Customer Reviews

We went to Family Fun Town 2 Saturdays in a row as we enjoyed the mini golf that much! The crew wasn't overly friendly, but we still had a great experience as they didn't make us feel rushed as we were there right at closing. We love their mini golf course and made some great memories! I hope this place stays open for many more memories to come! We will certainly be back! I made the shot in the picture, haha :)

I have taken the children and grandchildren here for years. I do not remember a time when Family Fun Town was not here. It has go karts, batting cages, miniature golf, an arcade, and a snack bar. The equipment is well worn and loved by all my grandkids. Two of the batting cages were not operating but there was still enough and there was no waiting. We have played dozens of rounds of miniature golf over the years. This is one of the few spots for kids to go in Orange City. All the kids love this place

Loved the mini golf experience, it was so much better than traditional mini golf because it felt real and had hills and curves to the greens like real golfing. the atmosphere was great will Definitely return? was visiting from Houston, Texas

Had a great time in the arcade. Then me and my 8-year-old decided to go out on the go-kart track. That's when a negligent 13-year-old decided to plow under the back of us after we were sitting still for 15 seconds waiting to drive into the pits. Giving us both whiplash to parents were all ahead of us so they didn't see it happen. They just turned around and saw how angry I was and thought that everything was okay and it was just an accident but this child did not even touch. The brakes hit us so hard that I

Today was our first time coming here we relocated from Ga about 2 weeks ago. My son and I had a blast!!!! Loved the spin flip so cool. It wasn't over crowded and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend getting the $45 arm band it includes the arcade, batting cages, mini golf and golf carts

My friend and i came in on Father?s Day , ordered & paid for loaded fries for the kids and ourselves, we received fries with cheese sauce and hot sauce on them. Loaded fries states it's ?cheese bacon and sour cream? so I'm not really sure where the hot sauce came. Kids could no longer eat the two orders of fries we got for everyone. I went up front to ask what happened and a girl went to the back for two seconds and came back to say ?so what do you want? I asked if I could at least get the bacon she goes ba

We were so tired!!! We had an amazing time ?? Everyone had amazing customer service, but there's one who deserves high praise. Marcus, who works the Go-Carts, is such a professional and kind soul. While working outside in the heat. He has the perfect job. Definitely will get 5 stars. ?? We will return again. If you haven't been, it's a must!

I rarely give reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and business ethic that I had to share! In addition to the helpful, friendly staff, the facilities are unusually clean, well kept, and pretty! What arcade is pretty!? This one! There's natural sunlight and clean fresh air. The concrete, picnic table, and benches around batting cages were tidy and perfectly washed. I was really just so impressed. We didn't use the bumper cars today, or the mini golf, but my kids have bef

Miiniature golf is a good 18-hole course. Looks great at night. My daughter loves it! The game room is small but we only go to golf. Nice go cart track. They have a batting cage, too. Staff is nice and friendly. I would give 5 stars if game room was bigger.

I was really disappointed with this Place. I went to play Mini golf with my husband and the price was $9 a game. I wouldn't mind paying this price as we do at other Mini golf establishments. I hadn't been here in about 3 years and back then they had signs that they were improving the place So I was expecting some improvement since my last visit. But there definitely was none It was actually worse There was many holes in the greenery, leaves all over the greenery, and at the last hole the greenery had be

I would have given this place a 2 star rating because of the bad experience we ran into. We have never ever been here. We were told that we had unlimited play for $35 each person and that all tickets won would go onto the play card we were given. My son was so excited when he got the jackpot and won the big prize pay out on one of the games. We didn't get to even play on the go carts because our time ran out. When we went to the cashier she told us that not only was our "unlimited" play only good for 2 hour

I love coming here with my family. We mainly come for the mini golf course. However, they have a few arcade games that are fun for kids. Prices are reasonable and the golf course is great. Nothing here is fancy but everything is fun!

We took our grandsons, ages 6 and 9 here for the afternoon. Both loved the batting cages (both are active in T-ball and Little League at home,). After batting it was time for video games and several rousing air hockey games. Both boys were not tall enough yet to drive the go carts by themselves, so their mom and I became the designated drivers for the boys. It's a greR little track and all 4 if ya enjoyed ourselves . We got 2 packages which basically gave us access to just about everything. Each package wa

Went Mimi golfing and rode go carts. Had a great time. Staff was super nice!! Discounts for kids and people 55 and older.

I had a blast there?.Nathan was I believe track manager that was really genuine and friendly. It was our first time coming and I enjoyed the go karts and the mini golf. Very spontaneous trip just driving around and having the time of my life. I went with my hubby for our long waited date night. Next time we are bring our kids and hopefully Nathan is there ;)

The food was quick and good but their prices are ridiculous for not being able to play barely anything because half the machines are broken. And it's hot and stinks in there. 10/10 not recommend will not be back? not to mention you play games to not even earn tickets you gotta buy tickets in advanced which I think is so stupid. ???? will not be returning

Today was the second birthday we celebrate at Family Fun Town and our guest and us had a great time enjoying the mini golf, the go karts and the arcade and batting cages from the parents to the kids we all had a blast the staff is super nice every time we go and our host Kirby prepared our party room super beautiful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times we will definitely keep celebrating more things coming up too and really good pizzas cheese fries and wings made in house

Went in tonight at 7:45 to play mini golf. Place closes at 9. You have to go through the arcade to get there, but the place was completely empty, staff included. We went out to the course and no one was there except people on the course playing. We wandered around looking for an employee. Finally found someone inside at 8:05 walking through the counter section and she told me that we had to have rented the clubs/ball from there, inside (even though they have a giant red arrow saying to go the opposite wa

Customer service was absolutely terrible, no one helped you and 2 of the batting cages were broken. Very disappointing for the price we had to pay .

Great value for the price, lots to do and super cheap compared to just main event. Here you get arcade games , go karts, and batting cages and putt putt as much as you can do. That is one hell of a deal the food is decent priced as well. The staff was very friendly I would go back for sure!!

???? Went here with the family! It was pretty fun! They have Batting Cages,PutPut Golf and Go-Karts! And they also have an arcade which is always fun! I recommend anyone to come here for a fun day!

Quick visit with the kids on spring break. They had fun. The arcade area/ lobby had a funky smell but that's an easy fix.

What a great little place!! Family fun for a few hours or a great little first date.

I love this place. Recent updates with better/more popular machines. They have claw machines here. Go carts are very safe but fast. Friendly for kids 3 and up.

My family loves going their the staff is great .Jessica T,Emily,Jessica Q always very accommodating to help the customers .

Not expensive for the go karts, however the arcade needs to be avoided. They raise the price of the game the more u play it. Kids had fun on the track! Quick easy outing after school for any day!

What a fun experience for the kids! Clean environment, well kept grounds and friendly staff make this place five stars. Excellent party packages and all day passes available which are the best deal IMHO. Kids will want to play video games also. Pizza and wings available for the hungry little ones, or yourself. Soft drinks only, it's a family place. I highly recommend visiting and give the kiddos something to do. (Thanks Kirby. Great story! )

Family Fun Town was an amazing venue for my son?s 8th birthday! Everything went off without a hitch, and the whole experience was incredibly stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, catering to our every need and making sure we were completely satisfied. It truly made the day special. We went in not knowing what to expect but walked away with memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend Family Fun Town for any event, whether for kids or adults. There are so many activities to enjoy?tons of g

My family has come here multiple times for the Batting cages, yesterday we did are little ones birthday staff was great very friendly , helpful and Patient specially at the ticket center.

Wow! Family fun town got a balloon twister, he does puppets too, my kids loved the balloon butterfly and swords, and flower table arrangements WOW!

We had my son's last two birthday parties at Family Fun Town. He loves it! The staff here are amazing!! The Go Karts, batting cages, and mini golf keep all the kids (and adults) smiling every time!! ?? The 2-hour wristbands are a great deal, and they often have specials on discounted gift cards available to purchase from their website. We can't wait to go back!

Place was very small not that many games to play had an hour to use our cards $80 worth but with waiting in line for the go carts and food we only played 3 games and after that we couldn't use the rest of our money i feel robbed what a disappointment would not recommend !

Me, not a great selection of ges it's limited honestly. But hey they have batting cages, go carts, and serve food. So there is that at least.

The staff is always so awesome with my son who is autistic. So kind and extremely friendly

Family fun town hosts my company party every year! They are so awesome and there's lots for everyone to do! We love the family friendly atmosphere and great staff!

Had a pretty good time here. The mini golf is awesome but the single go kart track wasnt really worth the money. I would return for the golf course though!

Fun for everyone. The whole Family can enjoy themselves for a moderate cost! I love the batting cages!!!!

Honestly had a really good time here with my family. My 3 kids loved the place, the pizza was great quality and the staff was hands down great as well. Friendly, kind, helpful, courteous. Will definitely be coming back again!!

Very cool arcade, and quite reasonable prices too. There's a portion of the arcade for exclusively little kids, so finally my boy could play air hockey; the hockey table in the small section is just the right height for 4 year olds. Great miniature golf course and awesome go-kart track.

i had a really great time here! we booked in advance for a large group and the staff was super friendly when working with us to make sure everyone was set to have fun. there's mini golf, go karting, batting cages, and an arcade area. the mini golf course has 18 holes surrounded by greenery, water, and animals (not real of course). the go karts are fast and fun, on a track with a few straights and several turns. the batting cages have options for softball and baseball with different speed levels for each. i

Horrible horrible horrible. The water is flooded everywhere they should not be open. There are no numbers to the holes on mini golf and the staff is exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Telling me. Yelling at me to get off of the arcade game to get my children and refused to give even a partial refund. They knew the kids were at mini golf seeing we came back in to purchase a game card. It is fenced in and we asked them before we paid of this was ok. We did not dt to use the $20unlimited games or the $17 in

Extremely nasty. Dirty and the lady with the pink hair and crooked eyebrow had a terrible attitude. After waiting fir almost 2 hrs for the food The chicken sandwich was ice cold and went to ask then if they could warm up, and the answer was literally we don't heat the bread. And that was that. Then I asked for a menu, and from across the counter screams at ke don't take it to the table. Like lady I was looking at the menu in the counter. Terrible experience for my sons bday. The only thing worth here is the

So much fun! Family of 6 and we all had a blast. Food was surprising good. The arcade was a lot of fun; plenty of options. Go cart track is also a blast. The staff was super helpful in helping us decide if an hourly plan would be better, or not. Highly recommend!

We played mini golf and had a great time. Course is top notch. Not to easy and not to hard. That's coming from someone that plays every course we can find.

very fun place to go with the family I love taking the kids here to play put put golf and the batting cages of course the arcade only down side is it can get very expensive if you have multiple kids as I do it won't take you long to burn up some money but for the kids to have a good safe time I can say its worth the time and money ?

Went on Wed "half price" arcades, alot of the popular games were "out of order" So older kids were bored. We played putt putt golf, since it was overcast & breezy,it was a fun course $8pp (Most days are too HOT). They also have a large batting cage & go karts, but again super hot unless you go early or late afternoon when its cooler.

We brought a group of kids and were thoroughly pleased with the service, entertainment, and food. The go karts were a big hit, and we could cool off on the arcade. The pizza was delicious and it was great to be able to eat right there. Thanks for a great time!

Mini golf was pretty cool, but the AWESOME views of the ANIMALS was the BEST part. 10/10 would come back.

Family Fun Town hosted our kids end of year event for an organization I am a leader for and it was an outstanding and budget-friendly experience! I called to inquire about group rates and was directed to email the manager (owner?) directly who promptly answered my questions and booked our group. If you have 10+ kids, they offer different group rates for the various attractions they have, plus available food add ons as well. We chose to do the one hour arcade card plus one round of golf per kid package, it

Shout out to this place and especially Jessica Q. Left my phone on the bed rail on my dads truck. We came back and they found it with out a scratch. This place is amazing!

Great place for the family, the ladies who attended me are awesome and amazing. Will definitely return!

Hubby & I had a blast with putt putt. Employee was very nice We will be returning.

Went tonight and very disappointed this time. The young lady working the counter was very rude. We wanted to go on the new ride indoors i was speaking to her about the ride we measured the kids. I paid for the ride i explained to the young lady we where not gonna do the ride till we where done with the games. She told me that was fine. I go to the counter tell her we are ready to get on the ride and she proceeds to tell me sorry the ride is not available its closed. I tell her i been here 35 mins and told y

Excellent entertainment center! They have arcade games, batting cages, go-karts, and miniature golf. The staff was very friendly. (We played putt-putt.) The cost for adults to play miniature golf is really inexpensive ($10 per). The course is fairly challenging and fun! Military and first responder discounts are available. I'm really glad that I FINALLY stopped in after passing by it for so many years. I sure missed out on a lot of fun. We will be back!

Went for the first time for my daughter's 5th bday. Thr lady that worked there was super sweet and made sure we had a good time and was attentive to us. Will definitely be going back

Fun mini golf course. Great prices.

Best go-karts in the area! Great video games and batting cages too. The staff are nice, and the facilities are clean too. Almost forgot putt putt golf! Very cool for all ages. Great place to take the family.

While we don't come here all the time, we do thoroughly enjoy going! They've got outdoor mini golf, outdoor batting cages, and an outdoor go kart track. Inside, they've got a decent amount of arcades. Some are those that give you tickets to trade in for prizes, but they have a few fun racing games and others as well. They're decently priced for what you pay for, and it's conveniently located in Orange City. Definitely check it out if you're looking for something to do with your family!

This is a great place to take the kids. My son wanted to go for his birthday. The golf course needs a little bit of upkeep, but it is still fun. The go carts did not have a wait time at all, ( this was a weekday.) My kids really enjoyed the arcade. Overall, my family really liked this place, and we will definitely go back.

Family of four Experienced batting cages go carts arcade and lunch for under 150.00 ! Staff was friendly food was decent and below price of other entertainments venues.

My recent visit to here left me with mixed feelings. While the advertised deal for 2 hours of unlimited go-kart rides and golf seemed enticing, my overall experience was marred by the inconsistency of the staff. The major issue revolved around the lack of transparency and fairness among the staff. It was unclear how long one had to wait to ride a go-kart without no one else in line. This wait time seemed arbitrary, depending on the mood of the employee rather than the number of carts in use. My 10-year-old

I have been taking my toddler son here for a year, a couple times a month and I have never had an issue, but yesterday we hit 1000 ticket winner and 500 ticket winner and we did not get credited with tickets and I was told yeah that happens sometimes. Which is ridiculous and if that's how they treat customers on trying to win stuff from 5 below is disappointing.

Mini golf pricing is pretty decent. Nice size course, takes about 30 mins to an hour to finish depending. Cute little atmosphere.

Cool place. Not very expensive. I've taken the kids here a few times. It's really fun. Looking forward to riding karts eventually.

Staff was absolutely excellent! They helped to make my daughter's 10th birthday one she'll never forget! Thank you for your most excellent customer service!

Very nice, clean, restaurant area , very clean. Arcade fun unhappy that the basketball machine was not working . Go karts fun.

We had our son's 9th birthday there today. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Pizza was delicious! Kids had fun with unlimited attractions and arcade. The green on the putt putt course looked new. The rest could use some love and the course was super busy and backed up but that's really the only issue we encountered. Kirby was awesome!

Love this place! Mini golf always well kept, equipment in Go-Karts, batting area and arcade are all well kept. Staff are good. Prices are reasonable.

My grandson had a terrific time. The staff gave him a few extra minutes on the go karts, he loved it! Mini golf was really fun too! Great prices and great staff! Would definitely recommend and will return!

Me and my daughter had a daddy daughter day here. First experience, we both love the go karts and arcade. Will be returning. Their staff was extremely polite and very helpful. Several new members working here, slightly unfamiliar with everything yet BUT if the keep pushing and learning they will do great too ty

We absolutely love taking the kids here. It's fun and cheap. A nice place to spend an hour or 2. We have lots of fun playing mini golf every couple months and the arcade isn't big but the kids don't mind. There's other activities but my kids aren't old enough for me to comment

Very helpful and and friendly staff. There was one employee in particular that explained in patient detail the VR experience and stayed and helped my daughter through out the experience. Just very impressive customer service. Thank you! And the go carts go pretty fast, The automatic pitcher softballs in the batting cages could use to be aligned, but other than that, super fun everything. And the air hockey table is great!

My son and I had a great time! It was fairly busy, but didn't wait long to get some help and the staff were friendly and helpful. We opted for the 2hr unlimited bracelet for the batting cages, mini golf and go carts. I think it was worth it, but the 1hr probably would?ve been just fine. I like that my son was able to bring in his own batting gear to use in the cages. Will visit again.

Had a blast. Decent pricing. Good food. Nice service. The arcade was in good condition only one game out of commission. Only negative is paying 5 bucks for the bounce house conveniently located between the Go Karts and Mini Golf. Should be included because honestly what kid doesn't want to stop what you planned on doing to jump around for a bit ??

Great little place to come and play. The go carts are fun and all seem to be equal - no need to stand around and play "which one don't I want" before getting in line. The mini golf course is well designed without being too challenging. The fans and water misters weren't working, and seem to have been broken for a while - very disappointing in the hot Florida sun. We didn't spend any time in the arcade, but the games all seemed to be in good repair and the air conditioning was good and cold.

The mini golf course was fun and challenging, but not too challenging. You can tell it is a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. The arcade center was enjoyable. It was like a Chucky Cheese for older kids / teens. They have go karts and batting cages there as well, but we didn't participate in these activities. I thought the price was fair overall for the mini golf and most of the arcade games. Some were a bit overpriced. It was easy to social distance, which also made us feel more comfortable.

Always a fun time, not a huge arcade, but very enjoyable, batting cages, mini golf, go karts, and concession stand. All you can ask for in a fun town for the family. Not super crowded either like other places that offer similar activities, and it's family friendly. My wife and I are looking forward to bringing our son here for his birthday!

Lots of fun for the boys. Good practice in the batting cage and more fun with the go carts.

Family Fun Town... awesome time.... go carts are fast enough for all ages..... the mini golf is challenging and the batting cages are always a family favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful. Josh went out of his way to help us find my son's glasses that fell into the water.

Decent family oriented place. Pretty clean inside. Very small arcade. Not expensive to mini golf and ride go carts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not the most convenient location. Nothing really bad to say about the place. The pizza isn't good, but not terrible for what it is. Go karts are fun. Mini golf is ok too

Great place! Staff is very friendly and attentive. My family and I love going there. Everything is clean and updated. The arcade is a bit small but lots of fun. The mini golf is awesome. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Do not ever order food from Family Fun Town. We ordered food which took over 30 minutes to get and our other family wanted to order and they refused to let them order food. So they went to Checkers and ordered their food and came back started eating halfway through and I went to the manager Kirby and he said well this isn't a fast food restaurant. Well I do t care I just spent alot of money here and am very disappointed. And by the way the water doesn't work in the bathroom I really hope they can wash their

Prices for attractions are great! Mini-golf is challenging for the par but good for working in your skills. We didn't have quite enough time for the arcade but they had a great selection of games. We got the unlimited band for Mini-golf, Go-Karts, and Batting Cages and it was an excellent value (my arm is very sore haha)! Pizza was good too - better than amusement park pizza. Jeff and Brandon were awesome! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to have a good time in the DeLand area. Good

The arcade inside has been arranged much better. New games added. Improvement inside. Golf course could use a little TLC but not much. Good time overall. Good date place!

Visited the arcade while driving through for business and was a bit disappointed. Went during the week so it wasn't crowded at all, but very limited in the games. Balls for Gold Fishin aren't normal ping pong balls like other arcades so they don't properly bounce. About 5 games down completely. Not enough balls in Down the Clown. Games also seem pricey compared to others similar in size. I could see bringing elementary aged kids and them having a blast but any older kids will realize the issues.

It's a smaller place, but it won't break the bank as bad as some of the bigger places you can go. Staff is friendly. My kids and I had a pretty good time for a few hours. Downside is that there's not many actual arcade games. Too many of those trap games that are just random chance to win tickets. Virtual reality had some pretty good games though.

This is a great place for families. Food is very well priced and so is everything else. My favorite was the go karts, mini golf was very nice too, easy to lose the ball though.

Had an awesome time with my 5 yr old. He loved it. We beat the Jurassic park game!!! The go-carts, although electric were fun and still fast. The mini golf course is nice and we'll kept. Good family fun!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
