This place used to be affordable and fun for my children. The starting membership price was 14.99. now the starting membership is over $20 a month! And the most expensive one is $29 a month. Just back in January I was paying that cheaper price and unfortunately my membership lapsed. Expecting to go back and pay the same prices, I promise my children we would come back today. I had the most wonderful experience with the kids at this amazing place! They were absolutely thrilled by all the fun activities and attractions. The environment was so welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

So so soooo disappointed in the remodel. Sure, there are new activities and it feels much cleaner, but like 1/2 of the space is now just flooring. It is very odd. They also now only offer 2 hours of jumping for $20!!! My kids could barely make it to the one hour mark before. Unfortunately this was our last visit here as, with tax, it was a staggering $90 for 4 kids to jump. Absolutely ridiculous. Expensive as stated. Renovations are pretty nice, but over $100 for 3 kids and an adult to jump for a couple hours. Worst part is the staff. Not expecting bubbly over the top customer service but 2 out of the 3 employees I interacted with were not friendly at all. The guy working the kitchen was straight up rude. Not worth it imo.

My 5yo had the time of his life here. Had to come 2 days in a row. He loved it all!!!! Best place ever. Spacious, lots of different areas and things to do and they're continuously making improvements and new activities. Staff are all really chill and nice. They dont allow outside food and beverages and their food there is pretty awful.

Flip Factory Zone used to be a great place, and we really enjoyed going there. However, after the recent remodeling, they changed the membership cancellation policy from 3 months to 6 months, which I find disappointing. This new policy makes it less flexible for families, and I don't agree with the change. Still a fun place for kids, but the updated policy has affected our overall experience.

The place was amazing, so much to do. Definitely show up sooner than 2hrs before closing in order to get the full experience of everything they have to offer.

Great place to take our nephews, they always have a blast! They have made some changes and added a few different things which is good so they don't get tired of it always being the same.

I love the jumping sections. For example, the dodgeball , the ball pit and the over all trampoline section. However, the food choices were slim, getting food took about 20 mins literally and the eating area wasn't very clean there were pizza boxes and cups on several tables and food and dirt on the floor. Considering we're all in socks it was kind of gross.

They changed there whole lay out and it is for very young kids that want to get trampled by older kids because there is no room for big kids to jump.They did not make this place as well as other places like defy or get air. They need to do a better job because when you walk in here you pay to jump then have to pay more for any other activity's which takes up more room than the trampoline

Great place for families with younger children. The Jungle gym, the foam pit, the trampolines, the arcade games are super awesome. Me and my two kids had a blast jumping on the trampoline and jumping into the foam pit . We all had a great first time at Flip Factory Zone even though my husband didn't participate in the activities. I highly recommend

Fun place to take the kids! About $20ish for 2 hours play for the trampolines & jungle gym for the little ones (or Monkey Gym as mine call it lol)?. Even my teens love it?. I do wish the snack bar was better. May want to eat before you get there?. And it's hard to get them to the Ropes Course sometimes?.

My friend?s three year old fell through a hole in one of the trampolines and was stuck underneath. Her sister found her, thankfully, and alerted us to where she was. It took about 10 minutes for someone to go behind all the equipment and get her out. It was terrifying! The manager came in acting completely rude and annoyed. He never even asked how her daughter was!! When we complained about how the situation was handled, we were met with rudeness and complete disdain. Please do not take your children here!!

They charge everything in this indoor playroom. We been kicked out from that jungle room because they charge it separately, even we paid almost $25/person. Never seen any kids fun place wanted money so much?.SMH

I recently visited Flip Factory Zone in Gainesville, expecting an exhilarating experience true to its name. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn that flipping was not permitted, which felt misleading given the establishment?s branding. This restriction significantly diminished the enjoyment of the visit. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied.

One of the places my daughters are always excited to go and enjoy every time. I can't remember if they had 1hr jump fees but I was ok paying for the 2hrs since they enjoy it and time usually goes by pretty fast.

The kids seemed to really enjoy everything offered at this location. While the music combined with the kids laughing and yelling was a bit noisy, the sound of children having fun is a good thing. There were many activities to do.

This place is a RIP OFF! Don't waste your time or money! You don't pay for things and then they aren't available! Felt very unsafe and it's nothing like it use to be!!!! Very DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Me and my family came for a birthday party, the line was out the door. We waited 30 plus mins, then once associates finally noticed and decided to try and make it organized they tried to arrange the line when we were next up. The associate was rude and confrontational, and wouldn't try to make the situation better. Really disappointed in my experience here. ??

Kids had a great time. Me and my husband jumped for about 45 mins too. Wait time was a little long to get waver and wrap everything up before jumping. (My 3 year old cried the whole time to go play but we had to wait. A little aggravating..) Slushy or icecream to cool yourself off after jumping. We will definitely be back. Staff was nice, and the place was clean.

Went 6/29. This place is seriously so dirty.. the jungle gym area is so dark and the flooring looks like it hasn't been cleaned from clearly spilled drinks now dry coated with dirt. I saw a piece of old gum stuck to one of the balls from the ball pit. Broken buckets with sharp edges in the ball pit. The staff didn't seem to care as they were socializing behind the counter . there where definitely plenty of staff but none at redemption or the cafe. The foam pits in the trampoline area are so dirty and torn

We paid extra for the jungle climb / laser tag only to find out you have to wear closed toe shoes... and laser tag was closed. I recommend Sky Zone in Ocala, its better.

First- this place is huge! Very well space out where kids aren't right on top of each other or really running into each other. Lots of activities and things to do!! Foam pits, ninja course, ropes course, jungle gym, arcade games and sky lift! So much to do!

This place is great for kids! But when parents are sitting here for two hours or more is quite boring. I asked for the wifi password, she said I can't have it because it makes there computers not work!! I've never heard of that, they must have really crappy wifi. I really didn't believe her anyway. We really enjoy the flip factory for exercise and trampoline fun. We haven't tried the arcade yet or the extra features. It's nice to have somewhere to bring the kids on chilly or cloudy days.

Me and the whole family are very frustrated that we pay for a membership for our kids and only have one hour of time in the jump park from 11:00 am when they open till 12:00pm on Sunday?s , and then they want you to pay $20 per child. 2 hours on Saturday if you get there at 10:00 and there's not a line already. Most parents have the weekends off and they don't cater to locals with memberships.

I've been twice now. First time was just myself and my daughter, second time I brought one of her friends to join us. The prices did add up but it was all worth it. Not that I like places busy, but I wish more people were there to play laser tag. This is an awesome place. I'm psyched an adult can join in on the fun too instead of just watch the kids have all the fun.

The #1 Go To Place for people who're into climbing jumping, parkour and just having a good fun workout in general. I particularly recommend going there after 9 p.m, when the neon lights come on!

Really disappointed in what seems to be a decent place. We arrived at 6:15pm. They close at 8pm. We were totally fine with that. However, the employees this evening decided to shut down the snack bar at 6:20pm(the snack bar usually closes at 7pm). It really sucks to pay $50+ for two kids, and now they can't even get something to eat here like originally planned. Man, we waited months for the refurbishment and we're totally disappointed. The trampolines seem have been decreased with a lot of open carpet space and much less jumping space. Post remodel, this place is AWESOME! expect to spend money when you have a fun, multi-floored jungle gym, sporty and obstacle-course style trampoline floors, an arcade, and additional activities. Service was quick and very kind. It's arcade food but they accommodated to my special request when ordering food. Clean bathrooms!

Love this place kids had so much fun Lazer tay was so much fun for the adults too the kids loved the jungle gym although parents aren't allowed on the upper levels my kid did get lost in there and started crying because he couldn't find a way out but other then that it's an amazing place to take the whole family.

The staff here seems to be on all separate pages. Had a party here for my 2 children and after almost $800 my kids weren't even able to do everything because the party coordinator informed us we should use our 2 hours for jumping because our party arcade cards are unlimited and the kids could do bumper cars and stuff after but jumping was ONLY 2 hrs. The entertainment quality is still solid - attractions are good, the staff are very nice to the kids. However, we're officially priced out now. You can only do two hours so I'm dropping $60 to bring my two kids. Additionally the front desk is always understaffed, god help you if you have a couple parties in front of you. Note that the membership has a tiny disclaimer on the back about a six month minimum, and they want you to write your credit card information down on paper.

Definitely a lot to do there. The 2 hr time limit I feel is a bit short or not worth what you pay. You can't stop to eat or take a break as your on the clock. Paid extra to add on different activities like laser tag and a rock climbing.. Unfortunately there were never attendants available so I wasted money. I'm sure they probably are short-staffed like everyone else, but if they don't have the staff to accommodate activities, they shouldn't allow customers to pay for them. I wouldn't pay for anything besides jumping since you aren't able to do anything else without staff.

We are long time members of the flip factory and love the new remodel! My kids are 4 and 6 and have a ton of options now. They love the new ninja course, wipeout, and jumping platform. I love the air mats?so much cleaner than the foam. There is a lot of open space when you walk in but they are still adding the bumper cars and additional arcade games. The entry line is slow, but staff is always nice and willing to help. We go a couple times a week and my kids never want to leave!

Shawty (aka George) is a great manager, always trying to make kids happy and keep the environment safe and friendly. We always loved going to the Flip Factory but they've redone it so there's so many fun things to do! We did sky zone which was fun. One of our favorites is laser tag! It makes me feel like a kid again and we all had fun as a family. They're opening more things soon so we can't wait to go back.

The place is cool but the food is horrible. Mozzarella sticks came out cold, nachos are just chips and cheese and it took 37 minutes for the food to come out. They need to definitely work on their services . EAT BEFORE YOU COME!

My daughter was so excited to come back! Unfortunately, memberships now require a six month commitment and they requested I put my credit card information on their paper form. We have always enjoyed our time at Flip Factory. We had our daughter?s birthday there several years ago and they were fantastic. We went after the renovation and while I love all of the updates, as a parent, it is very hard to watch your children with the new setup. The remodel is really disappointing. 3/4 of the space is nothing. They added tons of tables and chairs. There is probably a quarter of the jumping space that there was before. Took my grand babies for a day of fun. They range from age 3 to 16 and they all had a great time. You pay 1 price and it includes everything. Then we loaded the cards with points so they could play in the arcade. It was a wonderful day out and they all slept in the next morning. Extra bonus.

Pretty pricey. Not enough staff for non jumping elements. Check in process slow and poorly conceived. On the upside - though this attraction is not for less active kids, the ones that are appear to be enjoying themselves.

The renovation is pretty underwhelming (why all the dead space?) but I'm glad they're open again. What I don't understand is after several months of being closed, they still have the worst and most frustrating checkin process. It took 10-15 minutes to get in despite having already done the disclaimer and only one family ahead of us. In toddler time that is an eternity. I have no idea why it takes sooooo long to do a transaction and hand you a wristband. The staff is ridiculously slow at the register.

Fun place for the kids. AWFUL check-in policy. They make everyone stand in one line regardless of whether or not you have a membership and have signed a waiver. It took us literally 25 minutes to get to the front counter and we only had two people in front of us. The management at flip factory is horrible. I went in there with 4 kids and wanted to start the membership with 4 out of the 5 total people. I was told they are not accepting memberships right now. This place is not worth the money..the service is bad..we whent for my sons birthday today and he had some friends with him so I got the ultimate package for each kid so I spent 163 on 5 kids.. the package is suppose to include sky coaster...bumper cars..Lazer tag...leap of faith...rock climbing.... trampoline...and rope course..the kids only had enough time to only do 3 of those they take to long to get the kids set up to do the course so by time they get to do it your time ran down by alot ...they do not
