It's fun here. There are different things that you can do. We watched the MineCraft which is pretty funny. The thing though is that they're having peoblem with arcade cards that time. I bought some credits but said I had zero credits so I can't play. I had to go to the redemption to ask for help. Tuesday is the best day for cheap movie ticket. ??

????? I had the best experience at Fat Cats Queen Creek, thanks to our amazing party host, Madison! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained and ensure everyone was having a great time. She served pizza individually to THIRTY people, handed out cupcakes, presents etc. Her positive energy and professionalism made the event stress-free and so much fun. This place really has everything you need. The pizza was actually really good. I didn't try the fries, but the kids devoured them. They have more games than you could ever possibly play in a day, and the bowling alley is top-notch as well. Everyone had a blast. And there were lots of birthday parties going on. The place is huge! The bathrooms are super clean. The staff were exceptionally nice.

I love fat cats, probably one of the best/fun places to go on a quick date, or spend the whole night. The food is decent, it's clean and well maintained. The only complaint I could justify is sometimes it's too busy and not enough staff.

Fun place to bring the kids. It is a little bit pricey but that's the norm for attractions like this. It has a movie theater video game is it bowling alley and Putt-Putt golf. The seats in the theater come complete with food trays cup holders and very comfy reclining seats. It's all indoors and air conditioned, which is perfect for a hot Arizona summer day!

Natalie and our party host Bella were phenomenal. We called around and no one was able to help in the short amount of time. Best Customer service. They really do listen and fix any issues. They stop to make sure your okay if they see you just standing looking lost. They help you and their text service is quick to respond and find solutions. Absolutely amazing. I use the Queen Creek location to bring my one on one clients to do therapeutic play in the miniature golf area and we come for Tuesday date night movies. Safe space, really clean, popcorn is now really good. They fixed it quickly and haven't missed anything since.

I planned my Mommy?s birthday party for 16 people and needed to make a lot of changes when I arrived. Philly at the bowling counter was so patient with me & accommodating. We had my daughter?s 6th birthday here and everything was amazing. Our party host, Adalina, made the experience so easy for me and the kids had a great time. I do wish I would have known we weren't going to be in a private party room as we were pushed alongside a wall with a velvet rope dividing us from other patrons. Visited this place on a Saturday evening around 3:30 pm. Wasn't too busy . 4kids an mom, we played games all tho most games you have to put coins in. We had our son?s 7th birthday party at Fat Cats in Queen creek. It was such a great experience. Bella was our hostess and simply amazing. The facility was clean and the food and service was great! Bella even played games with the kids while we were waiting for everyone to arrive. That was above and beyond. The price for all of it was very reasonable. The staff were amazing and super easy to work with. They were friendly and polite and very accommodating to our requests. We did run into some technical glitches that were a little distracting during the program, but the overall service was awesome and we'd definitely do it again. Highly recommend. This year we were very disappointed in the sell out of loyalty cups and popcorn buckets.I can't believe your organization would sell out in the first quarter and not order anymore for the rest of the year. We brought 162 sixth grade students here! I've done this for years and no other Fat Cats was as organized as these guys. They had it all figured out and it made so easy for us. They really went out of their way to take care of us and make us feel comfortable and happy. It was a breeze!!

I had my employee get together tonight! We had sooooooo much fun and really awesome we were greeted at the front with a sign telling us where to go. Went to see Elio early today. We got our popcorn and drinks, and also ordered a chicken tender meal that would be delivered to our seats. 45 minutes into the movie, the food hadn't come. So I went out and inquired, and they said they would check on our food and it would be delivered to us. 30 minutes later, I left the movie to check again, and once again, I was told it would be brought to us. At the end of the movie, I simply went and got my money back. Great movie, bad service.

We had our developmentally disabled daughter?s birthday party in the bowling alley. They rocked it on customer service! The food was hot and very good, we love their chicken strips!! Our hostess was there for every need! And our party was so affordable! Live Fat Katz for parties!!

It was great. I found the seats comfortable. The food was pretty good as well. They even bring your hot food order to your seat so you do not have to wait and they have food trays. We will be returning

I had an issue with an employee selling a rated R ticket to my kid who is not of age. I appreciate that Bob (from corporate) reached out and did right by his customers. I feel like after having a phone call conversation, he genuinely cares about each and every person that walks through their doors. Fat Cats is back on the map for my family to love and enjoy!

I've been wanting to come here for years and finally got the chance to now that my son is of age to run around. I appreciate it's open till 11pm and lots of space for walking around. I haven't been able to see the movie theatre yet but it's awesome to have a bowling alley, arcade, grill, and dining area all at once. The staff is extremely friendly and hope to one day see some lockers to rent.

What could have been a disaster turned into an amazing night. Caiden V. checked us into bowling at the Queen Creek location but, unfortunately, couldn't find our reservation. When I pulled it up on email I was so embarrassed to find I had booked at the wrong location! Caiden immediately said, ?do not worry, we will figure this out.? I like this place but when I went to turn in my points with my little brothers, 6000 points were lost because a rush of people came while we were getting our toys and the people at the counter lost track of our card. That's an entire $80 worth of points down the drain. I won't be coming here again.

Went bowling with some friends on a Sat night. The experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. There was no structured line to order, so it seemed a bit chaotic. The lanes were fine. They booked rather quickly, so if you wanted to rent the lane out to play another game, you'd have to do it beforehand.

Fat cats is always a fun place for the whole family! We recently had my sons 7th bday party here and got the ?gamer? package which included a round of mini golf and an unlimited game card for 1 hour which was an awesome package for everyone to enjoy and have fun. Our Mother/Son event was a huge hit. Very well organized by the staff at the Queen Creek location and we look forward to having another event there next year.

They have a great deal on bowling packages. The lanes were nice, the tables were big and spread out. You get a $20 game card with the bowling package and the arcade is quite fun. I how to go back and check out the mini gulf and movie theater.

My son and I normally go to the FatCats in Gilbert or Mesa but wanted to check this one out. This one actually has quite a few different games then the ones we go to. It was very clean and even on a Thursday there was a good amount of people there having fun bowling or playing arcade games. We will definitely be back.

Honestly everything is cool here but if your going to spend money to play for tickets don't bother spending your hard earned money. Even if you had 1000 tickets you might be lucky to get a very small bouncy ball from the dollar store. I've had family own places like this in the past and we never made it that hard for a kid to leave with a prize. This Is such a great addition to the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area! We were in desperate need of a place for families to go and we finally have it! Everything is reasonably priced and the food was delicious! The staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities were clean. My kids loved the prizes and arcade games....plus the glow golf and virtual reality station was awesome! They have half price days and great coupons online as well.

A better procedure for the Monday night discount bowling needs to happen! Had lots of fun bowling. Kids played games and won some cool prizes. The food was pretty good. Staff had quick service for all the people there on a Monday night while kids were out of school on break. I did not use the restroom but I was told they could use a lot of attention. Cool place. Great service at the desk. However, I don't know the last time they put oil on the lanes. The Sonoran desert isn't that dry. However, the price during the early afternoon was really good. We got eight games in for $30. If that day would actually put oil on the lanes, this would be a seven star place.

My son had his 10th birthday and it was great to have our own private room. Bella was our event server and she was fantastic. The kids had a great time.

My wife and I stopped in opening night 4/16/21. The place was packed, full of families having a great time. The arcade area was standing room only. All bowling lanes were booked with 1-3 hour wait times. We did not see a movie, however, the ticket attendant was kind enough to let us inspect an empty theater. Leather reclining seats, individual cup holders on both arm rest, large screens! We were lucky enough to get two seats at the bar. Wait staff, cooks and bartenders were working out the normal speed bump

First time here and it was a blast. Food was delicious, the bar was fast with the drinks and the glow golf was short/small but cute. You get cards to scan to play games and it keeps the tally of your ticket winnings.

Family and I like fat cats. Movie theaters are nice with comfy seats. Arcade is fun with something for everyone. Bowling is great and often lanes to choose from, except weekend can be busy. There is an indoor glow mini golf course. Staff is friendly and restrooms are always clean.

I brought my friends daughters here for a few hours. We spent $100 on a game card and got $30 included in the price. I spent $15 on a 10? pizza and $9 on some bottled water. There are a ton of arcade games for younger kids and the girls had a great time. I was shocked that after 2.5 hours of games, we didn't have more tickets to buy junk with, but the girls had a great time and we will definitely be back.

This place is only set up for a little kids. They have no quality arcade games. No Mortal Kombat St. fighter anything like that it's all about ticket based waste of money games. I don't recall even receiving a high. How are you anything from the staff at all? But I might be just overthinking it. The place was clean. Everybody seemed like they know what they were doing. It just didn't have the feel of a main event or just a good old-fashioned arcade.

We have enjoyed fat cats very much! Our favorite is half off video game days on Wednesday, but we enjoy Monday night bowling and the amazing movie theaters too! We also recently held a school volleyball banquet here. Our event staff was amazing! Especially Adelina and Amaya!!

My husband and I enjoy going here we have been to other Fat Cats and none are like this one we frequently go on little dates and use Fat Cats as our regular routine plus next door there's an amusement function so little excitement here and a chill wine down time there it's fun and enjoy getting our food delivered to our movie seats

We reserved a bowling lane online for 8pm on a Thursday and arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation as requested. The guy at the check-in told us to come back at our reservation time. By that time there was a huge line. By the time we got back up to the check-in it was 10 minutes after our reservation time and they couldn't find our name. When we got to our lane we had to wait for them to turn on the screen.l and when they did start the time, it started from our reservation time, so we lost about 15 min

This place is always dirty. The theater and hallways smelled like mildew from the mops, the bathroom was disgusting. The only good thing about this theater is how comfy their seats are.

I had a pretty good time, however the balls kept getting stuck and it wasted our time. We started out with six balls that ended up with one and that kept having over and over again. And we were not compensated.

We love this fat cats!! We had the best time seeing wicked with our family and getting dinner delivered to our seats. Their popcorn buckets are the best bargain for movies! And Dylan was such a great employee and took care of us amazingly! So grateful it's right across from our house. We frequent it often!
