It was great to be a big kid again! Me, my sister, and my daughter racked up on tickets and prizes! So many variety of games to play! Too much fun! Going back real soon!
Just, wow!! What an amazing experience with my family at the arcade 02/08/25. My kids had a blast and even when we experienced a few hiccups at the machines, April Forest who was working the floor, made their night! She made them feel special and not at all an inconvenience. The layout of the games is open and even with many people onsite, it did not feel crowded. This was our second year coming to play and we will definitely be back!
It's got a lot to do and open spaces. Not very crowded when we went. But the value for the play, if you're interested in trading your tokens in for trinkety things is the worst I've ever seen. 11.8 credits to play most games. We spent $50 on a card and we could only afford 1 pack of Skittles. You will have to drop hundreds to get anything worth bringing home. The Pier's seating around the fountain outside was the highlight for me. The gift shop was priced fairly for being a tourist trap. The rock wall and
Love this place with my kids! Fun activities, good rewards, and have a good time! Definitely will go back soon!
Huge arcade with fantastic options! Not only is it the biggest arcade we've been to, but it's spacious. You don't have to worry about bumping into someone while playing a game. There are many games I had never seen before and also multiples of the classics, so it's a great balance. The mini bowling is a fun addition. No need to pay separately, you just swipe your same arcade card for it. Ends with great prize options in a quick redemption process.
Very large corporate kiddie casino. This place has all forms of games, simulators, obstacle course and climbing wall. Basically every form of flashing digital distraction to separate you from your money and give you an epileptic seizure. First thing to know is where to get your play cards. They have kiosks all around that you can purchase and/or recharge your cards, but only by a dollar amount. If you want to get the hourly unlimited rates, you have to go see the cashier immediately to your right once
Had the potential to be a lot of fun, but a lot of the games had error messages when you tried to play. In addition to that lots of the prize claw games were either not filled or filled with prizes that were obviously too large for the claw in the machine- plus a warning the claws don't seem to close enough to actually pick anything up. The games that give ticket tokens to spend at the arcade prize store seem to also give really low rewards. Definitely something you'd have to play most of the summer/season
My kids really had a great time there. So many things to choose from. I have two teenagers and two little ones and they all enjoyed it. It can be a little pricey if you have a lot of kids. We picked the option with 350 credits and it lasted a few hours.
A huge game room every year it gets bigger this year they added Zipline, a rollercoaster rock climbing, and outside they have a Ferris wheel rides, food , beverages. Fun for all ages....
I hate to be a "Karen", because the employees who spoke with us this evening were kind and the problems were not their fault. (It is a management issue). However, this was the single worst arcade experience I've ever had. My husband and I came in tonight for the first time to play some games. When we entered the arcade, we found a worker who directed us to go to the card dispensers. We bought two cards, each with $10 worth of points on it. The first one came out, then the machine froze and wouldn't dispense
Come be a kid again! This was a fun arcade place, located inside the Margaritaville Hotel. Lots of arcade games and pinball machines, speedball, bowling, etc. With a chance to collect tickets on most games to select a prize, this was a fun, exciting experience.
One of the best arcades on the Mississippi Gulf Coast! They have a full arcade with many different types of games. They have miniature bowling, giant Pac-Man, virtual reality games, a rock wall, a zipline, and much more. They serve drinks for kids, and adults can get a beer if they would like. Next to the arcade is a delicious restaurant, too. They also have an excellent prize room. I have seen autographed sports memorabilia that you can redeem for a bunch of tickets.
DEFINITELY DONT LET YOUR KID GO OUT ALONE... the games are set up to take your money and not work properly, and kids won't say anything about it, just burn money and move on! I know there's no dave and busters or anything, but stay away from the arcade! The rides outside are OK and worth it for a day pass at 40 bucks a person .... but the arcade looks nice and clean. However, every game we tried (no kidding tried 6 games in a row) and did not work. The game price to ticket payout is also terribly balanced
It was great the Lazer tag was our fave... great for kids and adults. Way better than the chucky cheese stuff....
This is a very fun place to stay out of the summer heat and play some games!
Dirty games and tables. Machines malfunctioned and took forever for someone to come to assist. Meanwhile, we could only get one game in before they closed and got stuck with a card that we loaded money on and didn't get to use. We were leaving town the next day, and they refused to refund us, stating there was nothing they could do. We went in for one thing only and spent forever waiting for a technician, which is not our fault. Wish I had never gone. They pool tables and are extremely dirty, torn, and worn
This is a casino for kids, just with lots of games to win tickets (On a card) and then cash them in for valuable prizes. Much like a casino, it appears that very few kids get anything of value outside of fun, just like very few people win in casinos. Hey they were not built on winners as the saying goes. My grandson had a wonderful time while we were there. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. At the end of the time, my happy grandson walked away with some candy, and I walked
Kids had fun but alot of the games were not working properly. Alot of the prize games were empty and not refilled. The card scanners are VERY finicky and don't always work when ypu swipe. You don't win many tickets for playing any of the games. It is a large arcade with various games. The snack shop up the ramp on the pier is VERY VERY VERY slow to get ordered and served. The nackos are absolutely AWFUL so I wouldn't get them. The pretzel is great and kids loved it. But itbis 6 bucks and is comparable to a
The main games we came to play were out of order or....didn't exist?! ( Was on the website but was not installed yet) Drinks were very pricey and very small. We were very disappointed with our visit.
Absolutely an amazing place for family and everyone to visit. Nothing like a quality roller coaster ride to help get the endorphins moving! Such a nice environment off the pier. Thank you for this amazing place in our community.
It's so cold inside this place, we will be leaving after 15 minutes. I have 2 layers of clothes on and still shivering. My hands and ears are freezing although I'm normally on the warm side. As pricey as this place is can they not afford to heat it?
Very nice facility and plenty to do for the family. A lot of games to choose from as well and the majority of them work. Prize shop kind of lacks and the major downfall is that while it may be 55000 square feet, 20000 of it is open space and there's about 3-5 of the same games, giving the illusion of more than there really is. Despite that, still a worthwhile visit.
There were some new games that were realistic, totally awesome. Grandaughters loved King Kong, and rode them a couple of times, fascinating. There were more cool games and multiple games so you didn't have to wait for them and not even get to play because you didn't get back to it.. not only that but the last time we visited in Oct.2021 a lot of the games were broken and took your money. That was a sad visit with the kids. Keep up the improvements. We will be back again in February 2022. We loved the fu
Wednesday is 1/2 off!! It was not crowded when we went. Great selection of games, activities and FUN!! My 2 boys had a blast! My husband and I ate upstairs at Margaritaville next door to Does Steakhouse.
This place is not that exciting honestly. They had me thinking I was going to step off the elevator, pay and then be a part of the virtual reality world?.NOPE. It was like an elevated Chuck E. Cheese for toddlers and all ages in between but not as exciting. You're gonna pay but not to be properly entertained. As already mentioned a lot of the game machines are down and not working. Well that's disappointing when they don't have many good choices to begin with. This was like Dave and Busters lackluster kid b
Girls love the arcade. Typically we have a great experience but many of the games were broken but not signed. There were numerous instances where we would swipe and not get to play, play but game did not work right, or play but not receive our tickets. This was disappointing. Had these 8-10 games been signed out of service we would have no complaints.
Lots of room, games (High End). I think the one virtual machine's screen could have been cleaned before the day started. But all in all i was very pleased for my first time. Even had a cocktail or 4 while watching my friends kid have fun. The $30 dollars for an hour is the way to go unless you want to win stuff from some of the games
A few years ago this place was amazing. Lately it has really gone down hill. There are many games that are broken or malfunctioning. Staff that are extremely rude or they just don't care and have no interest in helping their customers. I have seen several staff members straight up ignore a patron trying to get help. Their machines also have a great sign that they are not responsible for malfunctions and you will not receive credits back...but they don't put out of order signs so people have no way of k
Me and my daughter have an absolutely wonderful time when we come here! There is so much to do and the cards that you purchase in order to play the games and the other attractions are reasonably priced. I have brought my daughter here several times and plan to go many more!
Kids loved it and there's is plenty of games to choose from
Super fun place for adults as well as kids.
This place is so awesome. We went over the summer and then for New Years Eve and it was a blast for the kids. The employees are so helpful and friendly. Wes Ngo was so helpful with my son, who has Autism, climb the ropes course. He successfully did the zip line with Wes? help. All the employees go out of their way to help. Thanks for the great memories!!
I come here every week. Tonight I arrived at 9 PM and was told very rudely that they were not open. I was told to check my watch and leave. this site literally says they close at 10. Why was I treated so bad by the people above the esculator I have spent so much money here and come with my girlfriend and friends all the time. We will now be going to big play for now on. Need to hire nicer employees and update the hours. I drove 45 minutes to come here and that really ruined my night.
My wife and I were all excited about trying the Omni Virtual Reality Arena together, but it was an awful experience. First time, the staff was friendly but the audio didn't worked, and we were credit for the malfunctioning. We went back the next morning to try the game one more time, before heading home out of state and we had audio problems again in one of the head sets. So we decided to play alone, since only one machine was working. However, one of the workers named ?Tia? was so rude to us, acting super
The games that worked were entertaining enough for a 3 yr old; however there are a large number of games out of order. The claw machines were set up with extremely low chances of success. The prize room was nothing short of robbery, a lot of dollar store items presented as prizes for a relatively high number of tickets. Whoever though placing the managers office within the prize room was a good idea must think that customers enjoy seeing 4-5 people huddled in a room talking for hours on end; when the realit
Stayed her for a week. Went to the arcade a handful of times. Two games were actually out of order. It looks like a lot of games aren't working but it is due to Covid. If they have 4 games of skeeball in a row, every other one was accepting players for social distance purposes. The pizza was good. We preferred our drinks from the bar at the top of the back escalators, the 5 o'clock somewhere and the bar on the 10th floor, the lost key bar. They were both more affordable than the pizza place bar, we ordered
This is located inside margaritaville hotel. Half the games are broken or are functiong but actually broken. The cheapest game was a "guaranteed" win for 2.50 that was unwinnable. Most expensive was 10$ for a vr ride. Most cost 8.75. They use a card system that you can reload. 50 "tokens" for 10$ is the smallest option for loading plus the 1$ they charge you to get the card. All of the "prizes" are from the dollar general down the street or five below. TIP: go buy a bunch of toys and candy from the dollar s
My family and I visited escape this past weekend. Over half of the games were out of order. 2 out of 5 games that seemed to be working took our credits and did not work. When approaching a game attendant we were told to go stand in line (which would have taken an hour) to have them put the credits back on our card. With it being crowded and games being down there was almost nothing to play. After spending $200 for gaming cards we were highly disappointed.
I loved it all!! But my favorite part is me and my cousin ride the roller-coaster simulation. We always go on the Super duper extreme one it's are fav!! My grandmother spent $500 on me my brother and my cousin at margaritaville! And good thing the simulation had a emergency stop button if u didn't like it. So my brother tried it and he was in there for 3 seconds and then hit the button. Well love this place... but this is were I lost my emotional support dog in the crowd. He was gone for a week and in that
This was actually the worst part of our stay. Spent money to play games, half of them were out of order and the other half would break on you in the middle of playing. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do. So we were stuck playing the same 7 games over and over again. Also we're told some games only ran on certain days so we came back and they were broke all of a sudden. Also you don't win enough tickets to get any prizes. Also they advertise free play and it doesn't exist and half o
Overpriced and so many broken games. Games are set to the most difficult settings with really low bonuses. Would definitely not recommend. We had to wait in line 4x to get our money back from malfunctioning machines. What a garbage experience
Love this place. Keeps my special needs grandson happy and involved in the games he chooses to play. Food is good and plentiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend this venue to all parents for a fun and safe time.
First time visit and my kids were beyond excited, we had a good time until by kids wanted to get on the obstacle climbing course so I asked how much points we needed we were told so I went to reload the cards and not even ten minutes later we came back to get in line. The person working there just let everyone in in front of us and when it was our turn all of a sudden he shut us down and said he wasn't taking any more in for the night, mind you this is only 9:25 pm so we walked away bummed ?? and I stood th
I took my son here a couple times and the last time I went there was an issue with one of the machines. It was a picture printer machine that costs 28 credits to print a group photo with fun backgrounds on it. Well I got 2 copies of the pictures made one for me and one to give away. The pictures I got none of the backgrounds printed out so I emailed them and let them know I was dissatisfied with the photos and they have yet to email be back. Just go to Big Play instead they have always been happy to help if
I'm an arcade guy, not a casino person. But I think the problem here is that it's too in the middle of "redemption" and "casual" to the point they forgot to get that one thing to draw people in. There is a massive Pump it Up machine, and some Fast and Furious style racing games, but it isn't worth putting down the money for the hourly special no matter what. I like the coaster machine they have and the rock climbing wall, but other then that, it's just for coming in and grabbing tickets, something tourists
A lot of broken machines that they just don't want to fix all it needs is some maintenance at night after closing if they would just do their jobs. One of the workers just watched a little kid swipe their card 10 times on a broken machine and didn't stop them from wasting their points
Let me say this. The concept of this place is fantastic....but then other irresponsible"parents" ruin the fun for the rest of us. The are sitting at the bar drinking and watching the game while their 10 and 5 year old are feeling havic. Running like damn heathens thru the entire floor. Knocking children down. This is one of those places. My advice go during a slow time. It's a cute place.. however the bigger the casino and adult part of the hotel get the worse the gaming floor is overrun.
Place lied to me. They usually have lots of great games although lately many have been malfunctioning. I called today and asked what time they closed and was told 10. Showed up before 9 and was told they were closed. Not only that but I got a rude remark from security guard. I would really like to speak to someone about this
Attendant at the obstacle course were not the nicest but everyone has an off day from time to time everything else was very nice and entertaining for the whole family. It was hard to find somewhere to purchase a drink because the drink stand was close.
This is a very cool business sanitize clean and the worker that worked night shift on May 15,2021 was great at their jobs. The only problem I had was the bath being closed. My family and I will be their going again soon.
Always fun.. be better if they fixed ALL the games.
We had a great time playing the games and running around. The VR needs some work... They only have one VR game theme per day and I wasn't impressed with that. The cost also was another issue for me. It was a bit high for the standard games.
S-tier Arcade local to the MS Gulf Coast! Margaritaville, despite the odd start with the ill-fated casino on the point, has turned into an amazing playground for kids and adults alike. From the moment you walk in and catch Jack Johnson on the speakers or Jimmy himself paddleboarding nearby on the TV, all the way to your moments stepping out, maybe dropping by to snap a shot next to a replica of his van, The Green Tomato, the locale exudes good vibes, and it's backed up with killer food, tasty drinks, and m
Fun and worth it, definitely worth the money and time to go. They need to work on keeping the games up and working. Service, staff and food were amazing!
Good experience but vr was closing and no one told us just let the other go in. We only found out when we asked about the experience options.
A lot of fun ! Especially for families. Games were fun. Won lots of tickets. The prizes weren't that great, but it was also a really full night.
It was a fun family-friendly environment. Lots of great service staff, great games. I will go back again real soon.
Had a great time. Prices a lot high but that's to be expected.
Fun place, especially when it's hot. The rides were fun and the drinks were great
Would not rent a birthday party room there. The service was sub par and for the price it just wasn't worth it.
Would have given 5 stars but too many machines not working. Expensive unless you go on a Wednesday. Food is great but a little pricey.
More than half of the games are not working. For a very large arcade this is a lot of machines. None were fixed for 3 days we were there at the resort. Very disappointed children
My children loved it, its huge lots of games, fun very kid friendly and clean
Great place to take the kids, of all ages.. good food, clean restrooms, and comfortable atmosphere.
Drove an hour to bring my children just for them to tell us they are closed for construction. We checked the website prior and there was no mention that they would be closed, their signs specifically say open 365. It was a terrible inconvenience.
Very good arcade with good staff. Newer games that work and not crowded.
Your games and claw machines are 1,000,000,000
Very disappointed tried to show the God child a lil fun out the sun but half the game we tried playing was broke no refund so wasted monies instead of making memories like people got the money to waste on vacation6
There was a lot of things for my kids to do and they had bars for the adults and great lodging.
My family loves this arcade! It's always very fun each time we go!
Been coming here for a couple of years. Me and my family love it...especially our 3 girls.
It was lots of fun. Great place to bring the whole family?
So many great games. I feel like a kid again. Lol. Love this place.
Our kids had a blast here definitely had a good time.
Meh. Way overpriced and the games were mostly chuck e cheese variety. we spent the whole time over by the ski ball
A WONDERFUL experience at Paradise Pier & Escape. Great place for family!
It is amazing what one can spend when one's child is having fun, high on dopamine.
Great place for all ages, can easily spend a few hours here. Will be back!
The kids loved it, the drinks were good. Parents, bring your wallet.
One hour unlimited arcade with two attractions is a great deal
Two thumbs up for family fun! Something for everyone and fish tacos were yum!!
Big place to play but several games were not working
My kids always love spending time here for a special treat.
Boys had a great time. Lots to do for all ages.
Great attraction to bring the family and enjoy a day inside with games and food.
Great for the kids or if you like arcade games.
Great place to take the kids.
Have your dollar stretch a little further and come on half price Wednesday
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
