I agree with another review that it is kind of like a mcdonalds play place. It does have a small arcade, and I didn't experience the laser tag. Brought my toddler, who was invited to a birthday party, the rooms were nice. They provided drinks, plastic ware, and ice cream. I would've liked more activities for the toddler play area. Great place but pretty small for 8 or older. Very clean. Tons of seating for adults. Did not do lazer tag but will try if next time. Overall good time but for a 6 and 8 year old we were done in less than 2 hours. Nice little Cafe there too with tons of ice cream and toppings. Great place for kindergarten or younger for parties. Went here for a kids birthday party.. definitely wouldn't be my first choice.very small arcade that is definitely not for smaller kids. Nice climbing area for small kids.. very small party rooms. Just make sure ubcheck it out if you're gonna reserve for a party imo

Had my son?s first birthday here and will NEVER have another party here. The staff was beyond rude about letting us in to set up. Was told we would be able to get in fifteen minutes prior to our party to set up. We had 12 pizzas, breadsticks, cake, 60 cupcakes, a high chair, a case of water, pop, and decor to carry up the stairs. The playground is wonderful for kids 1-8, there's a mid sized arcade with the easy swipe cards, laser tag, and a few party rooms available to rent out. The snack shop is good. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever came across! There information with booking a party is incorrect. When you book the party they state you have 30 minutes before your party to set up! When you arrive to set up they don't allow you access until 15 minutes before your event! Rude to guest the absolute worst!

It was a nice time for the kids overall. The price of the food/ice cream was actually less expensive than I thought it would be. The laser tag is $6 for 8 minutes of play. All my kids (from 4 up to 11) had fun but older kids MAY get bored fairly quickly. Everyone working here was very friendly. The two people behind the food counter were so nice and helpful.

Went there for the first time and was disappointed. I'm hesitant to come back if ever. It's a small place with a lot of fun for little kids. I'd say 8 and under. Over that probably pushing it. Mostly climbing and soft blocks and slides. Adults can help out little kids as well. They just can't go in the ball pit. You can stay close to keep an eye though.

I had my grand daughter?s birthday party there in one of the rooms upstairs and it was not enjoyable! The room was small, crowded and very hot! They charge way too much for a room that couldn't even hold half of our guests. The play area was fun for the kids though.

Super disappointed. I understand rules and guidelines but for a small child place to not be accommodating to special kids with sensory issues was so frustrating. We were told socks or we had to go. Even after explaining we have sensory issues, it didn't matter.

Went here for a birthday party. Some of the staff were a little less that friendly and some details about renting the room were a little sparse. (Like if they provided drinks etc) over all the kids had a great time playing.

It is fabulous the kids absolutely love all the different activities. And they have comfortable seating for the parents. It is very affordable for a day out. They offer a party package also that is very affordable?also. Arcade cards are easy for kids to use. Tiger lily cafe is delicious and affordable!!! Great place will frequent often.

We had so much fun here! I took my toddlers during school hours so it was mostly other toddlers there. Staff wad friendly, everything seemed fairly clean. The specified toddler space is really small and not contained so my kids just played on the regular portion, but that wasn't a big deal because the whole place is very safe for children of all sizes and there were only small children there when we went.

Givin' service a four star because we had to wait for laser tag with no sign posted for be back later or otherwise but waited for nearly a half an hour. There was this kid at the front desk for admissions too he clearly couldn't care less. Saturday afternoon, and the place is a zoo, as I expected for a weekend. The playground area is clean and bright. I see this being a good place for kids under like 8. THE best place around for birthday parties!

My kid seemed to have fun. However I was not impressed. Staff was incredibly rude. They watched like hawks but not when a older kid was being mean and trying to hit my 3 year old. A parent and his kid were building a tower and they were asked to take it down, said that other kids try and jump off of it. Find out that there was a Daycare field trip there at the same time with so many kids ( 30 or so) and 3 women who stood outside the gate and watched. This is an upscale Chuck e cheese type place. It has a large gym area for children 12 and under. Great for adults too! They do get fairly busy on the weekends and I've noticed that the majority of the time all of the workers are hudled together in one area. Management was TERRIBLE (carrie) my daughters not walking and I brought a stroller , they had no automatic doors for me to bring her in , I asked if I could use the elevator to take her up and down the 2 flights of stairs they told me no that I had to carry everything up and down or I could leave my stroller downstairs??! We took 4 kids ages 11, 10, 7 and 10 months. They all had a blast running around the jungle gym and playing the games in the small arcade. We didn't do the laser tag because they had a large birthday party. The only thing I was disappointed about was the food. The online images was not what was offered and my kids like any LOVE corn dogs but these ones they served tasted horrible! All in all its a good place just eat lunch before you go.

Today at Fireflies my grandson had a birthday Party his name is Amir and his mother name is Shanima Johnson. It was horrible at this location the Caucasian woman followed us around she made us feel uncomfortable and she was very rude. We was also charged incorrect charges we will never come back again and will give bad reviews

This was a really fun place to take my 4 year old twins to play. They had fun for hours. They made friends and never got bored. It was $8 per child to come in and play for the day. And I was glad we could leave to go havw lunch elsewhere and still use our bracelets to come back and play more. The cafe in the place was way over priced and other parents said the food was not good enough to spend that much money on. But we will definitely be back a lot on rainy or really cold days.

It's the only place like it in the area, so there aren't any other options if you're looking for this kind of indoor fun. Every time we go though, my kids get sick. Like clockwork, about a day or two after visiting they catch a cold or some kind of virus. I don't think the staff cleans very thoroughly. This place is fun but I gave it 4 stars because I think it should have an age limit. I think the cut off age should be 6 or 7 because when there are older kids there the little ones get trampled. Affordable place to take your kids to burn off some energy indoors. If you are wanting the arcade, half the games were "out of order" which was disappointing. Hopefully they can get them fixed soon.

A great place for the littler kids. Adults can even go on some of the "toys". Lots of activities and clean. Everyone walks around in their stocking feet. You can buy socks if you forgot yours. Great place to take the kids and the salads for adults is really good too. I love the one that has cranberries. Make sure to bring your socks. I try and bring ones wirh gripes on the bottom. This way if you need to run after your child you won't fall!!! There is a row of hangers to hang coat and to put you bag. You can bring in strollers too but there usually aren't many there.

It's a fun place for kids. It would be nice if the grown-ups followed the rules however. Take off your shoes and stay off of the toys you aren't supposed to be on. The grown-ups ruin the place...Not the kids. Don't lounge on the sofas like your at home. They need to put up a gate or something so the small kids can't just run out of the play area. It becomes difficult when trying to chase more than one child.

Staff is incredibly rude. Especially Carrie. Completely vaccinated and showed my card and was required to purchase a mask. Nobody who paid for a party room was required to wear a mask. Strict No Outside Food Policy Not even cupcakes when you bring 5 toddlers for an impromptu Monday Night-birthday celebration. It would have been nice to know that before we paid to get in and ordered dinner from their concessions for 5 kids and 4 adults. No exception could be made so we stayed there 2 hours then left so we could have cake at another location. We've hosted several parties in the party room in the past. It's unfortunate their customer service doesn't extend outside of that room.

Fun place for younger kids to play. It has a great set up. But gets a little wild when it's packed. Seems like most people traveling with multiple groups of kids every time I am there with my son.

Kids are unsupervised. Even though there are signs EVERYWHERE that say not to leave your children unattended. If you want to see your kid get pushed down a slide or knocked down by older kids, this is the place to go.
