Dave & Buster's Wilmington

Absolutely wonderful experience! We went on opening day, of course ABSOLUTELY PACKED! No complaints regardless due to them being properly staffed and trained wonderfully. I would like to say it was expensive, but compared to Jungle Rapids, much cheaper and the food was OUTSTANDING! Will be coming back when it isn't opening day! Be prepared for the kids to have more games then they know what to do with!

We went one week after they opened and SO many games already weren't working. We had fun in the arcade but were definitely disappointed that so many weren't available. Drinks were expensive and they're light on their pours. Food took a while to come out and although it tasted great it was way over priced for the portion sizes. We ordered $12 queso for the table and it was laughable how small it was. The steak bowl was delicious but only came with 5 TINY strips of steak for $21. We decided we'll probably go

Morgan our waitress was great and the food did come out reasonably quick. However the food was a little blah/bland tasting not much flavor. They have a $60 combo card where you get unlimited games for 90 minutes, my son had a good time, we will come back for the games but not the food! Spent about $140 with food, drinks, game cards. It is dark in there & lots of kiddos running around having a fun time! Very loud environment though which i didnt mind.There is a family restroom there which I thought was great

My family is a huge fan. We've been here twice now and each time was a great experience. If we start with games, they have a great selection of reasonably priced modern/well functioning games. If there was any issue with game, a tech was there in minutes (and we went on busy days) to fix the gave/give us a credit back if we couldn't play the game right away. The prize room has some great selections and again, also reasonably priced. My son always walks out happy with a lot of loot that's modern and relevant

Not Ready for prime time. Went for drinks & games on Sat. We had a table in the bar area and the service was horrible and annoying. 2 servers were openly fighting over our table and both ?checking? on us far too frequently in very pushy ways. The one server seemed to not have any knowledge of alcohol/bar service and even though he was constantly interrupting our conversation to try to sell us drinks. Went here on Sunday afternoon. A handful of games weren't working, but that didn't stop me from having fun. There is a decent selection of games from shooters and driving games to carnival games and claw machines. The location is smaller than other D&B locations I've visited, so it gets crowded and loud. It doesn't help that people were letting their kids run around the tight spaces as well as some parents bringing strollers through. What a great experience! We went for a fun time and had a ball! We bought the summer pass: well worth the price for unlimited gaming and discount on food. We were greeted warmly and everyone was so helpful: from Davis who sat us and Abney our waitress, the manager and servers and Tae. Great attitudes and great customer service. Arcade games were fun and girlfriend enjoyed the drinks first time we went, next time we decided to get some food, just 2 of us. We sat and waited 15 minutes for our server before we decided it was a little too late and ate else where, some of the games were also not working. Otherwise good experience.

The assortment of games is pretty standard with only a few games that are truly unique and offer a great experience. I found the service to be fine though things are chaotic and it's hard to determine the restaurant layout. That's probably for the best however because the food is terrible. I had the fish and chips which was overcooked and incredibly bland.

Went opening day. This one is smaller compared to others we've been to. Even the prize room is tiny. The bar is smack in the middle of the venue and there isn't much seating for eating. Not many games like others. Kids got bored after an hour. Other D&B we would be there for 3 hours. Was disappointed.

Our first time at a D & B, and the games were fun. The use of the card was confusing. I think we bought a summer pass, it was $99.99. I maxed out the 1000 tickets, and I liked the fact that the tickets loaded onto the card, so there wasn't anything to keep up with. Dropped 3 kids off for my daughter?s 16th birthday for games and dinner. I got a call several hours later that they were not allowed to eat there unless they were accompanied with someone 25 years old or older. They walked to Chick-fil-A for dinner . I met them at D&B for dessert and it took the waitress over 20 minutes to come over and acknowledge us. Awful experience and not allowing kids to order chicken fingers is absolutely unacceptable.

We just hosted a graduation party for our son. The entire process was wonderful. The room space was great and our food was perfect. What really made the event were our wait staff, Kiki and Tones. They were so very friendly and kind. They were perfect. Will definitely be back to this location and will recommend to anyone!

This is a miniature arcade compared to other Dave and Buster's. This location is one-third the size of Myrtle Beach. There are a lot less games to choose from. There are no bowling alleys. This is a miniature version of Dave & Buster?s, and despite being a long-time fan, this is easily the worst one I've visited. This location feels like a blatant money grab at every opportunity. They even charge you $3 for each play card, which really sets the tone for how overpriced everything is. The games are outrageously expensive for such a small, underwhelming arcade. Games were great for the kids. Food was not that great and three stars is a bit generous. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Mustard was all over the plate and the tomato had hard green stemlike spots in it. Service was terrible- took forever to order. I couldn't wait for D&B to open here! I was disappointed with the atmosphere. It is so loud in there. I (an adult) was stressed because of the music so loud. Had the best time with my family ! The atmosphere was amazing as soon as we walked it ! Our Server Kiki was seriously the best server I had in a while always making sure we had everything we needed ! The games are fun, but the wait staff isn't very welcoming or polite. The food is also quite expensive, so keep that in mind?and be sure to double-check the tip amount when you go to pay.

Only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because I loved our server but the food was absolutely horrible!!!! TGI Fridays boxed wings you buy frozen in the grocery store ?? Then to top it off the food wasn't even hot when we received it! It's a nice establishment and fun but seriously step the food game up!

Had the best service from kait! Hands down best experience we've had. The fish in chips was also amazing. Perfectly cooked. I got hot sauce on my shirt and she helped me get the stain out. Highly recommend this location, and ask for kait!

Extremely pricey for a meal. Several games were non-functional and securing a drink took an inordinate amount of time. Generally, an overwhelming atmosphere, similar to Buffalo Wild Wings, with a strong gaming focus.

Smaller than others I've been to in the past and it can get pretty loud, but an overall great experience nonetheless. All of their food is reasonably priced and delicious, tokens for games are cheap and all the employees are good people.

It's on the smaller side than the others we have visited. Because of the space, all the games are very close to each other, so if it's packed, it will be hard to walk through. Like others have mentioned, it's very loud on the inside.

RUSHED..... was told if we all got up that our table would be cleared. I don't understand all the bad reviews I went last week on opening day and had no problems service was good staff was calm and chill and the arcade was nice despite it not being the biggest Dave and busters arcade there are still plenty of games
