We absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the selection of snacks and drinks is great, the pizza is excellent, and they have so many flavors of BLUEBELL ice cream! When I bring my kids, we don't have to leave for anything until it's time to go! I highly recommend Family Arcade for a fun family outing!!

Love this place! Been here 2 times for a friend?s little girl?s birthday parties and the owners are so sweet and the kids had so much fun! Ice cream, pizza, candy, cake and games! Yall have to come out and support this place. Family, friends, and games to create wonderful memories ??????????

This place is awesome! They have almost every popular console available to play, even Atari. They don't have every game but most of the popular ones. Lots of retro arcade games, pool tables, darts, speed basketball, table hockey. There is a back room you can rent out for parties. They serve ice cream and pizza, and other snacks. Great place to play by the hour, day, or month with varying price plans to suit your needs. Owners/staff are friendly and accommodating.

So fun for the kids AND adults!!!! They're playing Fortnite while we are playing Super Mario Bros!!!!! Definitely recommend this cool place in Gilmer square! Get some ice cream or snacks while there! Well worth it!

We had my husband?s birthday party here and had a great time! The staff were very friendly and the games were fun. Friends and family members of all ages had a great time. So glad to have this little place in our town.

Great place to step away for 1 hour or a whole day. Took my two boys to the arcade for half a day and they had a blast! Were able to try out games they had always wanted to. (Video games, arcade games, board games, ect). All ages will have fun! Old games from the Atari and pin to the newest call of duty. Had some ice cream while we played. Amazing family friendly place in downtown Gilmer. My kids (8, 5 & 2) all had the best time. Facility is super clean and spacious, staff are friendly, helpful, and even play with the kids to ensure everyone has a great time. We came for a birthday but will definitely be back on our own time!

We took my family and some of their friends to the arcade for my son?s birthday. It was great! Lots of games, pizza, ice cream and a good family environment!

We had our end of the year football party for the boys here! We were allowed to Come in and have a morning party, before the place officially opened. This allowed our boys to have the entire place to ourselves and get the best experience! Management and owners were friendly and helped with games!! Very fun, clean environment!! Gilmer family arcade is amazing. We recently did out 10 year olds birthday here. It is where you can play all day at one price. Amazing atmosphere to have a birthday party and play!

My family and I had so much fun here! We be played pong, air hockey, fusball, basket dunks and more! If we had more time we would have gotten a half day pass! We got to enjoy some delicious ice cream and they have even more snacks and drinks at their stand!

I've been here a few times and the service is always great. They are constantly checking on the parties in the back too when I'm attending them. They have variety of games for all ages. And if you sit and talk with the owners, they are really great hospitable people. I hope the arcade stays open for all the young kids around here too.

We stopped in on our way to camp with the kids and wow what a cool place! The kids and I had the best time. The place has snacks and bluebell ice cream. We will plan to stop in again on our way home.

Our daycare took field trips here for Spring Break, and the workers and owner are SUPER amazing. The entire arcade is accommodating for all people no matter who you are! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

We love love love this place! The staff makes the experience even better because they are so involved. ?? The games are so much fun, they have a TON. Ping pong, pool, space invaders, racing games, WIIU, PS5, XBOX and so much more! They have day, half day, and hour passes and it's such a great place for family time! Go check it out!!

We had our boys? birthday parties at Family Arcade in September, and the kids all had an absolute blast! We love bringing our kids here in general, so having their party here was a great choice. The staff is always super friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend for parties and just for spending the day there!

My grandson had his birthday party here. Everyone had a great time visiting and playing, from the youngest of 1 1/2 years old, to the oldest of 75 years young! There is a wide variety of games to play, there's something. The staff is great! They are very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy! I highly recommend it!

It's so refreshing to have a safe and fun space for our kids to hang out! We took one of our church youth groups and it was a perfect venue for the hangout! The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and they truly have the heart for the young people of Gilmer! Overall this is an amazing addition to our little neck of the woods.

So much fun!! My niece and I spent the better part of the day playing ping pong, pool, Foosball and video games. It's a safe, clean atmosphere that is inviting for kids of all ages. Highly recommend for a party or just an afternoon of fun! I will DEFINITELY be back!!

We booked a birthday party fairly last minute and everything was accommodated perfectly! They worked with us and were very helpful in answering questions. Extremely nice staff! Will definitely continue to visit them, Customer service really goes a long way!

A very modern and chic hangout spot with so much to love. The staff is wonderful, especially Justin. They are always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you can have a good time. Now, the games are great and there is a lot of variety for gamers young and old alike. They have the latest generation of consoles like the PS5 but that's only the beginning. It goes as far back as the original Atari, but if that's too far back for you, they also have the N64 and a variety of arcade cabinets.

Glimer is blessed to have this Arcade. It is family oriented. There is something for all ages even us older folks that like the oldies but goodies. Family arcade is awesome place for all ages, It brings back the games us older generation use to play without having to feed it quarters. And the younger generation?s are use to all the new technology (in which the have also) get to see and are excited to play the games because they haven't seen only heard about. Love this place! The atmosphere is great. They've got all kinds of games; retro and modern consoles, table games like air hocjey and 8-ball pool, and classic arcade cabinets.The only thing it's missing is something like Dance Dance Revolution, haha.

Overall a good place for the kids to play games. I like the concept of paying for half a day instead of just pushing quarters into each machine. I really enjoyed the pinball machines. I did notice that some of the machines were not working correctly. But most were fine. I enjoyed it and plan to go back.
