Fantasy Claw Arcade

This place was amazing! We were able to fill up our bag with just $40. We got 70 ish tokens plus an extra 17 tokens for free. They even helped place the items in easy to grab places for us! They even give you a bag dice bag to hold your coins. Love this place. Definitely coming back when I visit Vegas again. Prefect place for kids and adults!

Great find in fashion show mall. Place is larger than the usual claw arcades in the area. A few rows of machines and different types. Machines were fair...not super strong and not weak. And the machines are all new. One last thing, the workers and manager there are very helpful and happy. They literally came up to us to see how we were doing. Never had that kind of service at an arcade. Overall fun place!

This place was awesome!! Usually these games are discouraging because it feels impossible. I was able to get many of the plushies on my 2nd try. The staff was wonderful. They saw us struggle and gave us extra coins so we can keep playing saying, we're walking out with a full bag today. They even saw where I got one of the keychains but it dropped it right next to it. Had so much fun on our honeymoon at this sweet little claw machine arcade inside Fashion Mall! The staff working on 4/21 were approachable, super helpful, and made sure we were having a great time. Won numerous prizes to bring back home! They even have complimentary massage chairs and water if you need a break or are chaperoning.

This review is actually for Oliver at the location in the Miracle Mile Shops but I can't find their location to leave a review. I just wanted to give him a shout out because he turned a reluctant "hurry up and let's get this over" experience into one of the highlights of our weekend trip. My girls had so much fun there last night and he really went out if his way to take care of us and make sure we left happy. This place is amazing! They offer chairs and complimentary coffee for parents while they wait, which is a thoughtful touch. This was our second visit, and once again, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. My 13-year-old was able to fill up his bag and was thrilled to get most of the ones he wanted. It is a bit pricey, but the experience and the selection made it worth it!

Been to multiple different claw machine shops across the US, and this was by far the worst experience for my kids. The machines are packed to be extremely difficult for the kids. Fantasy claw is honestly a rip off, the only factor saving them from zero stars isn't only the fact there's no zero star rating but the lady who greeted us and provided amazing customer service! Avoid at all costs. I have been to many claw places, and have never left feeling scammed. I left this place feeling scammed. I noticed that most of the rubber grips were removed, which meant that you did not win anywhere near as much as you normally do, or should do. Spend 60$ and got 6 plushies, they asked me if I wanted to trade 5 of them in for a pool float, which had a sticker on it for $5. Never have I ever had such a good experience at any place ever. Seriously they all were so nice. It was our second time and I had the same experience then too. Win rates aren't great compared to other places and some of the machines just act questionable. I won 3 prizes having paid the minimum. Speaking of minimum, it is $25. This is a downer when it is usually $10 everywhere else. Flip side is they give you 31 tokens. I just wanted to try the 10 claw machine once. Overall our kids had a good time. Super friendly staff. We spent $60 plus $5 tax and got 115 tokens. They have different options starting at $10. Most games cost 1 or 2 tokens and a handful that cost 3 or 4. We spent a little over an hour at the arcade and walked away with 3 small prizes. Do not waste your money here. Worst claw arcade I have ever been to in Vegas and I have been to so many. Realized that they remove the grips on the claws to make it difficult. Total rip off especially for the kids, my sister was sad because she could barely get any as they would fall off every time the claw moved after grabbing it. Out of 90 tokens we only won a handful of low quality plushes. Thankfully got a huge discount on Groupon and only paid $30. Don't recommend at all, there are so many better ones

Do not recommend! You grab the stuffy and when it reaches the top, the claw opens and stuffy drops. The worker would just give us extra tokens so that was nice but still when a majority of the machines are like that... it's not worth it. Scam? Watch the video, claw let's go! The claws sometimes don't down drop, or grab, or they're too loose. They hit the top and drop the prize whenever they actually get ahold of one. We loved our first visit a year ago, the machines are different now, it's too hard to win anything. Not coming back. $60 for almost nothing.

Horrible place I left before I could even spend most of my coins, a horrific waste of money they've loosened the claws so much that they don't even touch anything. And all the games where you cut the wire and what a prize they automatically stop before you can get within 2 inches of the wire. huge scam would not recommend this place. They dont offer $10 and $20 worth of tokens (covered costs on their sign with sticky notes with the lowest amount as $40 "available") most likely to the fact people would quit player after spending that much with the heavy intentional loss rate.
