Build quality is great, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. I received my pedestal arcade system in January 2018 and it turned out better than I expected. They also stand behind their product after the sale and have been very responsive and making sure my questions were answered and issues resolved. They also work to continuously improve their product and after a free update they fixed games that weren't working properly before and added a ton of new contact. A++

Full disclosure, I have bought four arcade machines from Dave. The last machine I bought was the Franken Pin (Virtual Pinball). Dave and his team have done an outstanding job with the machine. The game play is smooth, with no issues. Dave has always made great products, but I encourage everyone who loves pinball to purchase the Virtual Pinball. You will not be disappointed. Recently had my custom pedestal delivered and I'm really impressed. Really good build quality and graphics are great. You can tell a lot of work went into customizing software to work well with everything too. You will still have to customize the controls a bit here and there but a really strong showing and amazingly fun. Highly recommend if you're looking for a turnkey system. Can't believe how many games are on this thing!! Thanks guys!

I bought my machine a few years ago. The cabinet is built extremely well and very sturdy. The arcade has all the games I wanted and then some (actually "then some to the 100th power"). Outstanding product and company!!! I acquired my Extreme Home Arcade machine used. I called to get some information on the company, and see what upgrades were available. They still honored the free lifetime upgrades, and I sent them a new hard drive to get the latest games compatible with my machine, and all I had to do was pay for return shipping. They stand behind their product, and even if you ever sell your machine (and you are crazy if you do!!) the new owners will be just as happy with their purchase

I have had my upright 2 player extended control panel arcade for nearly a month now and still can't play it enough. Dave is top notch. I will say this, even though I had a slight problem with unpacking and the control panel, he took the time to listen. Great customer service. I had a faulty Xbox controller and the battery pack spring mount just came apart and broke. He not only replaced it but gave me an extra. They're ok. The build quality is good. My only gripe is the navigation between games. It is super confusing. Like to navigate from start screen to actual games. I learned how to get to search screen and go that way. I bought the guns for games like duck hunt, but I can't get them to work. I cannot find ms packman...like the fast one. I found the slower one. Maybe the handoff could be better. It was expensive and I expected it to be perfected, but it's not.

The graphics and quality of the box was great. Mostly, I have been highly impressed with their service. I had a couple issues, probably an error on my part, and they were quick to fix the issue with directions to help me. Very responsive and obviously dedicated to putting out a great product with a desire to make you a happy customer.

When I bought my Game Box system from DHA, it was delivered to me pretty much as I'd requested (custom art) with only a few questionable bits here and there. The cabinet and game selection are top notch, no complaints there. However, assembly-wise, I can't close the controls surface on my unit all the way, because some of the button mounts beneath make contact with the power supply, causing the buttons to get stuck.
