Took my 18 & 15 yr old boys and two friends here and was impressed with the friendliness and instructional tidbits from our host (William is awesome!). All kids had a blast playing Atlantis & Pizza Panic, despite different interests. We will definitely visit again!

This was a lot of fun! Three of us stopped by without a reservation on a Friday afternoon and the staff helped us pick out an escape game. We were able to park easily on the street right in front of the building. The equipment was clean and worked well and the facility was great. There were many different games from which to choose, so you can come back and have a drastically different experience each time.

As the mom, who's never done VR- this was quite a tense thrill for me. My husband & son loved it and were disappointed when it was over. They really enjoyed that game & gave it a thumbs up! Clean space, friendly & helpful staff- definitely recommend!

I had so much fun. I came here with family not knowing what to expect, but the VR experience was beyond what I imagined. The staffs were wonderful and added to the positive experience. You can see the live VR gameplay on the TVs setup in the waiting room. We had a large group of 16. There are two VR arenas, 4 players per arena. So, 8 people played while 8 watched. Everyone in our group loved the experience. If you like shooting, zombies, VR, and having a good time, I think you'll love this place.

Our grandkids had a great time. My husband did it with them. It was fun to watch. A lot of laughing. Our host was great and available for guidance. We would definitely go again.

We had a great time at FlipSwich VR! We went for my daughters 26th birthday and had a great time! My wife can't stop talking about how much she enjoyed it. We are planning our next trip soon. We are looking forward for FlipSwitch to finish the coffee bar....that way we are that much more amped up to kill zombies!

We rented the entire facility for our son?s 11th birthday. We had 16 kids and the staff and place was incredible! The kids absolutely loved it and it was such a unique experience! The two staff members went absolutely above and beyond in every way! We will definitely be back again!

My work booked for a few hours for our office Christmas party and had a lot of fun! They helped us order catering, the employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and make sure everyone is having fun, and there were multiple game options for different interests. (If you get motion sick like me, I suggest taking dramamine beforehand.)

VR has come a long way since I was younger, and you had to stand in "one" place to get the sensors to work. FlipSwitch still has a lot of bugs to work out, but it was a lot of fun. Three people on the field at once seems to work best. The horde moods ( eaves of zombies to kill) is the best. My kids and I will for sure visit again.

Everything about this place is great! I played Arizona Sunshine and it was a blast! Had so much fun killing zombies. Definitely would recommend that game for some thrills. Not too hard to figure out how to play.

We went here for my boyfriend's birthday we did two groups in their area. You do need to book ahead of time but man was this not a blast!! They were so great with our group and explaining how it worked or giving us hints when we would get stuck. They are the best priced in the area, the even have snacks and drinks plus some arcade games. We will definitely be going back!

Flipswitch hosted us for our rehearsal dinner. We reserved the space for a group of 40 and coordinated with the managers ahead of time. We had the BEST time. I absolutely loved the game system. I had a blast with my wife and daughter. As a combat veteran, this is the first time I played a shooting game that made me feel as if I was there. Fun family activity remembering it is intense. It was amazing to see my daughter and I get in the groove of combating zombies together!!!

This was my first Virtual Reality experience and it was AWESOME! You can play 3 at a time, so I brought 2 friends with me. They have two different games available so we played both back to back, and enjoyed every minute of the experience. Will definitely be back. #mindblown!

My 14 yr old son and I chose to do the Arizona Sunshine game. It was awesome!! The high quality of the gaming gear made for a truly vivid, and very realistic experience. As you participate in the game you quickly become immersed in your new environment interacting with the characters, which seem close enough to touch. The staff offers feedback and instructions if needed, throughout the game. Highly recommend.

My wife booked a session here with 2 of our friends to celebrate my birthday. I was excited to try this place out as I had heard great things about it and I love video games. Incredible experience! For those of you nerdy SciFi fans, imagine the holo deck in Star Trek where you are instantly transported into another world. That's what flip switch VR is. Have a few different game options our favorite was Arizona sunshine the zombie shooter game. Think of being dropped directly into an episode of the walking dead, that's essentially how the game plays. It's first person shooter walking around and trying to survive! Would be awesome experience for team building for biz or just a fat

I could not recommend this place enough! We came from out of town with a group of friends and this exceeded every expectation we had. The staff was beyond amazing at making the experience fun and maximizing our playing time even though we had a large group. I was nervous because I am not a video gamer but it was surprisingly easy to play. If I ever go back to Kansas City I would be stoping at this place again.

Went with three friends for my birthday and we played the Arizona Sunshine zombie game. Experience was killer! Equipment worked well, the game was fun and interesting. Loved the cooperative aspect of the game as well as the personal stats at the end to spark some competitiveness. My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday to play a session of Arizona Sunshine. We had SO much fun!!! We had never played VR before this. The man who greeted us when we arrived (sorry I can't remember his name), was so pleasant! His instructions were flawless, he was so friendly, helpful, and seemed happy to be there! Played three games here with different headsets each time, and every single game, the headsets and/or controllers I used crashed or fully stopped working multiple times. Took my son here this weekend for his birthday with 3 of his friends. They all have VR headsets at home, and I was worried that they may not enjoy this due to it not being a new experience. This was my first time trying VR and it was SO much fun! My husband, daughter (13) and I went on a Sunday afternoon and were the only ones there. They had old-school Nintendo games you could play while they prepped the room which was a nice addition to the experience. We chose Arizona Sunshine and definitely could have stayed another half hour killing zombies! Recommended age is 13+ but I'd say 11+ can handle it. Parents - you don't need video game experience to play this; it wasn't difficult for me at all.

Probably one of the funnest things I've ever done. Staff was awesome and inside feel was sick. I brought my brother for his birthday and it was worth every penny. I will be going as much as I can showing it to all of my friends. We played Arizona Sunshine and the level design was awesome and well thought out. This was my first time playing a VR game, and while I screamed the majority of the game, I had fun. We took our son here today for his birthday, and he carried the team. My apologies to the employee because I yelled a lot while playing the Arizona game. I would definitely come back again and I recommend coming for a great family experience.

My brother and I went here and had a great time. We played the zombie one, and had a blast. You have a good size space to actually move around in and it's designed where you don't have to worry about bumping into walls or people as long as you pay attention. First time VR experience for us. I did the Corsair's curse puzzle game with my 3 kids, it was listed medium intensity but did not seem at all intense. I cannot give 5 stars due to various glitches we had with batteries and rebooting the game several times. The staff were very nice, the game was very easy to play and grasp. The experience was GREAT! I rented both arenas because we had a group of 8 people. We played the Arizona Sunrise game and it was amazing. Nobody in our group had every done a virtual reality thing before this - and the experience DID NOT disappoint. If you're into tech, gaming, and having a truly one of a kind experience, FlipSwitch is amazing. I played Arizona Sunshine, a zombie killing run where teamwork is key for a great time. This place is a lot of fun. We walked in, and they were able to accommodate us. You sign a waiver and then choose your game mode. We played zombies. It's so real, and you won't even realize how long you've been playing. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

This was a lot of fun! We had a company manager outing for team building and it was awesome! The crew was very accommodating and explained everything very well! Hosted a corporate event at FlipSwitch and it was great. Staff was helpful, the space was really cool and most importantly the games were extremely fun. Every single person that attended had a blast. The retro video games are a great way to spend time between your turns in the arena, but our group had even more fun watching our coworkers' game progress on the TVs in the lobby. Went here with my husband and some other managers who are with Hawaiian Bros. Never been before, the people who work there were very nice and helpful and they give you great instructions in order to have fun in the games and have a great time. They cleaned the headsets and controllers after every use, and apologized for any conveniences and lags within the game and quickly fixed them. We will definitely be coming back!

I took my husband to FlipSwitch this past weekend to celebrate his birthday and we had an absolute blast! The staff was friendly and informative in helping us choose a game. They made all instructions clear so that we could enjoy an intense zombie shooter game together! We have not stopped talking about our time there and will definitely be back and bringing our friends to join us! We had a company event and there was plenty of room while people waited to play. There were also old school video games that could be played in the event space. The team at FlipSwitch were super helpful friendly and flexible with our requests. I'd highly recommend this for parties or just stopping by with a friend or two. I have already recommended this place to friends/family, and its only been 1 day since my experience. The staff is really friendly and the space has a nice laid back vibe. There are retro game systems to play in the waiting area with comfortable seating, snack bar if you need some energy for shooting zombies, and drinks to wash everything down with. Our group of young to old had so much fun with the various games we played. The free roaming VR was a unique experience that was almost as fun for the spectators to watch as the players. We are already planning our next session.

Two friends and I went on opening day. After the kinks were ironed out, we had a blast playing the skeleton pirate ship game. We will definitely be going back to try the zombies out! The team was patient and knowledgeable of their product, and they insured we had a good time.

The staff were all very nice and we had a fun time. We played the pirate game.. The controls are a little clunky and hard to handle, and the aiming isn't very precise. The graphics aren't too great either, but I'm assuming the games were designed specifically for the space in which case they weren't half bad.
