Very fun place with fair prices. Over 300 video games to play and a variety of systems. They also sell yugioh and magic the gathering cards. Nice chill environment to watch streams with big TV's and comfy sofas.

This place is amazing! They host lots of tournaments for various games, and the staff treat their patrons and their associated communities like royalty. Everything they do is in the interests of the people they serve. This is a great place to go to play games on the computer. Sometimes I'll go in just to hang out and play Melee online. Definitely check this place out.

More like a suggestion... Have memberships. Instead of just paying for daily passes, why not just have memberships and guess cards

There is an extreme lack of gaming lounges here in NYC and Westchester County so I was glad to see this exists and my goodness it is absolutely fantastic. There are several PC Gaming stations with various games available, and the PC specs are incredible, not to mention they made sure to purchase very good peripherals for your gaming experience. This place is great. If your a gamer or want to play competitively you found your place. The staff are funny and inviting, plus everyone there seem nice and friendly. They have all the set up you need, computers, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo in abundance. It's amazing how much they got. They even play D&D, Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic the Gathering. A complete place for everyone to enjoy.

Best place in the community to bring youth and keep them out of the streets! The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Very professional staff and a wide variety of games to play from. Whether it be from console or PC they have it all. They sell water, soda and a few snacks. They have a designated long table to eat and they also allow you to bring your own food. Just make sure to be neat and clean up after yourself as it is kept clean. 10/10

We just came back from a birthday here. It was so nice. The kids had a great time. This is an awesome place to have a low key, intimate but spacious party. It was comfy and relaxing. We had a lot of fun. The set up is great too. It was so easy to play all the games. I cant wait to come back.

It's always a great place to go to with friends, and it's become an afterwork hangout. Everyone is kind and respectful the overall vibe reminds me of going over to a close friend's house to game. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this Gem in the community.

This is such a chill yet fun spot. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of consoles and games, and they have also have a good selection of snacks in case you need something to munch on after an epic battle win (lol). I have a great time everytime I go with friends, my sister, or husband.

As a kid, I love this place so much. They have almost every multiplayer game and great headsets with not too low mics, and not too high. The microphone's are perfect. Location is up and running. Following the guide lines correctly with covid but most importantly it is easily available to the public by multiple modes of transportation. Staff are super friendly and the amount of setups and systems make this an ideal location to hangout or enter their tournaments.

TLDR: Good Games, Great People, Best Times, All at a Cheep Price! Honestly the best way to kill a few hours. Fantastic times when you bring friends due to the amount of different games and things to do with others. Even if you are looking for something to do solo, Encore provides an incredible experience due to the community it has fostered over the past few months. The only thing I can say is "I wish there were more hours that i had free to swing by and hang out".

The one time I went several months ago I had wanted to go just to check the place out and see an old friend who had started working there that i haven't seen in awhile. Encore is an amazing hub for the gaming community of Westchester. Staff is accommodating and personable. Plenty of space, variety, events, casual and competitive play. From retro to current gaming, there is always something you are sure to ameliorate your boredom.

A very strong gaming atmosphere with plenty of monitors and tvs for playing nearly any game I want. Even better with friends for co-ops, or even play against each other in Smash, Naruto, and any fighting game you can think of. AC's always on so its cool during the summer. You will not regret it.
