Awesome place. We had our 13 year old son?s birthday party here and our expectations were exceeded! Gaming consoles of every kind and screens everywhere. A gamers dream! Britni and the staff are the nicest people ever too and we're so understanding and accommodating of our crazy birthday party guests. We had a blast!! Thank you so much, Evansville Esports!
My son had his birthday party here with his teenaged friends! They absolutely loved it! It was an awesome space and they allowed us to bring our own food in. It was super comfortable and they had tons to do! Thanks for everything!!!! Highly suggested!
A very nice venue for gamers of all levels. It is also in a good location.
A pretty neat place. Really friendly staff and friendly people there. I didn't run into any rude people there at all. They have all sorts of gaming things there. You could bring your computer or game system and just play if you want. The sell concessions as well. It's also next to a couple of restaurants if you get hungry. Overall a great place to be
Wonderful establishment. Great place to meet others with similar gaming interests/discover new things you might like. Excellent staff- always willing to help with whatever you need. If you like competitive gaming, you should come here at least once. The tournaments they host are a ton of fun too.
I think my favorite thing about Evansville Esports is the environment. The owner and her husband do a very good job at keeping the environment non-toxic. So everyone always has a good time and leaves with a smile.
Amazing venue with very friendly staff. Always putting the patrons of the venue first. Super fun and highly recommend if you are into competitive games they have a great community!
Evansville ESports based around gaming and building relationships. That being said, most contact through video games nowadays are through internet/online connection. The physicality of a "very large gaming center" allows the players to interact and enjoy themselves while also bettering themselves at the game(s). When i first join the community, back in January of 2015, It was a mess and we first got the store. EE held Super Smash Bros. Melee and soon after Smash 4. It started to progress to even more than
The local venue known as Evansville Esports (lovingly known as "EE" to its regulars) has not been long established. But in the time it has existed on this planet the business and those who operate it have grown to endear themselves to the hearts and minds of gamers young and old alike. Most evenings you'll find several gamers lounging around screens engaged in their entertainment of choice on any of the broad variety of platforms currently available. With friendly banter and lively competition, the spirit
Evansville esports is great place to go any day of the week. The staff is always helpful and willing to help with any issues you have. 'EE' is doing a great job bringing competitive gaming to the Tri-state area
I drive to this location from 2.5 hours away fairly frequently, and will continue to do so. It's always a great atmosphere and an awesome place to play some games.
Awesome community, and a unique place to hangout and play video games with others. Their weekly tournaments are an awesome way to test your skill, and the owners are superb!
An awesome experience with some great people. You'll never have a bad time as long as you bring a positive attitude and play some good games. Have fun, because I know you will.
One of my favorite places in Evansville. Fantastic staff and very friendly environment. A real pillar of the competitive gaming community of Evansville. <3
Great experience, loved the smash tournament here. Only thing, would've appreciated a discount for bringing a setup like many venues do.
The premier place to compete in video games in Evansville. The store has top speed internet, and has at store all day PC rentals for a good price.
Great place to visit
Fantastic venue. We rented it out for a birthday and had a ton of fun. Everyone working was extremely nice.
One of my favorite spots to go in town. Love the community, games, tournaments, and everything! 11/10
Exactly what I was looking for while visiting from out of town. Had no internet options where I was staying so EE helped me out! Can't beat the prices!
Very awesome place to chill an enjoy the art of gaming (: Let's begin game your heart out
Lots of monitors, consoles, etc. and great internet. Staff is very hard working.
Britni and Todd are great people and their business shows it. Great business.
I continue to be impressed by what EE has done. Great place.
Nice owners and a lot of consoles for everyone to play on.
Since day 1 I knew they would flourish
Amazing staff and great place!
Best people and games. 10/10
Go compete in some E Sports now!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
