I recently revisited Easy Street by Funworks after a couple of years away, and I was pleasantly surprised by some of the improvements. The removal of the old jungle gym/climbing area inside made room for more arcade games, which was a nice change. It looks like they've updated a few of the arcade options, giving the place a slightly fresher feel. However, there's still work to be done. A number of the games are outdated or nonfunctional, and the pitching baseball machines are hit or miss?sometimes they jam
It's pretty sad to see how far our local "fun spots" for kids has fallen. There's a very small selection of overpriced games inside the building and the outside stuff is overpriced and quickly gets boring. The go-carts aren't consistent and have a pretty decent gap in speeds between them, the putt putt golf is not maintained and there's leaves and debris on the green, and the rock climbing is only fun for a few minutes.
I attended my Grandsons birthday at Easy Street and I've gotta say it was excellent. The service was great and there were so many things for the kids to do. We hardly saw them ??????3 thumbs up to all of u at East Street
This place was great. We came down and they offered a deal for a 2 hour pass. We had free reign of go karts, rock climbing and mini golf. We did five rounds of the go karts and started to play mini golf when the weather changed. The manger / owner, gave us the rest of our time in money towards indoor games. She gave us some comp plays due to the game not working correctly, which was much appreciated. We highly recommend this place to people in town.
East Street is a phenomenal arcade/ go-cart activity for kids. The staff are very kind, friendly and very helpful. One particular staff named Jenny was so patient & helpful with the services the establishment provided. It was my 5-year-old daughter's first time in any arcade or fun-works activities. We won a spike bouncy ball through the vending machine, then my daughter lost it and Jenny was so kind to replace it for us. That was sweet, and this going to be the place I take my daughter when visiting my mot
Go-Karts were better than we thought. Only issue is they shouldn't put so many people on the track at the same time, especially new people that don't know how to drive or move to the side properly. Otherwise I would recommend this place. It was pretty fun and the value was good too.
The kids love this place. Especially the go karts. They get to go around quite a few times, which makes it worth the money. There are a lot of fun arcade games for the kids to play and win tickets for prizes.
Jenny and her staff went above and BEYOND! Had our three year old?s birthday there and they have thought of everything for the party. My husband and I were so pleased. Thank you so much again, especially Jenny!
It was fine for a last minute thing to do. Very little lighting for outdoor miniature golf. Not kept up as far keeping the green clean. Not worth the price.
Went with my granddaughter for my niece and nephew's birthday party. She is 15 months and absolutely loved it. She even tried miniature golf. The manager and our server Justice were both great! Highly recommend for birthday parties or just family time away from screens.
It was very fun wish we could have stayed longer what only took a week for vacation had a lot more places to go but will return to have some more fun at mini golf
We had a lot of fun, the staff was very helpful and super friendly! The arcade games worked well and were all fun! The mini golf course needs some updating and the ponds some routine maintenance but it was creative and unique!
We had my daughter's 7th birthday here a week ago. Jenni made the booking process very easy and was helpful upon arrival. Our party host Justice was awesome, attentive and on top of everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed having the indoor arcade and then the unlimited 2 hour outside time. Would definitely host another party here
Kiddos love this place. The prices are a bit much but it's worth it seeing them smile. Most of the employees are friendly and great.
Super cute local place for mini golf, golf carting, and arcade! Great for a nice afternoon with kids/family.
Nice arcade. Great game selection, friendly staff, and tasty snacks. Will definitely visit again.
My mom and I wanted to do something for her 50th birthday and she decided mini golf!! We found this place by looking around and everyone was really nice. They sprayed and cleaned the litter before they gave them to us and the courses are fun! Some of the other guests weren't the greatest and had LARGE crowds and one of the rules is please let smaller parties/faster players go first.. but they took their time and made it hard for my mom and I to pass. We ended up having to skip 3 holes to get around them.
My daughter has her 10th bday party here and everything was great. Jenny and Kai took great care of us! We will definitely return and boom future parties here!
We absolutely love Easy Street! I have been taking my kids here for a good 15 years every time we visit Ocala. Last year when we got married in Ocala and went to Easy Street with our son after. Family traditions
Fun place family activity. Greens are a bit worn. But playable. We took our granddaughter. Her first time at Putt Putt, but she had fun despite the 90? temp.
My baby had so much fun here.
This was a great Mini Golf course! We love mini golf and this was really fun! We will be back! Check out my other reviews on google and check out @thekelleyexperience on Instagram!
Amazing place to take a child to play put put golf. My granddaughter loved it. It was her first time ever playing and she did great. The staff even gave her, her own club, and ball to play with. (She's only 1 I'm a half)
I had a blast bringing my kids to the place I grew up coming too. It has changed a lot. Golf was fun, only complaint was the water features smelled rotten in some parts probably from the decaying leaves sitting in the water. The putting greens were maintained. Go karts were great and maintained. If your child is under 42? then they ride with you at no extra charge. We've been to places where they charge full price for a passenger so that was really nice. The whole family had a good time.
This place is very expensive. I took my grandsons, we spent $60 on both of them. They used up in about 10 minutes. No wonder no one was there.
A nice little fun Park in Ocala, the game rates were reasonable, plenty of parking A+
Great fun !!! Played Putt Putt Golf and Go Carts APerfect place for All ages
Good place for kids parties. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grab a hotdog if you have the munchies.
My kids love going here! It is pricy if you have multiple children- $24 for a 2 hour armband. Have you thought of offering a Homeschoolers Day once a month? More affordable pricing or monthly pricing would bring in more people too. Definitely needs some updates.
Although we had a little hiccup purchasing arcade cards the manager compensated above and beyond for us. We had a fantastic day, there was something for every age
Reasonably priced and great staff! Had a burger at their grill inside and it was very delicious. The kids enjoyed driving the go carts and they have lots of video games for kids of all ages. All the equipment seemed to be functioning properly (not many arcades keep their equipment properly maintained).
Great for all ages. Went here for adult birthday played putt putt had a blast and took pics . A great bargaining tool for kids and chores as well . Arcade was massive.
We had my sons 7th birthday party here, it was a lot of fun & (who I believe was) the manager was so so accommodating for us! We had planned this party very last minute and she went above and beyond for us. We didn't even have time to reserve a party spot/room & she graciously allowed us a last minute area inside. Which we were extremely lucky and thankful for, with having our 6month old baby with us a place inside that was cool, comfortable and away from alot of the noise and crowds. The go-karts were gas
A few of the games were at least fun, but there was a definite lack of variety. Several of them were broken, and pretty much all are rigged to make sure you win as few tickets as possible while spending the money on your card very quickly. Even if you do manage to get lucky with tickets, the prize selection is disappointing. I was hoping for an experience that was more like a smaller-scale Dave and Buster's, but it turned out to be more akin to Chuck E Cheese. We might try to come again on a day with good w
Easy Street is a pretty fun place to visit with kids of all ages or even a group of adults. They keep it relatively clean considering the age of the facility. The most fun is the go-karts but we didn't do them the last visit because the kids would have had to ride with us. We played mini golf and the kids loved it. The mini golf course definitely needs some attention but it's still fun. Hopefully the owners will revamp it soon? I'd love to go back and play with a fresh course.
My granddaughter went there for a birthday party. She had so much fun!!!
Had my sons party here the host was awesome, the pizza was delicious. Had one incident with a staff calling one of my guest the B word and the manger handled it appropriately and gave us a $20 game card as a token. Will definitely return.
The people here were very nice and everything was fun!! The go karts were really fun. The Water Balloons were tons of fun!! And personally, I feel the arcade was the best part overall. If you need a place to parties, or somewhere to take the family for a fun time, I highly recommend Easy Street
Went with my husband and our 2 children. Staff was very friendly and were very understanding when my child had to get off the go karts after only 2 laps. Gave each of my kids a toy car to cheer them up! I thought it was so nice, especially since they absolutely didn't have to do that. The person who helped us at the prize desk was also nice. That person was also patient while my children were deciding what prizes they wanted. Almost every machine was working and none of the machine took our ?swipes? without
I typically don't review places but I have to today. We went to Easy Street and spent a couple hundred dollars on bracelets and the arcade for our 9 year olds birthday. We have two main, important complaints. 1. Gokarts have a no bumping rule that they ?enforce? there were teenagers wrecking my 9 year old and other people- when they wrecked me they asked who had done it and told me they'd ?keep an eye on them? but they were allowed to keep doing it for well over an hour, so my 8 year old wouldn't do it agai
The Go Cart Gestapo is very strict on bumping. It's best to try not to pass in case you bump. I received my verbal warning just standing in line. Of course I'm being ridiculous, but hey, they started it.
Went there with my son for a Christmas party for Waffle House. It seemed small on the outside but it didn't seem that big on the inside. I paid money to play games and I lost $40 cause the guy working that night could not get my money back from the game cause he said that it seems to be broken and after me spending $40 he puts an Out Of Order sign on it. And he told my number but never till this day got my money back for that place. My son spent $20 and I spent $20 on games that barely worked and had no si
We took a middle school reward field trip to Easy Street and the kids had a blast! They climbed the rock wall, played mini-golf, drove go karts, used the water balloon launcher, did the laser maze and played arcade games to their heart's content! Prices were reasonable by today's standards, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was in good working order. Thank you Easy Street!
Bathroom reeks of urine. Urinals look like they have not been cleaned in years. Young employees were friendly and helpful. One young man patiently feed balls into the one somewhat working pitching machine. The place is a mess. Very expensive. Such a shame. If there is any manager they aren't doing anything but taking in the money. I highly recommend you do not waste your time or money.
Better than it used to be, very pricy for a big family. We go there once in awhile.
Nice place. Not a huge selection if games, but enough to occupy us for an hour. The batting cage outside is nice & affordable
My family and I decided to take the kids for our oldest son's birthday to go Go-karting. Checking their website I was under the impression that the go kart attraction for one person $12 wasn't bad with no mention of how long you could drive. However, when we arrived we were told it was only good for 7 minutes! Therefore we were put in a pickle to buy the $115 package for 2 hours unlimited attractions for 4 people which left one out. I will never do that again. Most of the time on the track was interrupted b
Over priced for what has become a run down place. The mini golf needs multiple repairs. The attendants that works the go cart area should be more alert to their area to watch who is hitting who.
I understand this is an old facility, but wow! Very dirty and they haven't done any maintenance on their putt putt course. The green carpet is bunches up in areas, dirt and debris all on the course and the blocks that are supposed to keep the ball on the course are missing or broken. We were extremely disappointed! Definitely would NOT recommend!
Had a great time with my family here. Great way to spend a part of a day. It was definitely over priced though. I will never waist money on the go-karts again it was like $11 per attraction. The go-karts didn't even last 5 minutes. Mini golf is worth the price though especially when you are with family or friends.
Went for a game of putt putt and course is nice. 9 bucks a person to play.
Mini golf is okay. Fun for the kiddos. After melting in the heat to do mini golf we played in the arcade inside and it was not much cooler than outside. They should keep it a bit cooler inside. Arcade is okay. The staff is friendly. The kiddos had fun.
This place has been around for a long time. It's time for a few upgrades but it still gives the kids excitement. They also help others in the community by opening earlier. That is what makes you love and support your locals. Come visit Easy street and show your kids what we use to do as kids.
Great place to take the kids for a birthday party or just some fun. Everyone can't wait to go again.
No question, kids love it! The facility could use a lot of paint, pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning and good old fashion maintenance. Staff inside the facility is well trained in the art of customer service. However, the go-cart staff could use some training. (you get more bees with honey)
Easy Street is a super cool spot to take the kids and have a fun day. We've been here 2x now, both times on Veterans Day when our kids are outta school. We opted for the 3 hour pass the times we were there. The go-karts are the top attraction. These things have decent speed and handling and the track is a nice, long, winding track through trees and back. You have to be a certain height to drive, but smaller kids can be passengers. When you get 5-8 carts going all at the same time, it creates a fun race. Th
Just went to my nephews birthday party here and it was a complete joke. The place is crazy expensive compared to other places, the food is garbage, the staff all look miserable. The birthday packages make 0 sense. $320 for a birthday package and the birthday kid gets a $5 card lol. Spend $319 and play 2 games. What a scam! I get this town doesn't have many options, but if you have no competition there's no reason why this place should be subpar. It's remarkable this place is a business and is open. I'll ne
Fun place for kids in Ocala. My 3 year old loves the arcade and also the balloon war area outside. It's a great place in town and has been here at least 20 years it feels like. Last time I was there the whole building had an odd smell to it though I will say but usually it doesn't.
The staff was very friendly and the water ballon toss made our entire vacation my boys could have played there for hours!!
We had an amazing day with the whole family.
We had so much fun with the kids. From go carts to putt putt, there's endless hours of things to do! We had an issue with an arcade game taking our money and giving nothing in return. The staff handled it quickly and were very polite. I am from Ohio and my nephews already want me to visit just so we can go again!
We had a good experience, but we probably won't return because many games were broken or malfunctioning. The employees were nice and understanding when we lost one of our game cards. The kids had a great time in spite of the issues with the games.
I am never a person to write reviews. If I like it I'll be back,if not you just won't see me again... Today is the exception. We visited Easy street by fun works to celebrate my granddaughter birthday. We had a group of 9, ages 9 to 83. I have to admit I was a little Leary but because it looked out dated and it was kinda empty but I must say the staff here are amazing. My father who's 83 went on the gocart played games like a kid, we all did. Thank you for being patient with my dad, he may never have this
great family place to hang out and have some fun. they have go karts, batting cages, miniature golf, arcades ect. I grew up going here and I always enjoyed it and have good memories. we just went there last weekend for a business event and rode the go karts. so much fun
I really wish I would've gotten the name of the lady that helped my friends and I but sadly, I didn't so I will describe her. Today, 6/25/22 I went to Easy Street with a few friends and there was a lady there with grey hair wearing a black easy street shirt and beige/khaki pants. I hadn't been to Easy Street in awhile and had kind of forgotten how things worked and she was very helpful in getting our fun going. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well and took her time doing so which
Very clean place, family oriented, all staff were helpful and kind. Justice was a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good party for our kids. Thank you all!
Had a great time with my family! I don't care how old you get the go carts are still a blast!
Driving through Ocala and decided to check this place out. It wasn't super crowded from the looks of it but we just figured it was due to time of day. As soon as we walked in the smell of sewage hit us in the face. This smell would linger throughout our entire time there. There didn't seem to be a lot of redemption games. I'd say it felt about 50/50. A few games were also broken, which cut down on the options. Prices weren't terrible, but for such little selection it was a bit of a bummer. There was lots of
We really enjoyed this place. We played mini golf and rode the go karts. Staff was very friendly. It was not crowded at 1:00 PM. We were only doing outside things but the arcade looked like a lot of fun. I thought the prices were reasonable. We will be back for sure.
It's better than it was a few years ago. A nice amount of time is given on the go carts. Staff is friendly. Mini golf is a very simple and easy coarse. Arcade is very expensive.
"Easy Street" is a decent place to take your family or even just a child or two for an outing if you're short on entertainment for the day. Be sure to check the website for hours of operation before heading out. They seem to be pretty diverse based on what day of the week it is. Attractions consist of a decent-sized arcade, batting cages, go-karts, a rock climbing wall, miniature golf (18 holes), and a water balloon war area. To help offset the steep cost of individual attractions ($9 per attraction), you c
Extremely over priced for what little is offered, some games did not even work, and even if you get a decent amount of tickets all you can get is a tiny plastic toy and a single piece of candy. I could have spent the same amount at the fair and done so much more. We would have walked out if I had not already promised the kids that we'd check it out and play some games. We won't be rerurning. The staff is very nice though and I have nothing bad to say about them. Very helpful and friendly.
Needs some refurbishing and a maintenance plan n this place will be back like the heydays of 2000?s. Management should dump a loan and start and insta page, maybe revive the place again. Like other reviews have said there ain?t much competition in ocala besides the paddock mall laser tag. I personally come here to play guitar hero and have come numerous times since a child. I want this place to prosper truly.
Great place to go for a half hour. I think they need a deep clean because there is definitely a smell in the place of spilled beverages that were allowed to get moldy. The games are exactly what I would expect from an arcade, and the staff is pleasant, as other reviews have said, but the place does need just a little tlc.
We came here for date night and had a great time. Staff is super helpful and nice. We played arcade games, rode go-karts, and tried the laser maze. Laser maze was not all that, but it was still fun.
Had a great time with my family from out of town. There was even a nice car show going on at the Hooters next door! Just be advised there's a crashed cesna airplane in the middle of the golf course but don't feel hindered, everyone made it out safely!
It's activities are over priced and the mini golf really sucks. Every hole is as basic as it can be. Play at night and your feet will be soaked. Idk of it was sprinklers or what, but every green was soaked and there was debris everywhere that we had to pick up before we could play. They really earned this 3. Everything was mediocre at best. This place is nothing more than just ok.
Amazing place! We took a spontaneous trip and had such a great time with $26. When the machine was down and wouldn't let them put money on a card for us, they let us play putt putt for free! Definitely a reasonably priced place to check out.
My granddaughter had a great time here!
Go Karts were fun, I got a lengthy ride! The games are great too, of course. I'm sure we'll be back!
Fun place. Not huge. But they have... Go karts Mini golf Water wars Rock climbing And a medium sized arcade. Fun for the family at a tolerable price Staff was very helpful.
Employee working today was being rude to multiple families. She did not want to be outside working the rock climbing wall. I spoke to her supervisor who pulled her aside to speak to her and when she came back she was even worse. Apart from this the track, mini golf, and rock climbing were fun for a local type of fun day.
It's a good spot if you want to do something with the kids. They do however need to improve when it comes to cleanliness of location, specially the bathrooms. Bathrooms smelled like death so I would recommend you make sure your children use the bathroom BEFORE you come.
Great fun and great special prices. Me, my wife and step son had a great time. The gokarts are a blast and could only be more fun if they raised the speed limit hehe. The rock wall is challenging even for an adult but entertaining. Good selection of arcade games too. Foods overpriced but that's normal.
Easy street was way better then Chuck E Cheese it has more for my 2yr old grandson to do like games and putt putt golf also tickets are easier to earn, cheaper to buy and the ticket amounts to get toys are lower I will definitely bring my grandson back we had fun.
I love this place. The putt putt course is fun (albeit a little old and decrepit in a few places), and the rock wall & batting cages look fun. The go karts are fun (though they did get a little monotonous as time went on). The only thing I don't like is that the arcade games don't run on pure quarters anymore; you have to buy a card for $25 and have the balance deducted as you play. If you plan on spending hours there, that makes sense, but if you just want to play a few rounds of skee ball or air hockey, i
The arcade is nice I guess but it is super expensive. The mini golf (what we went for) seemed like it had been forgotten about and left to just decay. The water was gross and the course needed swept off. For something that seemed like an after thought and hasn't received maintenance in what seems like a while $10 per person seems outrageous.
We had fun playing put put golf. The course is interesting with good challenges. The place, however, needs serious renovations. Sagging concrete slabs and ripped carpet make some holes impossible for competitive play. The lighting is unacceptable. On some holes you cannot see the cup.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
