E Smokes Vape & Tobacco Outlet Middletown

Yes they have a no return no refund policy yes they tell you to try it there make sure it works before you leave the store but after 2-3 days my vape has been malfunctioning and eventually stopped working with juice still in it as a loyal customer that goes there all the time never had an issue til now and they can't even exchange it?! They don't care about their customers they're just money hungry and the staffs are also rude I will not be returning I'll go elsewhere

Omg this is one of the best smoke shops in Middletown. Today was my 1st time there and Keith made me feel welcomed and suggested that I took a walk around which I did and did not regret it everything was so organized. I ended up going for some wraps and ended up buying for almost 100 ?? you'll be shocked I definitely recommend.

Jess, the owner is great! Very pleasant and sweet to deal with. I stopped in several times since opening 7/29/2022. They have EVERYTHING and if they don't she will order it for you! The humidor was a pleasant surprise since there are no cigar shops within a 5 min drive of Highspire/Middletown. It has a great selection of cigars as well and the best part, she is open to suggestions on what to fill it with!

This is by far my favorite shop to visit. The staff and management are both top notch. Friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and the store is bright and clean. If you haven't tried this place yet make sure to do so. You won't be disappointed.

Update in response to owner 12/03/2024 You trying to call customers liars is not a good look. Also, just because a product produces vapor does not mean it is not faulty. I know the taste of this product, I've been purchasing it for over a year. The casing on the disposable vape was expanded. You may have gotten a bad batch; work with your suppliers and fix it. Or you might be selling knock off geek bars, who knows. Either way, you're affirming why I went out of my way to spend 8 minutes dogging on your gar

I went in looking for specific type of ejuice for my friend overseas and they had it and much more. Good service and beautiful store.

This place is the best, literally the only reasonable place to go and shop around. They have everything out of the cases where customers can look and read the products. All of the staff are absolute gems.

This place has so much variety unlike other places.. the Raw Island is a whole row of Raw products, prices are very good as well.

Amazingly friendly staff, great discounts on disposables. The owner is one of the nicest people I have met, we have gotten so much product from this shop. Shop is always organized & clean. The nighttime & afternoon staff do the most they can to hook you up with products that are good for you. Great place to shop, I get all my vapes and all other smoking products from here!

The gentleman with long brown hair on the night of 11-27 needs to be in management asap. I come from a retail management position and let me tell you this guy has exquisite customer service skills. He knows exactly how to match guests energy and explain his products in detail as if he made them himself. Extremely pleased and can say I will be returning to this location to see this guy really wished I remembered to get the name.

Bought a packs pod and it worked for 20 minutes then started miss firing.. made me bounce around back and fourth to employees cause the guy that sold it too me was ?Off shift? and was still behind the counter answering others questions and couldn't answer my questions.. my brother that goes here regularly said the guy gave him a new one before after leaving the store but not me? everyone here has been soooo nice and respectful. i love the chat feature they have online they always respond so fast it's great. i have had a few duds but that isn't their fault and i 100% respect and understand that. it's just the risk u take. overall the best vape shop i have found in the middletown/highspire area. they also have $10 delta 8 carts that are good for the price!

I don't come here often but when I walked in this morning the guy working was very disrespectful he ignored my GoodMorning and then I asked if they had any deals and he goes NOPE with an attitude and just looks at me with anger in his face?? I still bought what I came for but damn the guy at the counter is grumpy.

I purchased a Puff XXL 1600. I tried it in the store and when I got home it was not working. I called the store and the guy who answered said there is nothing he can do about it and that I need to speak to the owner. Said she should be in at 4 but he doesn't know for sure because she just pops up on fridays around 4pm sometimes. So unprofessional won't shop here anymore. **UPDATE** I will never shop here again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Decent inventory. Went in to buy cbd gummies, cashier sold me Fly Agaric gummies. Was going to return it, but saw on the receipt, ?ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS?. Boo to that!

Sells counterfeit elfbars. Flavors they have that don't exist on the authentic devices. Buyers beware these contain heavy metals that are harmful
