I went to the park this lovely Memorial Day weekend. I've been coming to Fantasy Island for years but this trip was truly just the best! Although the park was busy my family and I were still treated as if we were the only people in the park. We recently had our daughter?s birthday at Fantasy Island. We had the absolute best time. The staff was amazing, attentive, and accommodating. Scott went above and beyond. He's great with communicating. Highly recommend. We will definitely do future bday parties there because it's not an experience that gets old. It's too much fun! Thanks you all at Fantasy Island!

Feels like wildwood crest or ocean city amusement park but much cleaner and civilized. Staff everywhere to clean bathrooms and pick up trash. Mix of rides, arcade, games and food options. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Has parking too in the back. All it needs is a beer garden nearby.

Great place to host my 7 year old's birthday party. It was so easy to schedule online and the ladies working the party were attentive and handled everything, from the games to the pizza and cupcakes. Everything was clean and new. All the kids loved the arcade and left with prizes. Would highly recommend visiting or hosting a party!

First time going to this amusement park wit my toddler and husband and won't go back for one reason. The purse policy. I find it disturbing that you are expected to leave your PURSE ( not back pack,not large purse) a small purse at that on the floor or a box while I was on rides with my toddler. They expect guests and workers to follow the honor system and that is not realistic. I will also be calling to speak with someone to understand this better.

Great experience with the rides party! The kids had a great time! Scott made planning seamless and Kaitlyn was an excellent hostess.

We had a great time here! We have a 3 yr old and he just makes some of the rides. 36 inches tall for kiddie some are 32 with adult and 38 to 42 inches for others. We got the wristband for my son and he didn't want to go on some of the rides...I told the attendant and she was very gentle with him. She sat him in a few and he loved it! I was very impressed with how clean this place was! Honestly no signs of trash anywhere, the restrooms were spotless. They have hand sanitizing stations at plenty of places around the park. Amazing place for kids and where kids actually win something. My son left with so many prizes and we didn't have to spend a thousand dollars. He's also 1 ? years old and could only play a few games so that's saying a lot! I could only imagine if he was bigger how many tokens he would have had. Worth going to! And Sunday they do a kiddie pass from 4-6pm with unlimited rides for $15 plus a free ice cream. What else could you ask for!

Kids of all ages will enjoy this park. I came here with two adults and five children of various ages on Monday night. The five kids loved being there. According to the two teenagers the sea dragon ride and the tall drop ride are the two best rides. One of the younger kids really loved the games. I highly recommend this place. The people are very friendly. I wanted to go on go rides and asked if they would discrimination me from going on any of them because I have Functional Neurological Disorder which could cause spasms. They said no. They gave my partner a special bracelet just incase I am in trouble. To stop the ride. Not 1 employee gave me problems when I started my spasms or fits. I definitely will be going back. Great place for little kids. A bunch of kiddie rides and carnival style games. Easy to load and use the card system. Simply buy / load your card with funds and present it at each game / ride until you run out. Reload at any kiosk or at the service station near the center of the park. Not a big park and even while it was busy, the lines were never too long. We didn't have to wait long for any ride but we did visit during the week. Definitely a must visit when in LBI.

It's a great amusement park for kids. My 4 year old son had an absolutely great time there, both at the rides and at the arcade.

We had a great time! Had a 4 year old with us and she was able to ride most rides. Be prepared to spend though as ride token are 1$ each and 3 - 6 are required for a ride. Also has a large arcade with tickets and prizes.

Since the park was closed apparently due to renovations, and rain, the only area that we had access to was the arcade. Most of the arcade games are redemption style or games that dispense tickets. The games give you more tickets than they actually say, but the prizes are pretty expensive overall so you might be here a while trying to win stuff. Some of the crane games let you win, but most of them don't. So be careful.

This is a cute place for kids. The costs seemed to be a little high at first, but we found that $100 lasted about 2.5 hours for a 5 and 6 year old. Lines were not crazy on a Saturday night, and the kids had a great time.

Took my grandkids here and we had a great time. Been going there for years with my children and now my grandchildren. It never disappoints

Nice amusement park with an indoor arcade. Prices on the high side but deals to be had especially unlimited rides with wristbands during some hours. At least 36" minimum for many rides but some are higher. There are a few that offer thrills for adults. Good choice for families with young children staying on LBI. Check the hours carefully as many days the rides don't open until late afternoon or early evening.

What a great amusement park. So nice down at Fantasy Island. Prices are affordable. Nice array of carnival games, sweet treats, rides and a beautiful arcade. What a great place for families visiting LBI for family night or especially a rainy night in the arcade.

Very cute park. Since frequenting this park as a small child, it was interesting to see and test run the new games. Many of them worked very well. The new Space Invaders and other games were quite fun. The Skee Ball, as always, was a blast and did not malfunction. We won a stuffed puppy in the water gun game and the game itself worked beautifully. Our family has been visiting Fantasy Island for over 15 years and somehow it keeps getting better. Spotless, safe, totally family friendly, short or no lines and lots of fun!

My Granddaughter had a arcade birthday party here. Very highly recommend. Every kid had so much fun.

Fantasy island is a great place to take your kids to have a lot of fun in the summer time.There are so many ride for the kids to go on. Its a little bit pricey, but besides that everything is great.

We stopped by for some Father's Day fun and had a blast! Ski ball and knocking down the kewpie dolls are always my favorites. We also were successful with the claw, picking up a couple of "pals" for our daughter's collection. Although it is still under construction, Fantasy Island looks better than it has in years! Just bring plenty cash when you go.

This is a nice little amusement park, though most of the rides are for younger kids, they still have an arcade, some carnival games, and food locations such as funnel cake. Parking is also free which is a plus.

We go every year and take the kids, they love it. A bunch of rides, games, arcade, ice cream and fried foods. The sea dragon was closed today, unfortunately. The unlimited bracelet is definitely worth it.

We always have fun at Fantasy Island. Lots for all ages to do. Food available for purchase. It is not inexpensive by any means but our kids enjoy going once or twice during our vacation.

This place is classic for families and pre teens. We have been going since the 80?s and not much has changed. Fun, carny games, sugar, rides, and arcade. My 5 year old loves it and they recently upgraded the points in the arcade from tickets to digital. You gotta go if you are staying on the island with kids.

Updated for the summer of 2019. The moved some of the games and made it easier to get around. The arcade is mostly ticket games and claws but everything was pretty new. Also no more tickets, everything is on a card.

Loved this trip! Was on Long Beach Island for a weekend trip and decided bring my family out for the day to Fantasy Island. Though the weather was poor, we still had a great time! The employees were so nice, especially Brian who had been especially kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has children and is looking for some fun activities to do!

I can't really complain. This arcade was very fun and the Funko Pop claw machine was very fun and made me wanna come back to it more and more, but if you REALLY wanna get the most points you can and still have fun, do the coin pusher. You end up spending a decent amount of money but you get SO many points to spend in the end. I found out the hard way after spending most of my points and finding out how much the coin pusher gives you. ?? One of my favorite arcades.

Much better than seaside or point pleasant. It seems expensive at first but my family of 5 spent probably 3 hours there and went on all the rides and played almost every game together, well worth the money. My 5 year old, 9 year old and my 12 year old all had a blast, and my husband and I did as well. Great place for the entire family! Also it was clean and well kept up with. My 5 year old refuses to use dirty bathrooms and even made a remark on how clean they were. Will definitely be back soon!

This place is amazing, but could be a little better. I used to come here as a kid back when they used tickets and not digital cards, the amusement park and arcade are definitely improved, and look great. It's like the boardwalk, but cleaner and safer. My main issue is on redeeming prizes, they make it difficult to combine cards / tickets which was so easy to do back in the day. My granddaughter had a fun time on the rides and playing games. All the employees were nice, especially the game people, seeing that she's a baby, they gave her extra time to throw balls, and rings, she even won a prize.

Because we went during the covid restrictions, it closed earlier than posted online. By the time we got here it was closed. Some of the workers were really rude about it and kept pushing the crowd out of the way. There were a few nice workers that explain to us about the hours of operation and also offer to let us take pictures while they were closing up. Hopefully next time we can come and enjoy a little more time.

Such a great place to take the kids, and family! I've met clients at Fantasy Island for a night out with the kids to introduce them to one of LBI?s attractions, and it's always a hit!! Rides for everyone, and an arcade for those who aren't into rides at all.

We went when they were offering $5 wristbands to ride all night which was worth it. My daughter is 8 so there are only about 6 or 7 rides that would be age appropriate for her. The downside of our visit was that the drop tower was closed and a small roller coaster called Hang Ten (maybe this one was new and hasn't opened yet not sure). What a nice place to take the kids and grandkids on a summer day, Fantasy Island was clean and lots of fun with rides and games to enjoy.

Always a great time at Fantasy Island. Whether you're on the rides or in the arcade. Best claw machines of any arcade around. Not expensive to play and you'll actually win. It's a horrible time when you spend and arm and a leg and you don't win a single thing. Not here, if you play, you'll win and the kids will have a great time.

Great amusement park for families. I recommend going on a deal night such as Fridays from 3-7 with $20 wristbands.

Very friendly staff and basically any type of arcade/crane game you can imagine is here. The willy wonka coin games are addicting so watch your card balances ??

Been a while since we were here... Since last we were here, all games updated to use an RFID card based system instead of old fashioned tokens and tickets. Only saw one game in entire arcade that was out of order... Nearly everything was working (virtually unheard of in the arcades we have taken our kids to over the years). Employees friendly and helpful. Tons of machines for checking card balance or adding value/purchasing new cards. Card dispensers accept cash or credit/debit cards. Lots of carnival

My family and I love coming to Fantasy Island. The staff are all kind, courteous and so helpful. During COVID, everyone worked diligently to ensure everything was clean. We were so impressed with how they handled everything. Now that everything?s open and back to somewhat normal, everything is still running so smooth, clean and just perfect. I highly recommend Fantasy Island!

This place has really come a long way, and it is now updated and refreshed and remodled and looks great and everything is new. First off, they went with a card ticketing system so you can buy one card to ride the rides and play the games etc. Also, everything is painted and the whole inside ground is redone and even the rides are newer. The prices are decent and the whole place just looks cleaner and newer. Such a good spot to keep coming back to year after year.

Took kids to the arcade there, waited at the counter for FIFTEEN minutes to pick out a treat with the credits they won. Two workers behind the counter proceeded to snub us several times and take ADULTS and kept us waiting while ADULTS took their sweet time not only cutting us in line but literally wasting time to pick out what they wanted. My kids knew exactly what they wanted and would have been done in 15 seconds. Ended up walking out. What a joke.

Fantasy Island is the best. Very clean, younger kid oriented rides with a few for older kids rides. The layout is nice because it's small area but it's not jam packed with stuff so you don't have to worry about missing anything. The arcade is a good size. Free parking. The funnel cake is great! I've been coming here ever since I was a kid with my family. Now that I'm older I bring my friends and family here when we want to get away from the more busy beach areas. Very family-oriented quiet and peaceful I will forever love this island. This is the real Jersey Shore.

We have had our last 2 birthdays here and I cannot say enough great things about the staff. They are kind and attentive! We chose the VIP package for both and I highly recommend the splurge! The kids loved having the arcade to themselves and their friends! The peace of mind for the parents of the littles was a great bonus! Definitely recommend!

The arcade is open all year round. I love the selection of games, really good for every age. I enjoyed the outdoor rides and food during the summer.

While it is not big Fantasy Island certainly provides fun for the kids not just with rides but the arcade too. Also a short wall to several shops.

I've been coming to fantasy island for 30+ years but no more. My disabled veteran father, who can't do rides, purchased wristbands to watch his grandkids on the rides, but this year Fantasy Island suddenly demands yet more money for the parents to pay to accompany their kids. My 6 year old son had a tantrum when he was too short to ride the crab race alone and I refused to spend more money just to sit with him. Same thing with the bumper cars - too short to reach the pedals so mom and dad have to pay to sit

Fantasy Island was extremely clean! I was shocked by how nice it was. The ride attendants all looked very presentable and were very nice. We purchased a card with money thinking we'd need to use ?tickets? for us to ride with our daughter, but we didn't - so she got to go back a second night to ride more rides!! Awesome experience.

my friend and i won the jackpot in an arcade game, however it did not register on our card. guest services attempted to help by giving us 1/13th of the points we won, and after noticing this the manager accused us of lying and scamming. unsure why, however it is some ?coincidence? that the jackpot wasn't given to us after winning.

Fair wining odds on the claw machines which is now rare and has discouraged us from playing claw machines in many other arcades. Convenient loadable cards that also store your winnings to cash in. I've been visiting since it was Hartman's way back when. Now we take our kids and sure, it is expensive but do yourself a favor and plan ahead - buy your tokens during the pre-season sales that they offer. It is family friendly, for a small footprint they have a good choice of rides for the little ones and a few for the bigger kids. The arcade is full of fun games to play.

I had a great time by fantasy island! Was definitely a blast. The park was very clean and included lots of fun rides for all ages. Despite my good experience, I will list a lot of rules in this amusement park because I think they'd be useful for those that plan on going. I'm staff in a day camp and we took around 180 kids to fantasy island. Every staff member took around 5 kids at most. The children that weren't befitting of the ride (meaning height wise) had to be riding with an adult over the age of 18. I

This place sucked out the joy in my life and financially crippled me. Fantasy island more like fanum tax island. When the cashier told me after 90$ I only had enough for a pack of gummy bear I almost cried. I was tempted to reach over the counter and take every prize I so deserved. On top of that when I was using the bathroom the employees all opened the bathroom on me.

Great arcade, but two of the best rides were closed, leaving only a few rides for the older kids.

Tiny but well kept. Prices seemed high but the pay as you go structure still made it affordable since adults not going on rides didn't have to pay to get in. More impressive was the fact that they didn't charge for adults going on rides with children who were required to go with a taller rider. Staff was awesome throughout. Kiddos had a great time!

At the arcade I asked for the person at the counter to split a twenty dollar bill into two ten dollar bills, they gave me two ten dollar arcade cards and when I asked for my money back they said no refunds. But the Angry Birds coin game was fun so this review gets two stars.

What an amazing family oriented Amusement Park!! Fun for all ages!! We always visit every time we are in LBI. Our family and friends know it's one of our favorite places to visit.
