Customer Reviews

We had a mixed bday party, 8 & 15. Great experience, they were very accommodating to our needs, I really liked the attention our server gave our party, the kids had an escort to their events. Definitely recommend this to anyone that has an upcoming 4-15 year old bday party.

Had a bit of a shorter initial visit, but had to come in after a friend posted about the SMX cab here, was more than pleased to see it working pretty well and overall the place being just as nice! (Super clean, staff were more than helpful too!) It's great to have another game/option to play something at, especially since the other local spots with music games are closed on mondays! (It's a bit of a niche, but there's a small active community of us for the couple places with em) Only thing I could really h

Great place for the entire family. Great food. Tons of stuff to do. So happy we found this place. We didn't even know it existed. First time my gamer kid has broken a sweat that I can remember. Getting the monthly pass!

I took five of my grandkids to Flight 509 for the first time. They range from ages 5-13. They had a great time, and couldn't wait to go again. There was fun for all their ages. It was such a wonderful experience. It was also great to have the cafeteria on sight. I would recommend Flight 509 to anyone who has kids. It's truly a great place.

My daughter had her birthday party here and they really took care of everything. Our party host Jenn?s was great and took good care of the kids and ensured they were safe and had fun. Lunch and cupcakes were also part of the package as well as a really nice party room. Would highly recommend! Endless activities to do. There was a miscommunication about the birthday package and the manager was so kind and gracious and made it right.

I have a child on the spectrum. I cannot say enough excellent things about this place. He doesn't have many friends but when we visit Flight 509 he always finds some kids to have fun with and he can be himself. They have multiple ada accommodations and I am so appreciative for their dedication to inclusivity. Sometimes both of my kids get overwhelmed and sometimes I forget ear protection and just knowing that if we needed ear protection that it is available for us to check out, is amazing. My youngest did t

From the Moment we Boarded our experience was Wonderful! Cricket helped us to start off our Journey and explained things wonderfully for us being first timers. Huge Thanks! Throughout our afternoon experience at the different activities the staff were great and Very Helpful especially on the Ropes Course with our son who is autistic and often afraid of these type of activities but NOT today he felt Very Safe and Encouraged and when he got stuck a couple times. The Staff @the Hanger were very Fantastic with

Be careful eating here. My child?s ?kids burger? was served undercooked/pink. Completely unacceptable. I only noticed after he commented that his burger tasted weird. UPDATE: I asked them to make another burger for my son, and the second burger ALSO came out undercooked.

We took our two kids to have their birthdays at Flight 509. Not only did flight 509 allow both my kids to be ?guests of honor?, but they got to do all the fun things they hoped for! The pizza (specifically the gluten free) was delicious. Cupcakes were served. The bay felt private. Every thing felt so well communicated, and our host was absolutely on top of everything. All the kids who attended had a fantastic time! The hours flew by, with how much fun we all had. Can't thank you all enough!!

I love bringing my nephews here! The beer selection is amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't have my ID this past weekend, so I couldn't grab one?but that's on me. The arcade and prizes are always a blast. Looks like a new game might be coming soon?Golden Eggs? Can't wait to check it out!

I recently visited Flight 509, and it was an amazing experience for my family! The facility is well-maintained and offers a wide range of activities that cater to children of all ages. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The different play areas are incredibly fun. We tried out everything they had to offer. All the different options had my kids fully entertained for the 3 hours we were there. We also appreciated that they prioritize safety

I can't thank you enough for everything you did to make Rowan?s birthday so special. He had an amazing time, and the adults really enjoyed themselves too. Everything ran so smoothly?especially thanks to Jenna, our wonderful flight attendant. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. She truly went above and beyond for our group, and she absolutely deserves a raise! Thank you for helping make this the best birthday Rowan has ever had!

Really clean, impressive and exciting place to bring the family for some fun! The bumper cars, rope course, Lazer tag, bowling.. all so fun! My niece and nephew (ages 2 and 5) had an absolute blast! The staff were friendly and professional, kind, helpful. The pizza and fries and gravy were tasty. Draft beer was the best value and tasty. We will be going again for birthday parties no doubt!

We had an incredible experience at Flight 509. It is easily the best family entertainment center in Spokane. The facility is clean, spacious, and full of fun. My tweens had a blast with everything from the laser tag arena and ninja warrior course to the bumper cars and VR games. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. We also appreciated the wide variety of activities that kept the kids engaged for hours. We picked up discounted gift cards at Costco Spokane which

The caf? staff were kind and patient with all my questions. It's clean and the service is fast. The only problem is that it can be hard to find a seat the few times we've visited on a weekend. However, the lady where we purchased our wristbands was not as patient with my questions?she seemed annoyed. Luckily, a younger employee stepped in, answered everything, and also let us know they offer noise-reducing headphones.

I was a regular customer since you first opened your doors. I recommended Flight 509 to everyone. It's significantly gone downhill the last few months. I have never left a negative review in my life, but the recent experiences definitely earned it. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff rather than paying customers. The service was slow, and when we did finally get someone?s attention, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other. The language used by sta

Me and 9 other of my friends (Ages ranging from 14 to 17) went for my friends birthday, and basically everything was perfect. The staff were VERY nice, the place was clean, and the place was fun as hell to be at. All 10 of us had a blast, the food was good, and overall a 10/10 5 star place. I 100% recommended here.

We went to Flight 509 for a birthday party and my kids loved it! The staff was super attentive and friendly. I have also seen the owners involved and being apart of the community. I cannot say enough good things about this new business.

Overall good location for entertaining the kids. Arcade games are a bit expensive but came with the birthday party. Other things to do seemed pretty reasonable.

My son has a birthday coming up, and he wanted to go to an arcade. We did a search of the area and found this place, just opened! Decided to check it out. The laser tag is one of my favorite in the region, the course has a clear Spokane theme. Bumper cars! Challenging ropes course, and a ninja warrior course, which are two separate areas. The Ballocity feature is a fun free play that the kids kept coming back to. Some things to improve: add a couple of arcade games that are 1 or 2 credits to play, or lowe

Thank you all SO much for making my 2-year old?s birthday party so special and fun! The staff were absolutely amazing, great communication, and the set-up was just perfect! I would definitely throw another party here again!

Great place for all ages! I am glad we picked this place for our son?s birthday party. I wish it was less expensive.

Awesome place to bring the kids. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for a fun day with the family or even a birthday party.

Such a great place for kids! Bowling, laser tag, climbing stucture, bumper cars. Ideal age seems to be 5-16 but my 3 and 4 year old had a blast! Enjoyed some snacks and drinks while the kids played. Arcade is kind of a ripoff but the rest is totally worth it.

What a perfect birthday party! Our birthday girls had the best time and so did all their friends who joined us! It was so well organized and our host was incredible! I would absolutely recommend a birthday party at Flight 509!

The place has a lot to offer but the pricing is so high. For 2 preteens I spent $140. Which still didn't include everything. The chicken strip order had 2 small little strips. I felt like I would?ve gotten more for my $$ at Chuck E Cheese, Altitude/Flying Squirrel, Triple Play and even the price for Silverwood isn't too much different and there is a lot more bang for my buck. The staff was great and friendly. The facility was nice. I think it's a great place to have in the Valley and know the economy is cra

Want a party with a bunch of munchkins running around having a blast yet you don't have to do all the work to rascal them from place to place, feed them, or do the hard parts? Well at Flight 509 with the first class party that's exactly what we got. The birthday boy and his 10 friends got to do their 3 events together, eat pizza and have cupcakes all before being released with their arcade card to earn points for prizes. All the kids from 18 months to 14 years old, and even the adults had a great time and s

We had a birthday party here last week and the whole experience was phenomenal. Not only was it tons of fun for the kids attending, but it was ridiculously easy and hands-off for myself as a parent. The party ?hosts? corralled all the kids, kept everyone together, entertained them with games during short wait times (like before laser tag), had everyone wash their hands before eating, had all necessary supplies ready and available ? the entire experience was spectacularly organized. The pizza robot was als

100% would recommend. Hands down the BEST place to take your kids if you want to tire them out ?? I have 3 boys, ages 4, 6, & 9. They ALL had a blast. They have Laser Tag, Bumper Cars, a Ninja Warrior course, a Rope Climbing course, an Arcade, and a Jungle Gym play area for the younger kids. They also have concessions to enjoy while your kids burn all that energy out. If you're looking to find a new place to take your kids, here's your sign!

We took our son here for the first time yesterday for his 10th birthday and it was an absolute blast. The staff was great and personable. Lots of laughs by all. Definitely coming back again!!

We go every weekend my son loves it my only complaint is the playground area is not monitored my son is constantly getting hit and pushed by other kids we have had to get staff a couple times. Play area should only be for small kids mixing 13 year olds with 3-4 year olds isn't very safe. The kitchen staff is great the older guy who wears a gray shirt is awesome he ordered something and saved it for my son to get with his tickets! Also having a a enrollment fee is kinda weird and expensive to get started and

We took our kids to play here and had a great time!! We loved the food and had an amazing experience with their worker Bella! She was so kind and helpful!

Our family enjoyed our inaugural visit to Flight 509, finding the experience highly satisfactory. The children were particularly engaged by the various attractions. However, we recommend exploring more budget-conscious family packages, and suggest implementing improved queue management in the prize area to mitigate congestion and ensure a more orderly experience for all guests.

We had my son bday party here. Him and his friends thought it was awesome. They have a lot for the 5 and up kids to do. It can be pricey but your kids will have a good time.

We went for my son's birthday and had SO much fun! My kids are 7 and 9, and the games and activities were the perfect level. Cody was awesome and very patient with my son on the ropes course. The rest of the staff were super nice and seemed to genuinely care about the kids having fun. The food was good and the beer was a bonus.

This was a really fun experience and great for kids ages 7-14 BUT I'm my option it was definitely overpriced. I paid for 2 adults and 1 kid and it cost me $100!! I wish there were more for the littles to do because my daughter and son could only go on ballocity (and even tho I paid for my husband and myself to do other things, we didn't really get to utilize doing anything else) I checked out the ropes course and ninja course, they were fun but way more geared towards kids. Next time I WONT buy tickets for

We had a great time it was perfect for sons birthday party ?? our host was kind and they were accommodating to my husband?s request to change the channel to a different preferred game that day! I will be returning with my family and have already decided date night designated ??

10/10, Absolutely recommend for a afternoon of fun or a Birthday. First time here for my son's 9th birthday and let me tell you incredible staff, extremely fair pricing, good food. Flight 509 is a must go for anyone with kids or a fun date night.

Not bad but prices are a bit steep for the packages. The arcade games are also very expensive. Food is a good price, facility is clean, good size laser tag and good variety of games. The prize counter system is awful and needs to be better staffed and better process.

We took our granddaughters here Friday night. We all had a great time. Very fun place. It looks like they have a lot more coming soon. :)

Kids love it, youngest 2 play jungle gym and ropes course, with some lazer tag. The wife, son and I mainly play lazer tag. Breaks include bumper cars and arcade games. VR is awesome but slightly speedy. Awesome time every time we go.

I work with customers as a manager, and i would NEVER treat my customers how me and my family were treated , from the very start of us entering it was full attitude from the girl at the desk, to the ride employees simply not caring. as a teen myself, it's no excuse to act like that.

I had something in the Omni arena vr but other wise why can't we have hour passes and also there were workers that just walked around and when the person took my order she only started it when she went into the table area then remembered. Update the Omni vr controllers barely worked we can see then when they work but more then half of them worked

Super impressed with how inclusive this place is. I don't leave a ton of reviews, but this place deserves it. My kids (8 and 10) had an awesome time. The staff is so kind and make it fun. The price was super reasonable for the amount of time we spent here and the variety of activities. They offer noise cancelling headphones for people with sensory issues, which is great. Ad a plus-sized human, I was able to do all the activities and felt comfortable. All in all, great!

Highly skeptical at first but had an amazing time at this new arcade. Clean, fair and for its size all attractions are beyond expectations. Cody assisted our group on multiple occasions and is the model of customer service that I would expect from my own employees. An amazing time for both adults and kids.

I went with a group of kids and their teachers and everyone had a great time

My daughter had a blast. one of the employees on the ropes course was being a jerk to the kids. Whoever the guy is with the chin length hair. If you don't like your job so much maybe find a new one. Especially with the price it is to do this.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Super fun place for kids. They have a little bit of everything. The design of the place is really awesome as well. Highly recommend.

Had a great time here at the arcade! Fun games, and racked up a decent amount of tickets too! The cafe had good food. Overall a good day! Will be back! :)

The 1st 3 games we played did not work. Wanted to play pinball oh but you need coins for that. Bring cash or pay a processing fee. Pretzel and cheese?.. I think it was gluten free. Not impressed.

This place has great prices, friendly staff, tons of things to do, super convenient, I think some people have been unreasonably critical in their reviews. My kids love this place.

So much fun! Staff was so friendly and helpful, monthly membership is the way to go! Affordable parties with lots included . My kids love it!

We arrived right when they opened the doors and it was the best time for kids 6 years and under. After 2pm on a Saturday it got too busy and made it more difficult to keep an eye on the kiddos.

Great place to go. Alot of ADA options. My son is quadriplegic and got to enjoy Lazer tag with his dad, a ball game, and he got to bowl with one of his best friends. We were there for 4 hours. Went there for a bday party and enjoyed it so much. Thank you for having options we really appreciate it.

We had our son?s 12 year old birthday party there and it was nearly perfect. We chose the pass where parents got to be hands off and Naz did a great job by being our ?flight attendant?. She rallied the kids for us and made sure everything was organized. The entire staff there was very friendly and helpful. We got the entire Bay to ourselves to be able to have 10 kids including the adults. Highly recommend ordering extra food apart from what's included as it's meant for just the kids but the food is very goo

Hours of Fun! Finally, Spokane has the closest thing to an indoor amusement park. My kids had a blast and we didnt break the bank hanging out for 3 hours - And we didn't even do every attraction. When you enter, you are greeted by one of the worst pricing menus I have ever seen at a place like this. This is my only gripe. Once you understand whats going on and what includes what, it's a smooth ride from there. We ended up paying extra for VR and that was a big miss for my teenager, but hes also a VR snob so

This place is awesome! Love taking the grandkids here! We went last weekend, what a fun and new experience!!

Love this place for our 2-year-old. The ball tower is great, and the duck claw machine is a guaranteed win, which is nice. Also, we love that there's a dairy-free pizza option!

Such a fun place!! Their cafe had awesome food! And the worker Bella was so kind and helpful!!

Fun place for our son and great prices, we went for lunch and bought a Hawaiian pizza it had a lot of dough and not enough sauce but that's just a small thing tasted great otherwise. I also like that they have a large variety of activities for different ages groups of kids seems like there is something for everyone. FYI: We also found that if you buy an arcade play card from the kiosk you can get some bonus tickets at 50$, when I asked about getting the same deal at the purchase counter they didn't know wha

This place is absolutely amazing! We do family nights here every two weeks. Great food, great ninja warrior course is fantastic for kids and adults alike, laser tag has an amazing course for the whole family. The workers love kids (thank you to cody at the Arcade Counter for taking time with us), and smiles are everywhere. Definitely reccomend.

We absolutely love Flight 509!!! We have come on many occasions now and the bathroom has always been spotless. The large play structure is clean and rated for adults to play in. The ropes course is so fun, and with the two levels there is a lot to do where you don't get bored. You can challenge yourself and your kiddos to do the courses in different ways like to not hit the obstacles or to not grab the support ropes, it's fun for kids and adults. The ninja challenge brings a whole new level of fun. The firs

A group of friends and I hung out at Flight 509 a few weeks ago and had a great time! The selection of games was fun, and the staff were helpful, especially Vortex, who helped us get prepared for Laser tag. Nice, clean facility, with plenty of food and drink options at arms reach.

I recently visited Flight 509 in Spokane Valley with my family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The entry price was shockingly expensive for what was offered. For a family of five, we spent just under $200 plus extra from the arcade games. The staff was mostly disengaged, spending more time on their cell phones than assisting customers. We also found the arcade games overpriced, adding to the feeling that we were not getting good value for our money. To my disappointment, we were tol

An awesome spot for kids and adults. A great place to host an event. We look forward to our next visit!

Definitely must go! This place is crazy awesome! So many options for food! Highly recommend!

This place is WAYYYYYYY overpriced. There isn't a lot in here to do. They have a rope obstacle course my 6 year old isn't tall enough to go on. The play ground they have inside is empty inside. It gas a ball thrower that's it. We play is a WAY better option considering they cost cheaper to get in for 2 hours and has way more to offer even to little kids. The arcade games cost extra. The price to get in is insanely steep. It's extra for bowling too. I have zero idea what the entry cost is for except to recoo

My autistic boys had a blast in the ballocity playground! When we spoke with Emily, she let us know they are working towards setting up the perfect sensory days to help everyone play comfortably in the facility. I couldn't be more honored to bring my kids to such an inclusive environment, and the family membership is a steal!

Fun place for the whole family! The food is amazing! 3 hours of unlimited fun for 38$ per person (worth it)

We really enjoyed it, enough that we got a family membership?.. my only suggestion would be for seating. You can sit if you pay extra to do the bowling, pay extra to have a party and reserve tables, or are paying for food?.. there are a very few ( like less than 10 ) random chairs in the center for people to watch kids in the ball climbing netted area. Otherwise you have to stand and walk around, this is primarily a place for kids to play and be active, not as much for adults or older kids, so some places

It was a great experience. My kids had a great time, even the adults enjoyed them selfs. Thank you!!

What an amazing experience! It's active and video games! I love this combination. Everything my kids need. Also, the ability to help our sensory sensitive child to enjoy himself and not feel overwhelmed. Thank you.

Really cool place but a little overpriced and there is like 10 parking spots. A little ridiculous to open up a fun center and have no parking. Not sure what they were thinking there.

We came here for the first time to attend a friends birthday party. The customer service at Flight 509 is better than any other family fun center that we've been to. Every employee was very kind to us and it made an impact, we will definitely come back. ??

This place is the best new thing to come out of Spokane since Craig T Nelson!!!! The building is designed to perfection with great attention to detail!! Love the industrial vibe and the atmosphere is amazing! This place puts other fun centers to shame! Don't worry about leaving smelling like sweaty socks and disappointment. This place is clean, with tons of things to keep you and your kids busy! Rest comfortably in the Dining area and enjoy an adult beverage or a dialed in fountain Pepsi while your kids en

Upon entering, there is a lot going on. You have to stand in line in the front to pay. There is not a lot of information on the attractions and we actually had to be refunded due to young children not able to sit with us on the bumper cars which was a very small area to begin with. Ballocity was not anything more special than other places in town with similar structures. Running out of options for our kids we tried the mini bowling where we paid for 1/2 hour. We went to order food and only completed 4 innin

We had an absolute blast at flight 509 for my daughter's birthday party.

Good mid-tier fun for the kids. Priced fairly, and most importantly the employees keep this place clean. They are friendly and the package deal/membership gets you access to most everything the kids would want. Laser tag, bumper cars, climbing, etc. it's fun active and even the food is better than expected. A solid step above the usual Chuck E. Cheese style fair.

Highly recommend kids birthday party here! They took care of everything and made it easy on the parents. Thank you!

Didn't even know the place existed. My daughter was invited by her church friend so we went. They have Lazer tag, video games, high wire harness obstacle course, and bumper cars. Daily visit fee is $40 a person or you can pay $40 for a monthly membership per person. Your allowed to have a guest come free of charge once and for only 1 guest. They also have a small food and drink area so you can buy food and drinks. My daughter and her friend played for 3hrs and didn't want to leave but I was sooo ready to go

I have a few friends that work here, serpent and razor. They suggested I take my family and this weekend I finally got the time to, I had an incredible time! The food was great, quick and the rest of the staff were helpful & kind. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for something to do with the family!

Amazing customer service, clean, good food, the kids had a blast here! Love how you can do a pass and it gives them unlimited access to the things they want to do for 3 hours! Great place to go with your kids to get some energy out or for a birthday!

Very disappointed in this company. My mom was visiting from Seattle and wanted to take her grandchildren for a day of fun. I had heard this place just opened so suggested she go there. When she got back she told me that she had been told it was cheaper to buy my kids a ?month pass? then just pay for the one visit and they had until the end of the month to use the pass. She said she was told by the owner who helped her the pass was just good for the *one* month and she didn't need to do anything further to c

Very overpriced for how small the area is. The arcade isn't worth the time due to the credits you get vs credits per game. The lowest credit game was 4 while the average was 8 credits per game making it very easy to use up credits in minutes. If they lowered the amount of credits it takes per game it might be more enjoyable. The other issues revolve around the size of each attraction being too small for the prices that they charge. The only thing that really jumped out was the vr area they had set up seemed

Have a lot of fun things for kids and adults, food was good, staff is great, finally some more attractions for family fun in Spokane.

This place was amazing! All of the games worked, place was clean, food was fresh and delicious. Our son had his 12th birthday party here and it was perfect. The boys loved the VR, bumper cars and climbing area! We will definitely be back.

Such a fun place!!! Cody was so nice! The staff really makes this place! Thanks you guys!

First of all the pricing is outrageous. I got my Girls the Jet package because it had everything they wanted to do. As soon as we came they chose the ropes course, apparently it was reserved for a private party and they don't allow anyone in during that time. Is there a reason customers are not informed of that when they purchase the most expensive package? I'll let my kids enjoy this one trip but we will not be back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies.
