This over all was the worst bowling place i have ever been too. When we showed up, we immediately realized not only was everything extremely dated, not once. After reading the latest response by David Gao, I wanted to say how untrue the racist part is of this alley. Everyone should know that alcohol is prohibited to take into public places. The owner is and always has been accepting of others and welcomes everyone no matter what. I have had plenty of parties and experiences here to know how accommodating and accepting all employees are. I recommend Dragon Lanes to anyone.

Had a birthday party here and the girls working the desk and the snack bar was unbelievably great.. awesome manners very kind hard working and very pleasant. They Rocked out and made us feel important during my grandsons 5th birthday party..

RACIST. RACIST. RACIST Business. Racist staff with uncalled for comments. I was unaware of the law that you could not bring your own alcohol into a bowling alley that serves alcohol. Yes I made a mistake by bringing in alcohol but I was unaware and didnt see the signs that said it was prohibited. Good locally owned bowling ally. The food can use some serious work, but the ownership is doing little things all the time for continuing improvement.

My wife and some friends just discovered this place in late December 2023. I always knew it was there but had never bowled there. We like it. It's in better shape than my house bowling alley, the people are friendly, the bowling pro (rents space from the bowling alley) is knowledgeable, friendly and knows his stuff. The alley itself, it amazing. Tons of fun! But when we went there tonight, by the middle of our first game my husband and I were both Dripping sweat it was so hot in there! So I asked the person running the counter if they had AC on and she said "oh! Is it hot in here?" So she told one of her co workers and he brought out a box fan to try and cool off 12 bowling lanes. A family came in next to us and before they even started bowling the mom said "omg it's hot in here!" They ended up leaving before even play

Had a fun time with the family. Booked 2 hour special for New Years. Well maintained and food was okay. Changes to black light at 8 which kids enjoyed.

Wouldn't bowl here if it was the last bowling lane on earth. 0/10, do NOT recommend.

The alley is older but they are working on it. The AC has been updated and this time we went it was very cool. We really enjoyed our time there with our boys and we will definitely go back. Attended my granddaughters birthday party there. My daughter purchased one of the packages listed on the website. When she arrived the price was $60 MORE than what was on the website. The place could definitely use some improvements. The Pizza was subpar at best and no one cleaned up any of the trays or asked if we needed additional drinks ever. Have definitely been to better bowling alleys. The lanes seem to break down often so if you are paying by the hour then it really screws with games. Getting drinks at the bar is not the best either because you can order the same exact drink twice and pay 2 different prices for it. Some of the staff is nice but also ran into an issue of one staff member being a bit rude when approaching my husband about something. We likely won't go back unless we are attending the Humane Society event again.

We had a big group here, and it could've been a lot better. The place had a strange smell, and I asked a employee for food and they said they didn't work at the bowling alley. Well, why were they behind the cashier, beside the kitchen? The jukebox didn't work, and we lost 10 dollars and we couldn't get a refund. The food was fine, nothing special. Lots of problems, and honestly there are better bowling alleys to go to, so I wont be returning.

Staff was nice but This place is in need of some repairs, especially for the price. We spent most of our game waiting for ball return. The balls are also returned covered in black gunk which we got all over our clothes. Food is also a bit overpriced!

Hands-down, one of the best bowling alleys in Ohio. Lanes are well-managed, and oiled appropriately. Bar, food, overall service, and bowling, all very fairly priced. I will definitely be returning.

Terrible experience. I went bowling at this location, I brought my own shoes because I don't like my feet in rental bowling shoes, I came with my family and my best friends family. When we were done bowling, some old lady who worked there took my shoes out of my hand and told me they were the bowling alleys shoes because they looked like other shoes they had for rent. Excellent service, a great small business with friendly staff. I was impressed how family friendly and bright it was. It would be fun for a date night too. The pizza was basic bowling alley quality but totally fine for a party of kids.

A bit rundown, but lots of fun. Alleys in good shape. Automated score keeper. Plenty of lanes. Was there for private event so no idea how busy it usually is or how the snack bar is. Staff was friendly. Full service bar w reasonable prices. Entertaining. Didn't see a game room, but didn't check out the whole place.

I called ahead to reserve 4 Lanes for a get together the lady said no problem , then when I showed up said I can only have 2 Lanes. Her reason why was because she didn't think we would show up so she did not have enough room. We had to cram 6 people on each lane and didn't have enough time to finish 2 games and they shut us off with 1 frame to go. Went in and everything was fine. Started bowling and our lane kept messing up over and over and after about 45 mins they finally gave us a new lane. Later we walked passed the workers up front and heard them saying bad things about their customers which we did not think was professional, one guy even said ?We have their money now so it doesn't matter?. They said they were going to make it a nice place but it's still just a run down place and way too over priced.

Our first time at the lanes since the name change. The staff is mostly young but very respectful and nice. The bartender was very nice too. We went for "Thunder Alley" marketed as a fun night with music however the only music that played was when someone played the jukebox. All other black light Friday/Saturday night fun bowling has music and lights which this location lacks. Normally $15 but for August discount to $10. I wouldn't pay the $15 . It was an ok experience. Last time I was there, no one else was there so basically we had the run of the place, three of us bowled. I liked the fact that it was small. It had a cozy feeling to it. Didn't matter about food, drink, bar no bar, video games no video games. It was about the bowling time.

I was pleasantly surprised. Nice, older bowling alley with pleasant staff. Lanes seem to be in good shape. You and the fam can have a nice afternoon or evening out.

Doesn't seem like anything has changed since the place was built. One of our lanes had frequent issues. Also, if you have a party get it in writing that you can bring any food because if not they will make you take it away (even a veggie tray for kids...).

What a joke! It could be a gold mine with nothing else to do in town. People are rude. Place is dirty. Employees just sit and do nothing. They put in vending machines to make it easier on themselves. You have to ring a bell to even get someone to wait on you. Incremental sales obviously no one cares about this place SAD !!!

Had my daughters 9th birthday party here today. 8 kids had a blast bowling, eating pizza, and playing in the arcade. Great time! Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The service was poor. They rip people off for things they ?can't control?. It smells awful and the floor is disgusting. The staff have no idea how to do their job and customer service just clearly isn't in their vocabulary.

They will take you over the coals on price. Bucket of beers cost the same as buying each individual beer. Buying blowing games... Also no package deal. Also Senior price bowling is cheaper than 12 & under. Really?

Very disappointed in the quality of the staff. Some were very strict and others had no idea what they were doing. Also had a very bad smell. Food is not tasty. Do not recommend.

I would never recommend this bowling alley. Very run down, very poor customer service, very rude, the people who run it just make you feel like you should just get out. This place needs to be closed down or remanaged. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. I remember coming as a kid and it's not even the same.

Ceiling is falling in, ball returns are cracked, and the lanes left black goo all over my ball. I'm going to have to have it cleaned after bowling two games here.

Dragon lanes more like dragon deez nuts across your face!!! I'm just kidding this is a good place for family bowling but if you're trying to do bowling as a sport I would not recommend these lanes.

Very run down bowling alley, went to "cosmic" bowling from 9-11 and they abruptly shut off everyone's lanes at 11. Not very friendly staff, limited ball options and maintenance issues with the lanes and ball return.

There for a tournament- it was overly crowded - hot - when a door was finally opened a parent closed it - and the owners would not open it - ridiculous when you are overcapacity- lanes kept breaking down horrible place

Very crowded also shut down our kids game in the middle of a game took them 20 minutes to figure it out and by that time we were already done with our game so we had to sit there and watch the kids play and then the game wasn't even working right

Aging bowling alley in need of some TLC. Freezer pizza. Basic beer selection. But you do get to bowl while you're there.....

Calm and laid back. Friendly staff. Good for a relaxing time with friends and family.

It was an okay bowling alley. The bowling balls got stuck multiple times since they were working with older equipment.

As a lover of swords and wizardry I was highly disappointed that there were zero actual dragons.

Lanes are uneven...the gutters are in pices...ball return is blah and the pin collectors break down too much on the left side.
