Machines Inside Fargo Billiards, 3234 43rd St S
Fargo, North Dakota 58104
Great place to play pinball. We went to support the Ronald McDonald House and played for 0.50? a game. It's usually membership based with a key fob to get it. The only bummer was we waited for 15 minutes to get in even though the door was supposed to be unlocked. It was fun playing the different pinball games and classic arcade donkey kong and pacman. The Lord of the Rings pinball was out of order unfortunately.
Fun place to spend the time. Great mix of old and new games. Selection is always updating. This is a members only club. However day passes can be purchased at the FM visitors center. You can also stop by on days they hold public tournaments and open houses. The dates are listed on their Facebook page.
This location is actually located within Fargo Billiards and Gastropub. I wish the online description and the signage at the location had been clearer about that. I was expecting a lot more machines and not just a few machines inside a huge bar. That being said, there were about a dozen pinball machines; however, a couple of them weren't functioning. Mostly $1.00 / game it seemed. Some fun machines tho!
Good pool tables, some broken cues but mostly kept up well
Great place if you love Pinball, they have open houses often, but you can also become a member to play whenever you want!
Got my membership a week ago and been by a few times. Really cool set up and all the machines seem to be well maintained. Prices are good. Snacks and drinks. Everything works with quarters or can pay with a phone app, which is really cool because I rarely have cash. Really cool selection of pinball machines and a few video games. I think about 30 machines total.
A few friends and I went on a road trip to Fargo this past summer, and were welcomed into the pinball club by the current owner, Bill. We're big pinball fans and had an amazing time with a great variety of new and old machines. Their membership prices are really reasonable, plus you can bring a guest with a membership. It's a real hidden gem and we can't wait to go back ASAP. We only wish we had a place like this in our hometown!
Love pinball and ond school video games? Then this is the place for you. Tons of games, snacks, sodas, etc. It's a private club so you have to fill out a membership form and pay the $20 yearly fee, but then you get an RF card that gets you in whenever you want (I forget if its closed overnight). So no attendants; all honor system. Games run $.25-.50 a play with lots of options. There is a way to contact the owners if something breaks. We first got into it because my son wanted his bday party there. For $200
We had a work party there and it was a blast!! Awesome owner, pristine machines, super clean and plenty of room for a small 20-30 person party. And I even saw stools for people to bring kids too. This is clearly a hidden gem in Fargo!
A hidden gem of Fargo. Very impressive and well maintained collection of highly sought after pinball machines. They are kept clean and in excellent condition, and almost everything works all the time (cut them some slack right? Some of these machines are over 30 years old). This place went from a rumor that I went searching for to one of my favorite places in town. Well worth the membership fee for your own key but if you aren't looking to dive in right away, I've heard you can buy a visitors pass at the f
Super fun and love the selection of machines. If your just visiting and wanna check it out and play (since it is private) go to the visitor center and get a pass for 10bucks. I definetly enjoyed it. They do gave a coin machine.
We had a Cub Scout den meeting here tonight showing the 2nd graders the collection of pinball machines. The owners were super nice and shared a lot about the history of pinball and how they came to start their business. The kids had a blast and so did the parents!
Owners are some of the best guys you could ever meet. Passionate about the pins and willing to go that extra yard to make sure you have fun. Worth every quarter spent.
Nice facility for pinball entertainment! Owners very courteous, and helpful. Awesome variety of pinball machines, old school and new! Definitely will return, for next tournament and overall fun!
So much fun! You have to be a member, but it is well worth it to be able to play all the games! Make sure you get notified of all of their events!
All pinball!? Awesome. Members only?! It's affordable and everything is motion detected so the machines won't turn on unless you're standing right in front of it. Very cool.
Very cool space. Lots of pinball, 25-30 machines, member access only. Very affordable, only $45/year. Lots of fun.
It was cool, they had kiss pinball hadn't seen it in 20 years, they also have donkey Kong. It was a blast from the past for sure. Great idea!
They say you can get a pass at the visitors center. We went there, however they had no passes. We messaged in FB and called. As of this evening no one has responded.
Great little spot! Visiting Fargo and saw this in the tourist guide. Odd location if I'm honest but worth the trip!
Very cool selection of games and you can go there anytime of the day once you have your pass card.
Very fun, only thing the place needs is a bit more variety.
I should have got a membership . visited with a friend , needless to say i played pinball till my wrist were sore ..i will be back . enjoy all the games from old to new .
They really work hard to keep all machines in top condition.

Pinball fanatics, this is the place to be!!;
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
