Great overall experience for my daughters birthday. Wish they clearly stated that each parent needs a wristband just to watch their kids. That was an unexpected cost. Parents that don't do anything aside from keeping an eye on their younger kids (8 and younger in this case) should be allowed in if just keeping an eye on their kids and nothing more, but I understand it could be hard to monitor that as well. The place was clean, and the food was pretty good. Party host did a great job as well.

Good place for kids or teens. $20 a person and you all share the games so you may or may not have to wait to play what you want to play. You also might be joined by other people. Decent amount of games.

Reviews about bad service are pretty spot on, Brittany (supervisor) was extremely rude and was pretty much taunting my friends and I while we were trying to enjoy ourselves. Made it super uncomfortable. The games are pretty fun, I recommend larger groups to truly enjoy them. You will share games with others, guests were super nice.

One of the worst birthday experience we had . Upon entrance, front desk person told us to place our birthday cake on a table. Unfortunately table broke, and cake messed up. Once I got there and people started to arrive, I was told that all parents had to have a wristband as well if they wanted to be able to watch their children (these kids were 6&7 and required parent supervision). Came for my grand-niece's 5th Birthday party. I was delighted by the whole environment, the interactive tables, the play areas, and the friendly staff. The food was fresh and tasty and I liked the fresh fruit platter lots.

I went with my 9 year old son, parents and 3 month old daughter we had an amazing time! It was super interactive for my son and loud enough that I didn't get anxious when my baby cried. Double win! The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

I went to Drag Brunch on 1/5/25. I had a wonderful time! The food was very good, hot, fresh, replenished quickly. It was a first time and we loved it. There are several interactive games that a group can play together. Not really knowing what to expect, would wear gym attire or cooler clothing the next time, it got warm from running around.

What a blast! Our group of two adults and one 6-year-old spent almost two hours playing as many games as we could. Every game requires physical participation and most of them needed mental processing, too. The price can't be beat for the entertainment factor. Another visit is already being planned.

We took my 8 year old daughter here for her birthday. This was a hidden treasure. Every single member in my family of 5 and our daughter?s friend had a blast! The staff were very attentive to us and very friendly, the building and rooms were very clean, only criticism was the pricing(but I blame that on our current government). The Sunday Drag Show is the absolute BEST!!! The venue is awesome and clean, the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. The performers are our best local talent, who give their all for a fantastic time!! If in doubt, go and see the some of our local greatness entertain you, you wont be sorry!

I went on a date and did the Drag Queen Brunch . It included a fabulous show and meal! We had a blast! It was interactive and the food was good! You cannot not go wrong with going to experience the shows here at the Electric Playhouse!!! I'm looking forward to my next experience there!!

Had an amazing time. It was my husband and I with our two kids 13 and 4 years of age and each one of us had a lot of fun. They have an area to sit and eat and have drinks as well, not badly priced and the food was good. Truly enjoyed our time there.

Interactive gaming gets you moving your body while having fun! Educational and a physical experience. Fun for family and friends.

If you go when they aren't busy or book a party you will have a better experience but going when they are busy will leave you sitting in lines to play games. Sitting in the lines will also take forever as there is nothing to stop the same group in the game from playing again and again as much as they would like. The games they do have are fun when you get to play them and the price is good when they aren't busy.

We're visiting from Scottsdale and the kids had a blast. Wish we had something like this back home. We did have a small issue with them not letting us sit at the dining area to order drinks. The staff acted a bit cagey as to why we couldn't, other people were dining... they never really explained themselves. Other than that great time!

Electric Playhouse has such a wide range of Events. Off The Ropes Pro Wrestling showed out for Game On!!! The venue was electrifying and the live event was so entertaining, I want to go back for the next one. I will be on the look out for your future Pro Wrestling events.

Great place for family fun. Interactive games involving projections on walls or the floor, such as virtual soccer and Wipeout wheel. Entry fee is pricey for 2 hours and adds up quickly for a family, $18 adults, $15 kids & seniors. We loved it.

As an adult, I think I had more fun that my 2 young daughters. I initially though it was just lights to see but there are so many games to play and they keep changing. You can take a break and head to the food and grab a bite or a drink. It was very fun.

I was here for a show the other night and the staff for electric playhouse were very rude and disrespectful. They for one was rude when it came to id's, and then we had security following us all night even followed my boyfriend to the bathroom. We went for the Drag Brunch this past Sunday & this was the perfect place to have it. We didn't get the brunch but it looked like there was a variety of food available for everyone. It's a great idea but the execution is horrible. There is no structure to getting people through the center. Kids run around unchecked and unsupervised. The team at electric playhouse was so accommodating when my dad surprised me that weekend and came in town. They added a seat to my table for him so i got to celebrate with my whole family. I've done several different things at Electric Playhouse. To date this includes three different Immersion Dinners (Halloween theme, Chocolate and Coffee theme, and Vara Wine pairing), general play, and yoga on the weekends (which still surprises people). The instructors for yoga vary, but I've had a positive experience with all of them (and I am not a big yoga fan, but need to keep it up).

My daughter had a birthday party at Electric Playhouse, and it went great! The host was above and beyond, and both kids and parents had a wonderful experience. I only wish we were given the correct information from the beginning - that we actually have three hours of fun rather than an hour and a half. Other than that, kudos to Electric Playhouse! I had my son's birthday party here & the staff went above and beyond! Sonia, Scott and John were absolutely amazing - from Sonia helping to plan the event from beginning to end, Scott being one of the best server/host and John overlooking the entire production to ensure everything went perfect! The games and food are excellent as well!

First time here and have to say now in my top 5 places to play at in Albuquerque!! What a blast! Spent about 4 hours here they serve alcoholic drinks, which were fantastic, and non alcoholic along with a decent menu. The games are all interactive and change to different ones as the time passes so always something new to check out! A very interesting form of entertainment here I must say. So you enter a brightly lit room to pay for entry?.and then you go into a tunnel of neon lights and immediately are submerged into a neon maze of fun! I went to the show last night, paid like 30 dollars to get in. I stood in line to get a drink for 45min and only got half way through the line. I didn't feel like standing in line for another 45min so I left. They had another bar that wasn't serving drinks. Not sure why they thought they wouldn't need that bar for a busy show. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Really a fun space. The games change on rotation when you are there. They are interactive which makes it fun for all ages. There is a bar. One in the play space and one in the lobby. I suggest buying tickets ahead of time.

My husband?s company chose this location for their company Christmas party. We were rudely received by the staff serving us and practically forced into a room to eat dinner. If we got up to order our drinks at the bar the waitstaff rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed and threw dirty looks, the bartender was the least friendly person I had ever tried to converse with. Had an amazing time here attending a show. Security was good everything went fast getting our ids checked and tickets scanned. Inside it was a joy to see so much color and how many rooms were interactive and immersive. My favorite part was the dance floor that made colors when you stepped on it.

Very fun, my expectations were way off the mark. I figured it was just going to be a gimmicky "fun house" with laggy response times. I'm happy to say I was wrong. And don't be fooled it's easily an adult destination, not just because they have a bar, but that the games are fun for kids and adults alike.

I agree with Andy Lee's review. Why am I paying for wristbands for people that want no part in the activities. They just want to be there for their grandchild and here I am paying double then expected. The people that I called were very rude and unprofessional. Oh yeah if you want to cancel you can't they have a no refund policy (which is my fault, I admit).

Very cool concept!! Lots of fun for the family. For some of the games, you really need to be in shape to play! The only thing that bothered me was that most of the games didn't have designated lines to wait in; people would just stand around it, so you kinda had to know whose turn was next. And of course this means that some people cut their turn because they're not paying attention to everyone else who is there.

This was the best thing I have done in a long time. We had so much fun! My two year old could do almost every game too. They have a ton of variety of games, in each room. We had booked here for an event. And there were multiple things wrong with this: 1. They DON?T allow cancellation AT ALL even if you call months in advance to cancel. In our case, we tried to cancel 2 months in advance 2. WE COULD never get ahold of them to cancel or reschedule for the party after calling and emailing for weeks on end 3. Super fun, but I'd look up the games before you go. Not a ton of instructions, but fairly easy to figure out. Our 3 year old made it about an hour, then crashed. It was an hour straight of running though! We'll be back when the kiddo has a little bit better attention span.

This place was fun but be careful of the security guards they don't seem right, the main security guard tried to follow my toddler in to the restroom , and when confronted about it he got defensive and left me to talk to the manager. Not very cool

This was the perfect spot for the large commercial gathering that I attended. While the interior itself is showing a little wear from usage, it's not so noticable with the projected atmosphere. My family visited Electric Playhouse on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone enjoyed the interactive games, especially our 6 year old. It wasn't too crowded, so we didn't feel rushed or have to wait for anything longer than 5 minutes. The cafe is right in the center of all the action. A unique experience in Albuquerque!

Would not accept a native woman's tribal ID and did not allow her inside. Extremely rude staff. Gave performers an exeedingly difficult time during entry for an event would not allow performers more than one trip for props/costumes. Let performers inside over 30 minutes late left to wait in the cold.

The hours flew by in this mesmerizing, interactive light playhouse. It was easy and engaging interacting with other visitors in the various multiplayer games. Extra stars for dodgeball alien invaders. Oh and of course my son loved it too.
