The process was a little confusing as a first timer. Ordered food at the counter and waited at the end for a drink. Had to ask if we were supposed to wait there for the food because the kitchen was right there but they explained it would be brought to our seats. I had the smash burger which was pretty good but the bacon was flash-fried so it was chewy and flavorless. Both times, the place was pretty dirty and floor was sticky, but I went late in Sunday after busy weekends so I will cut them slack on the cleanliness. Awesome, clean facility & friendly staff. The IMAX has the surround sound cranked too high, but worth seeing it in IMAX. Full bar, beer on tap! The food leaves a little to be desired. I dont know how this place isn't popping all the time, especially with the I MAX theater that's set in place there. I have only been a handful of times but staff is always great and helpful, food is hot and drinks (alcohol) are top notch and it's always so clean restrooms included!! We had a not stellar experience on a visit a few weeks back. I reached out to management via email. I was responded to quickly and with a full resolution to my initial issue. We came back for another visit to EVO and had a great night out. All previous issues were no longer present from what we could see. We've been to this theater many times but something has changed. Awful! We went to see Wicked on Black Friday which is a huge moviegoing day. The theater was greatly understaffed and filthy. The floor and all the counters were covered in spills and popcorn. Popcorn EVERYWHERE. The bathrooms were filthy and hardly any TP, and no hand soap. The theater and hallway were also filthy and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Over half the menu was out of stock. For what we paid it was an awful experience and we will never ever come back.

The auditoriums themselves have great seating with leather power recliners. The auditoriums don't seem too big and the distance from the seats and the screen is perfect. This used to be my favorite theater and worth the extra few mins drive. We recently saw Inside Out 2 and had an awful experience. The theater was incredibly warm, borderline hot. The bathrooms, soda machines, etc were overflowing messes. The coke dispenser was running clear liquid at every dispenser up and down. The theater wasn't clean. Not sure what happened but they went from my 5 star to my 1 star. I'll stay closer to home at the Alamo for some air conditioning and trash free experience.

This place is such a great family place to go the energy is just what you want from a local family first movie theater. The staff are great the cleanliness of the facility is always on par. I wish they gave me more stars because I would give it a 10.

Fun experience every time I went here. They have the really nice leaning back chairs and trays at every seat! The popcorn and coke is a little bit on the expensive side, but I guess it makes sense cause it's a movie theater. The staff are either really nice and friendly or the exact opposite. The place is literally run by kids, with no adult in site. My wife and I decided to go to a later movie last weekend. The teenagers in the theater were noisy, using their phones, cracking jokes, etc... There wasn't an adult around to complain to. Saw Dune Part II here in IMAX. Much more comfortable than the AMC at Barton Creek's IMAX. Pretzel Bites were very good and fairly priced, love that you can just order at the counter and they'll bring the food to your seat. Bathrooms were clean. We've been to Evo a couple times because of the location and you can find good deals on tickets on Tuesday. Not the cleanest but seats are fine and the imax screen is nice. I'm not sure if it's just a Tuesday / half off tickets thing but we went to see Deadpool and Wolverine, and HOLY ADS? the movie was schedule for 7pm. We arrive and it's just a blank screen and quiet. I feel badly writing this review but the IMAX has failed twice on me. Dune 2 preview ruined. Not sure I'll ever go back. People are nice, food is decent, drinks are good. Seats are good. Audio and video is usually good. But IMAX is so broken it isn't forgivable.

This location is OK. It's convenient has a good menu with drinks. My last visit I don't know who made the menu boards but light blue on white at 10 feet is impossible to read. The cheese sticks were warm and tasted like it was reheated in the fryer. The pretzel bites were cold like refrigerator cold and there was Flys in the theater. Had a very new and exciting experience at this evo location today with my family. I really enjoyed the unique design of this theatre, with the screens being on the second floor and having the main lobby and gaming room on the first floor. Very quick with reviving out order of food and beverages. The game was extremely fun for my daughter who won 3 giant ball from the claw machine.

The servers my family and I add were pretty good, but the girl serving us was way too shy and spoke really fast so it was difficult to understand her but she was a lot better than the guy who forgot my brother?s concession? Great theater, recently renovated IMAX theater. My only complaint is they havent modernized like with other dine in theaters, there is no way to call a server without placing an order, nor is there a way to simply order a glass of water or request a refill. Went and saw Jurassic movie which was great. The theatre was nice with big, reclining seats. However, had to take a blanket due to the coolness in the room. Great comfortable seating. Spacious walking. Food brought straight to your seat. I have been a little disappointed in the popcorn at this location. Never the right balance of salt. On the other hand it is all you can be eat. If they come by for the refills. I feel like they only check in on you once at the end of the movie. Definitely some improvements can be made.

Tuesday special discount, and very often you are the only customer for that viewing. (Which is a great experience, since you can chat with your friends without worrying about bothering other guests) Reasonable popcorn price, good enough quality. The theatre is generally clean and the staff is pleasant. My main complaint is about the low-wattage bulbs being used in the projectors. The movie was consistently dim, with some scenes almost too dark to see what was happening.

We've been going to this theater since it opened under a different company and management. After covid and it was reopened we understood it was very difficult to get people. What a great theater! Sleek and well designed, they have everything you want - comfy reclining seats, expanded menus but the jewel in this crown is Melissa Johnson. Besides being outgoing and personable, she went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. This will definitely be my go-to movie theater from now in.

I bought my tickets in person at the theater, and my tickets did not print out of the machine. I had to go to the front desk to receive them. The theater is close to home. Getting tickets was easy, the theater was clean, the reclining seats were comfy and the sound was clear. The whole experience could not have been better.
