We came into town for the Big 12 basketball tournament and stopped here for something to do with the kids. And it did not disappoint! So much fun! The boys played the VR games (and there are a ton of options). Staff was VERY nice and helped to educate along the way. Please stop and support local businesses like this. Wonderful people! This was our first time here and Joji made the experience super fun. He knew exactly the right games to recommend and was so helpful accommodating the age difference of 21 year-old to 62-year-olds. We had a wonderful family time with my nephews. The food is also delicious and the bartender was impressively astute, remembering our order without writing it down and actually getting it right.

We hosted our Project Grad for our high school seniors and everyone had a great time. The staff are so helpful and attentive in getting the kids through the taco bar and onto all the various VR games. Highly recommend Terry and his kind and enthusiastic team!

We came in right as they opened yesterday and played VR escape room for my daughter?s birthday. We were a couple minutes early before opening, but they welcomed us right in. We were educated about the games from the super friendly host. We were offered drinks and food from the efficient server/bartender, and given a great tutorial by the helpful and patient employee who manages the experience. I'm a tourist so I was unsure about parking and stuff and showed up early. They were happy to accommodate and let us chill while we waited. We decided to munch and the chips and salsa were delicious! Tvs are HUGE and vr is great! Highly recommend!

Bartender was very rude and when we acknowledged it she become confrontational and then the other bartender immediately came to confront me and go as far as call me ugly for trying to reason with him. That made me upset and that caused a bigger issue than it should have been. I do not recommend calling management they do nothing about it and simply deny it all. Came out for music bingo. They had decent specials. The staff was amazing, super friendly, gave the run down of all the fun stuff that was happening through the week and was very attentive. The parm, bacon popcorn was my favorite and the mixed drinks were strong but really good.

I gotta say for my first time doing VR double tap KC is definitely the spot to be from the moment I walk in with my family we were greeted enthusiastically and was catered to make sure our first experience was excellent.... We came for a superbowl watch party. The TV's were not great, cheap brand and small. The wait staff did a great job considering how busy they were. The music was Loud, club type music, and played immediately when a commercial started and stopped whenever the dj thought it was on again, usually too late. if you like drinking challenges you have to check out their 50 state bomb shot challenge. In addition check out their facebook, tiktok and instagram pages for some really cool marketing events. The most recent one I participated in was their beer Olympics tournament this is held twice a year and only cost 10.00 per team which gets you ton of swag and includes the first 5 beers. They have tons of events and there food is not horrible.

We had a group of 9 so I booked the 3 headset room. It was a lot of fun, the workers were a lot of help and consistently getting us more drinks and food. We were able to hang out after and play some more games around the bar.

I had a reservation scheduled 2/8/25 at 7pm for my birthday. When we showed up , the power went out at 7:02, then again 3 times at 7:45 and at that point they apologized and told everyone they would need to go home because the power outages may keep happening. The service is top notch, I arrived one day and because the hours were wrong on Google, they were closed. Awesome! We had a birthday party for my 16 year old son with his friends. We reserved an upstairs lane with three lanes and had great service for the couple of hours that we played. It's a fun and unique experience. I would highly recommend it.

Even IF you have VR at home, this is a must do with friends! One thing we don't do much of at home that I totally underestimated? Multiplayer is so much fun! Their space is designed for 2's, but there is lanes for more people and bigger parties!

I will say that their wings were fried to perfection. The sauces tasted like they were from a jar, but the wings themselves were terrific.

The Gentleman in charge of the place is incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a smaller chair to sit in to accommodate my cerebral palsy and didn't even bat an eye about it. He's also very professional with a great sense of humor.

I hosted a holiday party here for my team and it was wonderful! The service was great and super efficient. The owners were on site and very helpful as well. they had a great set-up for our group of about 10 people. The prices were affordable and it was a unique and fun way to show some appreciation for my staff. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Taco Tuesday drew me in and won me over. That's a very filling deal they have on some great quick and delicious bar tacos. Not to mention the excitement of the VR tournaments. If you're looking to be entertained and satiated Double Taps got you covered. The staff kept me smiling the whole time with their attentiveness and ease of pace. The headsets kept not working the entire time so we spent half of the hour just trying to get the system to work right with one of the headsets and the other half playing games so we didn't really get the entire hour. We had a party of 9 people come in on a Saturday afternoon for my husband?s birthday (everything was reserved beforehand and I would recommend doing this if you want to do the VR stuff). I hosted a birthday party here and it was amazing! We did one escape room and one hour of arcade with food in between. The Chopped Cheese was *AMAZING*! We did Signal Lost for the escape room and it was really fun. The only downside was that some of the VR controls didn't work properly (the right button on one of my D-pads wouldn't work, the controllers disconnected during the Beat Saber-type game). This bar is a hidden gem Jess and Brian are amazing Jess put alot of research into her bomb wall and is very accurate to each state. We didn't do the vr thing but bingo was fun and the atmosphere is amazing. My wife and I always look for dive bars but this gem is by far our favorite spot in town.

We came in today to celebrate my daughter?s 16th birthday. We all had so much fun! We booked the Premium Lane which came with three headsets. We booked it for two hours and the time flew by! The staff was super nice and helped us through the whole thing. It's nice that we had our own separate area to hang out and enjoy a meal as well. After reading reviews we went to double tap prices are good and the environment is enjoyable but many reviews mentioned being double charged. We ended up getting double charged on a 104$ bill. We've disputed the charge but be aware this is a very serious issue they have as I mentioned I read reviews about other guests being double charged before I ever reached the bar. Nice little bar. We've gone for Wednesday night trivia a couple times. First time the drinks were weak, last time they were strong. Last time we got a chicken quesadilla, it was huge and covered in a block of cheddar cheese. So, you know, nice. Trivia is fun and super chill.

This place is amazing!! Ive hosted two events here and both were so much fun for everyone. The first was a team event and our employees of all ages had a great time. Then I had a bday/engagement party here. We thought the amount of people we had would be a problem (16) or us. There were games to play and large tables to gather at while others did the VR headsets.
