I brought my niece here yesterday for the first time since EntertainZone has been in the mall and we will most DEFINITELY be coming back with her siblings too. She absolutely loved it, the race car track being her #1 favorite thing to play on. We also got some time on one of the riding animals that they have, and for only being 4, she did so good! They're not too difficult to maneuver and she got the hang of it really quickly. The staff here are also very kind and willing to help! I really enjoyed the way t
We have tried to come twice. Google said open and we were within the open hours posted on the door. It was closed. I would like to give a review of the actual inside, but probably won't risk disappointing kids again. Other reviews are saying it's $15 plus $3 socks just to play inside anyway. That's a ton of money for a play place.
AWESOME little indoor play place inside The Lakes Mall (old Victoria's secret) for kids. Also inexpensive!!!! Definitely recommend!
The price is okay for what it is. We've gone before and went again recently. $15 to play is okay but they now require you to have specific socks for an extra $3. Which has never been a requirement. There's literally nothing to even possibly slip on. Okay cool, whatever. My kids play and the next kids that came in are completely unsupervised and wearing normal socks. So I guess they pick and choose who has to pay extra for random stuff but also not to mention I'm pretty sure the unsupervised kids didn't have
We had my son's first birthday here and it was such a blast! I was so glad to see the variety of things that my baby was able to play with and there was so much to entertain his 3 year old brother as well. The owner/manager was so nice and often checked in on how we were doing. There is lots of seating for parents and the staff worked very hard to keep the toys picked up after the kids used them. I anticipate many more trips here in the future. I'm so excited to have such a great indoor play place in our ar
We had my daughter?s birthday here and it was wonderful! They did a great job setting up the tables nicely for us, including decorating and tableware. The kids had a blast playing the entire time. This is a wonderful place for kid?s birthday parties!
we stopped in today to play for the first time from 12:30-2:00. There was a pretty decent amount of kids between free plays and a large party and the staff working was amazing! Even with tons of kids running around and lots of people checking in/doing tickets they did such a phenomenal job keeping up on the cleaning and organizing of toys while being super friendly!
We highly recommend this place. We had our daughter's 3rd birthday here and it was great. Affordable, decorations included and they were very flexible with our group of 45 (kids/adults).
This is a perfect indoor place for kiddos. My 3-year-old absolutely loved it, there's so much to do and it's a nice place for parents to just relax and trust that your kid is having fun in a safe place! There's activities for kids of all ages!! Only soft play area near Muskegon area. Glad it's here!
Wonderful family owned business local to Muskegon. The space has tons of activities for all ages. It is wonderful seeing our 3 year old entertain himself through play for so long. We recently attended a birthday party here as well and it was yet again a great experience.
You can tell ita a work in progress, but the intentions are great and we had fun!
I usually have a great time here with the "littles" but this time, last Friday, the cashier on duty was not a great example of customer service. She was ALWAYS on her phone even though I had my card out for a while, ready to pay. Not a great idea with a two year old that's ready to go! go! go! She spent so much time on her phone that I didn't have to rush getting mine ready to take a picture of her endless texting... Photos show my card, ready to pay and cashier texting...texting...texting...
We got there at 6 and she informed us they close at 6:30. Not very working family friendly. Mall is open until 7 and they should be as well. Other than that the place was clean and perfect for our littles
My son had so much fun in the VR zone. He played arcade games and ps4. The staff were friendly and so nice to talk to. Definetly worth the money.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
