Customer Reviews

I came with some special needs teenagers and they had the best time! Service was so kind. My students had an absolute blast ???? We were all terrible bowlers but it doesn't matter here.

I had a genuinely great time at this bowling alley and wanted to share the experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth and well-organized. Getting shoes was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It really felt like they cared about making sure guests had a good time, which goes a long way?especially when you're there with kids. Speaking of the kids, they had an absolute blast. Between the bowling, arcade games, and other fun activities,

It is a very fun place to go with the family and spend some nice hours. Here you can leave all the stress and spend hours of fun. I recommend it 100%, I really like coming here with friends and bowling and other games. Here I let my inner child out. Bring your family and have a great time. Your children will thank you. There is food and drinks on site, so if you feel like eating something here, you can have it without leaving the place. There are bathrooms available and even separate spaces that you can ren

Fast Lane is a fantastic spot for bowling lovers! The lanes are well-maintained and perfect for both casual games and friendly competitions. Beyond bowling, there are plenty of options for other games too?arcades, laser tag, and more, making it a fun destination for all ages. The ambience inside is lively and welcoming, with a clean and modern setup. Great place to hang out with friends or family!

It is a very fun place to go with your family and spend hours of fun. There is food and drinks on site, which is convenient when you have small children. There are bathrooms available and even separate spaces that you can rent to have your birthday parties for your children, family and friends. The parking lot is extremely large, so don't worry about parking, there is enough for everyone! To the employee who was working the spin bumper cars, python roller coaster, and play structure area this afternoon (Su

Not bowled but that's only cause we've not reserved in advance. The arcade is so much fun! They have so many games to pick from and things for all ages and levels of skill. The food has also always been very good. Better than expected for a bowling alley. Everything is relatively cheap too. Not bad for a fun date night.

This is a big place with quite a bit to do. There are arcade games and ticket dispensing games. There's also bowling, virtual reality, and various competitive camges like air hockey. While they serve food on the premise there's also a separate bar to get beer and hard liquor at reasonable prices and it appears there are multiple private party sections that can be reserved.

Our first time going. It was a lot of fun. It's a great place to have a birthday. It's a great experience. I'd recommend anyone to check it out at least once?. With at least the mind set to spend $30 on each person wanting to have fun. Parents have fun as well.

All the games were fun and enjoyable. Bowling did take a while to get in, so I recommend booking a lane in advance. The games were enjoyable and took time, so we didn't have to keep buying points to spend. Got a lot of points to spend at the shop. Highly recommend going to Fast Lane.

Perfect spot for a fun evening bowling with friends. There is enough room here to entertain a good crown but the fact that there are 2 different rooms to bowl in is GREAT.

Our group had a really fun session here. Great lanes and nice balls, lol. Scoring technology and equipment all worked perfectly. We were cutoff in the 10th frame due to time- reserved by the hour. That was really lame. 10th frame? Come on, let people finish, it would only be like 5 minutes longer. The food was ok, we had catered Mexican buffet. It begged for queso dip, and was strangely arranged- soft tortillas set on one table with beans, and meat, produce and chips over on another table. Huge arcade area,

Isaiah is wonderful, made service quick and easy! If Isaiah?s there at the counter, you can be sure to get a quick reply, and get your shoes at bowling quickly with no hassle. Super kind as well.

A really great ?one stop shop? for a fun date night or family night. Staff was quick and friendly and place is overall pretty clean with a few random exceptions. Prices seemed a little high. But to be fair, I haven't been bowling for a while. So I'm truthfully not sure how they compare to other alleys. But with that said, I would still pay the hypothetical extra for a new and larger center like this one.

This place is awesome and you don't have to pay just for walking through the door. New and popular arcade games for Adults and Kids, lots of Bowling lanes, Laser tag, Bumper cars, Kids indoor roller coaster and more. And their Pizza is the best.

A true entertainment place. Some bowling lanes with standard fair and accessible restaurant with standard bar food. Lots of games for prizes and tickets (good selection of prizes). Indoor playground is awesome, indoor bumper cars, and a decent indoor roller coaster. The coaster, lanes, cars, playground all have reasonable fees. For the games, you can load a card (self serve). Also has a few traditional arcades. Overall neat and tidy. Some equipment showing some age but everything is functional. Overall, a r

This was our first experience at Stars and Strikes in Rock Hill, SC. We LOVED it! The bowling was fun, drinks and food great! We want to Thank Casey the GM he was helpful to share all the details on bowling and the games for the kids! We will be back!

If you need a place to play games(bowling, laser tag, group vr, & more!) this is the place! Typically super clean, and they have lovely staff! Party rooms in the back and even a play place for much smaller children! 100/10 Me and my Friends go-to for arcade and things

The managers suck. Please hire new ones had to leave because how bad the manger was treating us pretty sure his name was David. Other than david I say the place is fun.

We were there for one of our boys' friends' birthday party. You get a room for the party, the pizza was decent, they got to go on rides, and have a large selection of games and video games. The best part is the laser tag. It was a fun time with 10+ kids.

Took my kid's for their birthday and they had the best time here. We went bowling ?? and they have a fun house ??. They also have a small roller coaster with bumper cars area. Well be taken my kid's back again.

We had a really great time. My daughter and friends and family all enjoyed our time. I only wish we would have had more time in the room. 2hrs seemed too rushed. It we be nice if there were an option for more time in the party room. Gage our party host was great. He was very helpful and attentive.

There's a lot to do here no doubt. Nice bowling alley. Laser tag, video games, coaster, bumper cars, indoor playground, prizes. Still, wasn't my favorite place to visit. Would?ve preferred a D&B or main event. Was really ticked when our game of bowling ended right before the tenth frame. Regardless, a lot to do. Pizza was good. Overall a great place to hang with friends. Also be prepared to spend a lot of cash. Definitely not cheap.

Been here twice in the last two months everything is wonderful here from the arcade to the attractions the only negative is both times the employees haven't been Energetic at all when interacting with them especially when getting on the python pit coaster WAKE UP and show us customers some more energy and not be so dull and act bothered with any question that may be asked of you which is your job to know!!

It's great place for families and birthday parties but not a good place for double dates or team building. Too many kids and always packed leaving a minimum of 45 minute wait time to bowl.

Has bowling, glow bowling, laser tag, roller coaster, jungle gym , restaurant, virtual reality headsets and arcade games. Restaurant has ice cream burgers wings pizza etc. Arcade cards are bought by you at the kiosks. Prizes in exchange for tickets. Bowling and laser tag are sold separately at the counters. Was a line on those. Big nice and clean facility. Plan on coming back

This place really sucks. From the arcade games, to the food and especially the overall quality and cleanliness of the building. You can tell this business was from 2007, and never updated. It seems they have just given up trying all together.

The pins kept messing up and we waited for someone 3x to fix them. We did ask for extra time since it is bowl by the hour. We were given 10 minutes. The staff are young adults who are very friendly. The cosmic bowling needs a little help with lighting and music you can actually hear.

Fun place. Actually got a bit crowded for a Tuesday. The bar got packed. The women working the bar was doing a great job. Our lane kept messing up so we switched. Fun place

Isiah at the bowling alley was the best employee! Super nice and laid back, he made our experience great :)

We went on a weekend it was busy , but so much fun !! The staff was very friendly !! We will be back

I visited with my 3, 7, and 9-year-old, and while my kids managed to have fun, the experience was frustrating due to poor service and lack of management oversight. From the moment we walked in, there was confusion. No signage, no greeter, and no clear instructions on how things worked. When I asked a worker about VR, laser tag, and the roller coaster, they didn't know and had to call a manager. I was directed to the bowling alley desk, but there were no prices or explanations?just assumptions that we were

First time experience was so much fun! Wasn't overwhelmed with noise & loud music. Variety of things to do. Clean & staff was very friendly as well as helpful. The bar was nice & drinks were cold. Reccomend going back.

Had a good time and won some prizes!!!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They refused to let me use the bumpers because they claimed they would ?break.? The front desk was staffed by a group of rude teenagers who gave us dirty looks. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The staff needs to grow up and learn how to treat customers properly.

We've come to Fast Lane for bowling which was fun, but what I really love about Fast Lane is the party rooms & packages. It's absolutely worth the price. The kids have a blast (laser tag is really a must, even the adults can play & it's so much fun), the pizza is delicious & the employees are so nice & helpful. The party rooms are spacious & we never feel cramped. The best part for a momma is they do all the serving & ALL the clean up so I can actually enjoy myself.

Wonderful hospitality and happy team Love the vibes, thank you for all the support in organizing our party

It has a big selection of arcade games. If you want to make reservations for the bowling lanes, it has to be 24hs prior. Their pizza is good. If you get easily overstimulated, I don't recommend you come. There's a lot of loud noises and bright lights. If you come with kids, please keep them with you at all times. There's so much going on that it's really easy to lose track of them.

Place was just okay, took my wife here to have a little afternoon fun and it was infact fun. The bartender although was rude, had a complete attitude over filling a pitcher for me and my wife. I didn't catch his name but his hair was slicked back with tattoos over his arms. If it wasn't for him I'd definitely be back.

Fast Lane is a great place! There is so much to do! The place is also very clean. Employees were friendly and we had great service. Will definitely be back!

The lack of cleanliness in the play structure area is horrendous. There was a bandaid stuck to the ground in the play area and a used bandaid laying in the play structure area. There was a menstrual pad wrapper on the floor in the closed off area of the play structure. Random stuff stuck to the tile in multiple places. There was visible dust along the round plastic on the front of the play structure that could easily we wiped clean. There are huge dust bunnies on the closed off area of the play structure th

Fast Lanes is a great place to go and blow some time and cash. It's definitely fun for kids. Our 4 year old likes the indoor roller coaster. It's small with some mild dips. She also likes playing in the indoor maze/jungle gym. It has slides and ropes to climb. We did the bumper cars this last visit and had a good time. We've also done the video games in the past, that's where you can spend quite a bit quickly. I've yet to have any food or drinks there but it is served. They also have 2 bowling areas with se

This place is a scam nowadays. Most of the machines are broken. It's way more expensive than Dave&Busters or Chuckee Cheese. Do not come here. Even the bowling is expensive??

Great experience. Little baby was too little too enjoy the games and rides we tried some riding games she wasn't having it. The pizza was great and she loved it too! We came for a party and they were really attentive and it was a great time

Super cool venue with a good staff, great selection of games and pretty good food. Would have done five stars, but the video games are pretty expensive compared to other arcades. If you go it's definitely worth the $$ and the wait to do the virtual reality, lots of fun and entertaining to watch.

Have always loved this place for my kids and family and friends. So much to do!

Grandson's 5th birthday party. Fun place.

(4.5) We had a blast! Great bowling areas, huge arcade, indoor rides for kids, private party rooms, laser tag, virtual reality games and enormous thou mediocre pizzas await. Those complaining about pricing obviously have no idea the cost just to maintain such a large venue with multiple areas and attractions in it. Add staffing, security etc and it's really fairly reasonable. It's fun for most any age from kiddie games to a full bar, you should find something that fits your idea of fun here. Could the food,

Three year old had her first bowling experience better than our expectations!!!

There pizzas Is terrible, I should of gone to dominos instead like my girlfriend said waste $32 dollar an I got largest size don't order food here fast land needs to stick to arcade

An absolute must if you're visiting Rogers, Bentonville area. Fun for all ages! Bumper cars, laser tag, games, prizes, and even an indoor roller coaster and jungle gym. Must be 36" to ride rollercoaster and bumper cars.

My review of the Fast Lane and the experience is long over due. I've been preoccupied having fun as FUNcle Andrew that I've neglected my duties as uncle. Anywho... one day, we adults (sometimes I'm included in the group and sometimes I'm not, lol!) convened and decided to celebrate my nephew's 4th birthday at Fast Lane. Since it would be the first time either he or I had gone to Fast Lane, I was equally as excited to give him the news as he was in receiving it. My sister, her mother-in-law, and my mother w

Half priced fun on Wednesdays! The arcade was a great time for our young kids.

Fun places with lots to do for the kids. If bowling is your thing, then these lanes are the place to play.

I was there last night bowling celebrating a birthday. I asked the bartender for birthday shot to buy and he was just the most unwelcoming, rude person ever!! He makes it obvious he hates his job and people in general. Why would you be in hospitality when you hate people. Wow!! I couldn't believe it. And what's worse! The manager was leaning on the counter watching the whole thing not saying anything. Terrible experience!!!

Awesome place, be prepared to spend some money in the Arcade if you're waiting on a bowling lane!!

Good food and game selection. Bowling was awesome, and so was Lazer tag.

Fast Lane was very much fun. We really enjoyed our bowling. I'm glad that this sport/hobby is still as active as it is post-pandemic.

UPDATE: Make sure and check their Facebook page for private events. Or you'll end up like our family and drive from Fayetteville to Rogers to find a sign outside saying private event. Brrrrruuuuuuutal. So fun for the kids! We have our birthday parties here! My stepdaughter loves the roller coaster and thee bumper cars the most. We actually go there specifically so she can ride those two rides. The go cart tract is not fun. At all. So don't waste your money on it. I love the craft beer on tap as well!

Fun place to spend a few hours. Arcade is fun with a good amount of games to choose from. Make sure to check out their specials throughout the week so you don't end up paying full price when you don't have to. Staff is hit or miss. Some can be helpful and some could care less. The main issue here is the bathrooms. They are almost never clean, stalls are clogged, and trash is overflowing.

I went about 5 months ago. We went bowling and got a pizza and drinks and spent about $100 in the arcade. I am extremely nervous about buying the food there again. Had a pretty large piece of metal in the pizza that hurt my tooth. Im glad one of the kiddos didn't get this. I told the staff at the time and they just offered another pizza. Which i did take but we ended up tossing it away because everyone including the kids was a bit scared of what they might bite into. The rest of the experience was fun. bowl

Was given ripped bowling shoes in a size too small because they were out of my size at the time. Not only that, a huge pile of dust on the left side of the bowling alley where our lane was.

Took my granddaughter here while on vacation in Bentonville Arkansas. Alot of stuff to do for the kids and kids at heart too

Fast Lane is so much fun! We were able to get bowling lanes pretty much right away on a busy weekend night. The staff is very friendly and there is also a full bar. The arcade games and prizes are exactly what you would expect.

I'm not sure if the employees will see this, but I am so grateful for their response in an emergency situation- specifically the managers, which one is a nurse I believe. My grandma wasn't feeling well while waiting for my nephew to do Laser Tag, and the moment we realized something was up my husband told the employees and got the managers out there. They were with her and coaxing her while I was on the phone with emergency services, making sure she was ok and going through all of the steps. Afterward, they

Great family atmosphere! My kids loved it!

Def expect a wait for a lane on the weekend, but our favorite bowling alley to go to!

Listen, this place won't knock your socks off, and the games/play gym show some wear and tear, but it's a good place to bring the kids or have a birthday party. Reasonable prices and lots to do for the kids. We always have a good time every time we go. I'd recommend it to anyone with young children.

On the original date we had a party planned for my twin nephews (10 months ago) the entire party had a wonderful time. We spent well over $500 on this party. After enjoying the party last year we called to book their party again. Even when we left last year they said all our cards and tickets would still be good anytime. They said they would not honor our well over 20 tickets they had given us because they over booked the lanes and said we could just do more other things. We were unable to use all the tick

It's a good place to bowl and a lot of other things to do.

This place is fun for everyone! I felt like a child again! The lady working the bowling counter was amazing and accommodating.

Had lots of fun playing the games. But the dining area was gross, none of the tables had been wiped down, walls and booths were grimy, have they ever been deep cleaned? I asked for my cheese burger to be medium, was medium rare and while juicy very greasy. My boyfriend got a burger as well and asked for medium well and got medium, they tasted decent but was annoying because halfway through the bun was soggy from the grease. I like coming here for the games but was disappointed after spending almost $40 on f

Fun place to have fun! Place was clean!

We started playing and all the ball got stuck we told the ladie at the desk 3 time that this was happening until the manager hade to see what was going on after they fixed it I asked if I could get a refund but they said they couldn't do that when it's been the hole game going on and the manager said when the get stuck like that to tell us and decided to ask if I thought the balls were just going somewhere else.

The location is great has a good variety of games and activities... perfect for birthday parties! I was here for a birthday party but decided to sit in the restaurant and do some work on my laptop. prices seem a bit high for the menu... but inflation and eages could be driving that. The cashier at the register was underwhelming. No personality or attempt to upsell. I sat a round table and was still dirty from prior occupants. All the open tables were infact dirty. So, it seemed like maybe understaffe

Really need to reevaluate the bowling lane times. A family of 6 had 30mins to complete a game. We played as fast as we could, bumpers wouldn't work for our child and we had to constantly restart the pin placement system to keep the game going. Got to the last Frame in a close match the timer ended. 30mins is a waste of money.

The mini roller coaster in the back was an awesome surprise because it was actually fun. And laser tag cost extra $ for an 8 minute session...it was fun though, too. *We did not want to eat here because we didn't think it would be good.

They are a complete rip off on the birthday party packages. We paid $280 for a party and they're brochures say all parties come with food and drinks for everyone then denied us the food and drinks we paid for in the party planning!

Usually have a great time. Lots of kids working here, some super helpful, some playing on their phones ignoring customers. Decent prices.

I've been bowling for 5 years and all over the state and yet this is still the absolute worst and most expensive bowling alley I have ever been to

We had a birthday party here today and was very disappointed. It was so unorganized and because of that it was stressful. The host was going back and forth between doing shoe rentals in bowling, to our party and another party. Things were delayed which caused us to have to leave the room before we finished everything that was on our list. We still got to do the things but some of us had to go to the car put things up and then go back in. It shouldn't have been that way. We should have all been able to stay

It was bit pricey for what it was. Also bartender was extremely rude to me and my husband. Clearly did not want to make the drink I ordered off the menu and kept making excuses. Very disappointed overall.

I went to fast lanes today with 12 people so I order the biggest pizza they had and some fries. We waited 15 minutes until we got a pizza. They gave us the wrong pizza.we order the 29in pizza but, they gave us the 14in pizza. The staff was rude because we asked for our original order and they told us that they misunderstood our order so they gave us the 14in instead of the 29in. The staff was rolling there eyes and giving us attitude. So we left it was a wast of our time. We didn't have any fun because the

So much fun! For big kids, little kids, and adults! Bowling, laser tag, go carts, a huge play place, bumper carts, all the arcade games you can imagine, and even a roller coaster! There's a bar and restaurant as well. Black light bowling is awesome! They have party rooms. Great prizes! We can't wait to come back! Special thanks to David!

Staff is amazing. However, the ticket system is not cool, I kept going on a machine, and when it came time to let the tickets add up it paid out a max of 5,000 tickets but I had about 4,000 tickets go to waist (about 70$) There is no sign or warning telling you to let it cash out after 5,000 tickets If I had known, I wouldn't have kept going after 5,000 To be clear I did not win over 5,000 at one time, I spent about 40 min on the machine and I did address it in the moment and was told there was nothing t

Not terrible, but not great. My biggest complaint was how dirty the floors were. They were so dirty that it stopped us from wanting to eat there. This was on a Monday, so it's not like they didn't have the weekend to clean. It's obvious they are understaffed by how hard it is to find anyone when you need help. I feel like the play place should be free. It was so poorly lit that after we paid $18 my kids were too scared to play in it because of how dark and secluded the area was. There was a good selection o

Went there for a birthday party. It was okay. The stuff we interacted with were so so. They weren't exactly rude but weren't nice either. It's very loud in the building. Not a lot of light. When we went there was a lot of people. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny. There is a lot of different attractions. Something for everyone and even though you can spend a lot, it's still fun. They have different areas and it's huge on the inside. Parking was okay.

Had a great time a birthday party. They take care of everything and make sure your on time. My son loves the VR games.

Innovative games.....ordered fries for only 6$ ample quantity was served more than enough for 3 people

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
