Visited today Sunday 6/1/25. We were the first people at the bowling alley, the guy at the counter was nice and very helpful and got us an hour of bowling. Price was fine for 4 people just under $60. First round went well no issues but the second round all the balls ended up getting stuck. I went and informed the guy and he said he'd be just a minute. Our time was ticking down. We started waiting with 24 minutes left of play. At 12 minutes we decided to leave. It's not because we had an issue waiting it's b
Very unethical, poor customer service, this is not a family friendly environment. If I could have rated lower than one star I definitely would have. Where are the morals and common decency? Stop supporting places like this so they can shutdown and we can possibly have something better.
I rarely write reviews. But I felt I had to warn others. I came here to visit my family from out of state. After I paid I went to watch my grandkids play and was told I had to buy sock to go and walk on the mats (not the trampoline's) to watch the kids. There was NO area where I could observe my grandkids playing and to make sure they were safe. I will NEVER return to this establishment again. The staff were friendly and considerate, I feel the owner should consider a more family friendly environment.
I was bored to tears but everyone else loved it!!!! I just don't like bowling and there were no complimentary water or anything even though it was well over $100 just for one round of bowling!!!!! Very clean bathrooms though!! ????
Had to pay for an adult to enter the trampoline area, EVEN THOUGH IM NOT JUMPING, so I could watch and make sure my 5YR OLD GRANDSON didn't get hurt! THATS RIDICULOUS!
They have a nice place, but their customer service is awful. The prices listed for their food on their jumbo screens are inaccurate.
I like the bowling assist ramp to help the children.
Most of the games don't work, or just take your money. Arcade games are severely overpriced. Bowling by the hour, for one person on a Friday is 44 dollars. There were 4 or 5 lanes open, so it's not like the place is busy. Such a rip off.
I've been a regular customer for several years. This place is absolute garbage. Everything is broke. Everything stays broke. Owners put $0 and 0 interest into this place. Employees have no tools or resources to work with. Employees stay irritable because it just sucks to even work there. Can't imagine the conditions of where the food is made. I give them one star for the clean bathrooms.(urinals are broke)
Called to ask about the prices on bowling and was insulted by for coworker for asking to many questions. I asked two questions
Brought my son here for the arcade games for his 6th birthday and we all had a blast! So much fun!
Meh, rules change constantly apparently. Last time we came, about a month ago... any jump socks were acceptable. However this time? Had to buy jump socks because the ones we had were from hype. Literally the same thing with a different name on them. Scamming for that extra 2.99 per pair I guess... hey I'll pay it that's fine, use the money to fix the arcade games. They really looked at me like I was being ridiculous for asking why we had to have their brand of jump socks. Pretty dead for a Friday night duri
This was my 1st time going bowling here and I really enjoyed it! In fact all of my family enjoyed it, young and older. We bowled 3 hours and the environment was peaceful and comfortable. We ordered food and drinks which were reasonably priced and delicious. The manager and cashier was very helpful, assisted us well, and had such great attitudes. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for contributing to a great night!!
I wish I read the recent reviews. This place in nice and clean. But everything is broken!! Arcade 90% of the games say out if order. We ask 2 different employees for a lane to bowl and they said okay and walked off. I will not return!
I would not recommend this facility. No adults are allowed on the floor to supervise the kids unless they are under 3 years of age. Next, the manager, who is also helping customer, is the only one who can supervise the kids and she is not capable of watching them because she is helping customers. All of the games do not work with the game card she gives. You would have to purchase it separately. Instead of the parents watching their kids and supervising their own kids she's walking around harassing the kids
Attended a birthday party and it was fantastic. Not sure what the girl who took care of the party makes per hour but whatever it is she definitely needs more. Don't think you could ask for more or better customer service. If all of their employees are like that their business should thrive.
I rated this bowling alley 1 star because my family booked for a birthday party and at the time of arriving the employees refused to tell us that the screens on the lanes weren't working. When asked if we could move to a different lane that were working they then explained that the others were full for a tournament. Just like others booked and paid for lanes, we also booked and paid so we expect to have what we pay for. The cashier had an attitude about the situation as if it was our fault. I'm really unhap
Smaller place but my kids had a great time bowling and playing arcade games. The only negative I have, they charge the same price for everyone to jump even the adults who wouldnt jump only supervise. Also they were gonna charge full price for a 1 year old who cant jump.
Went today to go bowling and as the door says open 2pm-10pm they were closed. Not even a single light was on, cannot find anywhere that they informed the public about the closing, there was not even a sign on the door stating they would be closed today
We enjoyed bowling here. Not sure about the jumping area, but the arcade looks nice but $1 per game is kind of ridiculous so we didn't play any games. they should do an unlimited card where you pay $20 and get to play as many games as you want for an hour. They would do a lot more business with that model. Our bowling lane messed up one time but they fixed it pretty quickly. They must have hired some different workers because we didn't have any bad attitude folks. Glad to at least have the option to go
Super fun place to hang out and enjoy with family. Staff were somewhat nice, but seemed easily overwhelmed by customer volume. Food was alright, just your typical cheap tasting bowling alley food.
Worst place everrr!! Me and my family went there to play bowling as soon as we started our slot was not working and kept messing up and then we tried to talk to the Indian women got very rude and tried to blame it on us!! And would not give us a refund and was very rude this place does not deserve nooooo stars so be careful it is a very bad scam!! Especially the Indian manger! I would not even recommend a one star I would recommend no star?
Compared to other trampoline parks, this one is very small. We have been to trampoline parks instate and out of state and I have never had an issue with checking in and jumping. I understand you have to sign a waiver, no problem. Usually, the park provides seating within the trampoline area for parents to watch and supervise their child, here you have to buy a pair of socks and go upstairs with them. I'm ok with that, but today 9/15 I was told by an employee that the policy had changed and I would have to
Showed up for our first visit to this location. I had read the other reviews before going and was a bit reluctant but I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt. My two year old and I went specifically for the trampoline park. We were told that she cannot jump because the insurance will not cover under age 3. So we didn't even get the pleasure of experiencing the sock fiasco that another reviewer wrote about. My little girl was so excited and couldnt understand why I brought her up there and
Very fun for bowling. Pretty good snacks available. Had great trips here as a kid with my church groups and quite a few birthday parties. They've added these great "ufo" things since then and my kids love going too.
There is so much to do there you could spend your whole day and not have to break the bank. Everything is so affordable and there's something for all ages. From the trampoline park to arcade or spend your whole day bowling. The employees are always so friendly when me and my family come in. Definitely the best place in meridian for families.
Great for date night or night out as a family... customer service was awesome lanes was clean very happy nice environment... It does get alil hot so it's a dress with less but that's normal for places that display entertainment... very happy with our visit we will definitely be coming back spreading good word with friends...??
Payed 37.00 dollars on friday night for 2 people got to play 1 whole game and half pf another after time ran aout with only 2 adults playing steadily spoke with manager or owner they said im not welcome back because I complained about the pricing I could've payed by the game at 3.75 per game for w people which would've been 15.00 plus shoe rental at 3.75 for 2 people which would've been 22.50 for shoes and 2 full games spend your hard earned money some where else people are very rude even employee told me i
In the span of 30 seconds my child and the 2 other kids from our church paid with 2 different cards. And in that 30 secons we were told could not jump together. The two other kids were an hour behind us I their jump time. We were clear we were in a group and when we saw they could not jump together a VERY rude manager said no refunds. Horrible. Also there is no way to book a jump time so there is no guarantee you jump with your friends.
$46 for four people to bowl one hour is absolute insanity. If I wanted to pay that I'd polish my floors at home and bowl at home. No music unless someone pays for it.... And we didn't even walk to our favorite part of an alley (The arcade) because I've heard too many talk about $1 a game. That's too much insanity for me in one venue. This is why businesses don't last in Meridian. This isn't Atlanta. This is Meridian Mississippi, where you'll happily find the world's worst customer service and apparently ins
We attended for a birthday party and it was doomed from the beginning. One, there is not any workers that monitor the jumping area. Anyone and everyone without bands came as they wanted too. There was a big sign that said no outside food yet the party next to us brought in Pizza Hut and other outside food and snacks. Someone even took our parties pizza. I wondered if there were any workers there that actually cared what was going on in the facility.
Had trouble with some lanes. They would freeze repeatedly . Not many food choices . As far as just regular bowling... Very awesome . They offer great deals on Wednesday night and weekends.
Rudest people imaginable. Had my 4 year old's party there...they were over an hour late getting our pizzas to us, and had the nerve to tell us we had to leave about 10 minutes after we finally got the pizza. The floor was sticky, everything is dirty, everyone was rude. This place needs to be shut down.
It was a great night bowling with family and friends until I allowed my children to go jump in the trampoline park some random grown man decided to jump on top of them. You can use your imagination to say how it went from there.
Great place to go! Great staff, clean facilities, good food and just a all around good place for family fun. Been going there for years and can never recall not having a good time.
Trampline area was practically empty so my future step son had no problem there. Chloe who assisted us since it was our first time there is very nice and courteous.
Could be really fun, BUT 1. Service is very slow and unorganized 2. There's no music unless you pay for it. There should be background music between songs that are paid for. No one wants to bowl in silence. Awkward.
The people at the bar that served food were very nice justice and jeromy were two of them that surved us were so helpful and all the staff were so helpful and kind very fun place we had so much fun I would come back and if your in meridian mississippi and are bored would recommend going there it's called rebound jump park theres a bowling alley jump park arcade food bar and seating area
The pinsetters that someone mentioned DID NOT come from the old center, we have MUCH newer Brunswick GSX pinsetters that were manufactured in the 2000's, but I'm VERY impressed with our new center, it's very clean, and and much more modern, it might not be like the old center, but at least we have bowling in Meridian again,
Great new bowling alley here in Meridian. New pinsetters, lanes, machines, scoring system, and monitors. Good food, good service, huge arcade, and good bowling. So glad to finally have a place like this back in Meridian.
Poor service, staff was more interested in playing on the games than helping customers, made adult pay to go watch kids, and it's outrageously priced. I can't believe I paid more in Meridian to jump than I did in Shreveport, and the service was 10x worse!
Crappy bowling alley, poor quality food, no alcohol to make it taste better. 70s style seats and scoring equipment, i heard they might be upgrading the scoring equipment soon though, or at least adding video scoring televisions to the lanes.
When it comes to Trampoline parks and Younger more vulnerable children Rebound is the safest cleanest more wholesome Atmosphere. I took my grandson to the other place at the mall it's really big and more geared to older teenagers and adults. They play racey music videos with vulger language that would make grown man turn and look away. So for realfamily fun I recommend Event Zona & Rebound Trampoline Park here in the Meridian Area.
Do not go to this place they racially profiled my Godson and his friends. When they found out they were wrong they would not refund their money back. They called the cops and everything. I give them a 0. This is not a good place
The bowling lanes were nice and glad we finally have a bowling alley that sells beer. Price was high for an hour but not worth complaining about
If you think the old Dixie bowl lanes in Meridian was bad Ha!! Wait till you try this place all employees especially the managers have been bitten by a idiot bug!! This place has prices like its Las Vegas !!
Music too loud and play inappropriate music for family activity. This is not a kid friendly situation
I like to have fun... good place to enjoy with your family and friends
Kids can't play with out giving your email address and children?s personal information . I'm sure for insurance reason. You don't need to know my kids names or their ages or date of birth. Walked out spend my money somewhere else
Not clean at all. There were roaches crawling around by the lanes that were so big there's no way you couldn't see them. I could not eat my food after seeing that.
They are so rude ask how much to jump they said 17 something then when I was gonna purchase tickets they said you will have to pay too I've never ever been to a trampoline park that I had to pay we are grandparents and have no reason to jump and shouldn't have to pay to watch this place will not be in business long if they don't change there ridiculous attitudes and prices it wont be open long
A great place to spend time with your kids we loved the midnight bowling. Good clean fun
FYI beware taking kids to Rebound trampoline park....I take my grandkids about once a week and have never had an issue however today one of the kids found a vape and then a band-aid on the trampoline
The trampoline side is really small and no air the kids were extremely hot recommend adding some fans
No 1/2 hour prices to expensive for 4 kids almost 80.00 and after 20 minutes they are ready to go awful small for the price
Feel like a kid all over again...love the place and staff... will definitely be going back
I took my kids here when visiting family. I enjoyed the service, the games, and food.
Lots of fun very reasonably priced!!! The place is very clean tons of parking and friendly helpful staff!!
Great food and drinks cocktails bowling alley and arcade games with trampoline park what's not to love
It was really fun and a good chance to have some quality family time?
This system has a glitch it says on the door that it is permanently closed and to ask for All in one
Nice place for family to go and enjoy each other Very family friendly atmosphere really enjoyed it...
Very fast friendly and all around great people that work here! Love it!!!
My family and I had a good time bowling but the customer service was terrible!
Took my kids... They(we) always have a good time
My grandkids loved it here, I almost went broke, lol
Nice and clean. Great place to take your family.
Great place for family fun! Bowling was fantastic!
Nothing else there so have no choice but place for little ones rest gut where I'm at
Black mold in play area and in janitor closet. Not run in a professional manner.
Nice environment, I will be coming back a good again
Hate to see this place close. Hopefully, the new one will open soon.
The ladies that work there were extremely nice!!
Ridiculous Price! $30 for 2 people to Bowl 3 Games! Never Again!
Kids had fun and my daughter won.
Fun place for the kids
Great atmosphere and fun for all ages!??
Lanes look new, can get very hot while bowling
opens kinda late in afternoon, but fun anyway.
It was not to update, but over ok for an family outing
Needs better prices on food bar
My family & I had a great time!!!
Me and my son love this place.
Terrible experience there. Will never be back.
I'll make the drive to philly next time.
IN THIS TIME ANG AGE, THEY NEED TO SALE BEER!
Lane 1 is messing up all the time
Very fun and family oriented
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
