Devon Lanes is such a fun place for bowling and a great spot to host parties or hang out with friends! Overall, I've had some really good times here-the atmosphere is lively, the staff is friendly, and its a great place to make memories. That said, there were couple of days when the bowling lanes broke down, which caused some delays and ate into our time. It was a bit frustrating, but the staff tried their best to help. Despite that, its still a solid choice for a fun bowling night or party . I'll definitel
Nice little set up. But lanes kept breaking down and vending machines were double priced. However staff seemed friendly and acommodating
Just went here last night with some friends from the neighborhood. We had an awesome time. BYOB and we had pizza delivered. Can't wait to do it again.
New Year?s Eve bowling was a vibe! So much fun !
Broke my finger last month and could not bowl with dominant hand which limits my play. Went to a bowling party with my girlfriend who hasnt bowled before. When requesting to put up the bumpers, they refused to put them down even when it was just the two of us in one lane. We are already using balls within the weight limit to use the bumpers, even then they refused. 0/10 service and accomodation
The seating is very awkward, no space between you and the Lane over. The bowling machine regularly had issues. It would need to be reset, pins would fall on their own and we even needed to get staff help. Not the best in the area. Decent enough for a 2 star.
It's been awhile since I was last here. Great place to bowl a game with the kids.
We always have a great time at Devon Lanes. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and we have plenty of space to have fun. We are known to grab a lane and bowl a couple frames before dinner. We recently hosted our 9 year old's birthday party at Devon Lanes. We had access to 6 lanes, party room, and were able to bring our own food and drink. Everyone had a great time watching the kids bowl under the black light. The kids kept wanting the bumpers on and off and the staff was very accommodating o
went in on a monday night for bowling, and they decided to close early without any notice online or update to their hours on google maps. i love bowling here but this really ruined my night after driving half an hour to get out here.
My friends and I had a nice night. The staff was helpful, and the facilities were well-kept.
Don't use the arcade machines. The game machines just take your money and not play. So many kids bring their parents money, but it in the box and the machine just swallows it.
Visited for work Christmas Party. Have several lanes and arcades. My coworkers had a lot of fun bowling.
I treated my husband to a fun day out and we stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. We played two games and the total came out to $32 which is decent. The place was pretty much empty. My only gripe is that the machines seem super old. The ball return machine was literally coming off the ground. We got Lane 8 and no joke, it got stuck about 6-7 times. We had to keep pressing P and resetting the pins. The ball would also get stuck and someone would have to go to the back to fix it. Strikes seemed to be the root
What a fun BYOB! Did a team building exercise here. Loved!
went bowling here the other night got placed on lane seven the lane kept shutting down, and would constantly need to be updated if you got a strike. unlimited bowling, but most of it was spent waiting around for our issues to be fixed. no apology, no nothing.
decent ally. games were okay. pool table and air hockey were Stellar
Great atmosphere and Monday has bowling specials. Pretty sure its byob but the atmosphere always seems more family friendly and lowkey. Great for parties and events.
We had a birthday party for our five year old son at Devon Lanes in June. The party was so much fun and everything went perfectly. Roger and his staff did an amazing job! Devon Lanes was great and the kids had an awesome time bowling and playing the arcade games. Can't wait to visit again soon!
My son went to have his friend,Shubhi's 6th birthday celebration here in??.??.??????
The service was good. That experience was awesome.Oh, go.The vending machine did not work, which is ?1 star.Everything was amazing
My experience was a very interesting one to say the least. My family (wife and three kids) and I went to the ally to have some family fun. All was good when we went into the ally to pay for our lane, but immediately after getting my bowling shoes, my phone started erupting from notifications from my Tesla app. It turns out, the employee Brittney took a massive dump on the hood of my car! I was quite surprised they didn't fire her or reprimand her. Overall, fun day with my kids, upset for having to clean my
Decent and not crowded!
It was supposed to be a fun night but they took the fun out of it. The lane kept breaking down and even though I insisted on moving to another, the employees refused.
We had our son?s birthday party here and it was great. They staff made everything easy and the kids had a blast! I would highly recommend Devon Lanes.
Nostalgic type place, but that comes with setbacks. Very affordable. ATM and change machine not working, limited food and drink options but pizza from a local place is offered in a package deal. <3
This was a very welcoming place and my first experience bowling in my 48 years. I wish I had of taken a picture. Thx Devon Lanes! (The guy with the size 14's).
Went in at noon on a weekday expecting fresh oil. The worker told me they only put fresh oil once a week! The lanes were dry as heck not good for practicing
Only been here once but we were blown off about lane issues, the "manager" just speaking over us saying it's user error until the end when my 10 year old sister is having a breakdown because the lane isn't working and she thinks it's her fault and that she ruined our night. He then acted like it was our fault he spoke over us, and gave us a gift card to come back instead of an actual refund, I would recommend going somewhere else.
My two sons and I were there last night on 1/31; we never get away to do something fun and I was able to surprise them. The staff were great as I was quoting a line or two from The Big Lebowski. It was quite funny. One of the guys gave me a printout of my sons' games, because my youngest recorded his first strike. I thought that was very courteous and thoughtful.
As an avid bowler, not only was my bowling experience subpar, but the service was abysmal. I pride myself on creating a positive bowling environment for bowlers of all skill levels, but the display of unprofessionalism from employee Britney has left me not angry, per se, but severely disappointed in what I thought was a top notch bowling location. The seating arrangements were interfering with the flow of traffic between the lanes, but that is not why I am upset. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected
Went to my niece's birthday party here. Private room for pizza and cake eating. They supplied cake plates, napkins and balloons. Bowling for children and adult guests. The place was very clean including the restroom. There was ample parking, and they had a handicap entrance for parking and wheel chair entrance.
closed early when there was plenty of business and turned us away
Very outdated. Not handicap accessible. Change machines and ATM not working. More affordable than some other bowling alleys so you get what you pay for.
I was here with 26 other people and we rented 7 lanes. The staff was helpful and accommodating. There was every age from 3 to 84 bowling in our party and fun was had by all. Also, it's a BYOB so that's a huge plus. Could use some updating but it's great for what it is.
Nice hole-in-the-wall bowling alley. On the older side of tech, but still working well :)
It's easy to have fun here. Bring your own food and drinks. Then, just have a good time
It's a great place to go bowling and the side meeting/party rooms are nice and block out the outside noise (enough). I use it every year for an event for our church and have a meetings in those sides rooms. The staff has always been helpful and cheerful. It's definitely better than any other lanes in the area.
This place sucks! Apparently they dont invest the $ earned back into their business because this place looks like and operates like 1982 inside. the machinery and technology is very outdated. had to switch lanes 3 times in 2 hours because of errors. the staff did not care and blamed it on the weather!! but even if humidity did mess up the pins it shouldn't be causing mechanical or technical errors. when I'm charged $30/hour to bowl I most definitely expect for the machinery to work!!! even if it is raining.
My school bowls here. Pluses: 1. The staff is great and responsive Minuses: 1. The lanes are in poor condition, especially at the foul lines. 2. Their house balls have chips and gouges all over them and have probably been there since it was built. 3. No food/drink except out of 2 vending machines. 4. "Games of Skill," however, abound. (AKA slot machines disguised as skill games)
My friend called around to find an ADA-accessible venue. This was supposed to be one. When we arrived there was no way to get her wheelchair into the lanes. Staff was completely uninterested in helping. Not ok.
We had our daughter's birthday party here and when her dad called with a question, we found out that they had forgotten to put us down for a party room. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unapologetic. Furthermore on the day of the party, despite the fact that we told them we had all of our own decorations and paper goods, they covered the party room we did end up getting with tacky bowling products. I had to spend most of the party prep time cleaning up this mess so that we could have space t
I grew up coming to this bowling alley, and we actually had our rehearsal dinner here a few months ago. We had a ton of out of town guests, and we wanted something fun and low key so families could get to know each other. We used the caterer that Devon lanes has a relationship with, and we couldn't be happier with our night. Devon Lanes was easy to work with, and it was so nice to have it as a BYOB. Definitely recommend-it's a nicely run bowling alley, no pricey extras, but you can make it into whatever y
Solid bowling facility tucked into a strip mall. Family friendly with party space available. We went for a birthday party and the kids had fun. BYOB. Clean and the lanes all operated without a hitch.
Lanes aren't very good, my balls constantly get stuck, sensors not picking up pins constantly and my ball got chipped multiple times the last time I was there. The only positive is they have really cheap specials some days.
Clean bowling alley but everything is BYO. They don't have anything besides a vending machine. We ordered pizza from a local place that was delivered. Also, they made everyone in the group pay the same, even those that didn't require shoe rentals.
Nice place to enjoy with friends. BYOB and BYOF are nice policies
As an employee at Vanguard we used to plan work parties there all the time. I had my best bowling game of my life there so I think I like it a little more than others. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area
So much fun! The crane machine was great! Good vending machine selection! Staff was super friendly! Overall just an amazing experience!
I go here for happy hour bowling it's a lot of fun great alley
Way too old school, equipment is 50 years old and it is pricey and they are not even flexible. The keys don't work and the people don't even care ?.
Love this place. Friendly and helpful at the desk, affordable and relaxed atmosphere. A bit of an older bowling alley, but just as fun ... BYOB as well!
I'd say it's not the best place to go bowling. Maybe it's an old establishment and that's why they have not so latest balls and lanes upto the mark. We did have fun but everyone could feel the 'old'ness of the place
Decent place, can be bit unclean but the folks who work there are nice!
Never been before but definitely worth the trip. Very kid friendly. Attentive staff. Games and birthday parties.
Great old school bowling lanes. I have been coming here for nearly 40 years. My parents brought me to learn how to bowl and now I am taking my kids. What great memories!
Good bowling experience but they don't serve food. Luckily they don't mind you ordering delivery
Stay away from lane 20. Every other Bowl something happens other ball gets stuck the pens don't come down, the pins fall down from racking. Constantly waiting for someone to come and fix it and on top of it they do not sell drinks. No drinks and no food. Byob and Byof smh
Good place with fair prices. With an updated scoring system this place could be 4 - 4.5 stars. But still a good time without it.
It's a cute little lane. Very 80's like a lot of bowling lanes. But it's clean enough and the lanes work so what more do you really need?
Feel good bowling alley, with old school vibe. BYOB which is a plus and cheap to bowl. Make sure to call ahead and reserve a lane, it can get busy.
I am not sure about individuals or families but this average bowling alley is overpriced for groups. At least at least food and drink are inexpensive because it's BYO.
It has quite big space for bowling. It is good place for group event or team event. You can bring food from outside. Staff is cooperative.
Came to bowl tn but they were closed due to staffing shortage. Bummed but we will come back we always have fun here. ??
My son attended a birthday party here and it was very very nice. It was also very spacious, and he had a wonderful time
Excellent. Great to have some clean fun. BYOB
The lanes could use an upgrade.. a few lanes kept having to get fixed several times. Great staff though!
My daughter was here for a birthday party. The lanes were win good shape, and the kids all had fun.
Bowling lanes are fine but extremely crowded on weekends. We had to wait for over 30 minutes. No food available either.
It's a bowling alley, so that's pretty standard. The good part is that it's BYOB. I've only ever been there for NYE, but it's a good time
This place needs some updating. My ball kept getting stuck back behind the pins. The scores were not recording correctly. The place was very clean though.
Family friendly local bowling alley. Bring your own food, kids love it.
I don't think it's not a good place to play browning here because we were there in the weekend but not more crowd and nothing is there to spend more time like food or drinks.
... couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, the marketing on the glass all said open but the hours sign indicated closed, parking lot full of a dealerships overflow... I'm under the impression they're CLOSED>
I attended a holiday party here. The room we were in was a nice size. There are alot of lanes here.
Fun work party here. The owners were very nice and accomidating.
Went there around lunch time to do a team building event with staff. Awesome time, no rush and great price.
Welcoming place. I enjoyed my time there
Small but comfortable. Fun quaint spot to bowl with friends and family. BYOB
Pretty decent bowling on the main line. Its BYO and you can also bring your own food. Well maintained lanes also.
Once we figured out the (slightly worn) computer to put our info into the lanes, we had a great time!
Lanes are always super extra dry, especially at night, no lane maintenance. At least it's clean and has ac
I think the lanes are pretty oily so the ball doesn't curve as much as it would on dryer lanes.
Great place for a family bowling night! It even feels somewhat covid friendly.
Very, very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Restrooms decrepid.
Nice place. We bring camp erf s from Indian springs day camp here on Wednesday's
Good bowling alley. Lots of lanes. We ran into a few mechanical glitches, but the staff was quick to resolve.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
