Flight Zone

Flight Zone

Reviews Summary

Flight Zone is highly praised for its fun activities like trampolines, laser tag, and arcade games, appealing to both kids and adults. Many highlight the friendly staff and clean facilities, making it a great spot for parties and family outings. However, several reviewers note the high prices, especially for trampoline access, and occasional issues with crowded spaces or slow service. Despite the cost, most agree it’s a worthwhile destination for entertainment, particularly in winter or for burning off energy. Some mention minor drawbacks like soreness after visits or distracted staff, but overall, the consensus is overwhelmingly positive.

Customer Reviews

Kids love this place. Trampolines, ninja course, dodgeball too. Five new golf simulators are state of the art.

It's wonderful. I had a very pleasant time with my granddaughters. There are a variety of games. I recommend it. They had a great time.

Well maintained and safe for kiddos. Party rooms are clean and in view of play area. Arcade / lobby gets very crowded when it's busy.

This place is amazing...came on a week day and had it all to ourselves. As much fun for me as it was for my daughter.

What a fun place, and you can even have parties here!

This is a trampoline park where my grandkids can jump around 42 hours for thirty dollars. That's a great value. There's basketball in here all kinds of activities

We love it here not only can the kids jump off some energy but the arcade is Awesome as well! We have been here a dozen times and will be back a dozen more. We still need to try out the laser tag though.

Fun place to visit with a lot of different activities. The food court is pretty good too.

Great facility. Lots of room with different activities. Arcade and snack bar are bonuses. Staff were friendly and my kids (7 and 3) loved it.

The young man Jacob, that works here goes over and beyond and is amazing with kids. Ill give 5 stars just for this guys dedication to the job.

Very good atmosphere! Tom is a very accommodating host/ owner. Highly recommended.

Great place for family fun. Is usually pretty expensive but you can find some good deals from time to time to make it worth it. Plus the arcade is pretty fun and the pizza isn't half bad!

Little expensive l. But, the kids surley enjoy playing there. Good physical activity to do year around.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Great place will be going again

Great layout, and big enough that kids can play without being crowded. Good snacks & food bar. Every time I take the kids, I see friends there with their children or grandkids. It's a lot of fun!!

This is such a fun place!! Year round. Just wish the bday rooms were bigger or at least had a couple of big ones.

What a great place to take your whole family. They have a whole trampoline park and indoor golf CULB! Yes, golf club, full bar, and great food!! Have a great time, not really expensive! Have fun!!

Awesome indoor trampoline park!! Fun times I would love to come back there in the future!

It was fun but the basketball dunk area had only 1 ball, and the other 2 person game (Jump and tap the lights) didn't work. Bathrooms were atrocious, no tp, one toilet was constantly flushing. No soap in the main women's bathroom and the family bathroom had soap but no paper towels. So I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness or having several things not functioning for the price paid to be there.

Awesome place for family fun!

As always kids worked up an appetite first time for one.

We had so much fun! Everything was very clean, from bathrooms to the foam pits which can't be easy in this type of business, so I really appreciate that. The pizza was delicious, the staff was friendly and accommodating, laser tag was a blast, and every age group (6 yrs-69 yrs) loved the variety of jumping activities.

Showed up at the end of a nice Sunday evening. Low volume of customers, excellent service from the staff. All staff were very helpful and very friendly. Kids enjoyed the little arcade. We noticed only a couple of games not working but not a big deal. Good prices and a great time was had for the hour and half we were there. Thank you!

Kids had a blast. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Wish they had more adult seating.

This is a fun place for kids of all ages to burn off energy and get exercise.

Great physical activity for the kids or adults. Jumping is fun but laser tag is even better.

Great place to take the kids to burn off energy. It is a bit expensive but they seem to run specials pretty often. My kids love the dodgeball, laser tag and ninja course, and I love the massage chairs. My only complaint is that the staff is pretty young, mostly high school kids, and they are not great at enforcing safety rules.

Awesome place for family entertainment! A great variety of trampoline options for all jumper levels includes trapeze, foam pits, and dodgeball areas. The 2 level ninja warrior course is challenging but fun. With an arcade, laser tag, and good food options, really couldn't ask for more. Prices may seem high but they are almost always running deals (2 for 1s, free laser tag, etc) so, if you follow their FB page, its pretty easy finding ways to afford to take the whole family. New toddler time hours/rates are

5 year old birthday party. Perfect place for a little guy and his buddies!

This place is great for kids! Semi-affordable for most, but definitely worth the price for a splurge for a fun day for the kids! My kods always have an amazing time, it's an amazing cardio for Moms! :P Gets the kids tuckered out. They have food, games, jumping. Definitely worth a visit for a fun day with kiddos!!

Employees seem to be high school kids more into socializing with each other than watching out for safety concerns. There should be someone monitoring the foam pits. Super fun place though! It's expensive but if you take advantage of the toddler time and earlier hours it's way cheaper and worth every penny. Wish the evening jump was cheaper.

Great place to take your children when your planning a birthday party. Also, Great for taking them on one of the many, many school days off.

They have everything, dodgeball arena, laser tag, arcade, massive trampoline park, foam pits, food, and even a kid zone. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. It's a great place to take the family for an hour or two of fun. Also as a bonus your kids will be exhausted afterward.

Great place for family fun. Plan on spending around 100 dollors for a family of 4 for 3 hours we had a blast. The staff was great and the place is very clean. Really great we are lucky to have a place like this in our community. Thank you

Great place. Trampoline park, Arcade games, laser tag, and a great food/snack section. Love those cinnamon rolls. And every time we go the staff has been so nice. It is quite pricy though for the trampoline part. We'd come more often of it was cheeper. Other than that we love this place.

Super clean, good food, very fun place. We travel almost 2 hrs to go, it's worth the trip. ??

We love flight zone!! Lazer tag is fun for all! Even for a date night!

Is much fun. I actually learned how to do front flips there. They FINALLY got rid of foam pits and replaced them with airbags that don't smell like feet or have bites taken out of them.

My boys had a BLAST when we went here, there was so much to keep them entertained and price was fantastic! Oh, and you may think an hour is "hardly anytime" until you are jumping for a full hour! Afterwards we opted for arcade games however we want to do laser tag next time instead!

This is a great spot to let your kids explode out some energy. A good hour of jumping and some laser tag and they'll be good and tired. I would definitely stop here when you have some time to kill and some kids that are bored.

It's ok, just the time it take to get food is not good and over priced. 17 dollars for 1 hour is a little too much. The amount there is to do is also lacking. It is fun though. Burger is great for the price I paid

Our granddaughter had her birthday party here. Truly was well worth the money spent

I like fight zone alot. The laser tag is amazing. The reason I'm putting only 4 is that the day after you go you get very sore and tired. But every thing else aside it is a very fun place to take your kids.

Kids have a good time. Service at the food counter takes awhile.

We are always there for birthday parties and everyone I gave been there for has always been amazing! Fun for kids of all ages, clean, good pizza, and great staff!!!

Excellent ice cream at fair prices. $5 average. Open till 10 pm. Plenty of space to dine in. Great variety of flavors, more than just flavor.

Flight Zone is a great place to bring your family for a fun time. They have arcade games that even the parents can play. It is a good place to have bday parties.

This business is great. They have a lot of activities for kids. Kids can go right in those activities, jump in them and play. They can climb, jump, and play with big squishy "block". McDonald's Playland in Casper is a 4, this is a 10. And, they have a food court also and video games.

Awesome place with great staff! Offered to pay for the whole place to play Lazer tag and the manager totally gave it to us for free! Clean place, well mannered for them being young adults

Nice place. The equipment is new and works well. The whole facility looks brand new. Food was so so and so was the service.

The trampoline park is lots of fun for the kiddoes and they have a pretty good little concession with pizza and soft pretzels and stuff if you are there when the right people are working the foods good. The arcade is a lot of fun but the prizes are trash. There are no high end prizes incentivicing you to collect your tokens and come back and play again. Most arcades like this have a shelf of high token items. Ive seen everything from small kitchen appliances to Nintendo switch lights and kayaks. This arcade

Such a neat place. Not like the other jump places I have been. They have ninja zones, diving boards, a trapeze, and the list goes on and on. My kids had a wonderful time.

Extremely fun, super nice helpful staff, really fun arcade games, and the play area is amazing. With it's own version of the ninja warrior obstacle course, it is definitely worth the visit!!

I wish they had this when I was a kid! Very entertaining, and my kids loved it! We can't wait to go back! It is a little pricey, but well worth it!

We had so much fun but we had to flag down a worker every time we wanted to play lazer tag after paying for 5 passes all day.

Great place for kids to play but folks need to stay vigilant. Rather spendy to get a party room and playtime for the kids. Too many people for my taste

The people i talk to was extremely friendly and courteous, the food was great and 7 dallors for a sandwich and awsome fries was worth it for me and my kids lunch was 23 bucks, the arcade was the best in town , the lazer tag was amazing and 17 buck's to bounce for a hour with how big that place is worth it . Now it needs a go kart track

Professional, clean, and enjoyable outing with the kids and grandkids. Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff members. It was pleasant to experience this opportunity with such a young group of staff members.

Overall decent experience given the area. Only gonna find one trampoline park in the area. Foods a little slow and subpar, games are updated but limited, play area for trampoline is large with many areas. Price is a little high to be a continuous visit.

Wish it wasn't so pricey for an hour, but it's fun to take the kids to every so often to burn off some energy! Definitely awesome for the winter

Fun place to bounce and play. Well thought out activity areas. If you do laser tag, there is a distinct advantage to being on the top level. Kinda expensive

Love the place enjoying for children and adults fun place

My new favorite place to go h as ng out with the Mrs. We have a blast every time we go. Family fun for all ages and competitive prices.

Went to golf zone to use the simulator.... great food and service. Simulators are top notch !!

Honestly the arcade games are so fun and there's so much for everyone to do of all ages. Definitely recommend going here and its also SO AFFORDABLE!!

Perfect for a city of this size. I have been to much bigger trampoline parks but in much larger cities. Has something for everyone in your family to enjoy.

Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Gillette needed a place lime this

This place is incredible! You have to try out the golf sims they are top notch.

My toddlers loved it. We went to a 3 year old birthday and they were very organized and my 2.5 year old and 9 month old loved it

Came 10 hours to let our kids use the 2 hour unlimited and our kids were told they had to leave after 1.25 hrs. Wasn't wasn't worth my drive.

Very fun. Always is great for the kids and even us adults.

Great place to take the kids. Patrick was a huge help.

Great place for kids to burn off energy! Especially when it's cold I wish they had adult beverages to pass the time! Chuckie cheese figured it out! Lmao

This is a great place and their prices for this time of recreation for kids are the best I've seen plus great ticket payout for their games!

Great for kids and great trampolines the arcade is fun but has cheap and stupid prizes also they should definitely change the 14 year old to 13 year old.

Very nice facility, great for parties or just a fun time for kids.

It was fun but the last t in me we went there none of the employees were paying any attention and yiu have to pay additional fees for lazortag and the arcade

Our grandson loved celebrating his 4th Birthday here and all the staff was so friendly.

Love this place keeps kiddo's entertained. We always have fun here. Laser tag, trampolines, arcade.

It was fun. We had lots of fun and they were all amazing and kind they made the experience fun

The trampoline area was really fun! We didnt get to try laser tag but we will definitely be back!

My son says it's better the Jump Craze and Sky Zone. There is a lot more to do at Flight Zone. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Alot of fun for adults and kids. Great place to have a birthday party.

Fantastic place for the kids and adults to have a blast

Cool place. You can really plow over some kids once you get warmed up on the jumps!

Fun jump park employees are fun and love the Lazer Tag but the arcade could be better

Great place for kids and adults to play and burn some energy!

My son says this one is a lot nicer than the trampoline park in Rapid City.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
