Family Fun Zone

I've used Family Fun Zone for multiple events. Birthday parties, fundraising for PTO, private Girl Scout party, etc. The kids always have a great time! The food is standard, not bad.

We just had a private party at family fun zone for my son?s 5th birthday! We added on the catering trays and oh my goodness was everything so delicious! The staff met all of mine and my guests needs, everything was efficient, clean and the staff were on it!! Thank you family fun zone for making his birthday so memorable! P.S the funnel cake fries are to die for!! This is our SECOND year hosting a private party here because how much we loved it!!

This place truly lives up to its name a perfect family fun. I hosted a private birthday party for my kids and it was just perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. All the kids and parents that were there enjoyed themselves.

Shout out to the FFZ crew that works my daughters birthday party tonight. They were all amazing and really accommodating on all of our needs. It was a fantastic party and we will definitely be back for future parties.

For the 3rd year in a row, Family Fun Zone hosted us for a school fundraiser. Such a fun and easy way to raise money. They take care of all the work. The staff is very kind and helpful. 100% recommend!

I booked a private party rental for my daughters 12th birthday party, everything felt well organized and the staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had during my party as well as checked in on how everything was and if we needed anything, it was a great experience and everyone who attended the party had a blast highly recommend.

It was super packed for a birthday party we attended last night and super hot. No type of Social Distancing possible. The staff was over it. Please be aware they stop the skating floor a lot I can understand a couple times but they can't shutting it down not sure why. There should be a sign no skates in the game area. Attended a private birthday event here ! The staff was super nice and friendly! Place was clean and the game selection was so fun! I loved the little skate option to go over my toddlers shoes! He had an absolute blast! The piano game was so much fun too! Great selection at the snack bar! Will be back !

Every employee was very nice and respectful. When I did have a few questions they were answered immediately. Everyone had a great time. I appreciate that the manager and employees went above and beyond for us that night. We will be doing another fundraiser before school lets out for the summer. I am grateful for how you guys helped me put our basketball fundraiser together and made it very stress free, as this was my first big fundraiser with our organization. My 5 year old nephew had his birthday party there. Such a great atmosphere with so much to do for the kids. The kids had a blast skating and they make it really easy for the little ones to learn with a type of rolling walker type support. The kids absolutely loved it! The DJ was cool and helpful and enhanced the vibe. They really enjoyed the arcade and games.. so much to do and the employees were so pleasant and helpful. The pizza and slushies.. helped push this experience to the top. Totally recommend.

Went here for a birthday party and it was a blast!! So much to do for all ages, even my one year old had such a good time! The roller rink is huge and big enough to accommodate lots of skaters. The food was delicious, so many prizes to choose from, and the staff was excellent! Would love to host a birthday party here for my son in the future!

We always have a great time here. They have the walkers for kids, which is great in helping them feel confident and learn to skate faster.

Parents need to control their kids better. In my opinion the rink is strickly for skaters. Otherwise people can end up causing injuries to others

The place was clean, and every member of the staff was enthusiastic and helpful. The kids had fun on the rink and in the arcade for the full three hour session. Since our little family outing grew by a few guests the day before the event, we booked a walk-in birthday party. Everything from skate rentals to food & drinks went more smoothly than I could have hoped for!!

Recently did a private party here rented the skating rink out for my 8-year-old and 7-year-old's birthdays and had an awesome time! Everyone was super friendly. It was nice that it was only our party. It took the pressure off for us that can't skate!!!! Super fun!

This place is a blast! We go here as a family from time to time, and we always have fun. Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the tables were set up prior to our arrival, anything we may have needed was supplied. Despite the water system maintence, the manager, Josh I believe (sorry if that's wrong), went out of his way to purchase 2 liters and fresh ice for our party. Everyone from 5 to 65 had a great time! Highly recommend

Great place to have fun but needs to keep the website updated. This is the second time the website said the?re open and weren't! I've called and wether they are open or closed no one answers the phone as well.

YESSSSS!!! Had a Halloween blast at Family Fun Zone!! My son Kayden, won a $50 gift card for best costume as the pumpkin head scarecrow for age group 5-15!!!! TONS of candy and toys!!! The GREATEST staff EVER!!! Thank y?all for being EXTREMELY patient and super nice and helpful with Kyrie!!! I believe you all knew him by name before we left ????. We had my daughters birthday party there yesterday. There was a mistake on the staffs part regarding the time of the party. I called and spoke to Josh. Even though it interrupted the flow of the day, he accommodated the time that we were told! Even though the staff was in their shift change, they still we attentive with everything we needed and we hope they felt the respect and understanding from our end!

Saturday afternoon we had our fundraiser with our GEMS girls club there at Family Fun Zone. It's always a great experience! The New Games selection is fabulous and the Music was terrific!!???? My great niece had a birthday party here today and we had so much fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pizza was excellent and I loved slaying T-reces in the arcade.

Skating was good, pizza was good quality for a skate rink - better than expected. The arcade games were cool and dished out a decent amount of tickets - surprisingly. The issue I have is the staff clearly doesn't care. They completely rip you off on tickets. My son easily got over 300 tickets and she gave him credit for 100. Like, seriously? On top of ripping off both my kids on tickets easily by a couple hundred, she then overcharged me on the prizes when I bought on top of the tickets. I handed her 300 t

I had a recent birthday party for my daughter who turn 8 years old and she loves to roller skate. We had a little over 30 guest and i was just really impressed by the staff and manger . They went above and beyond to make our time as pleasant as possible! The food as well the pizza was really good to our surprise and will definitely recommend this place!

If someone likes roller skating, this is a good place for adults and children - it's great fun

It's good if you want to skate with family but as a true skater, you won't want to skate here. Sadly the rink floor needs to be redone as it's a little rough. Music choices could be better as some songs are too slow to skate and most key skating classics are not played. What I like though, the arcade being the classic physical Tokens and Tickets, something you don't find often anymore (heard bad things about it though) Overall it's an okay rink, but as a skater enthusiast, I'd pass.

Me and my family comes here to skate every week. The food is great, the music is great and customer service is always great. Ashanti is alway giving us a friendly welcome and always smile and Josh the owner is always going out of his way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. This is our second home.

Recently had my daughters 3rd Birthday party and we had a really nice time. We booked their Minnie Mouse Character and everything exceeded our expectations. The birthday coordinator Evelyn went above and beyond to make our daughters birthday party Perfect. They were more than accommodating and I highly recommend for birthday parties or just a nice place to take the kiddos. They always have great events going on.

Visited with the family and what a great experience. Was kind of skeptical since we live in Chicago and my 2 kids are 2.5yrs old. But once we got there, not a single regret. Kids had so much fun skating around and playing games. We had a birthday party over the weekend at this location and cound not be more happy. All the kids and adults had a great time!! The party plater with the cheese sticks is a must. The staff was very friendly and some of the adults told me they will be looking to have birthdays at this location. We will be back soon!!! Thanks again too everyone working sunday.

It's an older place that's rough around the edges, but the staff was great. The pizza is as basic as it gets, although the kids don't seem to mind. The family had fun in this zone.

Family fun zone is one of those where you can go to have and just hangout. When I first went there which was when I was a kid, it made me find a fun hobby. The skating rink is decent size they have a pretty big arcade and the workers are always welcoming. The pizza is pretty good if I do say so myself. Definitely would say give it a try if you haven't already.

Came here for a school sponsored event. The price was great. The staff was helpful in getting the correct size skates. The food was ok, typical of diner style food. The pizza was a big hit. The arcade area was nice for a break from skating. They also have laser tag, though we didn't do that. It was also nice that for the last hour they let the kids dance on the floor.

We continue to go to this place because the kids love to skate and its the closest My son even worked there with the original owners for a while. New management now. They said they cleaned and refreshed place but its still old and run down. The dj booth sucks. The music is so distorted because the speakers are awful. The food is expensive and selection is poor. I have recently had a birthday at Family Fun Zone for my son, and visit here and there. Our girl was very pleasant and did great with our party. The arcade games were not all working. Overall, we will keep continuing to come to Family Fun Zone.

14 and 16 year old grandchildren had a good time skating. Games are geared towards younger children. We went on a Thursday when school was out and it was pretty empty. We would definitely go back.
