Customer Reviews

Manager Claire was really amazing. She was very helpful and had such a welcoming and pleasant attitude that it made me want to acknowledge it here. We will definitely be back!

Rink is kinda small and crowded, but the wood surface is good. Rental skates are pretty worn out. The beginner lesson was not very good. I didn't learn anything new as an advanced beginner, and it was too fast for the true newbies. But it's only $20 and you get rentals and admission to the first open skate too.

Love love love this roller rink! The music is great and you can find themed sessions. They have roller skate employees that are right there to keep everyone safe, having fun and following the rules. They protect the littles when they fall from a bigger disaster happening. The DJ on Sunday night was amazing. Love their little food truck inside with great snacks and options for everyone. Our kids had a blast. For 2.5 hours the price was fair and not too bad. They also offer military discount. Our family can't

Ive been a veteran at this skating rink and I can say that the experience has been interesting? I usually come to every friday 5-8pm session and I don't know if anyone else has this problem but they always play the same games, its always limbo, they used to do so many other games but now it has become stale. Another thing I wish they had done was have a list of all of the music on their catalog as it has become impossible to get songs you like to get played on some of the sessions. Everyone there is very un

This was a great experience for my kids first time going to a roller skating rink. We went on valentine's day 12 pm to 4 pm. Not too crowded, great music and atmosphere. As mentioned by others, the rental skates are worn, so they could improve there, but next time we'll just bring our own. For cheap and fun entertainment, this is a sure-fire win!

This place is awesome!! Took my 3 kids and one of their friends today and was blown away! Great price, good pizza, amazing song selection! Will definitely be back soon! Wish they had an earlier morning open skate session so I could go after dropping the kids off at school and get back in time to pick them up. Otherwise perfect place all around.

Loved the place! It was a lot of fun even when I fell several times! Definitely would recommend even for beginners, also very cheep. Gotta love that!

We have so much fun taking the grandkids roller skating when we are in town, love this place! Which we had one in San Diego! The food and soft drink selection is perfect and the food is always fresh and right out of the oven. The skating rink has great music, lights and MC. The skates we rent are clean and up to date. The video game room is clean, has nice games the kids love. Oh and the restrooms are clean and roomy. Terrific family activities. Everyone is happy to be there. Priced well too.

Great atmosphere, nice rink, very welcoming staff. This is a perfect place to have a party where there's something to do for all ages. Plenty of parking, skate rentals are available, entry prices are reasonable, and lockers can be rented. There is a food court and play area for your hunger needs and those who don't skate. There are massage chairs for tired - aching- bodies. Family friendly. You can bring your own skates if you prefer. Call for session hours. We'll be back!

Blaring inappropriate gangster rap, atmosphere is like Chuck E Cheese on skates...Skip it if you want a nice family experience. Maybe mid week/mid day would be better, otherwise be warned.

I have nothing but good things to say about Epic there name says it all. From the Dj to the Gaurds even security they provide us A execlent safe evioroment to skate. Even the trainers are good. Only suggestion is a membership like skate world to save your more frequent customers money like skate world does. Charge a monthly membership would be good for epic

my niece & i had an amazing experience here thursday night! they were completely empty so it made practicing a lot more easier for me. it was hard accessing the place at first since i?m new to the area, but with one call to their website phone number they were able to help me get inside. they have reasonable pricing for entry & skate rentals, good food items, free water, amazingly fast service, & over all the place is really clean & it serves as a wonderful family center for roller skating. i highly recomme

We went for a school field trip and I was disappointed in the attitude of the workers. At best they were apathetic, but often they seemed standoffish and a bit rude. I was very disappointed that the DJ played some music videos that were not appropriate for elementary children. One song had a picture of the singer flipping off the audience for the entire song. (See the blurry photo I took while skating) Another had someone guillotined and someone being hanged. They were relatively quick scenes, but still ver

My granddaughter was there skating with her friend a few days ago. And My husband and I decided to go watch them for a few minutes. They stopped us at the front desk, and said we had to pay $26.00 if we wanted to come in. I thought it was ridiculous. We just left.

I saw this on the motorway when I was driving to Menifee. So I had to try it out when I was on my way back home. It was fun, I enjoyed it! I wish we had more rinks in my county. The only downside is when they dim the lights and it feels too dark to skate around. But overall I did enjoy it. Dancing to cha cha slide on skates was fun!

Easy check in. Cool air conditioned and clean. The employees skated on the floor and helped people that fall. Tables were clean and food was quick. There is a small counter to buy skate supplies and skates. The rental is $5 for skates. They look pretty nice but I brought my own. I will definitely come back for some lessons on a Saturday morning

So I'm giving this place 4 stars by comparison to other available skating rinks. My daughter loves skating and she's 9 years old and she very much enjoyed this place. So it's perfect for her. The arcade games are pretty good for her age, snacks are average concession stand nothing crazy. The Negative: 1) The only bad things I would say is they don't have any arcade games under 75 cents, most are $1 to $1.25 which is a bit much for 30 seconds of game play and when you get down to 50 cents on a card you have

I love going to this skating rink. Sometimes the music sucks so bring headphones if you want to listen to your own music and skate. But great food and drinks.

Fun place every line 20 or 30 minutes they had a little game go on for the kids

The kids had a lot of fun here. Unfortunately they charge everyone to walk in the door. The kids that didn't skate got $10 to play the games and they were done in four minutes. Otherwise the place is clean. The skates were in good condition. The grandkids had fun.

Family friendly, food price is fair and taste good. Alcohol a bit pricey. Will definitely be back. Coming from Mo Val. Try the Cali blood orange squeeze ?? ??

Overall establishment has the potentional to be great however after my trip today it left a lot to be desired music was dead. I went with a friend who hadn't been skating for a couple years she was told she had to keep moving at all times by one of the employees, I paid 38$ altogether for admission plus skates overall skating ring is pretty small, they stop you to play ?games? todays game was red light green light where they had you crawl on the floor from one point of the skating rink to the other. Yeah GR

My cousin, my niece and I went here. We had so much fun. What I love about this place is the attentive employees. They prioritize everyone's safety. If you fall, they will immediately help you.

Always so much fun, my kids and I have a great time whenever we go.

Visited with a group of friends. Absolutely loved loved the place. The staff is friendly and the skates for rent are clean and in great shape. The entire place is clean. However, the only down side is that there are individuals who are inconsiderate of others, skating extremely fast, going in and out of small open spaces while skating, bumping into others and falling right in front of you thinking it's hilarious because they are skating so wildly . You definitely have to be on the lookout when skating here.

Always a good time. Always a few great skaters around which is always fun.

Price was a little high 3 people for $45, but they had fun. The music was good and the place was nice and clean, it was not tight like I thought.

I absolutely love this roller rink! Recently just got into sliders, and I really enjoy the relaxed environment and skating crowd this rink brings. Weekends CAN be a little packed with kids, but during the week i?d give it a solid 5 stars.

Enjoy roller skating with my family. Love the selection of music. Need to be there early so you can find a place for your things. Will come back soon need to practice more.

This is a heads up before you get there. I was looking for something for my kids to do on a hot summer day that would be fun. What would be more fun than roller skating with music, food and especially air conditioning. Now to the point. This place will charge you just to watch your kids have fun. It wouldn't be so bad if maybe it was half the cost of admission but they're charging full price. Hopefully in the future this place will change and get more business from hard working families.

I love the place... friendly staff big rink, flour was clean and the other attractions are fun games, they offer pizza and drinks. Great environment and experience went to a even a lot of kids but otherwise it was fun... we'll be going every week...

BEWARE BEFORE YOU GO??..This place is absurd!!! We came for the first time ever last weekend for a birthday party. My kids enjoyed it so we decided to come back. I wasn't skating rather, just watching my kids. They still make a supervising adult pay the full $13 admission. On top of that, they wouldn't let me bring my water bottle in and made me take it back to my car. I assume just so you have to purchase beverages from them. On top of it, the arcade is crazy expensive. We figured on average about $4+/-

It's cool. They need to have skate trainers available to rent for the little ones

This place is really fun! Amazing atmosphere and great staff! Channet had had great customer service! There is a snack bar and an arcade! The rules of the rink are very reasonable and would for sure return in the future??

The family had fun learning how to skate at Epic Rollertainment. The only two negatives that prevented me from giving a full 5 star rating are that there were too many people at one time and that the lockers are 75 cents, which is fine, but you have to pay another 75 cents if you have to open the locker to get something else. Overall the kids liked it and keep asking to go back. $10 per person entrance fee even if you're not skating

Lots of fun! Wish they offered membership packages, because I'm learning and can only skate for so long each time as I learn.

Great place to skate and have fun. Staff is awesome and they are very attentive to the action on the rink to protect skaters. Had a blast every time we have been there.

This place is so fun great for the family. If it's date night you can share a picture and some nachos

Booked a birthday party with Epic. Our server Karla was great! For the most part she was very attentive. Making sure we were always taken care of. And very professional (which is hard to find these days). She never let our sodas run out. From the back where the tables are you can not really hear the music. It is very loud. The ambience is lively. The staff seems pretty friendly. The food was surprisingly good. Ordered the pizzas, chicken strips (my new fave btw) and fries. It is good to see roller skating m

We ?? it here.. Loved it so much came back again with my oldest son.

Been coming here for about 4 months now and it's been fantastic every time. Open skate is relaxed and fun. They do games and contests. Weekends can be crowded, but that's to be expected. Fun environment to go out and get your skate on!

I came here because san diego skateworld is closed on mondays and i am so glad i came! the place is so clean, nice, exciting, and much more! i had my own skates but their rentals looks new/well maintained. a bunch of screens to project music videos to the music playing. a lottt of different lights (even strobe lights for a few seconds) could be visually overstimulating to some people but it added to the fun atmosphere. i really like this place!

It was a decent atmosphere. The music was cool.. The bathroom needs some circulation/ air conditioning.. it was too hot in there.. The pizza was trash. The wings (bbq) was good cooked just right , they were normal size.. I probably would go on a Thursday night which is 25yr and up

It's fun for the kids and I think I would give it a better rating if they weren't such sticklers about outside drinks specifically. Food, I can understand them not allowing, but water bottles or coffee? That's a bit much and they make sure to pester you to throw your drinks away before you walk in.

I went to the skating rink for the first time on November 10th veterans Day weekend being a veteran got in free That was a nice surprise. I truly like this skating ring We went 1:30 to 4:30 session a lot of kids and older adults who are getting active again perfect for us. The staff there did a great job wasn't real crowded but it was a lot of fun. One of the things I liked; it truly had a diversity of people and the music reflected it. They play a little bit of everything and a little bit for everyone.

We have visited Epic several times before COVID and always had a great time. Recently, we made a trip, traveling an hour to get there. My sibling and I planned to skate while our parent and other sibling enjoyed the arcade. Upon arrival, as we were paying for our skates, we were informed after handing over the money that non-skaters had to pay an $12 admission fee just to sit and watch. We explained that they intended to watch and play arcade games, but were still told to pay. This was confusing since it h

Good thing I read the reviews. Was planning on taking my son and nephew tomorrow, but that ain?t happening now. There is no way I am going to pay an admission fee to sit and supervise the kids. They gotta be out of their mind doing that kind of nonsense.

Really enjoyed the size of the skating rink and all the other amenities that this facility has. This facility also has a food and arcades. It was a great time. Hope you enjoy it also.

A nice place to come for roller skating. The ring is big enough. We came during the weekend so it was kind of crowded, but with mostly kids and teenagers. The rate is acceptable, $8 for open skating and $5 for skate rentals.

Kids love it. They have casual food like pizza, popcorn, and beer (not on draft).

Dj is great. Plays different genres. Food is good. Always get fries. Yum. Pricing to have fun, u can't bet it. Love this place. ??

Friendly and supportive staff. Positive environment. Surprisingly impressively clean. Surprisingly really good food too. Overall, great experience for the whole family (ages 4-40). Will definitely be going back soon.

I love coming here with my daughters (3) and (5). Also they sell beer, So heeeeeey! Helps with the falls. lol. let loose mamas. lts such a great atmosphere. I come alone on adult nights so much fun rollerblading ??

Absolutely ridiculous that chaperones have to pay $11 to sit. My children are old enough to skate on their own, but too young to be left at the rink alone. The rink rules are no outside drinks (including water), no cell phones out while skating, no hats or glasses on while skating. However, they pick and choose whom to enforce these rules with. My children want to become better skaters, so we attend the lessons. The instructor is short tempered and unapproachable. My children are fearful to ask questions or

We had a lot of fun at the adult skating workshop. We learned a lot.

My kids like this place and it's really the only option around. It's clean and big and they play good music. 4 stars because I have a few dislikes. Charging $11 just to enter the building is pretty annoying. If they used wristbands like many other places that would take care of knowing who paid to skate and who didn't. So I paid $11 just to sit and watch my kids skate. Second, they banned water bottles, even empty ones and they offer no free water at the snack bar! There are a few gross water fountains by t

I would LOVE to give this place 5 stars, the place itself is great with an awesome atmosphere! (just kinda wish they'd wipe down the fountains now and again ??) but what really bugs me is that there's no membership! It's pretty much the only nearby rink and I'd love to go more often, but with the price rise and the fact that skates are 3 hours instead of 4 now, it's just not feasible. When I they make a membership, I'd love to review again.

Family fun, great place friendly

RIDICULOUSLY loud. Honestly, I'm curious what the decibel level is and if it's against some kind of law. It was hard to believe. Six of us showed up to skate this afternoon and we all agreed to leave because of the music volume. That's really bad. All of our ears hurt the moment we walked in the door. I chatted with one of the workers about it. She was very professional and understanding, but I could tell the volume was not going to come down even if I had asked a manager. I wasn't the first person to compl

My boys were invited to a party and I was told I needed to pay a $12 admission fee if I wanted to stay. That is just GREEDY! I went to get my kids settled in and 2 of the employes at different times kept hounding me asking if I decided to stay. I was so annoying ?? I'll never go back there again.

Relatively fun. Pictures make the rink look much bigger than it is. VERY hot and humid inside. Smells like it hasn't been cleaned regularly....or at all, for a while. It literally smells like a dirty middle school locker room that has been closed up for weeks. Skates/blades smell like they're never sanitized.....like BAD. Decent amount of arcade games.

It has a nice vibe and it's clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But it does suck they charge an entry fee even if you don't skate.

I had forgotten how fun it was to rollerscate and now is even better because I got to do it with my kids. The music was amazing.

First time here. Great place to have fun with family and skate like it the 80's!

My kids did their first beginner lesson and really took to it. The Place is clean and the food is decent for a roller rink

Where do I even start. This place saved my life. Straight up, my fav place in the world. Mad love for this rink. The owners, staff, floor, dj, food, drinks are bomb. ??

Fun place! For someone who has been Roller skating over 30 years... the ONLY hang up I had was the floor really needs to be refinished. Some rough spots from just years of skates. Still a great place to go!

Omg!!!!!???? Our family went last week and we had a wonderful time It was our birthday and everyone here is kind, friendly. It is affordable for the family kid friendly. The DJ was amazing. The gentleman at the counter for the skates he was amazing, just an excellent place to bring the family. We can't wait to go back.

Haven't been here in awhile, but arrived on a Saturday afternoon with my hubby and mom to let my daughter and her friend skate. They asked if we were dropping them off and of course I said no. He said that we would have to pay an ?entry fee? just for sitting and watching- $11/person on top of their skate fee. Pretty ridiculous considering they could make money off us with drinks and food. The arcade is also a huge rip off. bought a $20 card which got about 5 games total. Every game was at least 9 points ea

After reading the recent 1 star reviews, I was hesitant to go. I mentally prepared myself to walk out and go to uptown jungle? but my son and i had so much fun we will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly. And despite the large crowd that showed up at 6pm (open time) we got our shoe coins very fast and our skates. I haven't roller bladed in almost 30 years and never tried roller skating. We were able to try both and I loved both. You can put your stuff in a locker for .75 but you have to pay e

Some of the workers are rude and it's weird how they charge the parents to sit there and watch .Murrietas way different then others, they can at least tell you that nicely especially the first time visit .Much customer service needed here.Workers make it uncomfortable.????

My wife and children were already there, so I decided to stop by after work to say hi. Even though I wasn't skating the overzealous clerk felt it was very important to tell me that I couldn't go in without paying $11. This makes no sense at all. She then tells me that I could go in but if I'm there for longer than 10 minutes, I'd have to be charged.

I really like this roller rink It's always clean and we'll run . The kids and whole family are all welcome to this rink. Prices are decent . But my own opinion is that if you've just come to keep an eye on your child for safety issues like falling down and getting hurt $10.00 bucks is a big chunk for just having to sit and watch . I think it needs to be brought down to $5.00 especially if you plan to feed your child there and let them play at the arcade they have So it can become pricey very quickly . Over

I absolutely adore this rink! (not just because it's the only one here) I only have an issue with which rules they choose to enforce including rules about hovering over the wall; if a beginner can't hog the wall neither should an advanced skater. Other than this I enjoy going to this rink, the staff is friendly and everything is clean!

This place was so much fun! And the staff was so helpful! Especially since it's been forever since I've skated, so it was nice that one of the staff members, Eric, helped me get my bearings and gave me some helpful tips. The music was loud and in your ears that help distract you from how bad you're doing, but go with friends to laugh it off. It was a blast can't wait to make it a weekly adventure

This 1 star is for 1 big reason. $20 for one arcade game one time. This is taking advantage of the community. The number of credits you get is incredibly low for the price.

Seriously so fun. I haven't roller skated in 20 years and it was so fun to give it a go again! My kids love it there!

Love this place! The rental skates are surprisingly good, floors are well-kept, pizza is delicious and the tunes are top-notch fun to skate to!

This is a fun place overall. I got all the time and enjoy each time but do not go to the 16+ night on Wednesday. Everyone skating doesn't watch their surroundings. I was almost ran into several times. People are hogging the ring and are quite rude.

Lots of young kids working and they don't really know what's going on...service is very slow but music was great

I love this place! The workers are amazing and I love the music! The only complaint I would have is some of the people there buts it's not the actual places fault, just remember that if you go here to be careful of others! Have an amazing day/night!

This is probably one of the best Rollerskating rinks I've been to. I went with my friend on the weekend and we had so much fun! Rollerskates that you can rent aren't dirty or rusty, and the music is usually good. When we were hungry, they had a place for pizza and a lot more. Me and my friend got the pizza and the fries. You need to try the fries! They are perfectly seasoned and crunchy outside and fluffy inside. Anyways, that's besides the point. I recommend!

Very nice atmosphere. Had lots of fun!

This place definitely deserves more than five stars - vibrant decor, very clean and pleasant staff. Came here for the adult night and we had a great time, floorguard was on top of everything, DJ was playing great music, girls working the snack bar were very friendly. Great prices for everything you get. No complaints! We're from out of town, but we would come back every weekend if we could.

Love Epic Rollertainment and feel the staff are very helpful/friendly. Great place for a fun time out and for advance skaters to link up. Pizza no joke is amazing/great crust and juice/soda for kids or adult drinks if they please ????

They charge anyone who walks through the door! Horrible business model. I was doing work while my kids skated and had to pay $11 to do so. Last time that ever happens. Too bad this idea is gonna cause them to go out of business. Sorry guys. Don't charge the chaperone because the next time the kids say ?roller skating? the ?chaperone? just says no, let's do something else. So my 3 kids and their friend which comes to $68 for just them won't ever happen again cuz you want to squeeze $11 more from the

It was an amazing experience. I'm sorry I didn't get to take any more pictures but I enjoyed it all. People were really nice & the food was really good. It was a big enough room & the sold adult drinks. Lots of first time skaters so you won't be alone if it's your first time. The game area was excellent too so zi snapped one pic of it lol. I hope that you enjoy it like I did.

I skate here 3 times a week, at least... I recommend Epic to anyone and everyone who wants to skate. Different nights and times are tailored to different audiences, so choose something you think will suit you. If you don't like a session, try another one on a different day and / or time. No session has ever been exactly the same, so it's always enjoyable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
