Customer Reviews

Tom was efficient and fixed up our issue with expertise. If you're thinking about giving him a call, get on the calendar now because he's a busy man! Cheers ??

Tom at Electronics Unlimited is fantastic! I got two jukeboxes (so far) from Electronics Unlimited and I couldn't be happier. My jukeboxes were 100% in working order (they didn't even have any burned out light bulbs) and delivery was on-time with a crew of professionals. To top it off, Tom and his team are really nice people who genuinely care about their customers and their work.

Celebrating 10 years since my first purchase from the ?Coin-op Doctor?! Always my first call and will be very disappointed when Tom opts to hang it up. He is personally to be credited with countless hours of family fun time! Thanks again, Tom, for keeping our classic humming.

Tom was able to fix my star castle video game after being broke for about 5 years also he repaired our 1969 rockola jukebox. We also bought a pinball game from there and it works fairly well for being 45 years old. We think it's got a mind of it's own though sometimes overall the price for the house call was a bit high but Tom did a good job and I would recommend him.

First time using him. I thought he was very good at fixing my Jukebox. I was out of his area of travel, about 1.5 hours drive. Very nice man explaining what all he was doing (fixing the Pin Bank, and servicing). Coming to my place again this week for a different problem I'm having with my Jukebox (just stopped working). Will keep getting him if needed. Very nice to talk with while he was working on my jukebox explaining what all he was doing. I will be calling him once again for a service call to oil/greas

Tom is a nice guy, but he really needs to stop cutting corners in his work if he hasn't already. I have purchased two pinball machines from previous owners that had originally purchased them from him, and the amount of hacks and shoddy work that I found after going over the machines is nothing that I should find done by a supposed professional technician. Wires were replaced with extension cord wire, electrical tape used where shrink wrap should have been, incorrect size and length hardware used on multiple

I've accumulated several pinball machines and video games over the years, all of which were sitting in various states of disrepair in my townhouse basement. When I finally moved to a home where I could properly display them, I needed someone who could fix them. Tom is a true expert. Some of these games I thought might never work again and now I am happy to say all of them are. My only quibble is that he is so busy that it can take a month just to get an appointment but it's worth waiting for.

An answer to our Prayers!! Tom and his team are the finest professionals. They make the process of servicing, purchasing & selling pinball machines and electronic games a pleasure. I have owned this equipment for may years and have struggled finding anyone who can handle all the problems effectively. Thank God for the Coin-Op Docter. Paul Skeens

I was very new in the hobby and naively purchased an arcade game at a tremendous premium with the understanding it would be ?fully restored?. Was required to place a non-refundable 50% deposit on the machine. Was promised the ?fully restored? machine in 60 days. After more than 90 days and several phone calls I was told it was ready. A very rude woman was clear that the second half of the deposit was required before I could take it. In fact this woman was rude at every turn. Cosmetically it was not nearly ?

The guy spent more time in my bathroom and on the phone then working on my machine, which still is not functioning properly. Then charged me over 300 dollars for about 20 minutes of work. Then argued with me when I questioned the time. I would give them negative five stars if I could. And when I call back he is always on vacation and "he will call you back."

This guy came to my home and charged me over 300 dollars and fixed NOTHING. rude as hell called my slot machine a pos..not realizing it's a mills collectors item...only 2 in the entire USA. Don't use this guy!!. Write me and I'll pay you to use someone else

Excellent professional support for my electronic needs. The guru for my Spirit of 76 Gottlieb pinball machine and Seeburg Q160 jukebox. Pricing is commensurate with the expert service.

Excellent customer service vary happy With my New Pinball machine plus the price was fair very pleased and everything seems to me to be in working order. I highly recommend these guys.

Service was not delivered as promised keep my motherboard for two months, still had not made the repairs, didn't apologize or offer to refund my $125 back because the board was not repaired as promised or implied as the website states. Very unprofessional! And lacking real business customer service concern. Does not appreciate there customers, lack sense of urgency and plain old manners. Rory

Great place to go if you need an arcade machine, pinball, or jukebox in the Baltimore area. Knowledgable people that have been in the business for decades. They service the machines, too - making for very worry-free purchases!

Love you guys. You fixed my 1967 seeburg juke box. Thank you so much. A+++++++++

Bought a so called working pinball machine, which does not work, zero star rating, buyers beware, unprofessional with a foul tone and language, advise shopping elsewhere

if you want a video game or jukebox for your entertainment this is the place to contact they have it all

Rip off place, offed to by my $1200 Jukebox for 50 Bucks

They are the best. Hands down

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
