Tuesday night in June, hubby and I on a trip to Cedar Point felt like playing mini golf. Found Eddie's online and thought it looked like a nice drive so we went there. Mini golf course was nice, lots of shade and benches and drink holders. The semi-open restaurant and bar showed us the place was hoppin' so we decided to grab a beer and pizza. We're seated promptly, attended quickly by waitress Jonnie(?) The seats were comfy, the music not so loud that we couldn't hear each other. And the pizza? Holy crap. I
This was so much fun! Got to putt-putt for the first time. We got the play all day pass at $22 per person. We got to go an the go-karts and bumper boats and golf their 18 hole mini course as much as we wanted. We had so much fun. The grounds were clean and well kept. The arcade was small but had quite a few different games to choose from. They had a few snacks and drinks and some other things to choose from t-shirts and lotions and soaps. Definetly recommend checking it out!
We played mini golf and the kids drove go karts. Mini golf course was well taken care of and challenging. When you first turn into the parking lot, you can go left and park in front of the restaurant, and follow the walking path back. Or go straight, and park by the gaming center.
My husband and I went here to do the mini golf course and it was so much fun! The course is so pretty with a lot of very nice water features and flowers. Definitely recommend!
This was our first time in since the name change and remodel. The place looks great and has a bunch of tvs and sports related stuff. Also has the side garage type doors. So it was like we were outside. I got the killer club and it was good. The bread could have been better but it was good. My wife got the Sunset Burger and she loved it while my daughter got the Firecracker Shrimp wrap. She said there weren't very many shrimp in it. The fries could have been cooked longer but overall we would try it again
Fun place for kids... small arcade, go karts, put put & and ice cream! The food area is nice and has music, open feel and sports
I went there on Father?s Day with wife and kids and was impressed. Prices were about what I expected, but the experience was a great one. The putt putt course was great and clean. The go karts were a fun experience and the bumper boats. The best part was the young gentleman working the go karts. He was very pleasant and kind to my children. Will definitely come back.
Looking something to do with family or friends this place is so much fun!
First time we were there it was very busy. Somehow I received someone else's pizza and even then it took forever to get our order. Server was lost and had way too many tables. This time was great, server was friendly helpful and our food was excellent. Definitely would recommend.
Pizza was amazing. Weight was really short but also super greasy.
This was a cool place. It was fair price and you got to enjoy the carts and boats for an ample amount of time. The carts were much faster than I expected. It made the experience lots of fun.
Took son to do go carts. Relatively easy to buy tickets. Not crowded at all and you get a lot of laps for the price! Son loved it and I had fun too.
Had a really great time with all the attractions the food inside was amazing also. Only down side is the arcade being ungodly hot. You'll definitely catch a full sweat in there.
We visited the area recently for a short weekend trip (mid-September) for my son's birthday. He was excited to visit Fast Eddie's on his birthday (which was a Saturday) for go karts and bumper boats. We did realize before arriving, that their website indicated that the bumper boats had ended for the season. So we were able to prep him for that, but we still planned to visit for the other attractions. Unfortunately, when we arrived it looked like most of the attraction at this establishment was for the bar a
We played a round of mini-golf and had a blast. Nice course and helpful, friendly staff.
Prices, options, cleanliness. All good reasons to return. My daughter loves it here.
Great time, plenty to do, Arcade, mini golf, go carts, games ,ice cream snacks and pizza next door!
Great place for some family fun. I strongly recommend the mini golf course as it is a fun way to bring some low stakes competition. The food is also spectacular especially the pizza.
This use to be our go to place, when staying in the area. It was disappointing when we visited last time and realized they got rid of the unlimited day pass. Miniature golf course is really good, still had fun.
Brought the family plus a friend here today for go karts and putt putt. The young man working the counter was very helpful and saved us a little money since all the kids were just passengers in the go karts, so we really appreciated that. We were able to go gem mining because he saved us enough money to make up for it. The kids loved finding their gemstones! There were only 2 of the passenger go karts available, and then one ended up having a problem, which they fixed pretty quickly, so we had to take turns
Door Dash order. The good: The food is pretty good. I ordered twice in 2 days. The bad: napkins and utensils are apparently not in their wheelhouse. They sent zero for both orders. If you don't care about that, I recommend.
This place is amazing!!! Visited with my 21 year old daughter and 12 year old son. We had the best time. For $18.50 we were able to enjoy 3 activities/rides of our choice + unlimited miniature golf. We are first timers on go karts and bumper boats, which we like the best. They also have and arcade and some shopping that looks like it was from local merchants. And we did mining for gem stones. So much fun. The staff was fantastic too. Extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we'll be bac
All day fun at a fair price (look for coupons in local tourist books). All day fun pass is $25 with unlimited rides and put put. The on-site restaurant is 5 stars as well. I would eat there even if we weren't doing the activities. The bumper boats are not running this year (2022) I think due to staffing issues like everywhere else.
The guys working the place were very patient with my kids and we had a great afternoon there!!
Prices were for activities are reasonable if you got with the day pass. Food up front was good and reasonable also. The only two issues were bumper boats was closed. The arcade ran on credits and it was too easy to have a leftover balance you could not use. For instance some games cost $1.20 some $1.00, but there was nowhere to spend the leftover $0.80 if you loaded $5 onto a card.
My wife and I have come here twice in the last year during the Fourth of July holiday and we always have fun. The putt-putt course is fun to play, in great shape and a little challenging, the arcade area is small, but cheap to play and the go-karts are fun to ride in while you are given plenty of laps to race in. I have never done the bumper boats or the gem mining, but the all-day pass for putt-putt, go-karts and bumper boats is at a great price. It is definitely not a place that you will walk away feeling
I couldn't get my 3 grandsons to leave. Rain is the only reason I was able to get them in the car!
Food & service was top notch! We loved the little chill spot with the foosball table while waiting for a table. Our only complaint is we were charged for water. We had 2 waters & charged $2.50. I have a tendency not to look at the bill before I pay else I would have questioned this. Not sure if it was a mistake, if not might as well order a pop if being charged for water. We will certainly be back. Just a fair warning, check your tabs!!
They have awesome go karts, especially for the price. The staff isn't the friendliest but they're not mean either. I did have 1 problem though. We came later in the day and asked what time go karts specifically closed for Day passes because the wristbands said 6, but the lady said 8, and the go kart attendants said 7:30. Still a fun time though.
My wife and I stopped in for a drink and to pick up carryout after work I ordered the Italian sandwich and when I got home found a pepperoni pizza folded in half with lettuce and sour cream in the middle? Went in the trash These guys have really gotten lazy since they opened
Lots of fun. Get a package deal for go carts, bumper boats, and mini golf and the price is very reasonable. All three are also very fun. Tip for the bumper boats... The stream of the water gun on the boat arcs upwards and only goes a fixed distance. Push the button gently and quickly (like rapid fire) to shorten the stream when you are near your target boat.
The waitress gave my fianc? dirty looks. She was slow and didn't check up on us often asked how we were doing checks and scoffed when I said we were together.
Our family LOVES fast Eddie's. Huge sports bar with great food (pickle bread is a must get). The mini golf and go karts are very fun as well...fun place for the whole family
A pretty lackluster place with the inability to keep you there longer than an hour, if that. It offers no real service or entertainment with its dated handful of arcade games, generic shop and barely operable concessions. Price is tempting, but there are other great offers in the area. Putt-Putt Golf would be the only real reason go visit, given it may be the only one nearby. Whole places just feels forced and out of time, unable to grow and change with people. Plus. There is virtually no dining other than
The facility is pleasant, however, the go-karts require refurbishment as there is a noticeable odor of exhaust fumes, and several are not functioning properly.
My family has visited periodically over the past ten years. The staff is always patient and kind, the range of activities (sifting for gems, mini golf, bumper boats, and go-carts) is awesome, and grounds are nice. The mini golf course is fun and entertaining, and the water features are really cool! And BONUS: they serve Toft's ice cream and the counter.
They have holes of mini-golf and it's a lot of fun. They also have bumper boats and go karts as well to add to the fun. You can purchase snacks and drinks. This is a great place because you only have to pay for the golf once and can play all day.
We were here this past Sunday and rode the go karts. The karts are nice and pretty quick. They weren't busy at all which was nice. My biggest issue was the staff. While my husband and kids were riding, the guys running the karts were on their phones. The had their heads down the ENTIRE time. Also, the girl at the counter was way less than friendly!
WOW! They did an exceptional job with the makeover of the old Crosswinds. Great menu with a lot of options. In our party we tried the smashburger, two wraps, chicken chunks and the Cuban Egg rolls. ALL delicious!! We will be back.
This is a staple every lake erie vacation usually three times per trip , we will eat at the restaurant then spend an evening at island adventures. However, the new hours are not good they close to early for us to have dinner and enjoy. Several days into our trip and we have not been able visit this establishment yet all because of the new operating times.
Just went for go carts that were running at arrival at 625pm on a Saturday 8/19. When our family and multiple families were attempting to purchase tickets for the go carts, we were told there was mechanical malfunctions current and they stopped selling tickets for go carts. When we asked why the go carts were still running due to to safety mechanical issues, the staff member replied because the tickets already purchased. So this facility refused to sell go cart tickets due to mechanical safety issues but al
Watch out for hornets nest in bleachers by race track! I was stung 4 times last night. Staff knew about hornets but failed to place a warning or a "stay off bleachers" sign even after I talked to them. Thankfully I am not allergic. Otherwise, we thought this place was great! We liked the put put course and had a lot of fun on the go karts. Teens that worked were nice.
Stacy is an amazing server with spunk and energy! Amber is a great manager! Visiting here from out of town, great food, better service if you ask for Stacy all the way. Great place to watch a game.
My first time there. Bad service had to leave.
Friendly, clean place that seems like it's family run. Nice to see all the teenagers working their summer jobs there. Same type of place I did when I was that age. Good games, racetrack and bumper boats. Decent prices.
Everything for my kids age group was closed due to lack of staff. Thank you for your explanation. My family and I was in town due to the hurricane warnings in NC. GPS found your place when looking for go karts. Unfortunately we drove a nice distance to get to you only to turn around since the activities for their age was closed. It would have been nice to have known prior to arrival but I guess google maps only tell you if a place is open or closed.
Fun time with my kiddos. Beautiful grounds. Some guests weren't wearing masks inside the building and this wasn't enforced. Need more signs to let customers know where to go to get tickets.
There's a difference between customer CARE and just mere "service" alone. Island Adventures knows it and then walks that talk, too, by all measures. My family visits this place each time we vacation in the area, which is often. Its owners do well to hire exemplary staff which represents it well; true professionals, all. They actually CARE about making a lasting positive difference in the life of those who take the time to spend their money here, and they interact with them so as to further enhance the overa
This is our second time coming here DURING BUSINESS HOURS only to be told they stop ticket sales 45 minutes before close. Here is the problem... you are advertising business hours till 9pm BUT you are turning customers away 45 ministers before. I get your employees want to get out of there shortly after close. But then shorten your hours instead of disappointing your customers and kids when you are turning them away. The restaurant that is attached to your building closes at 10pm. Sync up with those hours.
The mini golf is super nice and the go-karts were fun! Lots of laps. Get the unlimited combo pack .... wish we had done that .... the kids had so much fun!
Wish I got the name of our bartender (guy) who recommended the crispy crust for our pizza at 530 on Friday..you were great, thanks for making our experience awesome. You were right!??
We had a blast! We took our grandson and did bumper boats, go carts, and putt-putt. The place is very well maintained and a great fun family place.
My 4 year old loved the putt putt golf and for all day play that is great. She also enjoyed the sifting for gems and arrow heads. Staff was friendly.
Visited to play putt putt, cool course, not crowded, grabbed a drink from the bar along the way.
Had a great time! Grandson is named Eddie after his grandfather. Have called him Fast Eddie since a small child. Had fun getting him a hat and shirt and taking pictures. Lol
Went there around 5 pm on a Friday and nothing was open and running except the restaurant, which was a bummer. There were really no signs indicating hours or anything, so I don't know if that was common or not to expect on a Friday, but we ended up heading out.
Workers didn't know anything, poorly maintained place. Half the arcade didn't work, the gem fountain was broke, the workers attitudes made me not even want to be there.
A terrific, fun, themed mini golf course! Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped, providing bits of shade on hot days. Close to many restaurants and hotels.
Great, well maintained mini golf course, race track, and indoor games.
It's a fun place. Played miniature golf, rode go-carts and water bumper cars. Went on Monday so it wasn't super busy which was nice.
Really awesome fun park. Went with the whole fam, we had a blast. The go karting was a really big hit. Plus there is a really cool arcade, full with new and old games
I was there for 3 hours and the golf was fun and different, go karts was really fun I rode 5 times and bumper boats was extremely fun but I got really wet.
We just played some putt putt but was a fun time.
This is the first place my kid wants to go when we visit the area. The gem mining is her favorite. They have the best prices .
Well worth the stop there. Staff was very helpful and the go carts were lots of fun. We will return when we are back in the area again.
Cool place! I took my kids to have fun and they did. The staff was nice and prices were fair would revisit.
Tons of fun. One of the best priced attractions for families, especially if you have little kids. Friendly staff. Lots of laughs.
So much fun for the kids... Took my two daughters and they both loved mini golf and bumper boats!! Prices are good.
out dated arcade, incompetent staff, bumper boats were closed every time we've been here, and overpriced
One price to do all activities. Can be a good deal. They really need some snack options if restaurants don't open until 4.30 pm.
Had a fun time at the putt-putt. Didnt get a chance to hop on the go-carts but it looked like a blast. Be sure to bring the family!
Looking for something to entertain the kids both big and small, stop by for arcade games, go carts and putt putt golf. Restaurant next door can get a burger and appetizers.
Supposed to have water bumper boats but they didn't because no one was there to run that ride. Prices too high, and online Supposed to open in the morning but not till 4PM
I would highly recommend you not coming to this place. If you're going to do the golf course for Putt putt as they call it. There are bumblebees everywhere. They are very distracted. And they refuse to fix the issue.
The bumper cars were a little scary. There were no buckle on the cars so no way to lock in.
Don't let the sports park fool you, the food is actually great here. I come for the mussels. Definitely give this place a try!
Took the kids for a fun time of putt putt, found out kids 5 and under free! Lots of fun, didn't try out go carts or the bumper boats.
Really cool putt, putt golf course with a tunnel, waterfall, hills and lots of shade. Hole design very unique. Staff very friendly!
Great long and a calm mini golf. Super fun bumper boats. Slow but super fun karts for the family.
This is a family throwback. For parents, there is the arcade. Lots of nostalgia. And the rest, complete fun. The employees were a dream to work with.
I go here all the time, buy an all day bracelet, and race for hours upon end on the go cart track, the best go cart track that I've ever been too.
Fun, clean, family friendly entertainment. The mini golf was nice and well laid out.
Very fun. The bumper boats were not working but the all day pass was still worth it.
Half the video games were out of order and they were all $12-$13 to play getting the unlimited 3 attraction deal but the bumper boats were out of order asked if they would substitute something else or take off some money they said no , this whole area conducts business like that
Facility is well planned and maintained. We had fun with mini golf and go carts.
A very few things need renovated but the go carts, mini golf, and bumper boats were fun!
I haven't been put putting in a long time. It was fun to do it again at Fast Eddie's. Had a great time.
Nice place for putt putt golf for the kids. Nice feature to allow a same-day revisit. Not many places allow that.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
