What an experience! We visited a good friend that lives in Saratoga Springs and he recommended Fat Cats. So we all went this past Saturday night and one of the managers Cameron was nothing short of amazing! Guy took care of us along with Noelle who was super helpful with the thousands of requests I had. My son had his eight year-old birthday at fatcats this past weekend, We had a great experience. The week of I got a call, giving me the rundown of what the day would look like, which was really nice. When we got there, there was a cute sign with my son's name on it saying happy birthday. It's our high school tradition to hold Grad Night at Fat Cats - our 3rd time hosting it in Saratoga Springs and 2nd time with Kris the manager over the event. He is easy to communicate with for planning and is so enthusiastic about making the experience perfect for our Seniors. The space is clean, the staff was cheerful and ready to go, they had decorations up for us - every request we made was in place. We recently had a birthday party here and the event coordinator made things so easy! Kris was awesome by being attentive while we were there and coordinating with me ahead of time to prepare for our party. He was very upfront about how the party would progress amd checked in with us often. We feel like we got what we paid for and then some! Would highly recommend for an easy and fun party!

2025 We planned another Fat Cats Field Trip for our high school students, and this year was even better than the first! The new events coordinator, Kris, created a plan for our students that worked great for our students! Checking in was so easy this year! No lines!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We don't go to the movies often, but in the last month (30 days) we have been to three different showings. Each time, I am so eager to get out of the theater because of how hot it is. It is impossible to enjoy a movie when I am dripping in sweat before previews are over.

We LOVE Fat Cats! This is a great facility and we have spent some significant time and money here over the years since they opened so it's well past time I finally leave a review. Not a better place around to go to a movie or bowling. We've never had a bad experience here over the years. The staff is friendly and professional and the Gold cat rewards program is awesome.

Movie was good, popcorn prices are half crumbs. Also wish they had a butter machine that is self service. Seats are nice and picture was clear. One of our favorite movie theaters. The bowling is not good. The lanes are very dry and bowling balls are in horrible condition. They all have big gouges in them. Don't go here for bowling!

We went here for a company party. It was so much fun. The pizza was surprisingly good. The hostess was very attentive and was quick to meet our needs. When we ordered more food, it came out quickly. Enjoyed the arcade games and watched a move there, too. The games had a good variety, including three pinball machines. And while they only have around 8 theater rooms, they seem spacious, and the quality was good. I did not do the bowling or mini golf, but those are also available. The bowling looked full and like people were having fun.

Always a fun place for bowling arcade, golf and movies. Great for little kids and for adults. Definitely a must-see if you've never been before.

The staff was perfect! We had to change the time and they worked with us and were sweet about our situation. We took decorations the day before and they had everything set up for us and did a great job. The person helping us the day of the party was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. They even wrote a sweet thank you letter and a happy birthday note to our son.

This is a fun, family-friendly hangout spot. We've enjoyed the bowling, arcade, and Tuesday movie deal day. The food/concessions are pretty pricey, though. Otherwise, it's one of our favorite family celebration destinations.

We always love going to fat cats! Half priced Wednesdays are so nice. We love watching movies and getting their yummy popcorn! Bowling is a bit pricey but it's fun if you want a place to bowl.

Bowling was cheaper than we expected (went on a Thursday evening). Bowling shoes are the velcro kind, which I like. Didn't have to wait to get a lane even as a walk-in. Very family friendly, lots of activity options to keep you entertained. Great date night spot. Great for groups.

Great movie theater. Awful bowling alley. The equipment and bowling balls are wrecked. The bowling balls are covered in massive scratches and quarter sized divers. We couldn't find a ball that was in half decent shape.

What a joke of staff. Waited in line for 3-4 minutes trying to get help. Dude comes over and said they are on brake, go order somewhere else. Then proceeds to help more of the line. Most ignorant ?service? I've gotten anywhere.

Fun time but the girl at the desk tonight would not let our family have two lanes. But they never filled up the other lanes so we were stuck trying to get through 7 people (with little kids) took 90 mins for one game. If we had 2 lanes (there were a lot of empty lanes) we could have been done in half the time.

We had a birthday party at the Saratoga Springs location and it was AmAzInG! The kids had fun and it was well worth it. The only thing is that I wish I was contacted sooner to plan and get details. I will still give 5 stars though!

AMAZING!! Best customer service ever! A few weeks ago, my son decided to go play Glow golf by himself and was lost. They jumped right into action and were amazing. Then tonight, my son lost one of the cars that he had gotten from the prize area and they did everything they could to look around for it and fix it. My favorite theater. This review isn't about the bowling alley, arcade, etc; as I don't really use those things. But for a movie experience, it's great! This may seem trivial, but the padding on the seats for your head is perfect. Other theater chairs push your head too far forward, which is uncomfortable. Great experience coming to fat cats on a Tuesday night! It wasn't too busy, clearly plenty of people going in to watch movies for $5 Tuesday but as for the bowling and mini golf, it was very quiet. Price wise, mini golf was we felt well priced. It is only a 9 hole course with very simple designs but is enjoyable and fun for what it is. Bowling on the other hand feels over priced. We were a group of 3 and paid $15 a person to bowl for an hour. If we had another person it would have dropped to $12 a person

This is easily one of the best spots in Saratoga loves their arcade movie ticket deals and the mini golf is so fun. Bowling is way over priced but they do deals every once in a while which makes it worth it

I hadn't been here before this time. There are a lot of things to do here. Mini golf? In the dark under black lights. Makes things pretty cool. Movie? They have 8 theaters. Also have a refillable popcorn bucket that costs less than the competition but I believe it's smaller too. Bowling? They've got I think 20 lanes? After 8 pm, they switch to a more upbeat music scene. There was a technical issue with the party I had booked online so things were a bit confusing at first, but Adam, Rochelle, and Devin all teamed together to make our family bowling party experience incredible. We love watching movies at Fat Cats in Saratoga Springs! The seats are comfortable, and it's always quick and efficient purchasing tickets and buying concessions! The staff is excellent!

The arcade is severely overpriced. I bought a 25 dollar arcade card for my little brother thinking I had him distracted for an hour. About 10 minutes later the card was completely out. There are many much cheaper arcades nearby, so I highly recommend avoiding this one.

One of my favorite features is being able to purchase food before the show, and then they bring it to your seat in the theater while the movie is playing. The seats we sat in have extendable trays that allow us to have the meal, and it gives my kids an elevated experience in a movie theater that really makes them feel elevated from other theater experiences. We sometimes go to watch a movie in a theater, but we come to fat cats when it's a special occasion.

Service was good for the food (pizza and soft drinks). One of the bowling lanes we had reserved got stuck a few times, but they added on extra time to compensate for that.

We had a lot of fun at this place. We bowled and played mini golf and video games. we were there for a little over two hours we were guest so we didn't have 2 foot the bill. I think the prices were OK though.

We booked our son?s 15th birthday party here and brought about 15 guests. We bowled and played arcades for a total of 3 hours. Cyril was our party host and he was excellent! Made sure all of our questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Not to mention that management went above and beyond to ensure we all enjoyed ourselves! Throughout the 3 hours, there was no moments of boredom for both the teenagers and the parents. I would highly recommend booking a birthday party here!

A fun arcade for the entire family. Everything was clean and only a few games didn't work. I could eat popcorn and watch the kids, and I love popcorn so that made my experience even better. Haha. Loading a card and getting bonus credits where nice too. Especially since I have older kids and they can whip through those credits in no time. A great place when it's cold or wet out or if you need something to get you out of the house.

Fun place for a family night or date night. You are encouraged to wear a mask but it isn't mandatory. There is a variety of things to do including bowling, arcade, movies, golf & lazer tag. It's a bit pricey, so be sure to look for coupons to make your fun money stretch a bit further!

I took my sister and her friend in to bowl, and it was about an hour long wait, so we waited for the hour. We went back up and got told it would be an additional 20 minutes, but then got handed a free $20 arcade card and got to spend out time doing that. Then after all was said and done, the worker ends up paying for it in full! Exceptional customer service, and to whoever paid for us, thank you so much! Prizes from the arcade are decent, but the games themselves are pretty expensive. The mini golf course isn't anything spectacular, don't bother with it. Food from the grill is expensive for what you get, but it's pretty tasty.

This place has everything! Place is surprisingly clean & the staff is super helpful. Cameron at the register could tell it was my first time here, took the time to make sure I ordered everything that I needed, pull out a menu and had a honest smile the whole time. Popcorn is okay but a fun theater also they serve beer but I don't think you can get them as fast as you would like haven't been here in a while.

We love coming to movies at Fat Cats. The seats are super comfortable and the theaters are nice. BUT the service at the snack bar before movies is soooo slow. Every time. And we've come quite a lot. Give yourselves at least 15 extra minutes to get snacks. Or gosh, maybe the employees could learn to be faster. It's bad.

We visited from California, and let me just say my kids were amazed and have even contemplated moving to Utah due to the great customer service, experience, and atmosphere. Definitely will be going back when my husband is on post!

Great staff, cool atmosphere, awesome loyalty program. It can get pretty packed if you go at the "wrong times" but it's otherwise a great place to take the family.

Fat Cats is always a good time. My 9 year old loves to go and hang out. He wishes we went a lot more often. We wish there was one closer to Springville as the provo location is usually packed and obnoxious. Saratoga is a great pace.

We love Fat Cats, we go all the time! Awesome theater, great concessions, and the bowling and arcade are a blast. So happy they changed the way they price bowling. My family of 7 can finally afford bowling without breaking the bank. We went the other day and rented 2 lanes for my son?s birthday. The employee was very patient and kind while we told him 12 little kid shoe sizes and even restarted our time when the last guest finally arrived which I thought was really nice! Overall fun place, not good customer service. Asked an employee named Caleb a question about a claw machine and he made zero eye contact completely ignored is the first time we asked then when we asked again he was very annoyed and answered in an aggressive tone. Mind you, it was two teenage girls asking a genuine question. He made us feel like we were stupid for asking and immediately walked away after we had finished asking.

My son loves this place it has everything for his sensory needs. Popcorn is a little hairy! I think the popcorn maker needs a proper cleaning.

Don't go here if you want to bowl with your family. Most of the lanes were down for ?maintenance?. My child was left sitting there while other children were bowling with their families. Our lane malfunctioned 4 times in less than 10 minutes. We continued to ask for assistance. Only once did someone actually come over. First time going here and it was awesome. Food was great. Theater was great. Seats were great. But it was pretty cool to see them go above and beyond to add to the experience. In the restrooms they had diapers and wipes for parents. I've been a parent for 10 years and I have never seen this before. It's a super thoughtful thing to do that they absolutely do not have to do. $3 per person for a round of glow in the dark mini golf is a pretty decent price. It's a pretty simple course that only has 9 holes, but like the other things to do at Fat Cats, it was a lot of fun for a family activity. Always a good time here. It was slightly cheaper to come here for a movie than other places today. And the seats here are all "luxury" seats. So it is more of an experience. The seats all recline and have a foot rest, and a place for your drink and food, etc. my kids think it's fun to have their own recliner. Lol. This was our first visit and we only visited the arcade area. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. Especially the two people in the shop where you redeem you tickets. They were so good and patient with the kids. The bathrooms were clean, and they even had extra diapers and wipes you could grab, for free, if you ran into an emergency. The only struggle I ran into was the pricing for the arcade. You could blow through $10 in no time....

Service and food were exceptional. I would definitely recommend for a large party. I would have rated a 5 except that several game machines either did not accept the token card or did not work. We had to hunt down an attendant which took a while. Otherwise, good experience.

I truly won't go to another theater unless someone is paying. You get luxury seating and service at the same price as a regular seat at other theaters. You can order food and have it delivered to your reclining seat with plenty of room. Even with the seats full reclined there is lots of space to walk in front so no awkwardly squeezing by when you have to run to the bathroom. We used our 'Get Out' passes to play a game of neon mini golf. The course was nicely done and the game was fun. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The only down side was they only had 1 person working the counter. They should have had at least two. If I go again, I will plan on staying longer and doing more things.

They were super busy. Took forever to get help. The place wasn't very clean. Technical issues abound. Public wifi has IP errors and wouldn't connect properly. We got three lanes, timed.
