Disciples of Gaming VR

I organized a party for 16 to take place at Disciples of Gaming. The staff went above and beyond for our group. There was so much laughter and teamwork. We had so much fun in a group setting. We can't wait to do it again!

What an amazing overall experience! The virtual reality was fun and we were given a tour of the amazing place. We also got to learn about what Preston and his team do for the local community! My family does an escape room game here every weekend. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are experts at giving just the right amount of help. The price is very affordable and competitive. The escape games are all very different and we really enjoy being able to work together as a team in virtual reality. We did Jungle Quest most recently where we solved puzzles while coming face to face with elephants, lions, gorillas and giraffes. It was amazing! Our favorite escape games so far are D

We rented out the place for a bachelor party. Reasonably priced for the amount of time we spent there (3 hours) The selection of games were endless and the gameplay was second to none. The experience was incredible and we had so much fun being able to all play at the same time.

Fantastic place to get some good virtual reality gaming in for yourself or your group. Small families will definitely have fun with one station but it might be a bit small for larger groups. The staff was very friendly, very helpful with beginners, and overall were great to work with for the time we were there. Would gladly recommend for birthday parties or other events.

Family of 4 from out of town on a weekend trip to KC. We were looking for something entertaining to do & we found it! Preston was patient and guided us until we got the hang of it. After that, we were zombie-killing MFers! SO MUCH FUN!! We had to go back the next night to fulfill our bloodlust. Had a great time once again!

It was a blast for my little guy in his first VR experience ever. He had to look forward to it for so long, and Disciples of Gaming did not disappoint. Great knowledge and instruction of the experience from the staff and ownership.

I took my boys here (ages 6 and 9) and we had a great time! The owners were super helpful to my kids at getting them oriented and thinking of the best games for them to play. The price is awesome and it feels great to shop small!!

This place is amazing and highly recommend. We came for my son?s 12th birthday with 3 of his friends and they had an absolute blast. His younger sister came as well and the staff was so great with helping her with the equipment and getting all set up. It was really clean, easy to find, and parking wasn't bad. VR is really awesome, I like the variety of games we can play. If I don't want to spend so much money on VR, I can rent time here so that's cool. Besides the fact that the room is hot and the ac is low which made me throw up but sitting down and playing is a good idea ;) I also think the time was too short, I know they have a tight scedual but I only played 3 games in 2 hours which adds up to 200 dollars. when I go there I'll remember to wear light clothes and not warm clothes. Employees are awesome, experience was great! Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is that VR tech still has a way to go. Some of our party got motion sickness and a headache. Not a biggie but the game we wanted to play wouldn't even load so we ended up playing Alice and a zombie game

Such a fun experience! I booked for 1 hour for our Anniversary date (I wanted to do something different??). Gaming is not MY thing but this made me want to get into it!! We had a great time. Small business ran by family, they're really nice and helpful. Also, price is very reasonable! We'll be back.

I went with my dad who is 60 years old. He usually hates anything having to do with technology but he absolutely loves this place. We played an archery game and he loved it. I would totally recommend this to anyone of any age. The employees are amazing and make sure you know how to use everything. I loved their set up and would totally go there again.

We decided to this as a date night because neither one of us has ever done a vr experience like this. So glad we did, we had a blast and the customer service was impeccable. We also felt good about choosing this place after seeing the passion for the technology and the good it can do. I expect great things in the future for this venture.

It was quite the amazing experience. I took my college aged kids and wife and the four of us spent an entire hour in a virtual escape room. No spoilers, let's say my gaming experience gave me a bit of over confidence LOL. Definitely going back, we all agreed it was worth doing again and again.

This is by far the best VR company I've ever seen! They go out of their way to make sure the customers are taken care of! One of the employees spent a good 15 min showing me how to properly work the equipment! I will be planning all my events here ?? great job guys!

This was our first time doing VR. I took my son and his brothers and the worker there I forgot his name was extremely helpful and patient with us. he showed us how to do all the games. He helped my little one with extreme patience. love this place. customer services was AMAZING and the boys had a great time!!!

Decided to try the VR experience last minute when other plans fell through. So glad we did. It was so much fun! My 14 and 16yr old both had lots of fun as well. Employees were super nice and quick to fix a price mistake (my fault). We will definitely be going back!

This place is outstanding! We went here twice in December for my 10 and 12 year olds Birthdays. They did a great job with cleaning and sanitizing. They are with you every step of the process during your fun experience. It is a very cool gaming experience for new, and experiences gamers! My husband and I had just as much fun as our kids. We did one of the escape rooms and one of the free roam plays. Highly recommend!! Great tip, it never made me dizzy or nauseous and I suffer with vertigo and had 0 issues! W

This is a great VR experience, plenty of room in your space of play. Easy to get to. Owners are very informative, great to work with. They do have future plans of a unique VR experience many will enjoy.

I'm not a reviewer, this is my first ever. But I had to offer one because this was a blast. I brought my 14 year old son on a whim and we had a great time together. We played for an hour and the time flew by. And the people here are great as well. They talked to us for a bit after we were done and you can tell they care about their business and also about the customers. We're already planning a trip back so my son can bring some of his buddies. Give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

I have been here a couple of times with my cousins and the staff at this place has been some of the nicest people towards us. Truly a great environment. Very helpful when you get a little lost in the game also. Truly recommend for anyone that is looking to have a fun time.

Didn't know which virtual reality venue to choose, but this place has 5 stars, certainly glad I pick this place for our very first experience. These guys were very flexible with us as when booking I selected the wrong time. Also after the gaming was over, the team was happy to share some ground breaking information that you'll definitely wanna find out about. Will definitely be coming back!

The employees were very friendly, and the VR games were enjoyable. The archery game they started us with was a good starting game, as it has very simple controls, and the pvp mode was very intense and fun. The boxing game is a great workout, and is a must play if you bring a friend or sibling along, as long as you're ready to get a good workout in. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely visit again.

Had a blast with my Family here! lots of fun games to try and pretty fantastic VR set up! plenty of room to move around and we were able to bring in food and drinks! Loved it. Also got some great back story into the other work they do in a few countries helping with teaching build and trades with VR tech. So Coo!

This place is run by an amazing, Christian family. They let us test out the VR before we even started the hour of play time and then let us finish up after our time ran out. They were incredible teachers (as my group of 6 was all new to VR) and even joined us in the game to help us learn. We planned on doing two hours, but after the first hour ended, we decided it was the perfect amount of time. We will absolutely be coming back another day.

Great time was had by all. Our group ranged from kids who wanted to play dance games to adults who wanted to battle zombies. The Disciples of Gaming team delivered for everyone and exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend checking out what they have to offer.

We were driving by and saw people having fun with the VR?s ! We entered and the guy who helped us was very nice. We didn't know anything about VR and the guy didn't hesitate to gives us information. Customer service was great, he showed us the back of the place and offered my partner a free trial just to test it out. Definitely coming back to bring my friends and family !!!

We went here by chance and ended up having one of best dates we've ever had. The VR is so much fun with ample options. The business is ran and owned by a small family. All the staff were super helpful and gave several suggestions to make the experience even better. Would highly recommend to anyone! We'll definitely be going back.

My husband and I went here for a day date. We booked 2 hours of play: 1 hours doing the escape room and 1 hour of free play. This was our first experience with VR gaming and we loved it! We will definitely go back and bring the kids?. Sometimes.

So much fun! If you have not tried this yet you HAVE to. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I had even messed up my reservation and the employee corrected it and made everything right. I can't say enough good things about this place! It was awesome!

Very cool place. A bit pricey but you do get quality for what you pay. We happened to arrive 10 minutes early and so in fact our session was 70 minutes long since there were already 2 free booths. Very nice people.

I've been here twice the first time I brought my grandson he loved it and I'm a senior citizen I played and I thought it was the coolest thing to experience! Mom's, Dad's, Grandparents this is a great place for you, your kids, grandkids to have a great time!! My grandkids live out of town but my grandson came up again he really wanted to come back!! Considering all the game selections and all the fun it's beyond worth it!!

We had a great time! Very friendly and helpful staff. I went with my 11 year old nephew, he was kind of nervous at first and we were both completely new to VR. This is a lil gem in NKC. I took my niece for her 14th bday and both guys were so helpful! Jarrod was a great guide to keep me on track (since I kept walking off the platform) cause it was so real. Amazing VR experience. We did flipswitch VR on a previous adventure, and I actually enjoyed this VR experience better. The headsets fit better than flipswitch and are more comfortable. Family owned and operated, amazing quality graphics and games. We did the Escape the Lost Pyramid escape room, definitely recommend!!

Absolute wonderful experience. Excellent customer service. Staff is very nice and always happy to help. Large selection of games to choose from depending what mood you're in. VR equipment feels comfortable and premium.

My sons had a blast testing out all of the different games they have available while I had great conversation with the nice people that I assume are the owners? The price is reasonable and you get more for your money here than a place like main event. Will definitely bring my boys and their friends back.

Attempted to go bowling fairly late this past Saturday night and wasn't able too. Looked for something close by to do instead and came across this place. It was 4 of us and they got us right in and started. They explained everything well. We played several games and it was a blast and, a great cardio workout. Highly recommend going and checking this place out. Great bang for the buck.

Went here with a large group of friends. Spent an hour playing the Lost Pyramid. It was an amazing experience, friendly knowledgeable staff, clean business area, and awesome equipment. Wanted to try something new and came about this place. My two young adult children, husband and me took part in the virtual escape room experience. It was the best experience!
