Bartender decided to add a $50 tip for himself after already being tipped over $30 in cash. I have never experienced something like that in my life. Would not recommend unless you want to have to dispute transactions after your visit.

Pro. $25 for 1 game with 2 people wasn't too bad. The place was clean and had very nice staff. Con. $12.99 for the pool table for 1 hr. There is no other option to just buy 1 game like an arcade/bar table. So we ended up just leaving.

Nice bowling alley, bad service. It has a nice atmosphere to it, I went there as a chaperone and after the kids and I bowled for a bit, we decided to grab some lunch. We stood in front of the counter with the guy totally ignoring us the whole time till finally he said his register would not open up so we couldn't pay cash and took us to the other associate behind the other counter where they were lending shoes, and pay there with our credit card. Best lanes, great pro shop, super friendly staff. Everyone is a super hard worker and very accommodating. I always have a blast when I go!

Clean modern facilities. Staff was very friendly. We went on a weekday & midday so not very busy. You can see how it very easily can be fun for parties and black light bowling.

I brought my grand son and my client from ukiah to bowl. We had a blast. Thank you Double Decker for being such a great place to spend an afternoon I really loved the animations you have on your screens. It was awesome.

My cousin's jacket was taken by the people that played next to us . I would think the man would realize it wasn't his and return it, he didn't. we were there for quite some time after they had left. Staff was of no assistance. I finally got thru via phone and she took my number down, if it gets returned. Pleasant alley to bowl in. We were able to reserve two lanes side by side with a 10am start time. Worth the 20 minute drive as our own alley (boulevard bowl)ar? Is always crowded and difficult yo reeve lane times

My boyfriend and I come here every single week, sometimes twice a week. He bowls with a friend from work and it is always a good way to spend a day off. Even when it's busy, everything runs smoothly and we never have any issues. The workers are always super friendly as well. I think the new management is doing good things here!:)

$13 for 2 hours and shoes? Best value I've seen from a bowling alley in yeaaaaars. Clean, fun, kid-friendly. There's a bar, game room, food, and a lot of lanes.

Home Depot had its Christmas party here in 2024 and we had a lot of fun. The food was decent and the full bar was excellent!

Came on a Friday, and it was busy but not full, so getting a lane wasn't an issue. Front desk was decent and patient with us. It was a little messy at our lane but that's something that can be overlooked as people don't clean after themselves. The lanes itself were fine. Pricing was the only issue for me. My boys and I had a fun afternoon bowling at Double Decker Lanes. It is so great that our community has finally gotten over its mass hysteria with COVID, and we can live freely assessing risks and benefits and enjoying the fruits of that decision.

~Change in Ownership~ My family and I used to frequent this place quite often, sadly we will not be returning. Besides prices increasing, the staff is completely unfriendly and unwelcoming. We showed up about an hour after open and the bathrooms were not stocked and trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Food took forever to receive, when it finally arrived it was served cold and getting a refund was a hassle.

I really appreciate that management put in the effort to improve the scoring condition here. Not only did they lay out a couple of different lane oil patterns for the bowlers to try out, but also took a consensus of what we chose and changed it to the most popular one. It's not very common for that kind of thing to happen and I really appreciate the thinking behind it. Arcade was a little small but it was something, pool was fun, and the bowling alleys were nice looking! Overall atmosphere is pretty neat.

Love this place! Nice staff, arcade with pool tables, Bar and grill, and 50 lanes so you never have to wait long. I Will always bowl here as long as it's here. Would recommend to anyone. House shot is pretty tough though.

Bowling alley was great, food was great, service was great. Bar hostess was amazing. We had just about everything from the food area and we recommend the pizza and pretzels. The only warning is that the prices are pretty high :-) but worth it.

I had a good time. This place appears to be well kept. The restrooms are a little small- it was okay when I was there. I imagine the restrooms would get a little backed up with a large number of people being at the bowling alley on the weekend.

I have been bowling here for several years and once Bowlero took over, I thought it was going to go downhill, but the staff that they kept has made the transition pleasant. I am especially grateful to Chris, the ops manager, who is always happy to help resolve any issue and has gone above and beyond.

I've been going to DD lanes for over 20 years and since Bowlero took over last year it's a much better experience. It's always been great but now there's good service to match the good spot. We had a 9 year Olds birthday party there and all the staff were so attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Joke attitude about not having lanes available pre-league times. Maybe adjust your hours and be a little less attitudey about people who really only want to bowl a few games. Update your hours... Brilliant bowling alley! Online reservation was easy to make. Service was excellent. The manager was kind enough to stop by our lane. Introduced our server to us...and we were left wanting for nothing. The best element were the fellow patrons. Everyone added to a great time.

I have to say there is nothing like your bowling family. You can meet up play games have dinner and drink. Lots of good fun to be had. Nicks pro shop is the place to get your balls drilled. Hang out and talk bowling. What ever you like.

So much fun. You can buy bowling times by the hour or by the amount of the games. Clean restrooms, good size bar, food concession and arcade with pool table.

My wife made a reservation for my birthday. Unfortunately one of our party became seriously ill and was still in the hospital on the day of the reservation and another came down with COVID. We began trying to reach ANYONE at the bowling alley three days before the reservation. No one answered at any of their numbers, despite multiple calls and messages. Bowling is fun as usual, but I haven't been here since the remodel and wasn't aware that you aren't supposed to order food at the food counter any more, which is strange, because there is a register and a sign that says "SNACKS" so it looks like that is somewhere you're supposed to order food. 2/1 - Very clean, light on staff... be patient with drink and food order. Everything seems well maintained and fairly new. Definitely great place for company team building, parties or family outing.

It's a nice place to bowl, but the over priced drinks and food ruin it. Its that simple, don't charge unreasonable prices for food.

Edit as of 3-26-23 I have to create a new review of this place due to change of policy. They stop using water pitchers and you have to wait in line and bother The staff in order to get water. For a place that is heavily reliant on salty foods and alcohol, you think water would be something they offer. Came on Sunday, alley only had 1 employee working for entire alley. 40 minute wait for lane and 60 minute wait for nachos. Windsor bowl is so much nicer. Even though I live in rp, it would have been better use of time to drive to windsor bowl.

The facility was clean and nice atmosphere. The Lanes were terrible, however oiled the lanes put oil on the entire lane including the pin deck.

Another night of terrible bowling due to new oil pattern and lack of care from ownership. As a league bowler for 2 decades, I'll be spending ZERO money on anything else but my dues. I've never seen a pro bowler here.

i have been going there bowling as a group on Mondays for quite a while. Mens restroom is disgusting. as soon as you open the door it smells like there is a dead skunk in there i don't believe they ever cleaned the men's restroom. everything else .a 4 star.

The Bartender working the night we came was named DayDay and he blew us away with his positivity and welcoming attitude, we hope to see him again. This is someone who people want to have as a bartender and went as far as to try to find us more chalk for our pool table while managing the bar and supporting everyone having a good time. So much fun. I've been going here for years. It can get packed especially on the weekends, so get in their. They have great specials that include pizza and bowling. They have a full bar with karaoke, and a snack bar wit yummy bites to eat. It get even funnier at 9ish when the lights drop and the music is going along with videos. The strobe lights are pretty nice !! Good old family fun.

Me and my office staff had a pretty good time for our holiday get together. The staff was friendly, and the food was actually pretty good? The only thing we would change, would be them having cocktail waiting staff. It took forever to get out of our lane, wait in line, and then get drinks...

This place used to have great deals. Monday and Wednesday used to be $10 for 2 hours of bowling after I think 7pm with shoes included. Sunday was about $45 (for several bowlers) for 2 hours of bowling and a pizza with a pitcher of Soda. They scrapped all those deals. I haven't gone since. Place is a rip off now.

Solid, old school bowling alley that has seen better days. Has the traditional lounge and is home to many bowling leagues. Staff is really nice and helpful. Plenty of parking outside. Updated system makes it easy to setup and manage beginner players.

Nice bowling and modern scoring. Excellent condition. Good for kids. But they gave our family of six a lane with two seats.

1st time, A little hidden, confused by the golf spot that's more visible. Parking, plenty. This bowling place is by far the coolest my family & I have been to. They have touch screen kiosks that take pics of the bowlers too. Their lanes were smooth. Restrooms were clean. Floor & seats area was spacious.

Highly recommend front desk to provide detailed information on ?deals? they have going on. Went in for a Sunday deal that was 3.99 per game per shoe rental. Ended up with a higher total, because they didn't mention it was also per game, per PERSON and because of the holiday the deals were not applicable. Very misleading info. Besides that, good bowling and lounge.

Like the way of tracks and poodle skirts, this American classic is on its way out. The venue is about as nice as it could be considering that it does not have the income it used to in a Payday. I came and had a great time, the people were nice, and the venue is about what you expect for a bowling alley in the 2020s.

Wayy too pricey....this just isn't an activity you can enjoy at an affordable price....we use to bowl all of the time but that just isn't a possibility anymore because of the insane cost to bowl....nearing $200 each time our family went.

We have been going to this place for many years, in league for years, with several friends, and after the new owners take over and they remodel, we open our locker and the expensive customer bowling ball we own in cracked in two places. The guy at the counter said they could replace it, but the GM called and said ?it happens and we won't replace it?. This place is awesome. Looks like your average dive bowling alley from the outside but it's updated and really nice on the inside. The men working were extremely nice and helpful with our rowdy group of kids. We'll definitely be back!

Lots of fun, but they pack you in like sardines. They have seating areas with 6 chairs on each side of the entry stairs that are for 2 lanes each, so each group only gets 3 chairs of a set of 6 chairs that looks like it should be for one group.

Went on their website, saw on Sundays they have a special for 2 hours of bowling for up to 5 people (shoes included) for $50. Called on Wednesday/ Thursday to double check & make a reservation for it, the person said yes that is their Sunday special and that I didn't need to make a reservation for it. This is my favorite local bowling alley, lots of lanes which are well kept and oiled. Friendly staff are helpful, knowledgeable and always make our visits fun. I highly recommend to anyone from high level bowlers to first timers and families. Loved the old double decker. After new management took over, the place went downhill. Poor customer service, the place isn't clean and their entire system seems very disorganized. Told something different every time regarding the wait time for a lane. Sad to say this is no longer a favorite spot of mine.

Fun bowling lanes, friendly staff, not as busy as epicenter in Santa Rosa! This is a good stop if you're just looking for some family fun time or maybe practicing for your next league game they also have their own bowling leagues. Definitely worth checking out if bowling is your thing!

Recently remodeled and super family friendly! Weekly, my husband and I take our three young children here to bowl. We always have a great time. my only complaint is that the majority of the time when we order food, it takes an astronomically long time to get it. Last night we ordered a pizza and cheeseburger and it took 40 minutes to get the pizza, and the burger had to be re-made after an hour because they gave away the first one. Great time was had by all! extremely busy but they have s good system to deal with the crowd as far a reserving a lane and such. It was also rainy so that contributed to the crowds.

This is a loud place much of the time. I have been on occasion over the last twenty years and this has always been the case. The Bar/Karaoke area is the loudest, but if you like that, there you go. The balls and lanes are fine, but nothing special and the food and are not either. It is one of the few places to go in Rohnert Park with a group, so there you have it.
