Electric Quarter Arcade

Me and family stay at the Avalon in June. This is a nice little arcade within walking distance. My nephews enjoy playing the games and I even won a Sunny the Seagull. The arcade is a dying breed which is why I'm glad this one is still around. Plus, they have a cool Tampa Bay Buccaneers display inside. One of my favorite features, especially since it's off my favorite player and reason I'm a Bucs fan- Mike Alstott.

We had a great experience yesterday ! My daughter had the best time . She was a little cranky when we were leaving but the manager was extremely helpful when it was time to pick out prizes ! We will definitely be back .

We have been coming to the Electric Quarter for several years, when we visit for vacation. It is just an incredible place. It's always clean, has great working games, the staff is friendly and they are generous with prizes. They also have really tasty ice cream. If you are in the area it is well worth your time and just a little bit of money for some great fun.

I had an exceptional experience at this establishment. Its location is perfect?far enough from the hustle and bustle to provide a relaxed atmosphere, yet still accessible. The entire place is impeccably clean, including the bathrooms, which is always a plus. The staff truly stands out, especially a young man named J, who made my visits even more enjoyable. Fun little arcade tucked away in a shopping center. The staff was very kind and friendly. ALL the games were fully functional, which is sometimes rare to see in a beach town. The place was very clean and well maintained. The fact that they offer ice cream is an added bonus. Terrific arcade! I'd give it 6 stars if I could. It was nice to not have the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but still the excitement of the games and winning prizes. We went 3 times in our week down there and the staff was just so nice each and everytime. My 10 year old son and 12 year old daughter as well as my wife and I share the same sentiment that we can't wait to go back!!

So much better than the boardwalk arcades! Super friendly employees, really good prizes instead of just the lame little plastic toys that code 1,000 tickets and the prices are so much better than any other arcade in ocmd! Support small and go to this arcade over the others!

THE BEST ARCADE EVER. Lots of games, good prizes (brand-name candy!), and the friendliest staff. It's clean, relatively quiet, and a super pleasant place to hang out. They have an ice cream counter and a clean bathroom. (Can you tell this review is written by a mom?) The staff let kids take FOREVER to pick their prizes with seeming unlimited patience. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Fun place with even a few old school arcade cabinets. When we tried to go back the next day, we were disappointed that they were closed Monday-Wednesday. But we'll be back at some point.

Excellent arcade if you're looking for something away from the craziness of the boardwalk. A nice variety of games - there is something for everyone. During our recent trip we saw they offered Pokemon cards one of their prizes, which my son was so excited for. He had a blast earning tickets. The staff were kind and patient, and we really liked the variety of prizes. We will absolutely be back next time we visit Ocean City!

Great way to cap off a day with my son. Small and not all the bells and whistles as the boardwalk arcades. However, it is friendly and lots of fun.

This is a great family arcade. My wife and I took our 2-year-old grandson and he loved playing the games especially skee ball and the soccer game. He had a lot of fun, and it was a great value! I highly recommend that you check them out if you're in Ocean City for some good family fun.

Great games! Great value. Spent over 2 hrs here with 3 kiddos. Sat and enjoyed large bowls of yummy ice cream. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. And a photo booth! The place is well kept. The games look brand new. Everything worked. No ticket or point issues. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We come to this arcade with our kids every time we're on vacation. The Pok?mon card prizes are great vs other arcades prizes in the area. To the Pok?mon collector staff member, I got a zard EX from one of the obsidian flames packs you picked. See you next summer :)

This arcade is so clean. There are so many fun games for the kids. The best part is the amazing staff! They are extra nice and very accommodating to the kids. I will definitely be back! This is now my arcade of choice in OCMD!

Great little arcade with several retro games, such as Street Fighter II, Spy Hunter, and a Namco multi-machine. Various dexterity and coin pusher games, some racers, and shooting games, the usual. And ice cream.

Ice cream was delicious. JAY, the young man scoopping the ice cream, made our nite. It is always great to see someone that enjoys their job. Kudos to the owners and management for creating such a positive work environment.

Great little arcade. My wife, 2 kids and I shared a $25 play card and had fun for over an hour in here on a rainy night. The prizes they had were also pretty good, and the two guys they had working the counter were super friendly and nice... Definitely recommend and will be back.

Our condo is right down the street, and last year we met a couple who handed us a card for this arcade. We had a bunch of kids in our group. Well this year we stopped in over the weekend. Amazing. The staff is SO attentive and friendly, especially the young man with the glasses. Very clean and welcoming, and the ice cream is amazing. We came 2 nights in a row. Our family played at the arcade yesterday evening (9/11/22). It has a nice selection of games and prizes. The cost is affordable. The facility was bright and clean. This was a very good arcade for a family. The two gentleman working that evening were exceptional. Management needs to recognize these two employees for a job well done. Recently visited this arcade with my 7 year old son and 10 year old daughter. It was impressively clean. Not even one game was broke. It is card only but this is convenient qhen it comes to managing how many tickets the kids have, especially if you have more than one child. Staff was friendly and nice. The arcade was clean, non-cluttered, and inviting. Even though we came for the games, the staff was the best part. They were friendly and excited to help. I had told them a claw machine window was wide open, and they rewarded my girlfriend and I with some extra tickets. Although we didn't get to try the ice cream, I have no doubt it would be good coming from this place. Would highly recommend.

This is the best arcade ever! It's small but they have good games and it's a very clean place. The staff was awesome and my boys had a great time. We spent about an hour and a half there. This will definitely be a routine stop on our ocean city vacations!

My family and I came in today with my 2 kids (3 and 1 year old). We had a great time! Such a great option when it is super hot out. The staff was absolutely the best. They were all so friendly and helpful. The system with the card being token and tickets is so easy. Definitely 10/10.

We visited the arcade with our grandchildren during our recent trip to OC. It was exceptionally clean with a great selection of games. Their token card system made it so easy for the kids to simply scan their cards and play without having to keep up with tokens. Been going here for 10 plus years. Each year have a blast. Pinball is fantastic staff is wonderful and supernice.

Our experience there tonight was ??! The staff (dude in the blue shirt & glasses) was extremely friendly, very helpful and made our night even that much better! The arcade area was very clean & the temperature was just perfect after our long day at the beach. We are glad we found a new place to go to so close to home.

We took our two grandkids to the arcade and we all had a blast. The 2 young men running the arcade were super nice. They spent time and were extremely patient with our grandchildren as they picked out their prizes. The facility was super clean. Instead of using tokens they have an automated card scan program so you can easily keep up with your available tickets and points for each game. I would highly recommend stopping by. Members of our family got ice cream and really enjoyed the flavors and selection.

This place was so much fun! Very clean and a lot of fun games to play. My daughter loved the prizes. They have a Bob Ross claw machine that we were all determined to win! The staff was super friendly and inviting. We went to the beach the next day and saw their advertisment on the boat and cheered as it went by. I would recommend this place for all ages. Went today for the first time. It's bright and clean and just enough for the kids and adults to do. The staff is AMAZING and so kind. My son was trying so hard to get something from the claw machine and they made it happen!! ?? We will definitely be loyal customers and tell everyone about this little gem!

Best Arcade in Ocean City. Skip the arcades on the boardwalk as a lot of the machine are broken and they are crowded. This is a fun family oriented destination that's clean and all the machines work as they should. We felt the value was worth it even though we dropped $100 the prizes are much better and you get more time for your play here. My two kids enjoyed this place very much and were happy with the loot they received for their efforts..

The Electric Quarter is by far the best arcade in Ocean City Maryland. Dominic is the best. Customer service is second to none. My kids loved it there. Great music, ice cream, best arcade games in Ocean City. Great music. All around great time. If you come to Ocean City Maryland, this is a must. You won't be disappointed.

It's been two years since I was at Ocean city last and this arcade got a nice facelift. Took my 5 yr old son and we had a blast with the variety of games. We even used the photo booth there. When we went to trade in tickets my son had 400 and he wanted a piece of candy that was like 80 tickets and he got it and then he noticed he wanted this other prize but we were like 40 tickets short and I told my son he had to pick something else. Fantastic arcade. All the machines are in new condition and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Our entire family looks forward to spending time here. With a very nice indoor golf course next door, you can easily make a rainy day a blast

This arcade was very clean. They had lots of good prizes at very reasonable ticket amounts.The staff was great with the kids and very generous when totaling our tickets. They also do a daily coloring contest to win an extra 5$. Would recommend for sure for all ages.

This arcade is definitely a MUST go to at the beach. The prizes are amazing and I have NEVER seen a public arcade so clean...especially the bathroom...you can literally see your reflection in the toilet!! Cute arcade. First time visiting. Not to large where you get lost. The attendees are helpful and polite. The owner was there and gave out free ice cream! My daughter had a blast and racked up on the tickets!

This is a little out of the way spot to play video games and win tickets to trade for prizes. I enjoyed the nostalgia effect it had on me as I played with my sons. The owner was a really nice old man who doesnt jack up the ticket price on the prizes. My sons enjoyed themselves and I got to feel nostalgic. Other than the place being a bit dated, I really can't complain. Overall an exact 4 out of 5.

We found this arcade by chance last year and love it. Not a huge arcade but it's very nice and clean and seems like a family run business and the staff is so nice. We will keep coming back every year we come down!

I remember this arcade from my childhood, it has changed quite a bit to be completely electronic now, no more feeding quarters hah. Staff was extremely friendly and the games are as fun as I remember. Not as many machines as before, but I assume that may have to do with when they upgraded/digitalized the arcade with the card system. Will continue to stop by when I visit the area for old time sake.

So cute and so fun! I really love how nice the people were, when our game messed up they were right there before we even knew what to do, and gave us our points back for the game. And they weren't upset like other businesses about us staying until just before closing, we are definitely coming back for another fun time!

The owner of this establishment is an old cantankerous man. He not only is rude, but he LIES. Don't trust the scale machine either. Count your tickets ahead of time. Don't rely on his gimmick scale. Also, just know that when the machine button is red, it means no tickets. But I found out the hard way. He then came over to the machine AFTER I deposited my money and it was guaranteed to dispense tickets, it didn't. So I asked him for my quarter back. He proceeds to tell me no. So I asked for ticke

This places was so nice and so clean. The staff was so friendly. It's not as big as the boardwalk one, but that was a plus for us because I didn't have to worry about losing anyone! We will 100% be back!

Had a great time with my wife. We played tons of Skee Ball, Mortal Kombat, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Mario Kart...and we left with a stuffed horsey. They have multiple hand-sanitizing stations, which is awesome. It was a wonderful way to spend an evening. And, with the Taphouse a few doors down, it's a really convenient location to get food, drinks...then go here for some games.

I've been coming to ocean city for 25years and have come to this location hundreds of times. It has been remodeled but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean environment. Hopefully we can make this updated arcade feel like a new tradition.

This a great place to go on a rainy day. It's a smaller arcade than the others, but it's convenient to us. The staff has always been good to deal with. We enjoy it.

As a 80s and early 90s kid the days spent at a true arcade on the boardwalk are dead. Electric Quarter Arcade is the last place I can find that has that vintage feel. Most games are 25 to 50 cents and plenty of ticket machines for younger kids. It's no Crabtown but when I'm in OC it's the best Arcade to go to.

The only fair arcade in OC, it's small but the prizes are great and they aren't trying to rip you off like the bigger arcades on the boardwalk
