Family Time Dine and Play

Brought my grandson(3) on a friday @ noon(when doors opened). There were a few people at opening but not to bad. (It started getting busier as time went on) I added 20 $ on game card & paid 3.99 $ for him to be able to use the play gym. Cost: 26 $ He used the play area first & seemed to really enjoy it then we played a few games before sitting down to eat. He wanted a cheeseburger & fries kids meal and I ordered the same. This is a good place for family and kids. My daughter loves to play here especially during winter time. She also had a chance to play with other kids.

I had a birthday party for my two daughters here this past weekend, and they absolutely loved it!! I had booked the party online, and they called me about 4-5 days before the party to go over some things with me. I got an arcade package for 20 people. It included pizza, cupcakes, bottled water, game cards for everyone, a voucher for fluff me, and a table for you and your guests. You have the option to choose between other add-ons and also change up some things. My daughters had a blast here running around

It was a good time, but we were very disappointed that laser tag was 2 games max. It was dead because of that even though we saw a crowd when we walked in. We had planned to play for at least a couple hours but instead we were out in 20 minutes.

We had our son's 2nd birthday party here today and he had a blast! Because they decorate the tables, supply the pizza and cupcakes, all we had to do was show up and that was perfect for us! Affordable and a lot of fun for the kids!

Kids had fun,but very expensive to get enough tickets to win anything. Pizza was pretty good though, and the girls working we're super friendly and helpful and patient.

We take our kids and nephews here frequently. The staff are mostly nice and helpful. They installed a bathroom right there for the kiddos which is great. The games are cheaper than Dave and Busters but fewer. Perfect for kids parties and small enough to be able to keep an eye on everyone.

Will never order the food again. Last 2 times we ordered food we were disappointed. From incorrect orders to the buzzer not going off to inform us the food was ready so it ended up cold, we were left with empty stomachs and credit to the Play card which can only be used in house. No apologies and poor customer service. Bye.

My nephews birthday party was here. The staff was rude, the pizza was cold, they made us move to only one table (fold out table mind you) to set up for tomorrow at 430 the next day!! Ignorant and lazy at its best!!

We have been coming here with our sons for four years now, and never once have had a bad experience. The manager and the girls in the front of the house are friendly, polite, and always go the extra mile for us( we are always losing things in the arcade??). A wide variety of games and a play gym are huge successes with our family. Clean as a whistle and a nice menu of fresh made food. Will come here often. Also super nostalgic to be in the Auburn Mall.

I've been here a bunch since I was a kid, the current setup and ownership is great! Good prices, and my nieces and nephews love visiting. The manager Mariah is always friendly and professional, anytime there's an issue she resolves it instantly. 10/10 recommend

I have been to this arcade over 30 times, my son's favorite place, it seems like. They have a ton of games, and if there is a malfunction, they are quick to refund your money. Very young staff but friendly enough. Saturdays seem overcrowded, that is because of birthday parties. I threw my sons birthday party here last year, and we all had a fantastic time. Using the Auburn mall in general is such a good move. Not a huge number of people and for me , I love that.

Family time is a wonderful place to spend a few hours, packed full of fun! We hosted a birthday party for my sons and we had a blast! The facility is very clean. They are always changing the machines to keep it fresh! I appreciate how this place is affordable for all. My family can choose to spend 1 hour of fun or 3-4 hours depending on if they climb in the fun course.

A road trip destination when my GF and I want to get out of the city but still want to play some arcade games! Friday pizza deal is fantastic and the food is good! We play Dance Dance Revolution a lot and their machine is excellently kept and the cheapest in the state! We had our son's birthday party there in August and it was awesome! The staff was so helpful, polite, and all around wonderful! Today my son had a problem with a machine giving him an error (because he didn't read that there was an error occuring) they put the lost money back on without hesitation. The birthday parties are such a deal if you want a no fuss party!

We've experienced a segregated customer service from your staff, when we went to scanning the points on the card. The young lady was happy serving the previous customer, and totally left the counter when it was our turn. We love taking the hour and forty five min drive to let the kids faces light up ?? the garlic knots were delicious ?? cheese burgers we'd get again, pizza could have been baked a lil less but was ok. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to make sure we had a great time each time we've gone. Had a private laser tag party and the employee was extremely rude. Told kids (as young as 5) that they couldn't scream couldn't run couldn't kneel couldn't do anything but basically walk and shut up. The employee was clearly not happy to spend his days around kids. Will not be going back.

My kids have had a really good experience in the past but went today and had an awful experience with the young man running it. He did not want them screaming at all, ?I want to keep my hearing until i?m 20? was his reasoning. He was following them around in the tag area which made them very uncomfortable. I take my kids here a lot but we never get the food.... I never saw a kitchen so I thought they ordered it... I was SO WRONG. If you go here and don't get lunch or dinner you're truly missing out! I brought my daughter and her friend today while at the mall. The staff working were very helpful and friendly, but I felt as though the games themselves were over priced and did not give an appropriate amount of tickets. My daughter was disappointed that there were not traditional coins or tickets, but a card to swipe each time you wish to play. First time going here it was for a friend's kids birthday. It was wonderful. Staff seemed able to answer questions and everything was reasonably priced. Pizza was okay. Only thing I question is what happened to the "toddler zone?" I have a 1 year old that didn't attend the party but would love to bring her in the future for a family day.

Fun family atmosphere and the prices are decent. I like bringing my family here for a few hours and have fun playing the games or going into the jungle gym area. I like that my kids can venture independently and be safe.

Was just here the other day for my niece's 5th birthday party. It's a great and fun place for the kids and the adults of course. But there's not much room when you're throwing a birthday party because the tables are so close together and there's usually five other birthday parties going on at the same time so you're elbow too elbow with the family at the table next to you. We had our newly minted 11-year-old's party at Family Time Dine & Play Today, and had a BLAST. We had purchased a 20-person party package, but with the weather had a number of cancellations... our group of 10 was able to have a fantastic time playing in the arcade, on the play maze and we did a round of laser tag as well... can't recommend the laser tag highly enough, and if you ever get the chance to play laser tag with preschoolers- do it! after my 2.5 year old and his 3.5 year old bestie were taught how

I used to come here almost all the time when I was little and came back here today and lost so much time playing the arcade games! I had so much fun and I love the new card system! Staff is very friendly and all the games are fun it was a little scary seeing the play area down but awesome knowing that when it's back it will be better then ever and children will love it as much as I did when I was little! I bring my 2 year old son in once a week. He loves the basketball games, the huge jungle gym, the bounce house and slide. The food is always great and to our table quickly. I also meet friends here for dinner and to play all the different arcade games. Family time also seems to host some killer birthday parties. If you haven't stopped in you should !!!!

We had a great time! Kids had a blast! My only suggestion would be providing seating for the adults, one table wasn't enough with food cake kids and so on there wasn't a place to put the gifts. My mother and son went here yesterday. When my mother went to get a drink, my son misplaced his game card. She asked for assistance in looking for it and was treated very rudely. When the card wasn't found, the worker made statements saying that ?they were the only ones around? and that there was ?no way of knowing the amount they had on it? so he would not issue another one, even though they didn't ask for a refund, only some help. Deff wasn't awful but wasn't worth almost $200 considering when I arrived my son's party was themed for a girl. Which is okay, mistakes happen. We took it down put up neutral party stuff. I was at a birthday party here yesterday. NO, it was NOT 6 kids, it was 12. We had one table set up, only with SIX chairs, and only after we asked were we allowed to use another table. I personally had to ask twice for water, and you provided THIRTEEN, one for each child who was paid for. This is a fun place for the kids to play arcade games. The problems are, a bunch of games are out of order. It's basically a nostalgic money pit. The workers seem to be mostly young and don't have much work ethic. The plus side is that the kids have fun and don't notice the flaws too much.

Great selection of arcades, I got to play Star Wars Arcade which was my favorite arcade game some 20 years ago. They have a giant Space Invaders. Haven't tried the pizza yet but I definitely will. A fun surprise in the Auburn Mall, but the equipment is a little dated. Lost about three dollars in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Manhattan Project game. Most of the time my son won tickets in a game the machine wouldn't spit them out. One machine ejected the tickets, but on the inside of the machine, not accessible to us to claim. I feel like half of my visit was spent bothering the staff members. I never did get a refund for the money lost, but I was given the tickets at the one machine mentioned.

My daughter recently had her 4th birthday party here and she had a great time. Only complaint is I had to ask for the pizza that came for the package before they started cooking it and had to remind them about the water and the crown lol. When registering for it online, I mistakenly entered my daughter?s name incorrectly, and could not fix the error. I called the store to make sure they had the correct information. Never coming back. It looks poorly put together and sort of messy, a lot of games didn't work and took our tokens and some of them didn't give out tickets. Apparently when the place gets busy that's when other parents allow their kids to plow over your 3 yr olds. One child knocked over my son,he hit his head and cried and no one did a thing! Great place for the kids! We've been here at least 5 times and they've loved it everytime. I feel like the arcade is getting a little expensive or maybe my kids are just getting a little older. Either way I would recommend this place to anyone with kids 12 and under.

My boys love it here! Great prices compared to other businesses. They even run their specials during vacations! Staff is friendly and always willing to help when game issues occur! We all enjoy the food as well!

Happy to see guidlines being followed and when people won't wear masks they are asked to leave. You pay 75 cents to $1.00 per game and get somewhere between 5- 10 tickets (sometimes more if you're lucky but generally in the 5-10 range) we had 3 kids with $30+ each and accumulatively left with 625 tickets Also?the maze in the middle has a bounce house slide that to play on you have to pay an additional charge of $2 and it's timed for A VERY SHORT period?.this is on top of the $7 you pay for the bracelet for the maze that the bounce house takes the majority of the maze space. The jungle gym is old and torn up, but it's still fun for my 3 year old. The prize booth needs more prizes-it is bare compared to the Dream Machine. The pizza is very greasy, but good. It's a good place, but needs a face lift.

Hands down best place around to have an indoor birthday party. Food was good games were fun, prices are quite reasonable. Every time we go there we see new games. Clean and safe fun for all kids.

Always super crowded and crazy location. One of the few staples left in Auburn mall. Also one of the few places to bring your kid in the area so it tends to always be super busy. Tokens to play the arcade games can get pretty pricey quickly but it is fine to do occasionally.

I took my family here tonight to celebrate my daughters birthday and we were trying to eat and the staff was cleaning around us and vacuuming next to our table. We paid nearly $2 for a bottle of water. And the bathrooms are disgusting and only 1 out of 3 sinks work. My kids love the play area, just very discouraging.

This place is a very fun place to take the family and children. They have a play gym , arcade games that you can earn points to buy prizes and they serve food. I had a blast her with my family.

Alot of fun and the kids enjoyed it as well. The place was quite dirty and could use some renovations. Also half of the machines were broken or out of service. I would definitely return as there are pretty much no other options like this for kids but it could use some work.

What a waste of money! The place is small, half the games either didn't work, took your tokens or didn't give out tickets! The food was not very good, the turns you get in the bounce house or slide were way too short for the extra money you spend for the ?plus? bracelet! I will not be going back here, I would rather travel 2 hours to a Chuck E. Cheese any day!

Half of the machines are broken and there are barely any staff willing to help. To me this place was a waste of money. However one staff member was nice enough to give me 35. Tickets that never came out but that's it. Who ever owns the place should pay very close attention as the staff except for one does not care for its customers.
