First time here and I enjoyed it, we came for my cousin?s birthday the staff were helpful especially this one staff member who I think was the owner! We came on the weekend around noon so there was a rush but it quickly cleared up. There is a nice selection of prizes to win and you can exchange them for other items in the display cabinets as well.

The place is super cute but not as spacious as I thought! Went on a weekend so it was a bit crowded, a little hard to navigate through people nevertheless I still enjoyed my time there getting boba and just looking around at all the cute stuff they have to offer! A good place for a mini date or family outing!

Update: Came back with my neices. They had a blast! The people here were very kind. So fun! Even won a few things. The boba tea was a nice bonus

Awesome place! The owners are awesome! If you have kids bring them! They went the extra mile for us to make the experience great for our kids. Machines are 3-6 coins each, both my my daughter won 6-7 plushies, traded them in for something else they wanted! 5/5 would recommend!

This place is awesome! They probably have what you're looking for. Anime figures, blind boxes, Gachapon, labubu, etc. The staff here are one of the best part. Everybody is incredibly nice and they'll fluff the machine machines for you. He even saw me struggling so they put the plushy on the very corner- almost impossible to miss? until I did. 6/5 stars.

A very cute and fun location. The drinks were good, and you're able to win prizes pretty easily. I spent around 50$ and was able to get 3 plush toys, a mini block item, and a gotcha capsule. You're also able to exchange the plushies you win for other prizes.

This place is a blast! My daughter and I had so much fun! The prizes are adorable, and every machine has something different. She won a whole basket of plushies. The staff is exceptional as well! They walk around and encourage you, as well as give some hints and strategies. We will be back!!

As an adult, this made the inner kid in me so happy and filled with excitement. You can see the max occupancy is 125, so once it's full, there is a line. The place isn't too small or too big, it definitely gets crowded once that max occupancy hits. The claw machines itself was fun, but some were faulty. I came across a post about this place on TikTok. We didn't have any plans so we decided to take a short day trip to the cities and go there. My husband and I took our 10 year old nephew and 10 year old Grandson. There was so many people there that we had to wait in line to get in the doors. Had a fantastic time! 4 stars, cause it was a bit cramped in there with how many people were in there. It was also hot temperature wise. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The machines get replenished and "fluffed" (Is what I like to call it) where they just move the stuffed animals around or stand the boxes back up in the machines, which I thought is pretty nice of them. Can't wait to return to see what goodies they have next in all the machines.

First of all, love crane/claw games! This place was so fun for all ages! Came here on Saturday at 2pm. There was a little line already, but the line definitely grew as we waited to get in the doors. This is a place you must bring the entire family. They even have Tea drinks, but I wouldn't recommend the Brown sugar milk tea. It just taste like creamer and hard to mix. But the vibes were great it's like a casino for kids and families

I rarely give reviews but I thought I need to warn others of this place. I took my son and daughter today but they were super disappointed, as well as I. We spent about $150 and they only got these toys. I spoke with the manager and she said its all about luck, even if they "fluff" it for you. It was a waste of money. I'd be better off just ordering the labubu or whatever online.

While the place is large, the space between the claw machines become very tight and crowded during busy times. Such a cute place! It's a shame the claw difficulty is so high. For 40 dollars worth of tokens I won two prizes. Most of the time you will pick up the prize, but it loosens and drops it before making it to the shoot. Lots of younger kiddos get extra help from staff, but if you're older expect to have a hard time winning anything. Oreo smoothie was very good though!! If you care about winning a lot I would recommend Neko Claw instead.

Kids had a ton of fun. The fact that it's almost impossible to leave without winning something is amazing. Which at first I was going to mention the prices being a little high, but they made sense when I thought of what the kids came home with. My biggies complaint, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of adult seating. All the chairs and one benchs are made for very short people.

The place may look fancy, but the win rate is the worst I've seen. They have a sign saying they'll give you tokens for your review and who wants the awkwardness of showing a non5 star review? So that's likely where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. We spent $100 dollars and left with 3 things: a plastic duck, the immense feeling of just having wasted our time & money, and a cheap keychain. We were going to get desserts after playing but we figured they fleeced us enough already and went somewhere
