children. The play area needs to be cleaned and on a more regular basis. The play area needs to be upgraded and repaired. 2 weeks later. Big improvements. Clean and most items repaired. A/C cool. Thank you

Me and my family went to flip zone and there works are very rude and disrespectful they was not nice we had bought bananas and they were bad not good at all and one of the workers had a very bad attitude and very rude to my mom and my dad gf and we was in line for the laser tag and she took people in front of us when she told my brother that we had to wait 15 minutes so we wait and then they tried to take people in front of us so my parents asked for the manger and they said the manger had are ready left an

My kids { 3 & 9 months } loved the place I just wish it was cleaner and there was more staff / enforcement of the rules. The pits had a good bit of trash and there was quite a few springs uncovered in the trampoline area. The toddler area was over run with kids well over 5 and it made me very nervous to really let my kids freely play. We made the best of it and will be back but hope for better order in the future! ??

Went there yesterday with a friend to play some laser tag thought we would do some VR before we went in the VR machine ate my money thought I only put $20 in there actually put $70 in there with zero credit and no gaming card. I reported the incident to the owner Which he walked over and said you're not trying to scam me. Are you thinking I only put $20 in there. I told him I put 5 ones 1 five dollar and the 10 bills in there when actually I put 70 in there. Long story short He argued that I was trying to s

Ordered food from the station and it was rotten and they refused to replace it laying blame on the chocolate that was on it. Huge money grab for their food court.

Had my son's birthday party on 03-07-24 and had a blast! Definitely recommend. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Fun for everyone, from small children to adults. Everyone (big and small) loved the laser tag game! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the pizza but it turned out great and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Very excited about all of the new VR games they're installing. We'll be back just for fun and for more parties. 10/10

Terrible service for food. Food sat on the counter and no one even told us it was ready. No communication from the staff. It was too hot. Felt sick and had a headache from the heat.

Great service, always clean and the games all work. Highly recommended!

Great place to take the kids for some fun and food. Price is reasonable for entry and food

Awesome place for kids! Love the food and crew ! Definitely better than any trampoline park I've ever been to so much more then just a trampoline park! Saturday night is glow night and the kids love it !

Had a birthday party today! Great service! Loved the pizza and wings! Party room #6 is the best room!! We really enjoyed our day! Can't wait to go back for another party! ??

The VR is great but they need more arcades overall cool place

We had so much fun! This was our first time visiting flipzone and it surpassed all of our expectations! We will definitely be back!

We had a birthday party here and although in the beginning it was off to a rough start due to miscommunication, they saved face and came through. Things happen, so the effort to make things right is what brings me to giving 5 stars. The kids had a blast, the only suggestion I would give is more supervision in all the areas that you guys offer because there were a couple little kid arguments and bullying going on. We also did laser tag and that was really fun, the area was surprisingly bigger than it looks o

Fun for the kids and the place is really kept up well. Also, pretty reasonable price considering the place has so much to offer for small children.

The owner had been nagging me and my buddies the entire time. My assumption would be that it is because we are older kids, despite the fact that we were doing nothing against the rules and staying away from the smaller children. Eventually, the owner came over and told my buddy he couldn't wear his own jumping socks (the other employees said it was completely fine). After protesting and hearing his sophomoric reasoning, we decided to skip town. Otherwise, the facility and other employees were great. Sad to

I took 3 small children to go play for 1 hour. The 1 hour plus socks cost me $70.00 which seems a bit ridiculous to me. I wouldn't have minded it if the facility didn't look run down and unkempt. The trampoline area was decent, although there was a lot of debris and trash in the ball pit area. The toddler area was dirty and a lot of the covering for the furniture/toys was torn or wearing/falling off. Half of the games were broken, wires cut, no water in tank, turned off, etc. And for what you pay to get

Very nice place for kids! There is so.much more than trampolines there. By far one of the best places to take kids. Arcade, virtual reality, laser tag, bumper cars, rock wall, velcro wall, zip line, and so much more. This place is top notch. I'd gladly take the kids again.

Highly recommend..! Very nice staff & lots of & lots of fun loving place ..! U definitely should experience it

Disrespectful and when trying asking for the Manager they said that the manager Wasn't there and they said there was no owner to the place when waiting in line they let the people behind us go instead of us they gave bad banana but the trampoline park was good

We did my sons birthday party here and they did a great job. Handled everything so we didn't have to do anything but bring cake. Our party host, Ashley was fantastic. Very sweet and got us everything we needed. We'll definitely do parties here going forward.

Took my daughter and her 14 friends to Flip Zone for a birthday party. Everyone had a great time! It was super fun! I have very active children and all of their friends are super energetic, so they never slow down, but there were enough fun sections to keep everyone busy and happy. Our favs were the slide, the bubble battles, jump off ramp, climbing wall, and zip line. Awesome space for tag and hiding seek. Oh! And the pizza was surprisingly delicious! We will be back!

Jamia (I apologize if it's spelled wrong) and Morgan are amazing helpers mainly jamia I called korgan nd she just left me but I still love her but thank you for all your hard work and effort get that money up ????????

Kid has fun. Its a little pricey. There is more than just trampolines, which is kinda nice. But theres multiple locations in jax, too, that are just as diverse but not as picky. Just a simple water bottle will get you griped at. They are very wishy washy on what socks you wear. Some days any real jump socks are fine, some days it has to be a certain kind of socks. How do I know what socks to bring? The sock bit is a big con to get you to pay more. We have literally 15 different pairs of socks now between th

Owners are very accommodating and try really hard to work with you. We have had 2 parties there and they were both great. The toddler area is amazing and they have so many cool things for the kids, I even think they are adding a skating rink.

We took our softball team for an end of season party and they had a wonderful time! Mike was amazing he went above and beyond for our girls! They had so much fun jumping! The food was great (pizzas), laser tag was awesome, and bumper cars were a blast! If you have a large group I highly recommend calling and making a reservation this didn't cost anything. Thank you to mike and his team.

My granddaughter loves her trips here. The staff is friendly. Good snacks and fair prices

We took the kids today since it was a rainy weekend. The jump parts of it are pretty good but the bathrooms were gross frankly. And out of toilet paper even though we arrived at opening. I let the manager know about the grossness and no toilet paper but who knows if it'll improve. Everything else in this place looks pretty nicely renovated so I'm not sure why they didn't make nice/clean bathrooms. Other things I noticed- dirty cubbies and a few gum spots in the jump area. I feel the same way about this plac

Great place for kids. However... it's really easy for your kids to just walk out the front door. Maybe another set of doors with someone between them as a monitor. Also...45 minutes isn't enough time for a 2 year old birthday party. Then to be screamed at by employees because we were over 5 minutes. We offered to pay more (over $250) for more time... we were told no. The room sat empty after us. They'll need to change that or lose business. That being said, the kids loved it! Just won't have another party t

Need a few more staff members. Otherwise amazing! My 3 and 2 year old had a blast in the soft play area! The trampoline zone is also amazing!

This place said it was newly opened and had the perfect mix of things for our ranging age young ones. The facility is extremely dirty, trampolines need to be updated and springs tightened. ALL the ball pit or foam pit areas are filled with trash, debris, gum and other unknowns. The ninja warrior area is a lawsuit waiting to happen with padding all the way off of areas exposing the raw wood underneath which actually make it non-functional but it's still open for kids to play on. The safe play area for little

We were there this past Saturday for my son?s birthday party. While the kids had a blast, I have a few complaints. The check in process could have been smoother. I had to be at the counter with each guest, give the girl at the counter my number and then she took their number to check in. The real confusion came when it was time for the party room. When our time ended, no one came and told me which room we were in. I had to go and ask and wait because now it was very busy. 10 minutes into our 45 minutes I wa

This was so fun it was a big place they had Lazer tag

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and the facilities are so clean. My friends and I come here all the time and we never fail to have a good time!

We brought our kids here on a family outing and they really enjoyed themselves. The staff is very friendly and provided us with great customer service! We'll definitely be returning !

Not toddler friendly at all. Bigger kids allowed to run through the area making it unsafe for little ones. Twice I asked for help only to be told they were doing the best they could. A 5 year old knocking over a 16 month old is not your best. We lasted 45 minutes but had to pay for 2 hours.

Kids enjoyed this place, but stressful to say the least for parents throwing a birthday party! No leadership, no organization, I was called the day before and asked about all the details/preferences. When we arrived, none of this was noted at all. I was not given enough plates. The helper had to be looked for so we could get more, she handed over 5 plates..and ran away, and this wasn't enough for my party. She was obviously doing a million different duties all at once, and completely failed at the job

My kids had so much fun here! The trampoline park was neat and monitored for safety which i really like as a parent with accident prone children ??. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

My kids loved it. Had some stuff for adults in the arcade too. I might have to go back for me next time.

My son is special needs and they were very accommodating for him. I was worried that he wasn't going to have but he had tons of fun. I highly recommend flip zone. We will definitely be going back.

Value is not here. Kids had fun but this placed seemed very disorganized and chaotic. Parents, not employees, were stepping up to enforce safety rules. Management needs to adjust their practices and maybe reduce the kid to employees ratio. Added issue is food and beverages are small and over priced. At least the theater gives you a huge drink. If you're having a party they literally give only one napkin and one plate per kid.

Fun for the kids but extremely disorganized and chaotic when it comes to party planning/execution. Staff seemed extremely confused/disorganized with no clear direction or leadership. Party rooms were overbooked and confusing (multiple parties in large rooms) which contributes to the disorganization aspect. Lots of potential to be a truly great staple of family fun in Brunswick if properly managed or better yet LEAD.

Attended for a birthday party, I had a misunderstanding with paying and the mgr "suppose it was a mgr" couldn't refund me my money; instead gave me a gift card that I didn't want. That's my only problem, bc why if this is a business refunds aren't available?

Great place, a lot to do. Food was good.

It was very fun && my children will be going back for sure

For my son's bday he requested to go to a trampoline park. We usually go down to Jax. FL, but decided to give flipzone a try. The kids were not disappointed! They had a blast! Top 3 favorites the slide, the zip line and dodge ball. Pricing was the norm and the staff was EXCELLENT. Polite, helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back.

Fun environment and lots for the kids to do. Only 3 star because they require you to have THEIR trampoline socks that you have to purchase for $4 (Brunswick Adventures does not require this) and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of families. I also felt for a new place the bathrooms would be a lot cleaner.

I had a party here last week and the service was great I love how they provide the decoration and food for the kids .All the kids loved it I would definitely recommend having your parties here they will take great care of you .

Great place for kids, not just toddlers

This place is so much fun. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. The VR games are really cool and super cheap!

Fun place for the kids. Little pricey especially on the weekends. My biggest complaint is the music they played was not catered to children and families. It wouldn't be hard for them to play the clean version of songs or only Kids Bop.

My child had the best time last weekend at the new Flipzone and can't wait to come back. She especially loved the laser tag. This is a great addition to the community!

I loved every bit of it. The manager and team was awesome. I would recommend going to anyone. Especially for birthday parties. Can't wait until the new stuff comes around

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
