Customer Reviews

Brought my 2 girls in here to let them play a few arcade games. Many of the games were almost outta prizes and if they did have prizes...they were scattered along the edges so it was almost impossible to win. Also the sales guy never said 1 word to us, like Hello! Felt very awkward being there like we weren't welcome. Other than those 2 things everything was alright.

I'm very happy with my purchase experience at Elite Gamerooms. My sales consultant was Bill Pizzino and he really went above and beyond with explaining the pool tables to me and helping me with my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and because of his knowledge it helped keep my from making a big mistake in buying a table that was too big for the room I have. Bill called us the day of the installation and also a day after to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I will definitely purchase from him again

Overall great experience. Sales rep Bill provided excellent service and knowledge of the pool tables. Answered all of our beginners questions, walked us through the construction of the table which only provided ease we were making a sound purchase. Harry did a fantastic job with the install, not only with the attention to detail during the install but he too explained to us the why certain things were done the way he put the table together. There was a minor mix up with the felt color, where we certainly ta

Went in to test some games for a game room we are building in our home. All games were not in good condition and had clearly been cheaply bought and upsold for a ridiculous amount. On top of that, the owner is EXTREMELY rude and clearly doesn't know who his potential customers are. I suggest buying like-new vintage games from anywhere else that is not this store.

Couldn't be happier with my arcade game. It's exactly as described and more. Duane and John were a pleasure to deal with and extremely professional and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for all of your game room needs. Great product and service.

Went to purchase an arcade for my sons 3rd birthday when I asked how much something was their response was?outrageous? it's outrageous you think I walked into your store without money and get discriminated against the minute I walked in, would never recommend business with these unprofessionals. I walked out with my head high and didn't do business.

great games bought two arcade games for our game room bill the sales rep was great very congenial and knew the games would come back to buy another game ask for bill when you come in he is worth knowing

"ah, ah, no like the equipment isn't being repaired and no we can not credit your card" lost $ don't waste your time and $

Great customer service, pleasure negotiating with John. Would highly recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
