Our family with 2 teens loved this place! The employees were so kind and helpful! We had the GoCity pass and had a great time with our 3 tickets, we felt like it was just the right amount of games. Since it's VR, it can be a bit of waiting for your turn for a game or for someone to help you, but the employees were doing a great job to keep the wait as short as possible.

. We came as a family with 6 Go City passes, but one had apparently been activated a few hours earlier without our knowledge, and the staff told us we only had 5. It took me about ten minutes to realize on my own that the issue was actually on their end. Since we don't speak English, communication was difficult, but instead of trying to help us, we felt like a burden. The welcome was cold and lacking in understanding. SO MUCH FUN!! I went with my cousin and we got to shoot each other in the multiplayer games and it was awesome! The workers were so nice and helpful so it was an awesome experience that even my mom could join in on! ??

We previously talked to the establishment about being a large party. They assured us we had plenty of time to do everything as we were the only party booked. When we get there they had another party booked who interfered with us completing the activities we wanted (not fault of the other group) but the staff were zero understanding and refused to stay literally 4 minutes after closing to let us finish an experience that was really expensive, and were exceptionally dismissive of our plea.

I visited here as part of the go city pass. It was great. I arrived a little early, and they were happy to accommodate starting my session early. My boys loved the games. We would definitely come back if we purchased the pass.

If you've never tried any VR or an Oculus VR headset then maybe this will be a novel experience. I have a on old oculus from 2021 and honestly it was as good if not better than their setup. The car racing simulation was far from realistic, and their top attraction where you can move/walk with the headset on they no longer let you move/walk and it's permanently turned off? so basically you're just wearing an oculus headset standing in the same spot.

We booked an hour of the VR experiences for my daughter and 8 of her friends, and they had the best time trying everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you!

The manager at this place, Neil, is extremely racist, rude, and unprofessional. I have never received worse customer service than my experience talking to him. I will never again spend my money here. If you are a person of color, I advise you to stay very far away. To be safe, don't even walk on that side of the street...

Had a great time playing here with friends, we did multiple VR games and I definitely recommend the ski racing or zombie shooting!! Chelsea was also extremely kind and funny while helping us during our visit :)

The escape room was a blast. Very great clues and very doable as long as you take your time and think. The greeting by Irene felt warm and she gave sufficient background knowledge to tackle the task at hand. Me and my boys had so much fun. The timer to best is 20 minutes we came in at 15:57. We recently visited Escape Virtuality on a Friday evening and had a mixed experience. While the VR games themselves were fantastic?especially the zombie one?the overall organization and customer service left much to be desired. Upon arrival at 5 PM, we had to wait in a queue until 5:10, yet we were given a wristband that initially set our end time at 6 PM. The 5 stars are specifically for the customer service provided by Michael Vu and overall friendliness of the other staff I didn't get the names of. The escape room Runaway Subway was very fun! As a person who owns multiple VR headsets the VR experiences were underwhelming but the staff was amazing and I will be coming back solely because of Michael. He was amazing!!!

We are visiting from out of town and this was included with our city pass? absolutely love love love escape! The staff is phenomenal and friendly and the escape room was a blast! The kids played some VR afterwards and we had to drag them out of there! 10/10 and we will definitely be back on our next visit!

A great date night. Good selection of activities. Edwin and the young lady were extremely accommodating and made the experience enjoyable. 4 stars simply because the other male worker (with the hat) was a little rude and aggressive when we entered and that dampened our mood, especially when we were inquiring about other machines. The other two workers mentioned definitely made us feel welcome afterwards. We aren't considering going back because of him, but the place itself was a good time.

I'm from Richmond and we don't have these types of virtual reality places this was the best place the kids came all day. As soon as we came in Michael greeted us at the door and then Victor walked us through how to book activities online. My kids favorite thing to do here were the race cars and Thomas helped him with that through at least 6 rounds around's. Everybody here was so helpful we're definitely coming back!!

Amazing experience and great place. Staff is very friendly and tries to attend everyone asap even when the place is crowded. Only thing I would say is for the price, there aren't many game choices. Specially if you looking to play multiplayer games. There is only one section(shooting game) where u can play with more than 2 players but they only have choice of 2 games.. for this reason I would say it Is bit pricy..

I got to play a game called Astromania on a rock wall, ride on a virtual roller coaster titled Scream Coaster, sky dive from a plane in Hover Man, and walk across a beam and jump from a building!! I spent more than an hour here having a ton of fun diving deep into the virtual world. We started of with a racing simulator which is a true representation of real sport cars. Our experience was out of this world. The staff was super friendly. Constantly disinfecting the VR Glasses. Good overall. One of the headsets wasn't working for a while so we couldn't do the beam walk until the end but they did get it working. And I got motion sick during the car racing but I get motion sick easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bad VR place! Be prepared to pay a lot of money to play some Playstation games. Rest of the experiences were bad (think of no sound due to broken headphones, no experiences due to forgot to charge it). Would not reccomend this place!

I booked for my 10 year old the two hour unlimited package. Lacoya, Michael and Tommy had their hands full on this rainy Saturday night but they were great at keeping tabs on all the other customers who were enjoying this immersive experience. They had an ability to multitask and troubleshoot that was extremely impressive. They made the experience fun and super funny it was a great time. Highly recommended. The rock wall really was a win!

Victor was really great, everything is wonderful, clean and the people there just simply amazing. The woman in the front desk was really kind and helpful which is great when is your first time, and the guy in glasses hahaha was great as well, and the person that explain the escape room was very patient. We came in with a party of 10 with kids and adults. Did VR Goblin?s Quest and Ghost Collector Escape Rooms. Not only did we have a lot of fun, but the staff was amazing. Neal was awesome making sure that the kids were entertained and helped them through some challenging points in the game. The rest of the staff members were really patient with our rambunctious party ??. Would highly recommend for a whole family fun!

Neil delivered outstanding service from start to finish. When we faced technical difficulties with the NYPASS, he went above and beyond to assist us. The zombie activity was absolutely thrilling, and the equipment performed perfectly.

I had so much fun playing VR games at Escape Virtuality! There were tons of video options to choose from and all the staff members were really kind and helpful. I didn't have time to do the Escape Rooms upstairs but both the house and the subway car rooms looked so cool! It is the perfect activity solo or with a group and rain or shine. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a great experience. We did the Galaxy mission experience and it was very cool. I felt like I was in a space ship. The room was tricky but we made it out. I'd highly recommend!

Do not go here. This place is gimmicky full of defective games. My friend got vertigo from their games. We played for about 30 seconds and the games would crash. The escape rooms were unprepared and the staff apologized us a few times for this. Additionally, they would tell you not to look at the screens?!! If you were not playing. This was awful and they ruined my VR experience. Do not bring your children here.

Dear gosh do not come here the wait is terrible... Made reservations... That doesn't matter.. we had to wait like 10-20 to get put in and then they left you without helping and had multiple problems. Then they didn't clean the masks besides 1 time...

An amazing experience! We had a group of 5 for the goblin vr room and I immediately wanted to do another room after we barely completed the room. Micheal and Janz were very helpful with getting us set up and into the room as well as quickly solving some small technical issues that came up. They both also made the environment very friendly and welcoming. I get frequent headaches from headsets but the equipment they have is light enough so it wasn't a problem.

Celebrated my twins 18th birthday at Escape Virtuality. Had a great time! Staff was super helpful and full of energy. The staff was there every step of the way to ensure everyone had a great time. Games were lots of fun!!!! My daughters did the escape and actually made it out alive, yesss. Nothing but good vibes and great memories.

Hosted our son?s 10th birthday here recently and we all, kids and adults alike, had a great time. Irene and the staff went above and beyond, patiently dealing with a gaggle of energetic fourth graders and their dads. The kids loved all the games. The few I did were really cool. We'll be back.

We used the Go City pass and got to do 3 experiences (estimated play time 1 hour) however all of these took less than 15 minutes total. Even though the staff was nice, the games themselves were very lame and boring. Would not recommend (especially not at this price point!! Go City claims this was worth $130 for the two of us which is insane)

Poor expierence. Half the equipment doesn't work! Very small place with outdated stuff. Staff is not knowledgeable and told us differently about our refund. Staff is also very rude and unprofessional including the manager. Save your money!!

The escape room was so much fun! We did the subway cart and the entire experience was enhanced with movement of the room that made us feel like we were actually on a subway cart. Definitely recommend as a fun activity to do with a group of friends!

This is a great fun for adults and families with teens. Our family had a lot of fun and laughs. I recommend making timely reservations. To owners: some of the equipment could use a bit of love. One of the staff members (did not catch his name, short hair) was particularly helpful and friendly and shared some laughs with us. We had great time.

Folks here are the NICEST. Did my son?s bday here 2x with 2 sets of friends and they LOVED. Great variety of VR-based games and staff is super attentive and kind, especially with younger kids (8/9/10 years old). Highly recommend. Makes for a super unique party experience.

Very cool and fun VR experience We played the Escape Ward virtual reality escape room for two. It involved us solving a collection of puzzles in VR. We did not interact with physical objects, just the controllers. Definitely coming back to try some of their more interactive and elaborate escape rooms

Great place to experience virtual reality games for the first time. Staff was very nice and helpful. The games aren't the highest quality, but still fun. I enjoyed the racing game and walking the plank. The river rafting game is probably the most intense, but not recommended for sensitive stomachs. Overall, a fun place to go with friends to do something different or for kids' parties.

Absolute trash. Tiny room with some VR crap. The goggles arent even good quality - I could see the outer rim of all my goggles so never felt like I was encased in a VR atmosphere. Screen resolution was also terrible. All the games were boring - nothing that truly 'sucked you in. Was going to try this place out with a sightseeing pass and 2 others. Wanted to try the galaxy escape but was told, "You need 4 people, so you'll have to pay 45$ extra for someone who's not there"....? No thanks. So we got the 1 hour game room option. I was told that when i make a reservation for it, it will ask for a credit card but will not charge you. it's just a hold. I was fully charged after being told it's just a hold, so i have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. We went there, and it was pretty unpro

The worst part wasn't that the games were boring and mediocre- it was the fact that the service was so poor! As parents of college age kids we were skeptical we would enjoy this . Although the plank is not for the faint at heart we thoroughly enjoyed this along with the other games. Don't eat before you go , some of the VR (roller coaster) experiences are more realistic then you can imagine. The instructors were all GREAT! Definitely a must try!

if i could rate this zero stars i would!! do not go here!! it was horrible. we found this on the go city pass and when we got there it was so overcrowded with children there was no structure at all to the place. when we get up to the counter it was so disorganized and just gave such a uncomfortable feeling. i knew from the second walking in the door that this was a mess. you had to reserve a time but there was not a thing you could do with out having to ask a child to get off so you could enjoy the 60 dolla

Experience itself is great, kids had a blast. front desk person was courteous. Gentlemen who were helping you with equipment did not care to be there and seemed very detached. and lastly please disinfect the equipment once passing from 1 person to the next especially the headsets. They were passing the equipment without disinfecting or cleaning in between.
