Absolutely unacceptable behavior. My two friends and I were treated with shocking rudeness from the moment we arrived. According to past reviews, this place to offer many tokens for good price! But guess what? The owner decided to change to $25 entry fee! As the result of the change, there are no discounts for seniors or students, unlike public transportation, which does provide discounts! If I were the owner, I would definitely offer discounts! Another thing to say is to start accepting credit/debit cards and contactless payments like Apple Pay now! Just charge them a service fee!

This was such an amazing way to spend a Monday night in Los Angeles. We weren't really sure what to do and this arcade provided us with a super fun night. One of the few true arcades still around these days. $25, cash-only, for a full day of play. They have a pretty healthy set of both retro games and newer games. Their main problem is maintenance - the joysticks are very loose, and multiple machines have noticeable input lag.

Free parking behind the building, the place was clean, has free bathrooms, and is open super late (1am I think). I really like this place; you can see the owner of this place really knows about video game preservation; my only concern is to see many video games out of service, but I also understand getting original parts for these machines must be complicated. I come here exclusively for the WMMNT racing cabinets. But the rest of the machines are in good working order with many nostalgic fan favorites. Arcades are becoming a thing of the past good to still have this one around.

Finally found an arcade that is really an arcade. This place is a God send, it took me wayyy back to my childhood and then years. There aren't any stand alone arcades like this in Toronto unless you count Dave and Buster, which I don't. So many cool games and pinball that you could lose a serious amount of time in here. I did for sure, some of it was caused by flashbacks and a pile of OMG moments. My son hadn't seen an arcade before this, only hearing stories for us old folks lmao ( I'm still in my 40's ).

Great place, lots of games. Great discounts on tokens... $1= 4 tokens $5= 24, $10= 52, and 112 for a $20!... A machine "stole" 2 of my tokens but staff was very nice and replaced them

This place is fantastic! A solid selection of classic and modern games, emphasis on more modern ones. Lots of driving and first-person shooter cabinets. There are a few I would not expect to find in an unlimited play venue, such as Star Wars Battle Pod and Voltex. I was there on a Monday and it was pretty quiet. The place was very clean, smelled good, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The real problem was that it was $25 for 1 person, PLAYING or NOT. This angers me because we already going to pay to play the games. I don't recommend going here.

For the cost, this is a great deal if you live close by. But the machines aren't in the best shape, and it becomes extremely obvious on the pinball machines and fighting games, where precision is important. It's normally $25 for admission and free play on most machines; on Tuesday, they lower the cost to $15. So if you're unsure whether this is worth your time and money, go on Tuesday.

Honestly such a great environment/establishment. I went with my family and had a blast. The unlimited play and no time limit is honestly such a great value in my opinion. 25 a person may seem like a lot, but I assure you I did not regret a single penny. My family and I spent almost 2 or 3 hours here before we realized how long we had actually been at the place haha. Highly recommend, such a great thing to see arcades still being alive and well, not to mention the neon purple interior reminding me of the day

First time coming in. Unless you plan to stay a couple hours, not worth it honestly. $25 per person (playing or not playing) admission fee. Yeah, you get unlimited play but if you only plan to stay 30mins - hour why spend that much? Used to be quarter machines, now only the games to win prizes are pay at machine. While on my vacation in California, I visited this establishment and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service and the warmth of the staff. Despite being a visitor, I felt completely at ease and welcomed. The entertaining games were a hit with my son, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall experience. A solid, no-frills arcade! Simple, fun arcade building with all the games you'd expect - air hockey, racing games, shooting games. The games take tokens, and you can get them from the little window right by the entrance. The exterior is rather unassuming and even hard to notice, being a plain white building. But the inside is very lively and bright with all the arcade lights, and a lot of fun!

We had so much fun. The part about it being unlimited play for 1 cheap price is like 10 stars. We didn't even realize how long we were playing. When we checked we were there for a little over 3 hours. I hight recommend! We also played pool which was only 2 bucks.

I've been coming here almost 15 years or so and I personally love their new Policy and it's smart from a financial Point of View while weeding out many unsavory type of People. The racing games made the most money years ago and it wasn't friendly most of the time, in my opinion regarding egos and tribal psychology, many times I spent dollars just to be bullied into an unfair or unfamiliar map. I was looking for a place to spend some time before a flight. This place had great reviews and recommendations. I arrived and the security guard / cashier was really rude and everything felt off. Then I was told that they only accept cash. So I was directed to an ATM that did not work. So instead of being a patron and giving them my money I cut my losses of the fare to get there and just headed to the airport. If you're from out of town and looking for a place to kill some time I suggest you look elsewhere.

This arcade has a large mix of games with more than a few high end machines from past. Some of the games were so expensive to play back then it was a rare treat to get one shot. The $25 cost to free play all machines for a day is fair and make sure you allow a few hours at least to get a go at a decent amount of machines.

We paid $25 per person and all games unlimited. We were there for 4 hrs and didn't even notice. I recommend making a day out of it if you are traveling from far, will be going back for sure.

Best $25 spent for a day of fun!!! I went back to my teenage years and lived it. We didn't about 2, hours there broke for lunch came back for a couple hours. Then went home and came back in the evening. They have all the classic games as well as updated games, I never realized I could play so much pinball. With every penny!

COVID EXPERIENCE: Went here last weekend to hang out with friends. This is a little gem that is too good to pass up on. They had a running promo as a celebration of re-opening which was play all you can for $25. Play all you can was definitely worth it but I think $20 is the perfect price I'm comfortable spending here. Variety of games did not disappoint and they even have pool tables (extra payment)

Really good place. It costs $25 to get in and everything in the arcade is free and unlimited. You can even exit the arcade and then come back in with the wristband they give you. The arcade is fairly big and has games of all sizes and tastes. I highly recommend it.

So me and a group of friends went to the Family Arcade on a whim. It was in a somewhat sketchy part of town and honestly on the outside the place itself looked pretty sketchy, especially since we went around midnight, but upon walking in I was surprised how it was actually a pretty nice arcade. Amazing arcade with tons of games, (including wangan midnight, my favorite racing game of all time) the day we went it was $25 a person just for entrance and then it was free play for the whole day, and we got wrist bands so we could come and go as we please. The selection of games was vast and with all the games we played we played we would've easily spent $100+ per person at a regular arcade. Not to mention all the games were kept in pristine condition (aside from a sticky bumper on a pinball machine lol)

Used to love going here for pinball and would go a few times a week to play- before / after work, on weekends- but found out today that it's $25 (!!!) for entry. A pretty rad arcade. They had a lot of variety and most impressively, all of the games worked. That isn't true of most arcades. My 6-year-old daughter and I had a blast and only spent $20 for at least 2.5 hours of play. High-fives all around everybody! NOTE: Bring cash.

This place is good only to play the games, you know spending your quarters. I'd never ever buy an actual arcade from them.Their staff is quite arrogant most of the time. Imagine when you need assistance! No thank you. There are so many other places to buy. Machines just eat tokens and don't do anything while others have not working signs on them. The only thing more pervasive than the smell of marijuana is the plethora of signs warning you of no refunds. The games are pretty old and the space is fairly dirty and dingy. We are devout gamers and don't require a lot but tokens to use the restroom? We out.

There is an older African American man who works there at the front door. We call him "old man black" and is really mean. "O.M.B"always has bad things to say so I ask that upper management can look into replacing him.
