We held our nonprofit group?s social night here and it was so fun! We had a group of teenagers with disabilities and everyone at Fatcats was so kind and accommodating, and eager to help with whatever we could want. It was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Awesome experience!! We came from out of town for New Year?s Eve and Fat Cats didn't disappoint. We were met with the most helpful staff. Our wait was minimal, food was good and our experience was great with a fun photo backdrop and lively atmosphere. The facility was clean and well maintained. We came here on December 27, knowing full well the bowling balls were beat up and the floors weren't oiled. Went here with a friend to get some games in over the course of an hour. The $40 price tag is hefty if you don't have a full group of 6, but we coughed it up anyways. We love bowling at Fat Cats! The service is top notch - Uhi and the rest of the staff always greet us with a smile, help us with whatever we might need, serve our food quickly, and check in to see if we need anything else. We always have a good time here and leave happier than when we arrive.

I've been bowling here since it was Regal Lanes. Today was both a good and bad experience. The employees were awesome, especially when there were repeated problems with the equipment. But that's what I have an issue with. We were moved from our first lane because it just didn't work. The lane we were moved to had bumpers that wouldn't go down on one side. Okay, no big deal. We had a birthday party here. For the amount of money they charge for a party it should be in their party room. They just set it all up in the walkway. If that's how they have to do it then they should at least put the parties on the end lanes not the first couple lanes where everyone in the bowling alley has to walk by. We had pizza and drinks as well from there. People not even part of the birthday party were stopping and getting pizza and a cup for drinks. The first two were kids the second people I saw

Not great. We were assigned to a shared lane and the lane was a mess- too many balls for us to put any on and a mess all over the tables. We asked if we could switch lanes and the staff wasn't helpful at all (hence the employee on their phone). Felt dirty and gross. Plus they made us pay for a full 90 minutes but we didn't even get 90 minutes since they close at 11?? Not my favorite at all.

This is a great place for a fun family activity!! Everyone was so attentive to my needs and friendly. The place was very clean and in a great location. Eden was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly and with a happy attitude.

We love Fat Cats! This is by far our favorite place to go bowling in Utah county. It's always very clean and the employees go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience!! The employees genuinely care and provide the best customer service.

This is the cleanest bowling alley I've ever been to. The staff were professional yet laid back and we weren't rushed. Costa Vida is attached so although Fat Cats food was down, we had the option of decent American/Mexican food. Surprisingly the arcade was the highlight of the visit. Lots of fun games and an easy to use reloadable arcade case.

I literally JUST left Fat Cats and am currently driving home with both of my parents to Orem, Utah. However, I was there with my family bowling and having A LOT of fun. Alley has gone downhill fast. The lanes are not oiled properly in the slightest and the balls/shoes are very worn. The shoes I was given had the insole complete disconnected and bunched and the Velcro never stayed tight. The software is very basic. Doesn't even have a mph reader and the TVs are very low quality/old. Many lanes were broken and extremely slow to reset the pins. Most of the time was spent waiting for the pin machine to do its thing. Don't have proper bumpers and use extra pins to keep the bump

I understand they have an option on their website to book party events, however I couldn't find anywhere online where they indicated the entire place was booked and their open time was moved to 11:40am. We had our son?s birthday party this summer in June and everything was so great! My son was so excited to see the decorations already set up for him and the event coordinator was on top of everything and so accommodating!! Highly recommend having your kids birthday party here. Really takes the stress out of planning a kids birthday party!

We have been going around 2:30 or 3 on week days and have the place to ourselves. If there are any ever issues, they are reasonable and kind. Clean, fun, and great food options with the Costa vida attached. Plenty of room for a big group too.

I was super disappointed. Shame on the owners for letting it fall into disrepair. The bowling equipment is old and broken. The software for score keeping was so bad and got the scores wrong multiple times. And they either didn't have the size of shoe we needed or the shoes were old and trashed. I would stay away until they reinvest money into upgrading their facilities.

Provo FatCats was fantastic! They had everything ready to go for the party & were great with the kids!

We went for a birthday celebration. It was pretty fun. The bowling is affordable before 5:00 pm it was only $5. Food and drinks are overpriced. A medium soda is $3. Luckily it's attached to a Costa Vida restaurant so you can get regular priced food and drink, that tastes better anyway, without having to go far.

Unless you're only doing bowling, I would not come here. We bought a card for the arcade games but over half of the games are broken or out of order The Provo fat cats location is trash. Definitely won't be coming here again.

The place is getting really run-down. The bowling lanes are in disrepair, about 1/3 of the time several pins would either fall over or just not be there at the start of your turn. I come here to play pool. Are these the best pool tables ever? No. Are these the only pool tables within a 40 minute drive that isn't coin operated in a pub? Yes, so I can't be too picky. The staff has always been polite, and I appreciate their hospitality.

The customer service here was great. We had an issue with one of our arcade cards and Micah was able to resolve the issue quickly and without issue! The rest of the crew was extremely polite and wonderful to interact with. My kiddo had an absolute blast playing in the arcade!

this place is just pure profit for them. charge you a premium to bowl compared to places that actually care for their lanes and equipment. lanes were so awful i stopped using my ball after the first throw. then, it seems like all of the house balls are 30+ years old. i don't understand why they charge such a premium just to not reinvest a penny into a decent bowling experience

I've gone here my whole life and have always loved it until now. Half the lanes are broken, no refunds. We kept asking them to fix the lane and they just moved us to a different broken lane. We ended up losing over half our time. All they have to do is fix the lanes and this rating will go back up to 5. Update (03/25) The lanes don't seem to be as broken. Only a few glitches a game. Went today and honestly it was a pretty lame experience. - dirty and run down condition - our lane didn't work for 10 mins - seating is small for a full lane of six and we spilled into others - staff wasn't super helpful I wouldn't go back
