Terrible. We went (for the first time) for putt-putt for my son's birthday, and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Everything is overgrown to the point we were dodging trees and bushes just to play. The stands to write on were completely covered by bushes. There was debris all over the courses. There was disgusting standing water in their 'water features' that were filled with trash, gnats and mosquitoes. We were constantly walking through huge swarms of gnats. It was obvious that there was
This place is disgusting and nothing works we were eaten alive by mosquitoes the water doesn't run none of the machines work the arcade is so sticky the wires are a giant trip hazard none of the machines work they do not shoot out tickets and I was told we just had a field trip so nothing's really working and we thought when you buy golf you golf the entire thing nobody told us you only got a very tiny area or we would have picked somewhere else we were not informed over an hour for nothing and when I asked
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but today was utterly disappointing. I was volunteering for my kid?s class event, and over half the games were broken or not giving tickets. When I asked the staff about it, the girl at the counter just said in a totally indifferent, almost rude, tone, ?There's nothing we can do.? No apology, no explanation?just attitude. Later, I asked if we could get tokens back for the broken machines, and she told us no and that we had to leave any leftovers behind. Again, no apology
Went May 31st 2025 to have fun with family and and the course was discussing. We hadn't been their i awhile and to say it was a disappointment is an understatement everywhere we walk of the course we had to walk through swarms of bugs and the water was also discussing. The pictures that are currently on Google do not match what it looks like today. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go their.
We visited on 6/8/25 with our grandchild for putt putt after having not visited in 3 years or so. We always liked to come here with our kids but could not believe how things had deteriorated. Landscaped areas that were previously kept trimmed were overgrown, the greens were very dirty and the water features were stagnant breeding lots of mosquitoes. We were covered with bites by the time we left. The arcade seemed dirty and unkempt. Only saw one employee on a sunny Sunday afternoon. After seeing reviews ov
We came here under the old ownership and it was rundown but running. This is the worst shape I've ever seen. The water is stagnant and there's mosquitoes everywhere. The arcade games inside don't work. They either had a sign saying ?out of order?, or they just took your coins. Save your time and your money.
I typically don't really care enough to leave reviews, but this place is not it. Was just looking for a place to play some mini golf with my fianc?e, and found this place on google. Once we arrived I thought it looked a little run down, but thought maybe it was more well maintained in the back. We got two tickets to go play and went out to the course(s). Once outside it was pretty apparent that the course was pretty ill maintained. Several of the wood bridges are in pretty rough shape, the putting greens ar
We had fun but the place is definitely not as advertised. No fountains were not on, the water was full of algae, the course was run down, vegetation overgrown and in the way. It could be a great little course if they fixed it up.
Water features are gross. Weeds growing over several holes, and leaves and debris on the course. Most of the arcade machines don't work correctly or have run out of tickets
Thank you for SO MUCH fun! We all had a blast! I won the front 9 and my son won the back 9! Now they are in the batting cages living their best lives! Next we're hitting the arcade! The food was also awesome & super affordable! 10/10 do recommend and this will be our new hang out spot!
Mini golf has seen better days. Arcade almost all the games I tried either didn't work all together, just took the tokens but didn't start, or didn't give tickets. ?? The floors were gross and sticky
We go here every week, no matter how badly I putt putt. They have 3 different courses, and the games inside actually give you tickets. My friend and I spent $20 on the games inside and we had a solid hour of play time. Super great value, will definitely be back.
Putt putt course was not in good shape. Debris all over many of the holes and the putting surfaces were in poor condition. Water features had discolored water or debris in them. The staff wasn't very friendly either. Didn't even let us choose which size putter we wanted. Gave everyone, kids and adults, all the same size putter. At least it wasn't crowded.
The absolute worst experience I may have ever had at a family entertainment center. All the games are broken and refuse to dispense tickets. The attendant doesn't care and will void all your missing tickets so he doesn't have to do any work. You won't get any prizes here at all. The golf course is ratty and overgrown with exactly zero maintenance of anything. This place is a disgusting mess and shouldn't even be open. I have half a mind to charge back my experience there because I was completely cheated out
Nasty dirty floors! Standing water everywhere! Could hardly get through the course due to mosquitoes! Trees and shrubs are unruly and in the way of the course.
If i could have given 0 stars i would have! I dont think I will ever be returning. I used to go here growing up and thought i should bring my kids now, only to be met with disappointment. 9 out 10 arcade games were either broken, off, or didnt have any tickets in them. The mini golf has been ran into the ground, tees not attached to pavement, landscaping completely over grown with weeds and vines, algea filled water features. The waterfalls were not on, and the attitude of the staff was appalling. You can
Yesterday my school took us to Farragut golf and games. I was not expecting this type of experience? First of all the arcade was horrible none of the games worked, so I went to go tell the worker (She had brown hair and brown eyes) they did absolutely nothing about it. Then later on me and my friend went to go use the bathroom, it was DISGUSTING the hand soap looked expired plus the stalls were dirty and had an awful smell. Now with the putt putt area wasn't so bad, but the water looked gross and one of the
Took a family of four while visiting my daughter at college. Paid $44 to play a putt putt course that had turf coming up, debris all over the turf, no scorecards, no paper towels in the bathroom. It like they weren't even trying to make it a good experience for anyone
I love this arcade so much! Don't waste your money at Main Event or take the 40 minute drive into Pigeon-Forge this arcade is the real deal. I would suggest less video games and more ticket games but other than that i have to say this place is pretty sweet, have not tried mini golf but I definitely will sometime soon just don't slow down keep up the good work and please fix the machines 2 broke while i was there but yeah
Much better than Sir Gooney down the street. Average. NO BATTING CAGES. See photo. Permanently closed.
My husband and I went on a date night. We had a great time. Only one course was open. It would have been cool to play the other course but it looks like they are working on it
The facility's age is evident throughout the putt putt course and outdoor areas. Neglected water features sit either empty or filled with muck, while the batting cages have been welded shut, repurposed into an unsightly retention pond. Overgrown bushes, burnt-out tunnel lights, and wild animal nests add to the deterioration. The putt putt greens desperately need repairs, with missing obstacles further impacting the experience.
A great little Putt-Putt hidden away. We only found it thanks to Google and our fondness of Putt-Putt. There are four custom 18 home courses, very well maintained and challenging. This is not the crazy "hit the ball thru the windmill" type course so may be more accurately described as mini-golf but my son and i had a blast! We also enjoyed pinball and a few other games at the arcade located inside. If in the area again, we will likely return! They also offer batting cages for those who like that sort of th
We enjoyed the course! It was nice and clean. The waterfall feature looked really good at night. The arcade games were fun! We had one issue but the staff handled it kindly, quickly and efficiently. Restrooms were in great shape and the facility was very clean overall. Thank you for a fun night!
Absolutely horrible. Nearly every game was out of order and we spent $40 for tokens. We probably could have gotten our money back but my daughter wanted to play games for her birthday. And we didn't know all the games were out until we already put our coins in and nothing happened. Also, the ticket machines were all down so they were either counting by hand or you had to use this one machine. It doesn't help that the poor girl was the only one working there and a giant group came in. We will not be coming b
Staff is super nice. But the arcade games all are broke. Every game we tried was broke or took our tokens. After trying about 6 different games I was over it ans was refunded thankfully.
I'm so glad places like this still exist that the whole family can have fun at a reasonable price. We all had fun doing Putt Putt then playing all the arcade games. We'll definitely be back and I would recommend taking your family here
Has some original games...staff is helpful and friendly...they are doing alot of remodeling and it is looking great...the prices are great...looking forward to batting caged next time and there will be a next time!
truly don't know why people complain, great family owned business, they are always working to make this place better, 5 stars in my eyes
Half of the arcade machines are not working properly. Don't waste your time or money.
I have fond memories of the place from when I was a kid. Took my kiddos for the first time. Still the amazing courses and fun games I remember. I recommend Putt Putt Golf and Games.
Our 1st time at this place and will not be our last. We had a lot of fun here. 3 putt putt courses, batting cages, arcade, and you can get pizza and other items to eat. They really have built a very fun place to take a young family.
How is this place not condemned? Everything was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and the put put course was in horrible condition.
Not bad. Uninspired course design but nice for practicing your long puts with some variation in slope and angle. Three courses which is nice, and Sundays they have all-you-can-golf for $10 a person. Arcade leaves a bit to be desired.
One of my family's favorite places to have fun when we're visiting Farragut. Lots for kids to do, plus large indoor arcade if the weather's bad. There are daily specials that are well worth checking out.
Terrible experience. Went here for my son?s birthday with just my wife and I and what a disaster. The course was in poor shape (bushes needed to be trimmed and made it hard, the tee squares weren't attached anymore, and other disrepair) which I could forgive if this was just it. The thing that was super frustrating was almost all the video games had issues. I had to go up to the front at least a dozen times because machines didn't work, were out of tickets, or ate tokens without turning on. The only reason
Went here last weekend to play mini golf. Absolutely terrible. First off the staff, a young teenage boy, was not helpful and did not seem happy to help us. Gave us zero instruction and half answered questions under his breath. We should have walked out then. We proceeded anyways. The place was an absolute dump. The inside was trash. The greens were not maintained and there was garbage everywhere. If you want to actually play mini golf good luck because they're so messed up you'll never be able to make a str
Visit this place often with loved ones and friends On the weekend, we always have a blast playing putt putt and the prices are excellent. Courses are in great shape. Great family atmosphere, get the funnel cake.
Went tonight for a family outing, paid almost $60 for 2 adults and 3 kids only to be notified after we paid that half of the course was shut down. The whole property was severely swarming with mosquitos!! We left covered in bug bites all over us :( All the water from the property had been drained leaving standing water puddles for misquito larva to grow. Zero fun was had.
My boyfriend and I didn't have a great experience here last Saturday, June 15th. The employees were very nice which is why I don't want to give a 1 star review. We only used the arcade this time, and unfortunately it was not the money spent on tokens. There were only a handful and a half of games in there that worked out of about 20, which was super disappointing because some of them that are my absolute favorite did not work. The air hockey and skee ball machines kept breaking, and one game would not print
I took the grandkids to do the arcade. They love the arcade and have such a great time there. They are ages 8 and 5. All the arcades need an update/upgrade. Several machines were out of order. The workers behind the counter are very nice and patient as the kids exchange their tickets for the little trinkets/game prizes.
I took the kids. It is a pretty neat place. The food is mediocre at best and they don't provide refills on fountain drinks. Also, we bought a package deal where I paid $60 for golf, drinks, and two pizzas for four people with 100 tokens. The only problem is that they provided a pre-made cup of tokens that was 12 tokens short of 100. Honest mistake I'm sure, but for my kids' sake, I'm glad I counted them.
We visited 10/8 and none of the games were working, no one was manning the putt putt. This is not the fault of the one guy working on a day during fall break. Shame on the owners. I would love to see this place succeed because it has potential but if it is like this it will not.
I've been coming to this location since I was under 10 years old (I'm almost 40). Since it has become "Farragut golf and games" instead of putt putt golf and games, now of the 38 games they have, almost half of them have some kind of mechanical issues (not dispensing tickets, not starting when you put tokens in, one side accepts tokens while the other doesn't etc). Also almost every game is 2-4 tokens. Half of them are 3-5 tokens per play. Maintenance on the building itself isn't any better. The hand dryer
The staff was really nice and helpful, but that course is awful. Every hole is nothing more than metal borders with 0-3 little metal pieces to hit around. No thought at all in design. I played on the hardest course and got a 42 on 18 holes. It honestly feels like your friends dad decided to make a mini golf course in his backyard out of some scrap metal he found. All the fountains and water features were turned off, the water ponds were full of algae, and there were pieces of trash on the way through the c
I took my son here for the first time last weekend and was severely disappointed. The courses look rough and all the bridges and walkways are dilapidated and feel unsafe. The arcade was about 40 percent functional and the batting cages weren't even in operation. Will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone.
Off season visit?I know, I know?but at least run the blower on the course before opening, please? Every hole was covered in debris. The courses are fun to play, but the maintenance has been ignored for a while. Clean it up overall, and this is a great place to kill a couple of hours with the kids.
Extremely rundown. The mini golf course is overgrown with growth debris. The spinners are broken. The mates are slimy, The pictures that they have on the Internet of the actual water running to make it look pretty is all Stell water that's sitting with mosquitoes and slime. It stinks. And we dealt with that and then we came in to play arcade and we got some coins and the first 6 to 8 machines that we tried to play everything was broken they will not give a refund and they will not let you know the owner?s
Haven't been here in a year and Will NOT be back. This place is falling apart, it is dirty, the courses are crooked. The metal around the greens is laying on the ground, nails sticking out. We got a refund.
Where is the ownership? Not sure how this place has a 4.5 star rating... many games were out of order or just outright took our tokens, both ticket counting machines were down, there was one poor girl working the entire place on a FRIDAY NIGHT, and the putt-ing courses were in very rough shape and in desperate need of refurbishing. Granted the mini golf games were cheap, but sadly it shows. None of the water features were on (water falls, spouts, river) which gave the place a very rundown, abandoned feel. I
Games barely work, it's rundown, mini golf has seen better days, it doesn't feel clean, turned in tickets and while my daughter was deciding on a prize the kid working the counter ran off to pass out golf balls, ran back through clocked out and left. The kids had fun, I think. I was there for another child's birthday and still felt robbed playing games here as multiple machines ate tokens and didn't allow you to play. I wouldn't spend my money here, glad I was able to find this out without having to spen
What a dive. Facilty poorly maintained, carpets on greens soiled and damaged, worn fully half of the indoo arcade games were out of order. No paper towels in the bathrooms. Staff when notified of our concerns was disingenuous. Avoid.
Place is in bad need of repair, maintained is terrible, big waste of money, it was dirty and nasty.
Adequate courses but needs more TLC. Litter and weedy. Be careful of some unsafe extension cords.
We went for the haunted golf, but didn't even get to play. We spent half the time in line just trying to get balls and clubs. There was no organization or management. A night with an event scheduled and they were hosting birthday parties and church groups, In addition to continuing $5 Friday. Not enough staff to manage the crowd. The games weren't being kept up and tickets replenished. Numerous games were out of order. The number of tokens per game were not properly displayed. Putt putt coarse poorly labele
I went there today, 11/18/23. Out of exactly 43 games, 9 are not working (1 out of every 5) - yeah, I counted out of frustration. That is on top of me asking the employer 5 different times about the machine not counting the coins properly. The ticket counter was also ou t of order. EVEN the only urinal in the men?s bathroom was out of order. It's very unfortunate. This place used to be one of our favorite cheap&fun family places. The owner just doesn't care anymore.
We went for the Christmas light show. It was fantastic, will try to go again next year.
Staff was great but the facilities have seen better days. We still had fun. Extension cords across the floor in the arcade seemed to he a tripping hazzard.
Super friendly guy behind the counter. But most of the games were broken and couldn't be played. Batting cages weren't working. Mini golf was pretty underwhelming for $10 a person. If they fixed up the place it would be such a fun spot!
This is the lamest mini golf I've ever been to in my life. Unless you enjoy just hitting the ball on flat ground straight ahead, then this place is for you. No single course is even remotely interesting. Baffles me this place even has 4 stars.
This is a hidden gem in Farragut! I haven't been here since it was Putt-Putt. Our kids really enjoyed the mini golf course. I believe there are 3 separate courses. Inside there is a small but fun game room. The kids (8&6) really enjoyed it. $5 for 40 tokens kept them both entertained for quite awhile. Several games had some issues but the attendant was extremely helpful and considerate. We will definitely be back again! Go out and support this fun local business!
This place has been neglected and forgotten. Rated #1? Maybe a very long time ago. The staff couldn't care less about anything. They all just sat behind the counter talking. The course(s) were all destroyed, felt torn, debris, and broken items. The wood is severely rotted, and the water mot is mold green with enormous amounts of bacteria growth. The batting cages were not aligned . It was an absolute mess. Everything was sticky and gross. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and stay away fro
I love this place .I took my family here thay had a great time
We have visited several times every time the employees have been helpful. The mini golf courses are fun for everyone from my 7 year old to my 14 year old. There's a great variety of games and the prizes you can win are good too. This is definitely a favorite for the whole family.
Good place for 2 to 3 hours of fun. Not all batting cages were working correctly but it was worth the time I spent with my son. The miniature golf courses are not as challenging and are designed for younger children. Approximately under 6. Played several arcade games including the two pinball games that they had. My son one quite a few tickets but we exchange only for candy bars and left the rest for the next person in line.
Almost everything is broken. Please don't waste your money
Nice place. Been going here for years and years since back when it was put put. Golf is definitely the main attraction. A few okay games inside, and some are quite high at 4 tokens per game. Overall a very fun date night. Looks like the new owners are making a real effort to revamp the place too.
I absolutely love bringing my son to this putt putt. It's never too crowded because it is almost hidden from plain sight. You can get 100 tokens for $20 and most games cost anywhere from 2-4 tokens. Although some of the arcade games are a bit out dated, there are plenty of newer games as well. The staff is always very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable oasis Occasionally 1 of the games will take your token but not let you play the game but the staff anyways give you your tokens back with no questions
Absolutely horrible experience. Most of the games didn't work or would get jammed. We had 80 tokes and ended up with little under 1,000 tickets. My children could not even pick which squishy they wanted or the color bracelet. When we asked swap the one orange bracelet for a pink bracelet, employee behind counter pretty much threw it and was not nice at all. No way to count your tickets til you were leaving even though we had an arm full of tickets and trying to help two kids. I always try to support loc
They have 3 mini golf trails to choose from. Tons of video games inside, which was nice when the temperature dropped. Friendly staff. I recommend to do the haunted trail after dark.
reliability of the machinery continues to slide under new ownership. The last four times I've been there the slow pitch softball/baseball machines don't work and no one is available to look at them. At least lock the cages if they're not working! I will say the people working there are more friendly than previous ownership.
The batting cages were kot working!!!! This place used to be great. Now it's terrible. Only 1 teenager working on a Sunday afternoon. Poor kid was trying his best....Shame on the owners.
Today was our first visit. We had a great time. The put-put courses were great. We hit the batting cages and had a blast. The only issue was the arcade area & bathrooms.
We had to use the school coupons! The prices on the games are very reasonable. Had a blast playing the mini golf. The arcade games gave us descent tickets. The employees were friendly too! We will definitely come back with the rest of our family soon.
This is a relatively small putt putt place. The prices are good and they have a lot of coupons in the Knox County Schools coupon books. They include day of the week specials too. I used coupons when I was there but spent most of my money on coins for the games. It's addicting to play in their arcade and I'm sure I gave the two employees a headache but they were so friendly and helpful. The funnel cake sticks are also so good there. It's my favorite item to order when I go. I also love how there are differe
It's a very nice place to go to have fun. There's two separate putt-putt courses. The best ones that I've seen. There's about six batting cages. The speed begins at 35 mph and up to about 65. Both softball and baseball. The inside is very large. It is set up for parties. There are many arcade games. They're closed on Tuesdays'. The restrooms are spotless. Just call to check the hours. I always enjoy taking my 7 year old granddaughter there.
This was our first time going and we had a blast. They have delicious ice cream and pretzels. I felt everything was reasonably priced. I did have an issue with one staff member and the manager came and apologized to me and was very professional about the situation. The rest of the staff was great including the manager. We will definitely be going back!
We LOVE Farragut Golf and Games!! It's fun for everyone and we love that you still get tickets from the machines! My whole family loves to come and play. It is old school family fun!
We had a blast. Got to talk to the owner today. She was so open and honest. Thank you. Was are first time here. We will definitely be back. Not only is there putt putt golf and the arcade they also have a batting cage. Well several different cages the have one for beginners to experts. Fast ball speed at 65 MPH to slow at 35 MPH 2 of them also have softballs. Thank you so so much. My kids had a blast today.
We went to the Muddy Creek Christmas Light Show. Really enjoyed the show and the story of Christmas.
Hate to be the negative Nancy. First time today. Purposely chose this place based on pictures from their website and social media because of their water features. It wasn't running. When asked, the young man said ?I don't know. Maybe the weather?? It looked like maybe not used in a while. If he had an answer of its down, working on repair it would have been better received. The course was covered in pine/tree debris a blower could have cleared earlier in the day/during the day. We cleaned several paths for
The Sunday special was a great deal! Putt putt was very fun, if somewhat unimaginative or flashy. The arcade is kinda small, but has a good variety for its size. The batting cages were disappointing. The balls come in WAY too low, even for the higher speeds that kids wouldn't be able to hit anyway. Overall, not a bad deal for several hours of fun!
It has holes in the ground, balls, and clubs. That's about all. Overpriced for what you get. $20 for two people gets you access to 3 average courses that are built poorly and dirty. There's also a lazy river kind of waterway that snakes around the place, but all of the water was stagnant and full of algae and other growth. Another inconvenience is that the sides of the course don't bounce the ball, they just hit and kind of stick to the wall, which is less appealing than brick brick siding that bounces the
Just paid $40 for PuttPutt. It was the equivalent to playing on my driveway. Lights weren't on, water features were empty and abandoned. Tried to talk to the teenagers about it, but they didn't seem to care. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this place.
Great family fun place for all ages. Our family likes to play put put golf. I like using the batting cages. There are several batting cages available for baseball and softball with different speeds for each. There is food and drinks available inside with an arcade. They do have separate rooms available for parties. Always happy fun service.
the best arcade. good putt putt. the arcade is amazing 5$ equals 1hr of fun and ive made up to 700 tickets. the golf has 3 courses easy, medium, and hard for however good or bad you are. the baseball is also fun but if its set on high the metal bats make your hands hurt so keep it on low
CCW holder friendly so it is a safe places to go, Very nice staff but it would be great if they take care of the games, most of then are out of order
Im just a great big ole kid when i see this place. I played putt putt here when i was s kid and that was forty years ago. My kids and now my granchildren play here now.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
