FlipZone Trampoline & Fun Park

Absolutely disappointing. They have really let this place go. Employees not helping kids at all as usual. Only 2 sad looking tubes left for the slide (they used to have tons) No air conditioning and half the attractions taped off with caution tape. Bathrooms out of order and the floors and tables are so neglected. We used to love it but it's gross now.

Could be cleaner, first thing I noticed was how dirty things were and there was almost no one there, not sure how good this is for the area, but where we are from they are much cleaner and better organized

It was a great experience. Me and my sister ( I'm 9 she's 16) just one hour is enough for me and her to get are energy out. Though some parts are closed down it's still a over all great experience. Also have things to do like vr Laser tag and arcade. Food was great 5 stars

We recently visited Flipzone Trampoline & Fun Park and were thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the facility. We arrived at opening and noticed several spills in the main entryway and throughout the building, which appeared to be left over from the previous day. The overall cleanliness was very poor, making the environment feel unkempt and uninviting. Several of the game machines were out of order, further limiting the activities available. We had an awesome party for my daughter there today! Ashley, our party host, was so nice and helpful. The kids had a blast and could not stop talking about how much fun they had. The party accommodations were great as well. Will definitely be back for parties and regular visits!

Stopped here to give my son something to do while visiting. It's your typical trampoline park. But this one was smaller than others. And I was a bit disappointed because a few features were closed off. Otherwise my son enjoyed his time. As long as he was jumping and playing with kids he was good.

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice and fun place, but when entering into the VR section you're being followed by an associate that stands 5 feet behind you. Makes you feel unwelcome. Been watching the area for 30 mins and anyone that enters is followed the same and never plays. I'm sure other patrons feel the same.

Most money hungry kids place I've been to. Took my 4yo to jump. They Tried to charge me for a baby under 1 to crawl on the floor in the toddler zone. They tried to charge me 3.09 for a cup of ice water. There is no free water or fountain. Management made up some joke story about not having insurance to cover a fountain and they pipe they're filtered water in. The place is hot and dirty. We had an awesome time. We did the January Special for 5. We jumped for 2 hours which was Plenty of time. We did laser tag, vr and arcade games. Large pizza was big enough for 2 slices each and the 5 drinks (slush) was Plenty. Overall it was worth the money. Definitely going back!!

Best trampoline park anywhere close. Huge, clean, and really friendly staff. Perfect for all ages (toddlers to older teens). Toddler area was a disgusting disgrace. Told owner and he said he'll deal with it later. Garbage, dirt, broken toys, nothing in its place. Took my grandkids for an hour. It was okay but some of the things were broken and I felt there was poor supervision. It would be much better if they fixed the ninja course and the jump pad

Dirty floors with half broken machines and rude staff. This is a hurry up and wait place. 30 min in line for and drinks and 25 min again in same line to sign up for Lazer tag. My lemon pepper wings were so salty I couldn't even eat them. The kids did enjoy the slushies and pizza. The wait to play Lazer tag was hell on earth at the end with sad kids who got skipped twice we ended up leaving without getting to play after waiting an extra 45 min . Our command had the best experience! The staff were kind, accommodating, and extremely generous to our families. The entire day was so easy and anything we needed, Mike made sure to make it happen! Kiddo loved it! Opened on Tuesdays which is a huge plus! The arcade has some issues with games not working and little attention. Music got extremely loud after 4. $17 plus $4 for jumping socks for an hour and half. To run the energy out and provide a nice reward its the spot to go! Other location in Brunswick seems to be aimed toward trampolines and unlimited time. Hours work better for us here. Nice addition; great location!

Sorry in advance for the long review. I went to this establishment with some friends yesterday for their sons birthday. While the kids were jumping my friend and myself went to get a snack. She purchased a frozen banana and I was in line to purchase mine when she opened hers and bit into it. The upkeep of this place is terrible. The floors are very dirty. The trampoline area needs to be swept and deodorized. The bathrooms are nasty and there's never any soap or hand sanitizer. The workers are young and really don't care about anything. This is a fun place but at this rate it will be falling apart soon.

Place is not kept up. Staff in toddler area are RUDE. Not one of the pits are even half full of balls OR foam. 1 main jump area got a hole in it leading to directly to the ground/they wrapped caution tap around 1 pole and didnt stop ANYONE who jumped in because they didn't see ?closed?. The workers are still incredible! If you haven't been here you are missing some fun experiences. Before you over look this review of mine, imma give you some facts on how fun this place is. You have an Arcade with a lot of games, Laser tag with teams, and a big area to bounce and have fun. A VR area coming soon too, so who wouldn't wanna come here.

Super fun spot for kids. Many games were not working when we were there, but if that was fixed, it'd be a regular hang out spot for my littles.

My family and I have been here countless times for birthday parties and we even hosted our daughter's party here which was seamless and incredibly easy to book/plan. The staff are always friendly and the young man who managed the party for us was attentive and checked in multiple times. Our last visit included a couple of VR games courtesy of the owner and it made my son's weekend. When he was upset the ride was over they kindly allowed him to try it out again. #theflopzone Where do I begin? I booked the DIAMOND package ($500??) for my daughter?s birthday two months prior to the date. On the day of the party, we were informed there was no room for us to have a party room until AFTER the 2 hour bounce time. We were told that it is company policy to only have the room for 45 min AFTER the kids bounce. This was a total misunderstanding because a 3 hour birthday party sounds terrible. My kids { 3 & 9 months } loved the place I just wish it was cleaner and there was more staff / enforcement of the rules. Had my son's birthday party on 03-07-24 and had a blast! Definitely recommend. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Fun for everyone, from small children to adults. Everyone (big and small) loved the laser tag game! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the pizza but it turned out great and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Terrible service for food. Food sat on the counter and no one even told us it was ready. No communication from the staff. It was too hot. Felt sick and had a headache from the heat.

We had a birthday party here and although in the beginning it was off to a rough start due to miscommunication, they saved face and came through. I took 3 small children to go play for 1 hour. The 1 hour plus socks cost me $70.00 which seems a bit ridiculous to me. I wouldn't have minded it if the facility didn't look run down and unkempt. The trampoline area was decent, although there was a lot of debris and trash in the ball pit area. We did my sons birthday party here and they did a great job. Handled everything so we didn't have to do anything but bring cake. Our party host, Ashley was fantastic. Very sweet and got us everything we needed. We'll definitely do parties here going forward.

Took my daughter and her 14 friends to Flip Zone for a birthday party. Everyone had a great time! It was super fun! I have very active children and all of their friends are super energetic, so they never slow down, but there were enough fun sections to keep everyone busy and happy. Our favs were the slide, the bubble battles, jump off ramp, climbing wall, and zip line. Awesome space for tag and hiding seek. Oh! And the pizza was surprisingly delicious! We will be back!

Kid has fun. Its a little pricey. There is more than just trampolines, which is kinda nice. But theres multiple locations in jax, too, that are just as diverse but not as picky. Just a simple water bottle will get you griped at. They are very wishy washy on what socks you wear. Some days any real jump socks are fine, some days it has to be a certain kind of socks. Owners are very accommodating and try really hard to work with you. We have had 2 parties there and they were both great. The toddler area is amazing and they have so many cool things for the kids, I even think they are adding a skating rink.

We took our softball team for an end of season party and they had a wonderful time! Mike was amazing he went above and beyond for our girls! They had so much fun jumping! The food was great (pizzas), laser tag was awesome, and bumper cars were a blast! If you have a large group I highly recommend calling and making a reservation this didn't cost anything. We took the kids today since it was a rainy weekend. The jump parts of it are pretty good but the bathrooms were gross frankly. And out of toilet paper even though we arrived at opening. I let the manager know about the grossness and no toilet paper but who knows if it'll improve. This place said it was newly opened and had the perfect mix of things for our ranging age young ones. The facility is extremely dirty, trampolines need to be updated and springs tightened. ALL the ball pit or foam pit areas are filled with trash, debris, gum and other unknowns. The ninja warrior area is a lawsuit waiting to happen with padding all the way off of areas exposing the raw wood underneath which actually make it non-functional but it's still open for kids to play on. Not toddler friendly at all. Bigger kids allowed to run through the area making it unsafe for little ones. Twice I asked for help only to be told they were doing the best they could. A 5 year old knocking over a 16 month old is not your best. We lasted 45 minutes but had to pay for 2 hours.

Kids enjoyed this place, but stressful to say the least for parents throwing a birthday party! No leadership, no organization, I was called the day before and asked about all the details/preferences. When we arrived, none of this was noted at all. I was not given enough plates. The helper had to be looked for so we could get more, she handed over 5 plates..and ran away, and this wasn't enough for my party. She was obviously doing a million different duties all at once, and completely failed at the job

Value is not here. Kids had fun but this placed seemed very disorganized and chaotic. Parents, not employees, were stepping up to enforce safety rules. Management needs to adjust their practices and maybe reduce the kid to employees ratio. Added issue is food and beverages are small and over priced. At least the theater gives you a huge drink. If you're having a party they literally give only one napkin and one plate per kid.

Attended for a birthday party, I had a misunderstanding with paying and the mgr "suppose it was a mgr" couldn't refund me my money; instead gave me a gift card that I didn't want. That's my only problem, bc why if this is a business refunds aren't available?

For my son's bday he requested to go to a trampoline park. We usually go down to Jax. FL, but decided to give flipzone a try. The kids were not disappointed! They had a blast! Top 3 favorites the slide, the zip line and dodge ball. Pricing was the norm and the staff was EXCELLENT. Polite, helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back.

Fun environment and lots for the kids to do. Only 3 star because they require you to have THEIR trampoline socks that you have to purchase for $4 (Brunswick Adventures does not require this) and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of families. I also felt for a new place the bathrooms would be a lot cleaner.

Fun place for the kids. Little pricey especially on the weekends. My biggest complaint is the music they played was not catered to children and families. It wouldn't be hard for them to play the clean version of songs or only Kids Bop.
