Went there on Saturday 1st time. It was nice. Staff very helpful. Was not crowded, I didn't win but had fun. Will be going back.
This place is great! The ladies in there are so nice and are so friendly. I feel so welcomed and appreciated by the staff. Very clean place , definitely going back! Shout out to Ms. Carmen, Jackie and the management.

I like this place I'm from Vegas and I just moved here and I really miss gambling found this place better than nothing since it's illegal here I won $200 the last two times I went I will be going here every chance I get very clean free sodas and one time I went they gave free pizza donuts
I have notice that on the Sunday drawings of $250.00 I've seen 2 employees on two separate occasions win. ? Very discouraging to me as a player and others.

Awesome place to relax n play... The staff are friendly n helpful.. Customers every time I've gone they don't bother anyone they stick to themselves or their group I've left my phone n purse there n they made sure I got it back nothing missing n that is rare other places u might get purse back but money missing smh.... First let me start off by saying I've been to many clubs and events where you have to go thru security, but the security in this place makes you feel like your about to enter fii oh rt Knox . My wife and daughter were very uncomfortable with the pat down the got from the one Man security team . After getting what might as well been cavity searched I was pretty surprised of the cleanliness of the place . But as a first timer no one came to ask us how things worked or even a welcome . If it wasn't for the china game boards it would be an pretty damn good room the differences from the original boards to the China boards is that the percentage is a lot lower on the China boards about 50% lower from the original boards and the room itself other than the boards it's a pretty good room if they just put the original boards back that will be one badass room but other than that I got to give it a three-star and if you're wondering how I know I'm a technician I worked all over San Antonio, Laredo

I enjoy the people-laughing and talking-nice place to hang at during the day when you eat drink are home alone and need a friend to talk to just go to the elephant room and pull a chair-you will have the best time ever-eat and drink or snack and crack jokes amongst each other. I enjoy playing at the Elephant game room. Staff is friendly and a good atmosphere. What bothers me is 1 particular guy that claims to be head of security, wants to search me, is so rude to me, "and is not wearing a security uniform". He won't let me in because I refuse to be searched by him. If you claim to be a security you must wear a uniform!
In all honesty the elephant room was and is an awesome experience with a wide selection of games and customer service is on point. They always have bank and are nothing like those other game rooms that are always out of bank they serve food to the guest and always have snacks and drinks free of charge for your convenience. I would and do recommend this spot to any and everyone. YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE AND YOU WONT REGRET

Elephant Game room is awesome. They have a wide selection of great games to choose from. I love the atmosphere as well fun friendly safe environment. If you haven't checked it out I recommend you come out n do so.

I loved it my sis Ruby Covarrubias took me there and I had a lot of fun. I actually won it was little but it was money I didn't have. Definitely will be going back.
I withdrew $20 out of their ATM. The charge was supposed to be a $3 fee for withdraw the ATM charged me $5.50 fee instead of $3. I will not return. I felt robbed.

Bad service!!! the manager is always in the back eating and on the phone fighting she's very arrogant before helping us out with payments there's 2 girls that helps sometimes, I'm Not going back!

The manager plays games while working also plays machines when you step away for a moment when's money and keeps it..Owner won't do anything about it.Manager is bragging about the winnings and telling other customers about it. And still owner won't do anything about it.
