So let me preface this by saying this has zero to do with the employees working at the location. They were very nice however I would recommend families stay away from this location. First the go karts were totally dark and not offered. There was no one else playing mini-golf which should have been our red flag to go somewhere else. The photos online are not the actual condition of the course. The course is very simple and not taken care of. The water was dirty and over ran with weeds. I hate we paid $38 for
Hey! I've never ridden that invisible Carousel they have before this weekend! We ate at Guadalajara restaurant next door and the drinks were a little strong. So we decided to hit this place to,,,, you know ... Burn off some of the 'calories'. At first glance, I knew I wanted to ride that invisible Carousel. It was super fast and it seemed to stay on for 15 minutes per ticket purchase. I was not at all disappointed! It would have been much better if all those invisible kids would have stayed on their
Went specifically for the go karts and had a great time. My 3 year old had a blast riding doubled with me. Karts seemed quick and safe. The workers double checked and readjusted safety harness to make sure he was safe and comfortable. Workers at the desk were great and explained other attractions, pricing etc. Only complaint really would be the appearance of the rest of the place looking dated/dilapidated quite a few of the other attractions were out of service with parts and fluids etc laying around.
My family and a friend?s family went to Emerald Falls to ride go karts. After spending money purchasing the tickets for double karts so the littles could ride with the adults, we went out to the Formula track to find that there are no working double karts on that track. We then went to the Vortex and found there was ONE working double kart on that track. This should have been told to us before spending a nice chunk of change on points packages so we could ride karts with the children. Now we have cards with
We had an absolute blast at this park! The combination of mini golf, go-karts, and an exciting arcade made for a fun-packed day that had something for everyone. The mini golf course was well-maintained and creative, the go-karts were fast and thrilling, and the arcade had a great selection of games to keep us entertained. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. A huge shoutout to the lady in the yellow shirt?her friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made our exp
Kids had a blast riding go carts and the Cameroon had some great games.
Had an absolute blast at this amazing place! From the high-speed thrills of the go-karts to the fun challenge of mini golf. The arcade is packed with all your favorite games, and the water bumper karts were a hilarious way to cool off and have some fun. There's something for everyone here, whether you're looking to race, play, or just relax and enjoy the vibe. A huge thank you to Lola for making the experience even better?her energy and helpfulness really made a difference. Can't wait to come back!
This was an amazing time with my little boy. He was just big enough to ride in the double cart and loved every minute of it. The carts were fast but not too fast. Can't wait till next time for me and him to ride in a double cart again.
Emerald falls family recreation center is a must while in Panama City beach. My daughter and I loved playing the arcade games and the staff were extremely helpful! Make sure you make a stop by.
My 2 older boys, 17 & 15 & my husband, really liked the go cart tracks. My younger son, 9, & I stayed in the arcade. We liked the air hockey table, the racing games & the basketball, ball toss games.
Great Place for kids of all ages, I'm 55. Really enjoyed Vortex Speed Trak! It's fast, especially going on the down ramp. Then I went to the Arcade and enjoyed the new Terminator Game and Halo, they even had old school Galaga and Ms Packman. I ran out of time before I had a chance to do the Mini Golf but I will be back. :) Todd
Called to get information on how tall a child must be to ride with an adult and went to voicemail where the box was full. Going some place else. Disappointing. They replied back on Google maps quickly stating phone outage with Comcast. Changing to 5 stars and haven't been there yet.
Customer service was great, just found out that there's a new owner. being a local knowing that they are updating is amazing. Renica the supervisor was so nice to explain the point packaging to me. Family and had great time when son was at go karts he said the guy with the yellow shirt was awesome. making the race fun he even congratulated him on the win. forgot to mention there is golf and arcade. Differently took me back, when I was a kid
My husband and I had a great time acting kid for a night. We had a great time on the gocarts and the mini golf. The arcade looks awesome for our son for another time. Great customer service. We will be back this summer.
I really hate to do this but I can't sit by and let people potentially waste money. The putt putt course was completely overrun with bees on both course 1 and 2. The water is extremely dirty and obviously not unkept. The holes are equally as unkept as the water. The go kart track is run down and the karts were throttled down so low that both the karts my wife and I rode felt like they were going to die going uphill. The arcade had about 20% of the games completely offline and even the ones that had power to
We went with 4 of us seniors to play mini golf. It was a cool sunny day, so just right for some light recreation. We all enjoyed our visit and my husband got 3 holes in one.
One double cart for go cart. Only 7 carts total. The works stand around not being helpful. Let me buy a 150.00 game card did not tell me we had 20 min left til close. Waste of time and money
Great rainy day outing with the family. Employees were both top notch! Highly recommend Thanks again
Fun for kids. But it's on its way out. Only thing left is go carts and arcade. Decently clean though, so that's a plus!
I get this is a vacation spot and it's spring break but $54 for 4 for 18 holes of the simplest mini golf course is ridiculous. Kids are considered adults at 9, really? The brick boarder of every hole was falling apart and there was trash all over
This place is amazing. You have to stop by. They offer all the stuff you'll need while in Panama City beach
Only 6 working go karts. Every double rider got to skip the line with their party of single riders and regular single riders had to keep waiting while the same people skipped the line over and over. With only 6 working cars and spring break crowds they need to do better for paying customers. A lot of the recent 5 started reviews seem AI. This entire establishment is run down and completely neglected.
Wonderful experience. Lots of family fun. Kids loved the go-karts. Arcade and miniature golf were very nice and there was plenty of staff on site.
They were extremely accommodating to my 2 year old who didn't want to ride the kiddie rides after I purchased them. They put the money back on our rider card and took extra time to get him secured into the go-karts that he chose to ride instead. They even came out onto the track to check on him during his ride and re-secure him.
It's a little run down but we had a great time! They had a great area of smaller rides for toddlers but after we paid the guy said they were all too hot except the train so we couldn't ride them! They did let the younger kids ride the go karts with an adult so we still had fun!
Mini gold was a ton of fun, pretty nice course. The go karts were decent but I don't think all of them are in the same condition because some were way faster than others even though the gas pedal was all the way down on each of them. Prices are fair and it's a nice way to spend some family time or a date night. Overall good experience
We had an amazing time. The boys enjoyed all the rides, they kept saying how fast they were. Lovely staffs as well. Reneica was very friendly and polite.
DEFINITELY will be back! We enjoyed our time and the staff was nice:) Especially the lady in the yellow :) I believe her name was Ren ? Thank you for a great experience!
Worst experience ever. Bunch of people who don't know what they're doing on a track that sucks and all the carts suck too. Would only recommend going here if you prefer to waste time and money. I would?ve rather set a $100 bill on fire and watch grass grow.
love love LOVE coming here with my family! we got on both race tracks and had an absolute blast. definitely the place to go to for kids of any age.
All staff is friendly and phenomenal at there job. Had a great time. Biggest race track off Thomas Drive. Differently will be back.
It was fun watching my wife and her brother challenge each other. We did have an issue with lighting at 18th hole, but was fixed within a few minutes.
Came here with my wife and 2 boys for vacation and it was totally worth it! Arcade games were fun and especially the go karts. Huge shout out especially to a pair of twins that work near the karts. Their names are Steve and Steven, they made our experience even more enjoyable!! They treated my sons with patience and made them feel welcomed??.That made my boys and wife happy and we went on the go karts again because of that. 10/10 would recommend and come back!.
Had a great time! No lines, no wait, super fun!! Dia was very nice in the game room! Def see you again soon!
Great place to bring the kids during the day and a something fun to do on a date or a large group at night. Fantastic course with some great bunker shots and the usual hole in one challenge. Have fun and see current prices at the time of this post.
Go carts not open lady behind copy yet didn't have information on when track would be open. Bad experience
The staff had two ladies at the front and they were some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered at an establishment. Their tones of voice made it extremely apparent that they wanted nothing to do with us and were extremely annoyed every time we asked them for help with something (which is what staff is for). The games were fun though. We did the go kart track which was fun but two of the other people I was with got placed in a slower kart even though we already paid for the faster ones which is kind
We went to go karts last week with my dad, who is 79 years old but maybe 8-10 at heart! He walks with a walker and was concerned he would not be able to get in and out of the cars, so asked the employees if they would be able to help pull him up. Both the man in the ticket booth, who overheard, and the employees at the track, were exceptionally kind to my dad and assured him they would not only help him this year, but encouraged him to come back for years to come. Many places would have told him they didn't
Ren is such a doll! We had the best time on the go karts with the best track in PCB.
This place was amazing. The 2 nice girls at the front desk of the arcade were so helpful!
Had a really good time on the go carts tremendous service by the staff, Lola needs a raise for how sweet she is.
Karts were fast and fun!!! Super safe and great experience, Lolo was amazing :)
Ren gave us the best experience ever , this place is amazing. My friends and I had a blast !!??
Ren and Dia were super helpful for me and my group today. Would definitely go back !
Rendia was super nice! Super great place! If you're looking to have fun, go here for real.
As a former employee of Emerald Falls I got to visit the park and chat with the employees recently. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and one of the employees showed me the rides in Kids Kingdom (which is where I used to work most of the time in the mid-90's.) They've made some changes over the past few years but it was great being back in the park again. It brought back a lot of memories because I do have a lot of fond memories working there on hot summer nights (and seeing kids have fun on the rides
The kids always love it here!! Such a great time and the staff is so friendly!!
Had a really great time there and the lady in the yellow blouse (Ren) was great, fantastic and very welcoming.
Unsafe go karts, lots of karts out of order, mini golf course is unkempt and floors are wet from overflowing waterfall. Not accessible friendly. If you drop a ball in the pond, just expect to call the game quits because they enforce a one ball per person rule, even if your ball falls in their pond. I tried to get a refund since my kids only made it to hole 3 and they also enforce a no refund rule. So just stay away if you hope to have a fun family outing. Kids left disappointed, parents left very angry, an
There was only 1 racetrack open so the line was ridiculously long. Once the kids made it through the line they enjoyed.
This place was so fun for our family! Highly recommend if in the PCB area!
Lot of fun for the kids and adults too golf and go carts rides for little kids
We came here 5 years ago and I had nothing but negative things to say....we gave it another shot and came back last week while on vacation and I'm glad we did. This place was so much fun for the kids. The little kid rides were not brand new by any stretch of the imagination but it didn't matter to our kids. The smiles and laughes here were the same as when we take them to the amusement parks. The staff was extremely friendly and the grounds have made vast improvements from years past. The arcade was extreme
Great staff had a great a time driving the go carts and playing golf!
Visited for a round of put-put golf. The course looked a bit outdated, but still fun.
The staff was amazing. I had a great time and I'll definitely be back...
Great experience! Very friendly staff and super family fun!
Came for the minigolf on a Thursday before noon, but no one staffed the box office - game over!
Great time and friendly generous staff! Highly recommend for anyone on spring break, or for families!
Probably the best go carts in panama for the family. Two seaters if you need to drive for the little ones . Great track.
Fun activities. Go-Karts were great! Finished go-karts walked immediately over to Putt-Putt. And was told we should have bought the package deal. Apparently the staff not trained to sell the whole experience and would not combine at the discounted rate
This place is horrible. My dad and 4 year old brother were ran into the back of due to broken go karts. My dad now has whip lash and a minor concussion. My boyfriend and I were in the cart in front of them and were also ran into the back of. We got off of the track and tried to get a refund and the manager wouldn't issue us one. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner/manager is extremely rude and knows nothing about customer service. The lady at the front desk couldn't have had a
We were in PCB for a family vacation and took our granddaughters (3 1/2 and 21 months) to have some fun. It was almost closing time and they didn't hesitate at all to give them a great experience. The staff was so patient and sweet with the girls. Our sweet girls were all smiles! Highly recommend! Prices very fair also!
They had a nice miniature golf course and nice employees! Would do it again!
Great family fun! The go-karts were our favorite. Nice mini golf and friendly staff.
Go Karting was so fun and affordable. We were also able to get right on.
The arcade games are awesome and the go carts are awesome we come here every year at least four times for the week I need to check out the bumper boats the water is pure green and they are shooting it at each other it is stagnated and nasty
Really fun to burn a few hours at!! Games were great! Mini golf was pretty fun but the -karts took the gold!! So much fun on that big track!
Would have been a great family experience if the employees had at least an ounce of joy in them. When the paying customers have more ?customer service? towards the staff ? that's a problem. You work with kids ? SMILE & be kind or find a new job.
There's no upkeep at the Putt-Putt location as debris was everywhere. One of the go-kart tracks was out of service due to a seasonal thing. Whatever you do ask the cashier what is open first before you buy points.
Very expensive, and some of the staff aren't all English speaking, and some are rude. Fun enough for small kids. Bad selection of arcade games.
I have a special needs son and Stephen made it possible for him to drive the go carts on the Vortex. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate it. Stephen is a top notch person!
Emerald falls has the nicest staff ever. This is the most fun place ever.
Amazing experience, great staff, very fun go-karts
This place is such a great time for families.... so much fun!!!
it was really fun and worth it doesn't cost to much money either
So much fun! We didn't have to fight all the crowds. It was a little oasis after a long day of swimming.
I gave it a 3 for the arcade and go Carts. It was extremely hot while we were there, so the kids preferred the inside arcade. A few of the adults finished their golf game. They have a rule that if you lose your golf ball, they won't replace it. Which was terrible with smaller children learning how to play because they lost their ball around hole 5 in the water. The children's rides were old and needed to be replaced several years ago. But the kids did ride a few of the rides. The others were either too hot
We had fun although the track was dated.
Dede at the arcade had excellent customer service. Great experience
Super fun course & the employee at the front is super nice & friendly!
Ren and Dia were amazing. They helped me with everything I needed
We did the 4 story go-kart track. It was SO MUCH FUN! The attendants do a great job keeping everyone safe as well!
Stay away from this place. The gocarts are extremely unsafe and the track has plywood in spots replacing the original wood. One of the racers we were racing with lost brakes on his cart and ran into the back of me full speed causing severe whiplash and a minor concussion. The manager didn't even want to issue a refund even though his equipment had failed causing a major safety violation. His rent a cop follows him around because I would assume this happens frequently.
Ren was amazing. So welcoming & nice. Highly recommend this place.??
Ren and Dia were amazing and very helpful with with everything no problems
The staff was nice when they weren't on their phones. Other than that. The course was great. Lots of hills and stairs. I would not recommend taking your grandparents if they have mobility issues. The waterfall was cool, but the course was in need of cleaning.
The staff was very polite. The young lady who helped us the most remembered us the second time we came in. Was just a short walk from our campground. Fun games and lots of smiles had there
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
