Had an amazing time here! The atmosphere was fun and family-friendly, and everything was super clean and well-maintained. Lauren, Seth, and Matt made our experience unforgettable. They were super helpful, extremely friendly, fun, and always around to make sure we had everything we needed. The lanes worked perfectly, and the food and drinks were surprisingly good for a bowling spot. Whether you're just stopping by for a casual game or planning a party, this is definitely the place to go. We'll be back soon!

I always go to this place with my kids, but lately the points can't be counted correctly. You try to reset them and you waste time. The truth is that it's become a frustration. The staff doesn't understand and doesn't try to help you. On the contrary, they tell you to keep playing. I know they don't work properly (because sometimes the pins don't come back correctly). Atmosphere isn't bad, but after paying around $70 for 1 hour of bowling, an employee wouldn't let me get a drink from the bar unless I paid $5. Meanwhile the two girls in my party were told by what seemed to be the manager they didn't have to pay because they were bowling. Crazy how that works right? The bowling alley was incredibly fun. The music was nice. The food was great. The sports bar being right there in the bowling alley was very convenient and not overcrowded. Overall I had an excellent experience.

1/24/24 (Wednesday) 8:30pm Only bowling alley in our area, luckily it's a great one!! No wait @ 8:30 for a party of 4. $69 after tip for four people for up to 3 hours on a lane. We stayed for just over 1.5 hours. $17.25 a person for shoes, 3 hours on a lane, and water. A great deal! Recommend the bar. Ladies make AMAZING drinks and even better customer service. We went on a busy weekend and we're still able to get lanes no problem. The food is made super quick even while parties are happening all around.

This was my first time bowling at this place. The bowling and the lanes were fine. The floor was sticky and dirty. The girl working on Thursday 12-12 in the morning was very nice and helpful, however the gentlemen working seemed very annoyed if you asked him any questions or asked for help. I would definitely return as it's not that expensive and it's close to the area.

Fun music and lights. Drinks taste really good. Affordable food options. I was also able to take advantage of half off Tuesdays.

My husband and I hadn't been in here for years,but went in last Friday night and ate the spicy chicken sandwich. Wow! We were impressed! We've been on the hunt for the best spicy chicken sandwiches, so we're glad we found this one. We would rate this one in our top 5 We've tried in and around Folsom. Yummy!

No outside food or drink, and no expectations for medical reasons for even having your own water bottle. And staff attitudes are very standoff and rude (eye roll and huffing). Facilities are nice but I wouldn't want to deal with half the surly staff.

We showed up for a pre-booked Sunday 2-hour slot for our family of five to find the lanes very crowded. Our greeting at the counter was cold, basically what's your shoe sizes. We were put with another group of 3 which meant very tight quarters and having to weave around each other every time we went to bowl. Denying patrons the flexibility of bringing their own water bottle to the bowling alley is something I'd never heard of. Not wanting patrons sneaking alcohol in or out of the bar is one thing. Keeping an individual with medical conditions from bringing their own water bottle to a children?s bowling party is ridiculous.

Machines are broken and keep knocking pins down. We were forced to leave with only one frame remaining.

The bowling is fine but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Tried to call to confirm my reservation because I didn't get an email confirming my online reservation and I was on hold twice for over 10 minutes each. They charge a fortune for their bowling to have such bad customer service.

It was expensive. 43 for an hour, just me and a friend. But everything is expensive and it was a lot of fun. The employees were awesome. Nice and helpful. They made sure to be around but didn't disrupt our fun. The music was odd. It started with upbeat music (appreciated) and then suddenly fell into sad, slow music, which just killed the fun vibe.

I bowled here a couple times this weekend since it was the closest place- Once at night, once in the afternoon. They have 16 lanes but never saw more than four lanes occupied at one time. We attended a birthday party here. The facility was clean and nice, food and drinks came quickly. I will say that when the allotted time was up, they were extremely strict and LITERALLY kicked everyone out of the room and off the reserved lanes... on the dot. No extra 5 minutes or so to gather your things, or say goodbye. I did NOT appreciate that.

We had my Granddaughters 8th Birthday Party on March 12th here and everyone had a great time! The staff was awesome! I highly recommend booking a party here the food was good and the party room and set up was great! Came here to celebrate a work related Christmas party, food was ok, music was not the best very outdated, and the brunette woman and blonde woman with tattoos that worked at the bar were incredibly rude. It was a fun experience being there. It wasn't crowded or too expensive either. They gave me the options of paying for 1 or 2 hours, granted it was a Sunday night, I still had fun there. You can buy some alcohol and other non alcoholic beverages while there. I didn't get to order food so I am unsure what type of meals are served here. It's worth checking out. Kids had fun bowling two rounds after homecoming. They were able to get a lane immediately when we got there at 10pm on a Saturday night. Facilities were clean. Bought snacks and they delivered them right to the lane.

Lanes are clean and well kept. If you need lessons or any bowling supplies (including new bowling balls, shoes etc.) be sure to stop in and see the pro at "Mark of Excellence". He is very knowledgeable and a kind, caring and gracious man.

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever seen The blonde lady who refused to give her name at the main counter was rude arrogant stuck up and very unprofessional. And she wasn't even interacting with me it was a situation I witnessed at another Lane the owners really need to do something about this woman before she cost them even more business

Paid 200$ for 2 lanes, for 2 hours. The lane malfunctioned the whole time. Wouldn't reset pins, constantly dropped pins, pins were stuck in Gutter. But the food was fast.

Garbage bowling alley with terrible staff. They make excuses on what lanes are available and then give them away to friends. This place has been terrible for years and remains so. Find a real AMF alley and stay far away from this dump.

Mark of Excellence Pro Shop is great! Always friendly service, and extremely reasonable prices. They also periodically run specials on their equipment! Be sure to check them out.

Bartender ignored us until someone sat next to us, then he waited on them first. My beer was about $8.30. I gave him $10 and he never brought change. I was going to give it to him but let me make that decision.

Best sports bar in the area! If you havent been there for football, then you haven't been to a real sports bar. The staff is awesome, prices are good and the food is bomb!
